This is the financial exchange with Barry Armstrong and jokes are and a you're exclusive look at business and financial news affecting your day you're sick leave your world. Stay informed and up to date about economic and market trends plus get breaking business news every day. And now the financial exchange with the Barry Armstrong and chuck saga. Twelve of Friday here on the financial exchange and I can tell you that Stop & Shop management. Probably wishes that you know it was heading into weekend when they have this strike that's going on since. Most people I would imagine at least ten to him the bulk of their grocery shopping on the weekend. Yet Saturday Sunday mornings and be free T inching its I'm tempted to go to a Stop & Shop either tonight or tomorrow just. See how bad video camera just kind of you know going around seeing what's going on its chuck and Mike today we get Tucker here as well run in the board for us. On the big news that broke out right around 1 PM yesterday actually. Is that Stop & Shop had their union workers walked out 31000 workers went on strike at 1 PM yesterday. I had a buddy of mine who actually texted me shortly afterwards may need doesn't work stoppage up but you trying to go there and and he said. Dude stop shops closed like what what's going on a mutt a lot of I don't know Lebanon figured out. But it looks like the united food and commercial workers union which represents the 31000 workers that are on strike. They called for this work stoppage. Pretty much a 1 PM. In some. There out right now. Yeah as I was saying that kind of wanted to check quantity stars out on the other hand I really don't speak as. You're gonna get hassled by by the workers outside the story. It's not gonna be a pleasant experience going these stories though a lot of a lot of picketing outside the stores. And together the striking workers asked be able to you know. Please shop elsewhere and so until that's done it in I'll tell you this is. The worst nightmare for a grocery store for wrote really for for. Any type of retail. Venture simply because but especially with the grocery store because look if if you're a situation where you have multiple stores right around you maybe a giving examples were I used to live. There was a Stop & Shop at Trader Joe's and whole foods all about a mile from where Iowa now I I typically shopped at Stop & Shop just because. Yet Trader Joe's didn't have quite the full selection that I needed a whole foods way too expensive so like shopped at a Stop & Shop actually. But had this happen and I would haves and then if I had said. G displaces closed and it's going to be a comfortable going in and out and not sure what they're gonna have if I'd gone to trader Joes or whole foods and founder. And I'm not I might not have come back to stop its. Well I mean more difficult to his inventory management when your two or fewer stories yeah are a tour not treacherous and terribly good anymore but you're Macy's. And you have David you know. It's close up shopper may be just don't have as many people coming through that week OK your should don't spoil your shirts don't spoil you check insured us. Yet you chicken does your lead is does your on dives do you see a toss on Don and 40 yeah all kinds of fun stuff today school collateral quirk that it's actually a type of lettuce with a Saturday taste believe it or not I found out about this last week that dared student council. My chance like walked into Wal-Mart and ask where the islands that didn't go last well last known pastor shallots so you know Stop & Shop. Has a a problem that they're going to have to deal with in the short term what they're doing. They're bringing in some temporary workers and also management is going down to the stores aimed fielding all of the rules that typically the rank and file workers do you just know CEOs can lose a finger to meet slicer here. Drag you know like guy running all the one of the financial analyst and worked as meat slicer and it's just not gonna go those things he talks on down or right I just picture you need to get an accountant who's used to you know kind of licking his fingers were turning a page and he's handling all the poultry and everything just the idea that Toyota has lick my finger before I moved his press abilities and slices of cheese. Let me go to are born. A nice. You know like it just picture. All these people that you know haven't worked these jobs and literally fifty years but my first job was at a Stop & Shop I was a cashier I still think back fondly to those days where I played. You know kind of god of the supermarket and you came through mile island you play by my rules but. It's this is a temporary thing you can have management holding down the fort for an extended period of time it is not kill go to work. And so what I'm curious about in this the big things that seem to be. Kind of holding things up that it you know this this deal they've been negotiating on this for. Really about a year but it's only the contract expired in February I believe so it's been two months kind of without a new contract memory at show lose mentioning menace a couple months ago yet there's going back and pretty much this is from the quote from the the union officials. Pretty much they're saying look that the parent company. Had a profit of two billion dollars last year. And what you're seeing here is that the shareholders of that parent company voted to give themselves an eleven point 1% dividend increase. Compared to a year earlier. In at the same time. They are trying to cut worker benefits. Such as pension and health care benefits for these workers yet so. From stop and jobs perspective they're saying look. Across the board were going to be offering pay increases for all associates were still going to offer gold level health care for eligible associates but it sounds like probably not as many associates will be eligible anymore. And they're planning on increasing the company contributions to defined Bennett. Benefit pension fund for all current full invested part time associates now again likely cutting some of those benefits for new employees. So. This is one of those situations here when you looked at a few of the ones in the past and you look at striking workers you were to one side or the other and it's kind of clear cut like. Somebody's getting screwed up here in this situation it's tough to say. It really is because how many other entry level retail jobs do you get you know. Pension contribution paint like you're you're working in an Amazon warehouse here and have a pension that's being contributed to. Unity working at a Wal-Mart and a pension dispute contribute it's it's it's not there. So it it's a little bit different in in in that sense here where yet top line wages. Might not be as strong as some of those other places but you've you have things that are available that give those places don't necessarily offer on top of that. The grocery business if if you know anything about it at all. It is a low margin volume business the way the grocery business works is pretty much you spend millions of dollars upfront to build this store. With a plan on making it back over fifteen to twenty your time peer. Although you know contrary to that we have the holding company Stop & Shop. During an 11% profit yet they've the they've got you know and a good thing going on there so and a profit margin that. Win win do you think this is going to result itself. I think it's gonna take awhile personally. How under the market basket issued ticked look that up as most of the summer of fifteen I think is pretty long time I had be shocked if there were thirty days. Yeah you get the feel on this a little bit longer. It really doesn't seem to be a whole lot of room to maneuver and you know this is also. Instance where. It's not like Stop & Shop and just go find easily replacement workers. And we're not gonna find scabs degrees. It in here's the other thing I come back to let's see that your Stop & Shop work Anderson had got to make a few extra bucks in the short term. You're going to be able to pick ups apartheid's somewhere you can have any trouble finding retail work doce yeah you can you can strike for awhile in this case you can go find you know somewhere to fill your wallet in the park in the short term death it's it's. I think this could be a a long one here so we'll keep you updated on where things go on this front but Stop & Shop workers walking off the job yesterday at 1 PM. And they are going back by the way attacks nine some innate saying. It's like me very long time to return to market basket