This is the financial exchange with the very Armstrong and sharks are now. You're exclusive look at business and financial news affecting your day you're sick leave your world. Stay informed and up today about economic and market trends plus get breaking business news every day. And now the financial exchange with the Barry Armstrong and sharks done us. It is a snowy Monday here in New England then. And you gradually see people trickling into the office making their commutes in and everything but. Holland take to clear the driveway I was a solid hour and fifteen snaps into a solid hour and fifteen to get it done it was just. It was more snow I think than a lot of people anticipated did I'd say probably somewhere in the ballpark of it around a foot maybe it'll north before it. And it was also it relatively wet snow and so you know the snowblower can only do so much so quickly as premise of his first one of miners out there. I don't really have neighbors so it's and again I'm bordered by when I forgot welcome all opera on 6615. Is out there and they are enough to know the nice like I've got weapons on one side to get a funeral home on the other and so no one's really being bothered by a device noble in either of those situations. So checks out of Mike Armstrong Tucker still be here Tucker beat us all here today. Now we just she wins which I thought was rather impressive until I learned that he stated hotel right next to the office. Yeah I've religious rule down hill and got to the office pretty much yet roads were horrible but that's knife and two month old clear that drive up. Yeah that was out there shall let you gotta get him out there working with weights you know it's back in my day we additional uphill both ways in the driveway and that's just how was denial before. So we do have a bunch too wide deep into while the economy does not stop for snow merely slows down here but keeps going everywhere else. And so was the first thing that we wanna start with this if further updates on the potential forty trade agreement. Between the United States and China. It it seems like we're starting to hear more and more building every day two words a potential. Agreements. Sometime in it it seems like were in the next couple months and get there. If nothing throws a wrench in this process. Which I think is where you have predicted I was thinking more this summer if we're lucky but it is the turn to the journal the Wall Street Journal's reporting mainly on rumors that it could potentially could be wrapped up by march 27. Again we're still working on rumors here that most recent one is that China has to be buying about eighteen billion worth. LNG. Liquid natural gas and you know just kind of rumors or what's going to be handled and what's not going to be handled potentially. Lessening the the restrictions on auto manufacturers selling the Chinese market. Does what when. Look it we don't know any details again you know we're starting to get some of the broadcaster hills course. The big thing that I can continue to always be concerned about in any trade deal with China. Is enforcement and specifically the provisions that they're talking about prominent of enforcement perspective we're starting to gain. The little bit of insight into what those look like. In its mostly. A series of talks that are gonna be set up at various different levels they can be escalated up the chain if there's no resolution. But from where I six. It doesn't appear that there's any kind of firm dispute resolution mechanism in place it's more just pay if something goes wrong we're gonna talk about it's kind of what it sounds like. And if you know anything about how China has worked from a trade perspective over the last 25 years. There's often an awful lot of talking that goes on with out an awful lot of action. Yeah I don't know how to take the indication that read got nothing out of the North Korea summit. That was certainly a lever that the Chinese were pushing and given the fact we walked away without anything done there it's certainly not positive indicator for these negotiations but I don't know if it's. Impacts things all that well much one way or the other guy I don't really know I kind. I know burial last week was of the opinion he thought that that bode well for. Getting more in an agreement here. I don't know find this early feel the same wave but certainly it it seems like we're getting down to the point where there's going to be in agreement struck. It simply is one where we we don't quite know what it's going to look like at this point. But did the rhetoric the last couple weeks has been more and more positive aside from. Robert light hazard the US trade representative. Who's kind of been thrown cold water on some of the stuff saying hey not everything I want is included in this. Which to me kind of makes you think OK we're getting a deal done for the sake of getting the deal done now for the sake of getting the best deal. Yeah ends. It's got that feel it does it does and that's realistically what we thought was getting going to happen anyways true today you might end up with this you know not really. Turning much new round of this deal wave. Without an enforcement mechanism AA if all that is is lip service saying hey we will move towards freeing up our economy and move towards getting rid of state owned companies then yeah that's me once. Been here enough for years and here and it for years. Another up potential ripple effect that I think is interesting to look at so let's say that China commit to buying billions of dollars in additional US goods over the next five year that's by the best case scenario out of this is that the Chinese here and there won't change anything about how they rip off technology won't change anything about how to subsidize industries but they will commit to buying a bunch US. Yeah and in in in particular giving example one of the big things that's outlined in here. That is being talked about his China is going to start importing a whole lot more Nat gas. From the United States if you know how the US exports Nat gas it's not through pipelines that go under the ocean and over to China eats through. Liquefied natural gas they freeze the stuff down between those huge ships and they send it out in over its expensive process but it's as the process that we used to export Nat gas at this point. And so what China is talking about doing. Is saying hey we're going to start buying a whole bunch more Nat gas from the US eighteen billion dollars worth a year. Now apparently is what China is saying they're going to be doing. Wolf the buying eighteen billion dollars a year from the United States. Probably isn't gonna make some other US partners who liked export Nat gas to China particularly happy which what it's not really our problem on one hand. But on the other hey if you making additional enemies through doing this you're not including them in this process and saying hey we're gonna do things to help you was well. They start you know narrowing down to circle of friends a little if specific. Canada there are neighbors of the north have. Planned thirty plus billion dollars in investments in LNG plants and BC as well somewhere in the eastern seaboard. A yeah that we we need to kind of work with them too busy keep in mind they are currently holding the while always CFO