And we're talking about last minute planning techniques that can be used to save your assets from a nursing home. Todd let me ask you something I've been hearing more and more about these things called pooled trust and don't really understand what they are what are they -- when the news. Well these are generally used when you have a last minute situation someone's entering nursing home and nothing's been done. And generally the person is. You know older and say older probably don't ninety's you know -- line -- -- you know maybe late 80s90s over where these sometimes you'll hear annuities and you just don't work so you need to. Try this product it's really wonderful technique where you take assets and you put them in this. -- trust let's call. And then the money can be used for the individual who's in the national. Don't make their life better pay for certain things bring extra care and so makes it really nice. And the moment you put it there there's no five year waiting period in your immediately eligible for Medicaid and those assets disappear. Right now on the on the flip side and analysts say the downside is that when you do pass away you do need to pay back in nursing home. For the benefit that you receive. Medicaid right hole and they knew it was just less than half of the street -- less than half. And that you pay a little bit to charity yeah there's like a 20% hit. Or 10% depending on how long you're alive to charity. And then the rest goes back to the family. For their benefits -- -- really nice way of -- terrible the family and the individual. And started shouting kind of like public I think would all agree that bringing on Kathleen Sebelius is a last minute defense coordinator was probably -- mistake. That's why President Obama look so bad Sunday night he was trying to -- obamacare. The public policy version of the broncos' offense. And this is that keeping civilians as his quarterback made sense. The financial exchange. Joint. Like him here in him this is turning out to be winter to remember a number of different reasons. Is that the earth. You know just about the time you give up on the whether you look at your whirlwind and you give up all. Up up up up. You know. You -- A lot of time. You consternation so let me ask your question do you think that's why at this point. The majority of voters in the -- supporting statewide legalization of marijuana. Is that it is terrible they demonstrate that. It would it would is that poll that just came does this this suspect this is this is the Suffolk University poll that is came out this morning and I was just. At that perusing through yet and I'm thinking about the terrible -- -- need to get out -- majority of voters announced that they support statewide legalization of men -- one I'm sure they do. Statewide approval of casino gambling however is now teetering at 50%. Net interest that on the ballot there in I don't know that they will -- to repeal the attorney general says it's illegal but it taken it -- it is courts you know Woolsey. Are well listen the market today is in positive territory of the Gallup 57 points at 151430. The S&P 500 up ten points at 1752. I know many of you. Are sitting on pins and needles and you're saying to yourself what way do I mean a lot of money in stocks last year. I mean me 101520%. Of my stock portfolio in 2013. Gonna do it all back. In 2014. I got my first email from a concern. Listener line and I did -- saying. Should I get out of the market. First in it and I think we should do our what we lower audience. Is some information so they can make a decision absolutely are so let's do it in what we'll do as well we'll play a player reporter on the radio okay. Let me ask you a few questions about a slow start with yesterday. So we had an unbelievable sell off yesterday what spurred. I'd say the I SM data that came out at 10 AM that really got it moving. We just got -- data is bad. The -- its economic data. That is proving to be worse than anticipated with the auto sales with you looking at manufacturing data. We got factory orders this morning that were bad there's a lot of bearish indicators that when -- come back to earnings because. It all comes down to corporate earnings are corporations making money -- profitable. 293. Companies can have reported earnings -- -- 80% of the companies reporting earnings. Have beaten expectations and enormous 71%. And that's with almost 60% of companies reporting this is another big week for brightly. 69%. Of companies reporting have beaten their revenue expectations so. In the past couple quarters we saw revenues start to slip now revenues are back in 69% beating their revenue expectations vs 59% historically. Got to tell you when you look at it from a corporate standpoint corporations despite selling the economic news -- are making money. Right right well a little -- you say go on the -- a couple of things those those those factors that you mention the manufacturing -- sales. First off these a lot of this reporting has come since those numbers were were calculated -- so that there that may be part of it right. And would you attribute whether I mean I know. That that might be -- you know that the automakers are saying is this a weather issue with this has been a really. 