after their walkout. Won't be going back to Stop & Shop ever in in that is a grocery stores worst night I would go back. I I don't know if I would go back if I found a better place so get if if I'd gone to trader Jews and said. Hot Trader Joe's actually is pretty good pro presided realize they had all that stuff there. I might I might not have gone back but I I wouldn't just say oh no I'm not going there but. He looked different people did things in different ways but. And 97 aids he texted in or if you have a position on this are you not going back because you are unhappy with the management your unhappy with the workers or you're just generally not all that impressed with Stop & Shop these days Texas back and now. JPMorgan. Becoming the first major bank to report earnings for the first quarter and they had a nice little quarter Mike I'll tell you you know this was the company financials in general have struggled a little bit over the start this year. You know you would see in this market rise in anywhere from ten to 20% depending on the index you're looking at. But JPMorgan prior to this. Was only up about 6% over the course of the year so they've they've made money but not as much they would have liked to you know in terms their stock price. But knocking it out of the park with this first quarter record profits record revenues. And yeah pretty much all systems go at this point for the stocks up 4% in early trading today. Yeah and you know that's been in the face of shrinking interest rates lowering interest rates. Usually banks have a tough time making money in the circumstance. Yep and in pretty much what would JPMorgan said here is. Look the the biggest thing that they saw actually was that net interest income which typically widens when rates go up. They exercise they grow by 8% now case they sense that look we're still able to make more money even though rates have kind of been wobbling a little bit here. So IE we still don't pay anything on savings accounts the bizarre yes are we still are gonna pay you next to nothing on savings accounts but mortgage volumes been way up. And that that's been an I think this spring he's going to be very very interest and for those banks that focus a lot on mortgages out Wells Fargo. Historically it's had a huge mortgage business bank American doesn't really so it'll depend bank by bank but I think. With interest rates really low right now spring homes spring home shopping season heating up. I'm very anxious to see how well the banks that. A tell you what's kind of interesting about this was was Wednesday this week when all the bank CEOs were on Capitol Hill getting grilled by house lawmakers. And you know. Oh a lot of the questions were look you you guys are making all this money but you know passing it on your employees. And you know there's a lot of talk about wealth inequality pretty much every CEO so we need to do our part to help out with no income inequality in this and that. This for better for worse gives more Communists and the people who say hey you you guys are helping the problem. You know what when you're paying your rank and file workers 1215 bucks an hours tellers and on that back Americans bumped to twenty over the next couple years. But you know this certainly. Is not like it's it's great for the company but it's not a great deal PR look for them. When it comes right on the heels of all these new things they were talking about earlier this week in front of congress down sparrows. So would get JPMorgan reporting Wells Fargo also reporting. But let's take a break right now we come back the big announcement yesterday Disney finally giving us a little bit of clarity into what the heck they're gonna be putting out in the streaming product we're gonna tell you what it is how much it cost what's on it. All that is coming up right after. This break. Mean this there's the charts graphs and numbers all day just listen to us it's the financial exchange with Barry Armstrong and chuck sun up on the financial exchange radio network. It's terrible Somerville apartment. But we're all trying to coordinate our Renton it was a bit from NASA and kind of heinous. How does this all work on on the platform are you able to split out the rants of how does that really make the landlords like. A little bit easier. Shore Michael thanks so we created zero rents really automate and simplify the whole ranked collection process for landlords and property managers. And what we do is we we basically if there's individual tenants will debit and individually and patched their payments together it's and instantly it's. So landlords love it whether it's you know a single unit landlord or more of a professional landlord and hundreds of units. They use this product. For the reporting the automated rent collection for that tenant. Rent splitting so it's it's been great. That's pretty nice you mentioned and most importantly it's completely reprise Harry get it offer for for yes hello our strategy has been a little bit different we don't charge tenants and we don't charge. We do is we actually licenses through banks. Who then offering to their landmark it's. Did these stocks up nine and a half percent today ho hum. Investors are digging in Disney plus that's the message that I'm receiving at least here. Disney plus is Disney's new streaming service they announced yesterday. It's gonna cost six dollars and 99 cents per month or seventy dollars a year does it take my money. And they're gonna take Mike's money so that his girls can watch frozen every day all day for the rest of their lives of 100 yeah. Demo on as the thing are now Milan as the big one Gloria. It so. What what do you make of this I IA I have mixed reviews on this from the perspective. Of I I think it's gonna get point subscribers because. What if you have kids you have to have this pretty much Leo they're going to demand that you have this. Yeah I mean. Let's not get carried away by their man and quiet they will of their life. Their goal is stamp they are not get a bigger coverage and years and they're gonna say that if you don't get this I'm running away. I like it because it has all the nostalgic movies that I watched as a kid on the open ended like it and there's a lack. From Disney's perspective. I don't think they need to present this cheaply. All I think it did I disagree seven bucks I've great I'm happy I'm I would be happy to pay this unhappy to pay the seventy bucks a year and it comes out to whether it. Just less than six bucks six bucks a month so. It's cheap unhappy about that. I don't know that they have to price is cheap there would be surprised if they bumped up the price later on. But in the meantime. You know I think this is huge in order for me in order for them to come out with a bang and compete with the Netflix right from the Deco this price point makes all the sense in the world. Where is yeah it's probably they are going to bump it up probably a year and servicers to CME subscribers via the pro ball. Yeah but they had to come and blow well below Netflix to. Have any chance to compete and what's the most common subscription for Netflix now twelve bucks a month that they just tiger and Thursday thirteen month I mean this is. Almost half the price. Will it is but think about how much stuff there is on Netflix now okay. Think about the decades of stuff that's going to be on Disney here I mean I guess where we're really talking about is new original content. Verses. Previously aired content with this doubt and so I'm not sure how much of an overlap there is going to be in demand because as a very different things. But. Unlimited access to the entire Disney you know universe. For the last I don't know what do you last few decades as I assume I assume meals on their watched the original Lion King as much as I want you. This is pretty big there's a lot of stuff that is going to be on every Simpson's episode ever. Yet who looked in in this is why I don't think they're going going to have problems getting people. On board with this and I think there's going to be a big market they're gonna have millions of subscribers they've. They've said that they are gearing towards profitability in 22 point four it is it's it's been taken five even sniffed profitability. And they've said that I believe they need about ninety million subscribers. In order to get the profitability. So they're like they're talking they are aiming for the top office there's no doubt about that. I guess where my question is is that. When you talk about what Disney does from eight content perspective. Aside from their movies which obviously you people are people people love to bring their kids their movies and in look all of the marvel movies are gonna end up on this eventually Star Wars gonna be honest they do a great job on the knicks are we we note that they they make the big tent pole flicks that everyone wants to see. From a TV perspective. Is there any proof that Disney has any ability to make good TV shows. Yeah that does mean. Debt debt doesn't matter what oh I think I think it depends who you are taught so yeah I think you're trying to market to Vegas for. They averaged thirty year old male no I don't think Disney is proven but they've lost the people who brought them all there like their big franchises now Grey's Anatomy. How to get away with murder things like that shot rimes went and that's what she's gone to a Don jeez don't like she's not there anymore you know you look at other stuff that's out there now and it's like OK can you really tell me anything about. This show single parents. Can you tell me that about the sort of the honor was Disney behind like Martin family and stuff like that they were behind modern family so I mean knows him. Massive at rates and but that was it started 2009 like it was ten years ago late but they do have the ability to create a show. Like that but I am I mean in less concerned about that I am much more invested in the addictive shows that they're going to be developing for. Five to fifteen year olds and I am about the shows have been developing for sixteen to forty Euro. And and then look again at I think they'll be fine I'm not Cink is he's gonna fail right off the medicine what they're gonna have millions of subscribers yeah. But there's not really anything that shows me that paved they can you know do that they have a unique. Ability to produce content that's better than anyone else when it comes to. TV ships you know like they're very much still stuck and kind of Hayward network TV. And that's not what generates a lot of the buzz these days in LA gets you talk about what's winning Emmys it's everything from HBO Netflix and and an Amazon prime and stuff like that and and even you know FX which look I guess they're gonna technically of that so I guess that'll kind of help discuss the fox. Piece gets rolled in there but. Where I Disney I would and try and compete on. Eight and maybe I'm misreading this and maybe that's exactly what they're going to do and maybe they're going to pour billions of dollars into development of new original shows. I don't think they need to I think you could do this relatively inexpensively you could continue doing what you're doing in terms of developing. Disney types of movies and shows and also putting all of your old content on there and how incredibly profitable product. Let's not forget about your implies in the spotlight. I mean I know that separate right now but down the line acts here Kabul package at a discount rate for the I would imagine you have to combo pack there and also I wouldn't be surprised at who gets Lipton at some point as well deal. That's why a lot of possibilities here. Is is then all of a sudden you've got a live streaming politely but why those severely as opposed to some tales Disney of 60% of it. Quick break here when we come back we got Wall Street wants right after this. Like there's something. What was on Twitter. Show breaking business news is always burst right here on the financial exchange radio network. Kinds of things people saying. You know I think the general consensus that I'm getting from people isn't that they're taking the side of the union are taking the side of Stop & Shop. But just generally not all that excited about shopping at Stop & Shop before or after the strike. I think that's the general conclusion I'm getting here is. Yeah they don't find prices to be all that competitive when they look at say a market basket and that you'll find the quality food to be as good in the compared to a whole foods and that's a real the difficult position to be it death if you stop shop if you're Mitt did just that middle of the road grocery store I I bumped him and now with. San Shaw's and to me that's the you know the road pricing middle of the road quality that's not where you wanna be. It's a tough place to player right now. So will continue to update you on what's going on there also I do wanna go over to our poll question of the day were talking last segment about Disney plus Disney's new streaming service rolling out receive got a whole bunch of different options that are out there now. As far as how to. Get video content without cable ensor poll question up right now on financial exchange showed dot com. Is have you cut the cord yet it's a simple yes or no question you can head over to financial exchange showed dot com invoked. And it looks like the early voting that we have. 54% of our listeners. Cut scored 46% have not that's a higher percentage that I would have expected but it's still early. It is yeah I'll be surprised that stated I would think that nationwide somewhere around 9% are still paying for normal hooked in cable. Yeah right now is that is that generally. Everyone's consensus that it's in that ballpark presuming you still need the the problem these days with the streaming as you need in a fast. Internet connection. Yet able is especially if you have multiple people that are watching like for example if you've got three kids and everyone's watching on their own time traveler on TV but has ever went anti social does wanna hang out together you trend take him and we hear chuck no it's not your fan which could generic American fan which today that has more space than any time in history and yet still feels too cramped. But. So you know if you have multiple devices that are streaming things. Yeah you do need to get beyond kind your basic you know 25 megabit per second Internet you gotta get up the kind that 5700. Range in order me out to make it works though. That is something the people do have to consider. You know if the cut the cord hey that's Warner to view a home he can probably do it on a basic Internet connection otherwise little bit of a tough putt there. They are and the problem too is usually those Internet connections are connected with the cable package yet time by Internet on its own it's pretty darn expensive. Yet it's it's a lot of times it's Verizon Comcast the tend to be running that Internet most cases in their sadness and hey Jeanne what are you sign up for our cable and will actually give you agree discount for years to wall. While you get in and. Now we mentioned Netflix price going up how about all the other services so you and I both subscribe to PlayStation users who looters YouTube TV they're slowing TV. I am missing some Apple's going to have a TV service DirecTV now DirecTV now. I know you two TV bumped up their prices Netflix bump at the prices who actually went down. PlayStation view bald there's last year idea you've. And so you know you you look at this and in I have said since the beginning that a lot of these streaming services they were gonna have to raise their rates snorted be profitable. But I didn't realize Kenneth how quickly would happen in the magnitude of these hikes a mean YouTube TV I'll give you an example. They've done in the last year and a half now from 35 bucks a month to fifty. The baby bump yeah that's that is a large bump you're talking almost 50% over that time so. That having been said at that price point so I'm paying with PlayStation fifty bucks a month yeah. And it ping. I think forty dollars a month from high speed Internet connection ninety all in. I was at a 183. For my triple play combo from Verizon bios for TV Internet and are granted I do not have a home phone anymore and that's sometimes inconvenient. But not usually uses radar to be it's not ringing off the hook at all hours of the day. With telemarketers we did think about getting land line. Just kind of go back in time a little bit. Like I got one because sometimes like my cellphone would cut out at home does occasionally doing interviews like that Indy just it wasn't. Well Friday more urbanized land mine is amazing you know for doing radio and real well now. It's not just radio interview. And that's what it's all bad that's I was in my early reason for everywhere and that reason that is obscene I don't need to pay for the most part. But so you head over to our poll question on financial exchange showed dot com and vote is to whether or not you've cut the cord yet and also up feel pretty Texas at 63566. And let us know what your setup is when you have got to court using you know