37 states now reporting below average temperatures January was just up and manufacturing is what January just had bad month for all of. I don't know I I don't know that I'd buy that entirely you know we have somebody from the New York Times coming on man it's 1033 Jacqueline -- she's for a and what they're blaming -- we had a terrible auto sales number master. This past weekend -- unity go out and look for car -- not a Super Bowl Sunday in -- saw a lot of cars on Super Bowl Sunday. This weekend we're gonna get slaughtered again with weather partly you know people that think about it from a consumer perspective right. You're not gonna go lot by car this coming weekend because we're -- yet Hitler and the storm right you're probably not gonna go out and look at houses usually people will start to look at houses when there's no snow on the ground so we can see you know the landscaping -- -- house. And and this is another week where you know you're not gonna have that kind of activities housing slowing down auto sales are slowing down. Factory orders are slowing down manufacturer -- you just look at everything right. And if it is slowing down the question is. Is is this. It is this an indication that the economy is gonna slow down a lot more than excellent right so let's look at the overall view. And and what do you think it and could tapering the apart this. You know I our guest our next guest is bearish by the he's bearish on the economy and I don't wanna get too much credit but. Three weeks ago before the corrections started he told us the economy slowing down -- EU's the one that came out first. And said the economy slowing down he would evidence that he felt was pretty strong to that effect. The tapering. You know they've continued to it tapered down to 65 billion. I don't know that. The bond buying effort on the part of the Fed had any impact at all positive or negative for stocks psychologically couldn't have been positive. Perhaps but. Right now -- the ten year treasuries two point 61%. It was this -- is 3% right not that long ago we saw we reported. Ten year treasury 3% everybody was out there are saying ten year treasuries go to three and a half its -- 4%. Now they talked about on down two and a half 2% again. Because all the flight to quality all this emerging market money and all these emerging market stocks yourself yes get to that money goes right if you're selling your Brazilian stocks you don't buy a Brazilian treasury if you're selling your Turkish stocks -- assault by -- eight general trust Turkey righty gave their government is corrupt Indian either government is is current. So when they come they flocked to -- pretty big party and that the United States Britain buyer treasury that's why treasury yields are down. The value of the US dollar is strengthening made it before -- So I don't know if it's it that this is a tough one call at all I wanna try to do during today's program. Is get information out to you. Right so you can make a decision. As to whether or not you should be buying stocks on the score right should you be selling stocks at some point during the program and we'll tell you I promise to tell you whether I'm buying yourself right right. Is that's what we do we get to talk about it. You know what you're doing a real educated buys other people on tour listening but we liked here because. This is what happens at this stage of the game people start looking at the losses look at the four went k's looking. You know I'd. Like you said the profits they made last year that are starting to dwindle and they say a lot you get panicked -- I get out of office and -- talk about where that's sparking this is not my first rodeo. Now I know. And I -- it's not a lot of these investors for tree aside you know a lot of people. Had predicted this knew it was coming and buckled in but it's always tougher I think to swallow the pill what you get from. Has the stock market. It hit the bottom how much lower will it go that's our question of the day 68680. Is our text number we have an opportunity and many of you wanna win one of those. Fabulous fleeced. Sweaters I -- -- call. Now that we give away if you answer the question it Barry and Kim dotcom the first five people that answer our poll question of the day. Will win a fleece it's Berrian Kim -- has the stock market hit bottom how much lower will it ago. Well if you wanna participate is gonna -- conduct breaking Texas 68680. Very. Is -- -- what's the percentage right now -- -- A within a -- finale -- down about five and the Dow was down eight feet so. EDD today's actually a big day if we breakthrough today. If we have a down day today like they were down another 1% today that -- -- probably do some technical indicators that indicate and a 1520%. So. -- beat this disease can be a make or break day for really good apparently -- Hey guys you know what happens if you push off Valentine's Day it's not pretty I've been there. I -- anybody remembers your it's or whatever it is right now -- into -- -- here's what we're going to do next we are joined by Warren balls and Warren was called by CNBC. CNBC regards -- balls -- as one of the brightest minds and finance he's proven recently. By telling us. -- would you be Telesis can be told us two weeks ago at least very close in the I got back to lose like three and a half weeks ago he says Gary. The economy slowing down here's my evidence that the economy slowing down. He joins us this morning from -- for in the US British virgin good morning weren't. -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- Open weren't that's that's that's that's something -- have to talk to access our. -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- And that was the -- And I think because -- of this superstar. First ever default. By the that it is and Mayweather but. You know what happened -- athletic. You know this thing work. The panel that comes out they'll post what the weather was. Don't let those are good that if the numbers -- -- whether it was good numbers out of these pollutants that it is indeed doubt about it. To explain what the weather what it's been quite the so you're not really -- in the post cold January. Decent but it. And they were down I believe tell me from our -- what they doubt about 3% year over year -- Auto sales. Yeah -- down from more power which. And if you're you know report. About the actor and a lot of trucks -- -- doughnut -- the work rate. Accurate and do not think there. Can. -- one half percent you know. If you look at the chart everything. Drifting lower. And the that traveling on course personally disposal -- -- -- which. Just to -- rate just it's all -- close to Euro. Going nowhere near what apple was then we've raised taxes. What does that do -- your disposable. And we have. You're talking let's go back to the raising taxes because people forgot about it right in order a year ago our payroll tax increase by 2%. And down for rich people they had to pay more and capital gains tax and on dividends. And then we had the obamacare tax go in and that was an additional three point 8% train. Yes so all right we have as disposable personal justice -- That's what's important that we had -- questions. The government spending -- you like up to six -- from. -- of personal approach to people. Why don't take so long the -- this is the part that people don't understand. It took a long time. For that personal income cut is Tim got a pay cut I gotta pay cut David anybody who -- a paycheck last year and January 1 their pay went down by 2%. Right so why did that not seep into the economy faster why was 2013 actually pretty good year for stocks. Well if you look at. Real final debate of the -- purchases sizzle yeah what -- the stock is something else. But to -- economy what happened was that inventory building. It and we had -- It reported that exports at one point 3% that's like. Exports are great they've grown -- -- appointment for so. We have yet the one we had an excellent one point seven point 42 point 1% from in the Potomac. -- these guys you know it's 2% had organized -- yeah that's because. Delta picking up into the building in the towards the sales -- Technical dopey kid with inventory -- to deduct it but it but it. So we had -- -- toward building. And I'm told that the political and exporting -- -- those of the second half was. I haven't spilled back in November last year was pretty bullish but I thought we have 4% year. Where the tax hikes spending cuts. Because my children that I could just go buy stocks go play -- off a couple weeks -- -- -- -- nice you know and send -- But unfortunately the government pulled out with this. Austerity start it would it would world that it just it's true. Permanent hurt in an. Tell us about the this is a chart him it shows -- the payroll tax and payroll taxes collected can't lie about the strike. He had -- it's a little bit obviously it was a disclaimer department you know. About the year over year numbers dropping but it's definitely been shelling persistent weakness but mostly it's all going down which. Coincides with the lower for the purpose and so on December. And it's going to be assisting. Is January employment but you know if you do wrong point it's going to be a 3000. People are going to be going to -- quite crazy you know credit card. Payments to us. Or you see that small business lending was up -- -- I don't know if you saw this one and I came out Reuters published it this morning at about 6 o'clock. Small business I'll give -- the data. Tosses small business lending index which measures the volume of financing to small companies rose to 121 point six in December. From an upwardly revised number 114 point six in the prior month so what do you make of that. Well it could be doing it it could mean it's an expensive -- business opportunity and holding. Talks with. One word about. Its all the stuff so there's a couple. So you know -- turns -- you know it couldn't but not quite. -- -- Aren't in -- look at what's gonna have to extra inspiration for a complete that would via which is oh yeah. And number of Europeans not with -- dollars and so laureate in the so it's reduction to sort it. What I need to the company very worried I think we saw a stereo austerity ourselves into law. Between recession. And it's not possible that sort of growth because. You know that it's got to. -- -- that -- wind easily if we go into recession Warren is that it fourth quarter of fourteen is -- second quarter fifteen. It is because it seems like it's one of those slow gradual slide there are opposed to only Black Swan event. Yet -- happened to him as confidential. Right. It is just as well debt. But what's interesting -- we normally get repository. But it's still don't put it and spoke with what afterwards. Besides the previous quarter down you're in a recession. And so it could do right now the -- this were scored. In the fourth quarter about a little while we also after revisions. Yet it boosted by the you know in the toward building yet. Export numbers were so it's been out. That -- and we also have all the expiring tax credits -- -- lot which also went to the ground. November probably -- definitely housing starts November without any builder that he would expect if anybody's seen in the 30% support. What do you make of that copper numbers you see that this morning lowest copper prices have been in 27 years. Yeah I mean it's a public access to it. That unity look at an industrial product nobody goes hand in hand with the factory orders in the main -- -- -- but it. Your advice come with prozac but just yeah does that mean that -- -- -- who do we -- do we get medication. Sure there are discouraged are from 64 I'd like it was a few years in the good economy. Keep -- I feel like as a result you need to send -- flowers after this interview is that possible or you are not pop