police station view DirecTV now. Maybe just keep TV and that's cool twos are you stirring up a wall perhaps you don't well yeah Spotify was answers out watching paint dry what AB what's yours being that you like to watch do you posts. What watched some books you know what's. Tucker's immigrants I was a good deed books a Tucker just flips through the tape looks adamant that tough for Tucker every book is a flip book and yeah I mean I'm just reading and books if they did a pretty colors. They're pretty. So other news that was announced by Disney yesterday Bob Iger says that he's to be stepping down in 20/20 one so sometime in the next couple years. He's got a succession plan coming. He's been the CEO since 2005 now but. He says I am getting close to a rapid. Guesses on how old Nubian point 1171. Seven the no 6370. Now scored just 68 right now. I hope your tires entry to anyone days I don't will be working a CEO job at seven that's a stressful as anything. It in look sixteen years is a pretty good run at at its CEO anywhere by the way so when he took over. I I went back and took a look at this when he took over Disney stock was it 29 dollars a share. Well it's it almost a 130 now you know so he's had a nice little more heat he's made a boatload of money for himself and other shareholders let's proprietors all of back came between eleven and today trial evidence today he he really is fascinating it's it's really the last you know five to see. Really five years kind of that 201132016. Air. Is really where a lot of that money was made when was ESPN position. Nineties this the big thing that I see that when he eleven through was sixteen are two big things number one marble number two. Lucas film I think that's everything that's what it is like that is where all the money it seems that it seemed a bit crazy ray when they're purchasing Lucas films the price for eight billion dollars you're looking at this and what it and are you thinking. And they were thinking. We're gonna make a boatload of money here or ethnic and they were every 8% Star Wars movie that you ever even considered is going to be coming out of the next two decades you don't watch the other they speaking of which who's. On Netflix and begin flipping through I watch the the Han Solo spin off. Solo yet. I got Paris crap it was very average we have very very mentally very glad I didn't go to see it in theaters owner would not get to sign up for Disney plus but it was there and and now I know you know they got that part I mean as a guy who is famous for watching terrible action movies that's probably not even taken the top. Hundred timeline that's masters movie it's it's a different brand of terrible you know there's some that like their terrible but they're so bad they're entertaining ride that this was just like it. Make the no personality no nothing original does being formulaic. Tesla halting online sales of the 35000. Dollar version of the car so the card that everyone wanted in the most popular way to try to buy it. They're not going to what you're doing. They can make this car. But eight they lose so much money out that they don't wanna sell to the most popular channel. In B I think we have a big demand problem otherwise I don't think that they can sell their other vehicles in the quantities they want to. What do you make a comment that there are really getting rid of it and go for 40000 dollar version because that. Has been selling far in the standard version due by then all of Wasilla better than what would you keep this once did. Exactly what stinks you know there's. Yes Tucker something stinks. In and it's coming from the Tesla geek factory but you know what. Is bump in the price is changing the model that you're gonna sell to the 39500. Here's the thing I was beaten about the other day I was stuck behind the test model us on the highway and so's is looking at. The Tesla model us first came out. 2011. Years ago it was like six or seven years ago. I do a full refresh. And we think about the money. Companies typically auto makers it's usually every five to seven years down to doing a refresher on your mission Nevada new bawdy style and a I don't know if they've built all of these things into their cost projections the guy I almost feel like just like hey the model us has done now it's like that's what it is time. It's our daily poll question had financial exchange showed does John. Vote your conscience. There are just vote go to financial exchange oh does come and test away. So Cooper is gearing up for an IPO in it seems like maize can be when they finally end up going public. And we got some information yesterday regarding. What Hoover's business actually looks like there there's they're making their IPO papers publics of the start to kind of walk through. How everything works for them. And here's the big things that we know. There are revenue in the last a quarter in the fourth quarter was about 2.3 billion dollars. Overall their revenue for the last year was eleven point two billion dollars so boatload of revenue coming in. They are still not profitable so close not even close to profitable. And the other thing their growth this kind of what toe at a putt towing the right word but leveling off at least not at this point so I think you know when you look at this company. There's a lot of competition it's not profitable today the promises hey if we can get to drive those cars maybe we can get to profitability. But right now you're buying a whole bunch of revenue that doesn't come with actually making any money. You are. Which has worked for some companies let's not discount that Amazon wasn't profitable for Howell a decade before they finally serving abroad at a time and best performing stock. One of the best form of stocks in the last few decades. One little offshoot of this lift is currently trading there there market cap is right around seventeen billion. I think maneuver IPOs security had that going down what 10% yesterday it's down three and a quarter percent today. Last year generated about 15 of the revenue of mover and a by the way it doesn't do any there's a thing it's not investing heavily in drive this technology it's not investing in bike shares or food delivered in this other stuff that Cooper's doing. When this IPOs I think one of two things happens either Hoover has to go up. Or list has come for the down it is if you're just balloting lift as. 15 the value Hoover. Hoover has earth movers revenue Hoover's jaw and a whole lot of other stuff that list is an even touching I think has more revenue growth potential. Our guess I just wonder if any of those things that Hoover's do we're actually gonna make money. As well I know that they could just be spending a whole bunch of money on stuff that does work and you know it's so but if they are than. That means that they could cut that stuff out before more profitable than they Saturday a suicide I get concerned about lift up on this IPO as much as I am about uber. Competitions all over the place these companies may lift from the pure ride sharing market you have all of the different scooter companies that are competing with them on the bike sharing programs. What does it overeat compete with. This company's rob gras ball all those ones door that's my biggest concern though is. I don't think they do is going to be even close Q first Marco mr. Lewis technology. Doesn't seem like it doesn't mean Google I would think is gonna beat them to market by Goodyear two in that is one of the years we're lift may have an advantage because they're tied in with GM with their crews automation groups of the might be some kind of partnership that happens. On that for. The first company Travis technology in these things Kuwait nearly wipe out these companies. Long as it works if it works pretty I mean imagine if you're you know if you're using this service like I was last week. And you've got the uber option or you've got the Google option Google option is half the price cut at the driver. Steel later Hooper mr. that is. Folks as we age estate planning and asset protection become of Paramount importance to maintaining a happy and successful lifestyle. Many families go through this process think about transferring their home to their children to protected from the nursing home. But if you're not careful nursing home staking gut your financial well being transferred properties not always the best solution because he can be looking at a huge capital gains tax. Well it's Friday here in the financial exchanges to pretty happy Friday if you own equities at this point the Dow Jones is up 12100 in 92 points at the moment. The S&P is also in positive territory not quite as significantly up about two. Well back over 2900. On the S&P though just shy of the all time high of 2940 worth and about one point 6% of that. The NASDAQ up fifteen points right now closed in on 8000 so. Lot of green on the board at the moment. Oil we've got back above 646418. Gold is currently at 1295. We don't have a cell tapping and I'm on the ten year US treasury to 2.5 five at the moment it's a little bit of movement happening on that front. But Mike. Taken center stage this morning to key items number one JPMorgan coming out with a Britain too good quarter for the first quarter this year all kinds of records both on profitability. And now overall revenue and also yesterday Disney announcing a 699 per month streaming service as Disney stock up about nine and a half percent as well. Yes a surprisingly strong quarter from JPMorgan. Especially when you consider year over year how much interest rates come down and the fact they had a pretty. Uninspired. Trading revenue quarter so we all in pretty solid quarter of JPMorgan Chase of interest to see how the other banks. Perform JPMorgan as mentioned earlier up nearly 4% on that news and then the bigger news being Disney's. Release of their they're new streaming product. Yen this streaming product called Disney pos is going to be available starting in November. It's going to have over 7500. Legacy episodes of TV. So you know you you go through pretty much all of the be at Disney TV show as well as. Did they have the whole fox library they can put in their now including all of the Simpsons episodes as an example. Then you get the Disney movies that'll end up on this so. Anything from me you know your band b.'s of the world all the way up through through while Milan and frozen. And then you know you've got the the other Disney movie rights. That are going to be on this as well also anything from the marvel universe as well is now Star Wars and we make their way on to this well. I believe this is an all effort is. Stock is I don't believe this is there no excuse me they might have 130 bucks. Yeah we got up to 130 at one point in the fall life figure of 127. Right here pretty close yet so get get close to an all time high after Disney stock right now so. Good data Bebop Laker who luck you know is seeing giving 9% bump in Disney's stock at the moment. One thing that record that we didn't really address in the previous hour during this price points at 699. How does apple TV plus plan of those. I think that an overpriced product to flop I mean. Their talent to add are now until David came in on 999 month just yelled announced a month ago it if that and go to Disney comes and expect price I don't think they announced the price on the TV I don't where it was only on the news. Oh you're right your right okay so that's gonna put pressure and apple outlet August down right now about 1%. And and I think Apple's gonna come close to us at a I don't see how apple can compete with any of these providers at this point of the fact that they've got there. Dedicated. Pocket of customers that they can push her to be right. It it. Does it feel like we're getting close to a saturation point is far streaming services department this for an hour all's were totally are but then there's only so much money to go around. Nearly did there's only so much money they can be spent it can't be that there's 200. Different streaming service is priced at ten dollars is really when you when you factor in the infrastructure costs setting him up like you just can't get to critical mass with. That is enough for those platforms so I just wonder for kinda getting close to new. Peaked streaming service neo is why announcement like cut the cord then. What incentive does that frighten me with all these packages to cut the court rightly get it imagine that you know stressful. Not that they'll do this but let's say that Comcast and OK we're gonna have Comcast Austrian get all the NBC you know shows all the universal movies like all that stuff it's going to be. It just it which I'm sure there are strongly consider I'm sure they have to. You know but it's it just feels like we're getting to a point where there's you know that that 1099 price porn 999 is kind of been in the gold standard for awhile. But you can't have people subscribing to when you. So that having been said. You know normally you would sail well what happened assembly streaming device streaming companies were just combined with the each other and you'll have some consolidation in the industry. But they're all owned by beer companies that do other things he won't see that had a consolidation you won't see YouTube TV combining with DirecTV now it's never gonna happen. So I don't know what the resolution is there a I don't know what it looks like these companies are gonna be willing to lose a fair bit of money on these things. This does leads into our poll question of the day which is up right now on financial exchange showed dot com. The question is have you cut the cord yet Tucker what kind of results we see in. It was leaning in the direction of cut the cord but as of this hour. It's straight down the middle 5050 between yes they've cut the cord and no I still cable clearly yup richt on the medal I don't think we've ever had a 5050 poll before. And we have got my 11 o'clock now this is fascinating and it's a tight race here. Head over to financial exchange showed dot com invoked have you cut the court yet and we'll check in on that Ian you little bits. Jeff Bezos putting out Amazon's. Annual letter his annual letter to Amazon shareholders. Yesterday. And one of the things in there was specifically. A challenge to other retailers. To raise their minimum wage is the exact quote is that he says he wants the top retail competitors. Parentheses you know who you are exclamation point mark to match or employee benefits and are fifteen dollar minimum wage. Better yet go to sixteen dollars and throw the gauntlet back at us kind of competition that will benefit every one. Accepted colors. And looked at a lot of these employers are having trouble making money but. When when we talked about this. Win the last time that we saw a it is the owner of a company. Publicly tell another company. Hey you need to raise wages. I certainly can't figure. Politicians certainly but never other and I've never other CEOs that's never been a fight that CEOs want to get into you know the puts tremendous pressure on yourself to keep your rate just. And it did did you read the full letter from Basil does not know so I went through it and a big part of it was also talking about how. If you look at the big growth and Amazon over the last twenty years one of the biggest ships has been from the fact that Amazon used to pretty much sell. All its own inventory so it would buy books and you resell them in today. Amazon's third party retailers make up over 58%. Of the products that are sold on Amazon and any given day so most products that are sold on Amazon are actually being sold for members on the ground from other merchants. That combined with this. I always give Bezos is letter I kind of look at it almost is different version of Warren Buffett's net you know Buffett's kind of telling you what's important in the investment world in any given year. Would Bezos tends to talk about is more kind of hate what what's going on under the surface in terms of how businesses have to operate now. The two biggest things that I take out this number one. He's nervous about antitrust regulations why else would he be talking about hey we don't sell the majority of our own products anymore comes from third parties in number two. I think that there's still a little bit stone from the rejection of New York City for Amazon HQ to. And he's trying to make Amazon. Look a little better saying hey we pay better waged an all these other companies that you keep in there there's there's something that's happening kind of in the zeit Geist there as far as. Hey you look big news the two questions that are facing Amazon right now. Number one anti trust number two how'd they be good news corporate citizen and he's trying to address those in these in this letter is a work. I don't think so no I don't think so. You don't think that Amazon for instance has a better reputation. In terms. But let's talk specifically about. Worker quality and dedication to their employees then Wal-Mart. I think they did. I don't think they do anymore and I think the New York thing lefty big scar network them. I'm not sure I agree with you I think. I I feel