up. All right Warren we gotta run but what's that. But -- all forecast system is 3% right for Q1. Yeah and no hair and made it does start revising them after the Q1 comes out so I thought it looked at -- where we -- -- -- thank you very -- -- one moser is the author of the book the seven deadly innocent frauds of economic policy. You know -- may not agree with Warren and and everything that he has to say. But the problem that he might have is that he tends to be accurate. That's exactly right and he gets his own money. -- it right right right -- you hear a lot we will have other and economists do you have any other economists come on today Dave anybody else. We have a lot of academics -- -- right rate in and -- -- great pressure their wonderful teachers. We've had them from Princeton from Harvard. And the one thing that I always ask myself when -- interview Maceo -- do they have any skin in this game right right do they bet their own money weren't to hedge fund. That that's his back forty years and hedge fund industry betting his own money investing his own capital investing capital on behalf of his clients. And you know -- get the. Well I think it's really fascinating that you know we did talks in three and a half weeks ago -- -- -- a lot of our listeners or opinions and all those guys that doomsday air Ariza do stare and since that time period. Which sort of watch things -- down. And that's where you'd need to take into consideration you have to look at your purple your -- here different perspectives today. I think what you're gonna hear is Jacqueline tropics spleen what happened with auto sales -- bigger is a strong argument to be -- that this is weather related deaths and it has been speaking. Absolutely and and I will thank you for desperately because you brought it on its own -- farmers -- our resolve an active ally at a -- Saturday that way. I think I think there is -- argument I think what's interesting about the argument is that. You know -- right yes it's always cold in January but this has been exceedingly cold and nasty weather front across the nation not just in a select. Maybe ten to twelve states you expect that in the upper midwest do you expect that appear in north. They they've they've said that in 37. States. You know the weather has been below what would be expectations and that's that's. Do you see what it's due to propane small talk about propane later absolutely true we do that. All right we're gonna talk auto sales with Jacqueline -- from the New York Times she's up next text us your answer to our question of the day -- at 68680. They are predicting. That in 2014. -- -- sales will be somewhere around sixteen million vs fifteen point to something last year fifteen -- experience. They only sold a million cars in the month of January. There are a behind its weight behind an -- you know you're gonna have way too much inventory. And there and keeping in mind too. The car dealerships have to get rid of a certain amount of that inventory for the can -- new inventory -- start backing up on yourself immediately. Let's go to our guest she's an expert on the topic her name is Jacqueline trot from the New York Times Jacqueline good morning. So how bad was last month prognosis. Don Imus -- that it looks pretty. But we need to remember that kind of per month a year and a lot of time or however it. That -- January. And a lot winning streak at and as he. -- would be -- -- -- I was reading some information in the times about inventory levels though. Bet that that's cause for concern isn't it that the auto inventories are stacking up at the various manufacturers. Never mind pattern seen to be seen great now a lot of automakers yesterday you'd report that. Inventories art swelling and -- and -- is -- -- measure inventory. In the -- high and they like to be. -- a lot of analysts. That. Because. Auto makers are in a contributed this year and Cox our action and they're very. It want hold the line on intent and that. It likely. The big problem and it appears now that there'll be much monitored and needy and we -- your portrait action land. Inventory levels are way out. Last year go ahead concurrent let's go -- last year you were reporting. That -- a lot of the auto dealer -- auto manufacturers. Didn't have the summer shutdowns and is not back they were adding shifts. Are you expecting or is it too early to tell if they're gonna have to do summer shut downs this year. Peaking too early to tell exactly what that situation will be by the summer. It is important to -- act because so many people stayed calm in January. And made a lot of content in Manhattan in February on the L column yesterday. And alt auto makers were taught me about what they're likely in February and intact. You're particularly strong -- just because January was. Don't be so so they're not putting a lot of incentives in place quite yet that is starting. Now our target -- probably -- -- very user and and is impanel utter carmakers more. -- -- -- Maintaining prospects and an expanding. Their market share. And I unlikely. It's unlikely that I beat it in years. It if you were our conference call yesterday what probably blaming disarm the blaming it on the. Whether. The political attack pressure. And let them and did not happen if I'm -- -- -- -- weather related of course. Right on the board and their cause. That they still were up. And double digit in the west. It really wanted to hammer home the point at L circuit where Atlanta and I felt bad read about it. And exactly when I'm -- -- it Cadillac. Month like -- cooler BMW let me until -- -- really -- query. And it sort of -- pat and. -- Jacqueline thanks for your time we appreciate it. -- Well I'm not sure how I don't don't