that way personally. But I think the general public has a very positive view of the way that Jeff business runs this company in the way that Amazon operates in spite of the fact that they have arguably put outs. Put dozens of companies out of business and you know eliminated a whole lot of jobs across the economy I don't think a lot of the general public view in the zone that fashion in. Well what's so interesting about this is just done on the on the road comments about wages. How CEOs now we're having to talk about this on a regular basis you know we are angry America announced they were raising you know all of our minimum wages earlier this year to target target now that they are raising and Costco said they were raising them. Amazon's talking about wages the blue the Wal-Mart. Forget who was might have been the CFO or was someone else in the sea suite from Wal-Mart. Actually responded Amazon by the way. Ending this gets it kind of the being good corporate citizen thing saying. Hey how can you don't pay any taxes in the US despite all your profits so they write it. There's there's something happening here that historically you didn't really see you know it always. You didn't used to seat companies saying you're talking about their raising wages in this fashion that there's something that's changing here. Well I mean part of this to that chapter is. Nearly the type of social media that we operate on the type of world we operate on today you know we are much closer to our company CEOs today than we were twenty years ago we get a lot more public comment from that because of the Lex Twitter and FaceBook. But that's changed in its it is in in I think there's a there's a ship that is happening here I don't know where it goes but. Twenty years ago you wouldn't you would've had the stuff when you would have had a at all. This is the financial exchange radio network. Oh. All right time for a little visit trivia here on the financial exchange and it's Friday which means that we're gonna do some action movie trivia it's action movie trivia Friday and I am shocked. Let's face offers or don't we we're gonna do face off in in in and I decided to change my my mind in I was gonna go do vertical limit I realized. That we already done vertical limit three weeks ago like people list actually of the movies that we do. In I don't wanna duplicates are you having three different yes we're doing aid it and looks like your instinct is mind about it or trivia question. Again. It's. Word. All right. So instead we're going to be doing tribute today based on the movie the horror released on March 28 2003 star Aaron Eckhart Hilary Swank. And a bunch of other people who I don't know if they've ever been and anything else. And the way the trivia work to Texas at 63566. And today if you are the sixth person with the right answer you can get a fifty dollar gas card now before we give the trivia question Tucker and you always like to rotten tomatoes these guys. What is the sentence. I don't know I just made rotten tomatoes into verbs so shouldn't these yankees it's that I what is the rotten tomatoes score for the core. What are your highest ever. 40%. For Asia now which I have I'm excited today when you break fifty I have no idea how it's 40% because the movie is just not it's not good artists of 40% critics like to. And then 33% of the audience that never happens does it never happens so it's yet that this this one's not particularly good. So here is the trivia question today based on the movie the core. The core what is the name of the ship used to travel to the center of the earth and restart the earth scores of the may spin again. Men drawn. I think that's a bad everywhere like the whole lot of it involves and go to the middle of the earth. Setting off nuclear weapons so they can start to your score spinning again. Stanley to treasonous. You're a steal all probably know my just don't know who he is yeah yeah adds to know his name. But again in the movie the core. What is the name of the ship used to travel to the center of the earth to restart or Earth's core and get it spinning again Texas at 6356. X you know the answer. And will. Will give a winner in just a little bit once we get one. TV watching the masters yesterday all hopeful. Yeah and I was watching during the show they thought that if if a show sounded weird yes I know you know why. And it booted up here and the whole computer hackers are doing is Jim Nance impersonation all day yesterday hello friends. But I must Happy Gilmore. Same thing pretty much. So the masters started yesterday in one of the things that's always interesting about the masters is despite the fact that it's ridiculously expensive actually. Get there and go I mean like a four day bats to get on the grounds for the entire tournament is going for 8000 dollars right now and look cool and I. But the there's actually relatively affordable well sign me that so it's it's a wash it in today early match 8000 dollars ticket but that's. That prevent or cheese sandwich costs me six quarters at all either view big fan of entities I laugh yet again I can't get enough certain entities. They only go for a dollar fifty each okay that used to be a dollar until a few years back well I guess even inflation is if there's this point. But what's interesting. This kind of follows a trend of you you've seen a couple of NFL teams start offering lower priced. Concessions in actually doing better with them believe it or not Atlanta's civic. The falcons at Mercedes-Benz stadium where they moved to a couple years ago they of two dollar hot dogs and three dollar slice of pizza to compare that. You know to what you see it most stadiums will be anywhere from seven to ten dollars for those items and actually saw sales increased just because people said. It looked as good value not you know spending an arm and a leg to get you know ball park pizza or ball ball park hot dogs at this point so net net you that sort of thing in Jacksonville. I think they have to give discount tickets in Jackson they everything I actually I was yelling out pools in that stadium two it's an awesome time but yet they can't. I was at I was down and in my my sister in law lives in the Saint Petersburg here down for him and we are down there couple Summers ago when we are planning a wedding. And we were they live right next to Tampa Bay Rays stadium which is in this hideous old dome and everything. And we're walking by and it popped in the box office here's a McCain Republican ticket deals do you have. They had to deal down there it was five dollars you get a ticket hot dog a soft drink and like some giveaway like you know who easier something like that two for five dollars to like everything was included for five dollars that's how badly they need to get people in the but the jets decency. Lester and that's it and what it would know or are we talking about here estimate of no no now pro sport. While exports. The score 11 way to winning goal barriers gone back to the masters menu here. How much is domestic brew costs to renewal that I mean I'm not sure actually. Ha. I'm not sure it it didn't specify how much Beers cost is like Fenway it's wrench at 1050 not even exaggerating. Somalia it's I'm just curious to see if they maintain those low price tags we'll beer is four dollars. Hole for four dollars at the masters goodnight again you paid 8000 dollars a ticket you don't care. Now I don't know what kind of selection you get I don't know probably not much I don't know if you're just working with like you know. Something you know blood VR something like battered real whatever it is but pay four dollars is bad for Beers at a major golf toward. J. Crew considering an IPO for its mead well clothing brand personal. I'm someone who I Saturday which case really just because there's stuff tends to fit me well their outlets are relatively affordable yeah. I've never heard of. May blow all my life seen the couple made rules six separate stores they're not just a break for a strategy completely separate store so that's why I've never heard of bring out on this one in there's ones early hang them and say no character or street. But dom. Yeah I think it's mainly I don't think there's an immense. Clothing in there. I don't think I guess that's why I've never gone down but it's the only place and grown pretty well. But so that they're considering this IPO just because this is as Mike mentioned it's the faster growing part of the company here. And it looks like again this is purely just that kind of unlock some value for shareholders to Haiti and using that phrase a sound dirty whenever I'd say it just because you know did just edged don't like it. But this is really kind of a financial engineering move more than anything else just kind of say okay this part growing quickly let's give shareholders the ability to buy just that piece if they want to. Images correct myself there is men's clothing. Others yes okay so this is there seems remarkably similar similar to me to the gap old navy. Yes he'll do great analogy via the gap banana republic or maybe their own miss and please I want into. There Republican I feel like mark Entergy acres during a rice and me. Maybe it's Zale we go to the J. Crew outlets but there are actually get some decent deals nearly but I buy my jeans they're just as they fit well in the early. When he twenty odd ball rather donut he is just be all but J. Crew and I just the quality went down held my callers cal stretched out everything I will say the quality can be hit or miss sometimes yup yup I've I've definitely seen that. A step ahead Berry are strong here and I'm joined today by Todd looked ski from the law firm of Cushing and Dolan. And worked talking about the guide to different types of real estate ownership many view all home team I don't know. Home here in new England and he might have place in Florida. Todd what a question that comes up quite often is. What are the implications. Of transferring your home to your kids in order to protect it from the nursing home yet that's one of them. Worst things you can do makes my key which line really bad because. One you've given up control over your home two doors anymore it and that's not a comfortable feeling of my client I heard a live there. Two if you wanna sell you can't it's not yours if you do sell where's all the money go most of the kids. Never mind all that there's a huge tax implication that comes from this even if your kids are great kids right. If you its year. Ago thirty years ago you probably paid a little four. Now it's worth a lot. Right and you give it to my touchpad sale was tax free when soma house's tax free except it's not your she gave it your children this example. That's the problem. And then you give them your basis. And if you give them your cost basis all that built in gain. Is gonna be taxed to the children so that's the tax probably you don't get that tax free sale when you literally tear kids you don't that's a big night. So I mean right there if you have given it to them now are now even if they agreed to sell it they got to pay the acts that you don't have the money you hope they give it to you know there's a tax. The question was in the movie the core what is the name of the ship used to travel to the center of the earth to restart the corn get it spinning again. The to your question right I guess is the fact that I can say that it's actually something real. Got to get the core of the earth spin again as some New York's Billy goes off these characters and the Europe and see what happens. Earth stops. It's really ridiculous premise for the movie but the answer the question was the Virgil that was the name of the ship. In fact that we did have some good answers including one was the endeavor the Starship Enterprise and also HMS bounty piloted by Bobby hall. Erin from Belmont New Hampshire had the six correct answer is taking home the fifty dollar gas card in trivia today has brought you by the Armstrong advisory group. So story out of CNBC talking about contact those credit cards. And how they're actually pretty big over in Europe at the moment but haven't really made any in roads in Q well. The United States at this point first of all what are we talking about contact was critical. Tim pop up once or twice but it's using the same technology I believe that's in the day card readers these days with apple and Google pay and such. And allowing you just instead of actually swiping your card or inserted to just haven't read with close contact visited different technology that uses so I think. The there's two types of technologies that you can use for kind of contact lists. Reading I guess. One is what's called near field communications NFC which I think that's what apple paying Google pay user the other is our by. It's it's not so much that it's really expensive is actually think that RID technology is relatively yeah in the broad scheme of things. But I think it's just getting every one to use it is he's kind of the problem. Yeah I mean they were just changes here right back and 2015 you add all these changes happening where if the credit card companies and the merchants didn't start adapting chip technology right then they would be a lot of now if you're a switch it over again to current us readers I mean this is not having the retailers and be happy with every three years you know and. It in by the way chip technology is another thing where. If you gun over to Europe in the ninety's and early two thousands they chip technology twenty years before us as well and in it's largely just because you've got smaller economies there aren't as complex the don't have as many players and so it's easier. To adapt to you know in implement technology to actually kind of fascinating in the UK. 78%. Of debit cards in the UK are now contacts and 62% of credit co. There there could be a speed element to it as well and yes it's easier like you know I think about how many times you've accidentally just. Put the cart in backwards no it or geoghan for. I spouse maybe. I don't aerial it's pretty quick to insert a car these days and haven't done right by and again criticism that your readers have really sped up like you go to a whole Fuji yeah what dad and its dominant second. I remember that that was the big criticism of there's a preacher forever when they first started appearing in like 2015. Team. The retailers and they're going to do it takes ten seconds to read this thing like it's a slow down our process down and seeing Google and apple pay being accepted that tag gas stations and Laporte here at the pumps yup just yet I have been seeing those popping up now which that'd be one of the place where a lot of the credit card fraud and moved to and that. It just put via scanners are ever gets gamers were stairs and that the big reason why I was because it. The gas stations were exempted from the chip readers borrow an additional year to beyond. Other retailers. It update on the Boeing 737 Max because paid not a day goes by that you we're not talking about the story. The Boeing CEO saying that fixes will make the 737 Max quote even safer well I I would hope so you know that's a ball better that's that's generally what you're trying to do. But we still really don't have clarity as to exactly win. These planes are going to be flying Guinea originally near the chatter was tape might only be a few weeks but. It seems like that mean for certain alias through August southwest has now taken their next jets out of schedules through August 5 and they're betting that's going to be at least it in the summer yet it's it's it's a case where were now talking in in a range of several months several weeks anymore. And I would imagine that southwest is pretty plugged in to what bone is doing given that the only plains southwest flies is. Wondered victim different variations of the 737. One would think so area you know I wonder what this does. Chu people's estimation of how long we go before we have lists airplanes I think we are now. At least two decades away that this really would seem to make that. Indian probability in the near future right lead it each year woods guttural but the fedex's of the world or something like that but yeah with passengers sure it's gonna tackle well. Think even even with I don't think anybody's going to be comfortable with no pilots at at the mean this whole change here that they're making to these systems. Bear putting all of the country while a lot of the control back in the pilot's hands resisted the computers aren't enough to do. So now it's concern. I am gonna go just a little bit off the grid here just as I saw a story that. Just call my I've quit early while you were doing that. So there is going to be announced that it looks like on July 18. General Motors is going to announce the a new generation of the Corvette. Coming out in just a few months actually. And what's interesting just kind of Reading through it the biggest change that might be happening. And I don't know if it's a 100% confirmed but it sure looks pretty close. It's going to be a mid engined cars so moving towards more of kind of a European style design there away from the traditional. If front engine