know how you explain how do she said Chrysler BMW. And most of these -- were strong. It -- you know addictive thing music we're focused on the weather issues right memorial tomorrow -- in this weekend. But that is like it's it's part of the country are not all -- rate and in this storm -- you mentioned it like Atlanta got hit in. You know him down south and I can't -- this out there are gonna get hit -- Salts but although -- -- -- today if you are looking at weather map earlier it sure looked up. Much of the country is getting out -- now I don't know where it will be able. -- be chasing because there -- cells that strong in places we're at the -- it was good. Then that should mean if the weather begins to break in February which -- say the pent up demand as she said which -- What do you think in this story about. Car sharing being threat automobiles sales. You know cars are so darn expensive to maintain now. And I think yeah I've got two kids live in the city. One who lives in Medford the other one -- Somerville. And they have effectively shared cart and it really thought about it. You know it's coming and -- rebel -- -- in -- like pillaging and and let me preface this I think -- like all for the big Biotech -- OG and Juliet Amgen Biogen. Our partnership discussing them before but. While technology is it's really underperformed the other three and when he fourteen -- actually got 15% so far this year so I think. This gives investors a chance to buy -- because the salt is largely been without good reason. Pretty good earnings three dollars and 37 cents a share. Really impressive and. And you know their guidance for 2014 may not have been quite aware that the market wanted but. I love what they're doing now and -- really -- where they're going in the future I think that's where investors need to focus not even armed when he fourteen. Where they're going 2815 in the evening gave. -- -- seventeen starting in gaining 2017 they're targeting fifteen dollars per share. In earnings. Yet that this is incredibly. They're gonna grow they gonna grow them that. Fast that that seems pretty aggressive. It it does seem aggressive. At a worse our company you'd you'd be a little more skeptical about it. Aggressive but a lot of shareholders suggesting that they're not playing fair. Well yes this has to do we have no real estate investment trust the public -- that. That they -- and they've managed several of these things but it in this particular case. To New York investment firms. Who own big -- of these things are complaining about how important mismanaged this week and that they're doing it in such -- that. -- enriches themselves at the expense of shareholders and that performance has basically been terrible as a result of that. What is it exactly that they're being accused sounds like it's -- from what I read your article sounds like self dealing. It's well is there really conflicts of interest and and I've written many things about support goes in and they have a a complicated past business. A empire and in in my opinion anyways it. It is defined in one way or another by content of detestable different continents. In this case it is if you think about it REIT and there are lots of real estate investment trust that they're that are perfectly good. A public ways to invest in real estate. What typically happens is this -- Reid has a management and they are pleased to get aid as employees a lot of they're compensation is tied up in -- shareholders. Shareholders do. That's not the case in this particular content while REIT which owns office gold in all of the United States it's got a big portfolio worth. Five billion dollars that it in a sequential there. But the way it is managed it is it's of one of the biblical external management which means the -- have a another company and management company that. Have a contract to essentially run that business. And so they're not in. And believe they they routed on this management contract basis and that the real rub historically this is changing little bit is that essentially as a manager under contract you get paid more as this. The size. The re purpose your growth you're managing a bigger business they get more money. Not necessarily that you're doing a good job for shareholders shareholders are profiting and so there's this huge disconnect of of creating value for shareholders and the plots away is that these -- and get bigger in the principal one is to just collapse. So lots more shares stood to create you know raise another 500 billion dollars by creating future as well. That's not doing your existing shareholders -- -- good but the management company is doing great as a result because. The business there charger is a lot bigger and they get a lot more fees. And -- is on the management company so they're collected on both sides. Well they're collecting on that side -- and along the way you'd say well you know aren't they getting hurt. Too because they're big shareholders well they're not big shareholders and that's not a part of it. In fact although they do own a little bit of stock in the -- -- typically they don't. Very very little but have no skin in the game in that regard. Rates -- -- there again their money from the fees now with the stringent about 25 dollars a share right right. Now you've had acting was green street and a horse and it -- some other advisory firm that said. If the -- -- didn't have that management contract the stock would be worth markedly more how much more. Well -- actually this was something that the two investment firms that are. That are fighting with the Portland now that are investors around the world we challenging management. They're the ones to come up with a number