designed for. A Corvette and pretty much any American muscle car ever. But it you know the Corvette the latest generation I don't know if you guys are big Corvette fans person not. Well like I will the new Corvette. The only guy right now but not Tony torn note that the current iteration of it now what's called the C seven it's the seventh generation of it. I think is just a phenomenal car. And I know that in general people don't get that excited about in muscle cars anymore because everything's about fuel economy and no. Cross overs and how many rows of seats can we haven't and we tablets can you hook up. But I still have a deep fascination with just really powerful automobiles. And so. We're going to be learning more about this Ian really about three months now at this point but the the top and that they're going to the top end model they're going to release here. Looks like it might approach a thousand horse now. When it's all said and done a lot of horse cease to sit in traffic that is a lot of horses. Under the hood there so. I think it's it's fascinating where new ship he's going with us and we're GM is going on this. But it looks like we're only a few months away from a new Corvette announcement and I'm just a little bit giddy about this idea. In other news that I wanted to revisit that is off the rails a little bit to be talking all talk and all of this week about the college admissions scandal in the updates there. We did we did on Tuesday because I was here the most recent update that I've got to that Lori Laughlin IE aunt Becky used all the plea deals and she is facing like twenty new church it's I don't know why shouldn't take this plea deal Felicity Huffman now a bit at the better airlines so aunt Becky and her husband might be go to prison people. I'm Becky goes to prison. Should episode title what would number really cares about just how much further this whole thing goes slave had new stuff America's Harvard got index and implicated I believe with may be starts sailing team I think it was. You've had a lot of new schools getting implicated in it feels like an all of these like the fencing teams involved in some I don't know why college fencing seems to be the preferred way to fake getting into a school but it does. As you can. Now a filly to connect cannon like wing fencing can have secured. And added. We're not. I just to make a fancy interviewing so as you can do that you guys. The post up. It's. Your red you're written up while you can bring this sort trying to trying to be a little bit more intimidating next time I'm in and you might be an all American. It just it has taken picture to be such a good night's episode of a sitcom actually if you could do that but every mentioned earlier but this is going to be the gift that keeps on giving in terms of just. Terrible news stories that it yesterday in dominoes are gonna continue to fall with new schools in new coaches being implicated in this whole thing just. It's going to be fascinating to watch what. Idiotic things parents will do to get tickets to college. Deals like the next level of this is going to be public schools that just completely made up a program that doesn't even exist they're like. Oh yeah I was joining the USC bull fighting team like just not even there. And something like that in psychic and had a video gamers report. Don't know that's a net that's her real time real thing. I joke. They like major in that now don't fearless colleges do you yeah sports is now a scholarship to tell you that I watched some of the the heated over watch league. Did you. I did what channel always that your son know I think it was only woods. ESPN eight Kyoto don't read it and I'm telling you like you guys joke but I think later you've been on like EBC in the middle of the day here I know that CBS has been putting something out there. That's like one of the more. Mean first of all it's kind of funny just because it's all of these late eighteen and nineteen year old kids who clearly are athletic at all. And they're coming in through like a smoke machine with late music and lights and everything it it all up yeah just looks so they can the optics of it just looked a little bit strange. And then adjust and I've never played the game so I couldn't get into it. Look I found it was kind of interest in the one thing that did get into very quickly when I started watching it was the drone racing. The drone racing is I've Eva know on ESP manner that was any have you watched and you can't let that. Poll Monica from CNN business joins us now to talk about one of the hottest stocks in 2019. Xerox. I don't know it's pretty amazing that this is they act hoping that war. The last century old in the it is not about 70% so far this. So. I'm guessing again I've not looked closely at Xerox's BO financials. I would imagine this isn't from some robust growth in the sale of copiers though my right on that. You are correct this is really all about some hope and excitement. Because. The company you know which Carl Icahn has that been a big investor and is going you. Try and become a holding company like Google now which is alphabet. Their shareholders could vote on that the annual meeting. Next one then the hope is that. That this will allows Iraq to IA and incubates some other businesses that will be more rapidly growing particularly its software. Keep them at arm's length from the core operations to be a little lower tax bill they hadn't been helped without checking patents so. A lot of it is cosmetic but investors are very side. I guess here here's the question that I have so is is there anything going on here at the moment. That are we actually see any uptick in profitability or any uptick in. Yes sales right now or is this just all kind of be buying that future story based on that reorganization. He really is mostly about our future historians mean they have been. You know done a good job as of yet giving Japan for its core products to occur as. Sales growth you know that you see you know is basically saying that the goal is that they wanna have. Sales growing again I went what you want it stopped at Bristol two years away. Your earnings fell over the past five years on rappers are only expected that increase. You know about you know mid single digits over the next few years so. I think that's why analysts are still very skeptical that there's not that Benedict copper the company anymore businesses not exactly be. Most I your wallet dot. Microsoft or Google or Amazon. But that the few analysts who follow it their price targets only a little bit tired with stock currently isn't it buys up older. Albeit now. Paul how much are of Xerox's business today is actually still copiers and things along those lines. Don't they have it transformed the business a little bit it's focused more software and services but I you know document. You know printing in debt. Management is still alive he'll be. Primary source your revenues of. In terms of their overall size one of the things that I always look at with the company kind of of this size that in there about an eight billion dollar company which in tech these days it's it's not exactly you know huge I mean technically it's a large cap but not compared to some of these big names out there. There anyone who might look at them as an acquisition charters they get too expensive would this recent run up. Yeah sure that they are going to be a compelling acquisition target because the you know that reasons not to cops so much. And I think there's also audio issue of what would you really be buying in Iraq this lying if you. Reinvent itself that doesn't strike me. You know the type of he acquisition target war. Another company after buying someone that's still trying to figure out what they really want to eat. So I'd be very surprised if you're acts would be. But take over target even though you know Karl liked obviously has track record of going in and debt. Don't buying out companies are you know by investing in companies that you'll eventually get taken over. Are good Paul we've got to run but thanks for joining us today and we will see you next week. It. Paula Monica from CNN business talk Ned Xerox the ticker and and his ex are ex in the stock by the way is up 75%. This year already. I think the Xerox had some sort of patent after currency remember seeing it just it sheep Barkin grabbed it that's stock price that. It's we haven't talked records occurrence in a while your part of that kind of a good thing. Yeah it is quite glad we have been on the crypto days of late when he seventeen were not fun for anyone Donald well.