and he is the stock history for 2.5 dollars and change today. Day to -- other shareholders we think we can get rid of the Portland and turn this company around it's worth 35 dollars this year. Whether that's a good number I don't know I don't I don't think that there's any real way to say they're they're trying to sell ideas so -- would -- them with a grain of salt but it is what they. Do the day do you do that important of these bite the dust on this one is a set for them because they they'd been. They've been battling for awhile. I don't know to tell you the truth this is something that has been. -- -- a quarter in and out of arbitration and finally they've gotten to this. This league your solicitation right now but -- -- the decision to win and they move forward. I would say. The one. Constant group of actors in this drama have been lawyers in the -- can hit that lawyers won't accept the stage again I think from apple is remote that whatever side loses I think will try to find some. You legal remedies so it's it's something that could drag on for tribe or you know in the in the alternative maybe they come to some sort of negotiated settlement. But. You know I think. Right now there are reasons to believe if the dissidents aren't. Close to getting enough support -- They've been there there there over they're very close I'm not sure so it's a close vote it could go either way I guess but. You know ultimately I think is more litigation in the future. There's something to look forward. Lawyers get ripped right that's right I've. All right with Steve thank you very much for your time. These are Boston Globe commonwealth -- accurate stayed in tracking him looking at a rate. Symbol is CWH. It's at 25 dollars and 42 cents a share. If they get the pork bellies out. There's just wanted to buy -- -- analysts' estimation. But if they get the port of these out if they think the stocks actually worth 35 right here. If the person you're gonna have to get enough they're gonna have to get enough support to vote the trustees and then I'll. I can't imagine can you do you support is just rolling over playing -- on these guys are tough you bet they're gonna go -- he's right to write this going to be cork cork cork cork in Massachusetts. Which. Now they're from sudden death -- -- now it'll be if this will be quite the fight to watch of the interest and markets do -- -- I've got 52 points in the death to the upside have to clarify that. Yeah yeah the Dow's up there and we are not used to hearing that this year. The Dow is up 52 points. S&P is up eight points NASDAQ up 27. Ten year treasury this is really interesting ten year treasury -- two point 61%. I mean. Tonight I remember thinking oh inch streak to ten years going to be -- three and a half percent. That's late -- it's all this hullabaloo. Being made about tape right at the F just just reports of China and and there's so much talk about quantitative easing that was propping up the markets. When I talk to guys like to hedge fund guys. Tommy you know Perry quantitative easing didn't help and when they stop it's not gonna mean a whole -- So so in the end it was it was from a. It was formerly. The hedge fund guys tell me -- for morale purposes used to make people feel better but he. It did lower interest rates approach lowered interest rates half a point that the recently issued back up certainly didn't do much for the economy now right look. -- all the economic data. That stream in and it's not like he can say -- IQ we really worked because GDP was 5% we're creating 400000 jobs a month. We worked so so let me ask you this though it. Chairman except there were 59 points or her name and it's still certainly early in the trading day so suddenly you know just as a -- dare we drop off another hundred point five points. And it continues to do that I get Janet Yellen is just stepping. Just for because there's -- so much talk about taper. If she doesn't have to make it change is she gonna have to do something. To appease. You know some of these people who just keep selling selling selling. It who may maybe it's like you said maybe the tapering has absolutely nothing to do with it but is she gonna have to. For morale purposes slowed this down is she gonna have to make a change I don't think so. Because if interest rates remain low I mean this is a big unknown we don't know right we've not -- -- Ben Bernanke who district just orbit yet he went to work somewhere to Burke thinks Brookings story broke the east took the job he's gonna make a lot did you hear him partying on the way out the door is -- I have is -- In his income will immediately go to five to ten million. I'll be happy to put a third party tale of the government got a race -- you should give me. Is it -- big question you're raising is this Janet Yellen say timeout on the tapering and we're gonna boost our bond buying. I think she's Smart enough if if I'm sitting here at 90. The quantitative easing didn't have a positive or negative effect right she's a lot smarter than I am he's got a lot more date. And a half right in all of the hedge fund guys same Perry stopped talking about -- BTU that's it in and get a phobia here. The BB BC unity talk about tapering like it has an impact. And and there are of an art because it's such a small. Component big deal interest rates a half appoint a quarter point lower than they would be -- Quantitative easing and it so that's. That's what the big points to -- these guys that are trade and -- billions and billions of dollars of pass blondes and and they're saying it's it's. Of little consequence. Is the message that I'm receiving from. Insurers get for something it has so little consequence. Pitcher is talked about.