armor trying to extradite hurt the United States to face charges soaks. These types of things that are going to be kind of ripple effects of any trade deal gets done is lessening demand for Australian Canadian natural re. Sources in and make no mistake there's two things that can simultaneously. Exist in this case number one the United States is not responsible. For how Canada invests its money. So on and I'm not saying that the US needs they OG Canada's doing this so we shouldn't do it in the US is not responsible for that the US is responsible for itself. But as part of the diplomatic process. If Canada has this this building that's going on this this construction of LNG export capacity. And you're not consulting them and saying hey we need to work with you want how to deal with this that's pretty good chance that I think their rightly going to be a little bit about her name mates say hey we're not. Go into or. Yet every effort all the time and and they might do little but it's got a lot of radio. And I've got about her limits you know like this and we don't necessarily want to walk. To work with you in the future so there's that there's things you have to take into account there I'm not saying the US has to you know pull candidate into the fold and every decision. But the US has to say what we're doing so in the potentially hurt candidate here in if that's the case we might not be able to count on them and backing us in futures things that occur elsewhere in the world. Yeah I mean there's always going to be report facts and every talk about the trade deal that's this large and today to one extent you know you and I had talked about it's kind of frustrating to me happens. Approach this trade deal with a lot of our close allies like Canada Mexico and the European Union. On the other hand. If you're just working on a country to country trade deal makes and a heck of a lot easier to get something done yes garrison sued saying hey you know China you need to negotiated deal with the US Mexico Canada. An entire year. Let's move on to what talking a little bit about a potential IPO that's coming up in the next couple weeks it looks like lift the big ride sharing. Service is likely going to be IPO and some more towards the tail end of march I believe they've said in a roadshow for next week which means probably two weeks from now we're going to be seeing an IPO. And we start to get a whole lot more information needed big dump on Friday into the SEC database. And we weren't a few things about the company number one. They're still losing money hand over fist yeah. And and that's not changing any time soon their losses are losses are continuing to increase that at a slower rate than their revenue was increase. Yet that's us assays the city the article points out that today operated at a 911. Dollars. 911 million dollar loss in 2018 and then 687. And 683 and seventeenth sixteenth. Which is you know significant but their revenues increasing so quickly that as a percentage of that revenue their losses are actually decline. They're still losing a boatload of my bit and this is not a company that seems to be getting towards profitability at any point in the near future so they're gonna be losing a boatload of money apparently there they're still doing all kinds of promotions to get people into the system the at one point nine million drivers overall which is of big gold number I'll tell you that much one point nine million people driving on their platform. And by Sunday they have a 39% market share in the us bigger right Arlen. Yeah do you expect it is quite that large with which suggests that for all the talk about hey Hoover's the bigger fish the bigger company. You pretty much tells you look inside the US. They're pretty close to even it's really just Hoover has a much bigger international platform then lift does this I wonder what goes into that number two of the ride ailing market includes taxicab service just basically Cooper vs left. Good question I don't know I'm not sure this is going to be another dual class listing meaning that the shares that you buy on that the market when they go public. Are we going to have the same voting rights as the the founders yet she and so it's a very similar to what we've seen from snapped and also from FaceBook previously snap obviously hasn't done particularly well FaceBook has sort of been keeping. You know sale this is near a good or bad for the stock but I think you can't say it's bad for governance. I think that's a pretty valid job to make. And so this leads us to our poll question of the day up right now on financial exchange showed dot com. Do you plan on buying shares in lift or Hoover when they go public. Text us at 63566. If you have any thoughts on this but again had a financial exchange showed dot com. And let us know do you plan on buying shares in lift or Hoover when they go public. I am a no on this I do not plan on buying in shares. Yet. I am in particular matchup that's of interest me. Talk. And B album made Tucker hasn't decided yet I did use you for the first time in my. Six months on Saturday as opposed to lifting just. You just as opposed any answers as haven't used one Neil Diamond just it's just different territory I don't know. In terms of stocks I don't know it's scares me. Head over to financial exchange showed a common vote in our poll and will catch up there on the results in just a little bit we're gonna take a break and when we come back we're to be talking about the next business and Amazon wants dominate take over and kill the competition in. Right after this break. Mean this there's the charts graphs and numbers all day and just listen to. Or could do presidents day since our presence traders and bears bears atmosphere Richard. We could I could probably pull pretty good piece of their potential to wolf ordered him up something's got out of time. This a story about Amazon here on Friday. The story broke guy into the Wall Street Journal picked up seem be seated but. It's his turn market hours on Frederic. It was around eleven as well throw that our Kroger is down like 5% yesterday assess and that was when it came so Amazon non not announcing. But it being revealed that. It looks like Amazon's going to be launching in new grocery store concept. Starting in Los Angeles. As soon as the end of this year this is completely separate from whole foods is not new whole foods locations. But it looks like they're going to be opening a new store. Do we know what the what the name of this is going to be even yet. Now we don't have a name we have no idea if Amazon's going to be in the brand. The square footage are near the smaller in the city type of grocery stores or about half the square footage of a traditional. Kroger or traditional Hershey's store. Specifically in urban areas suit government LA San Fran Seattle Chicago or DC Philly guys placed test these out and it sounds as again these are all rumors at this point but it sounds though will be going after a lower price point. In terms of comparison to whole foods. And also just kind of focusing on more high profitability and highly profitable growth Adams so I don't know if you guys remember this now before Amazon actually purchased or acquired whole foods. Whole foods is looking into opening a lower budget. Similar type formally tennis called 365 stores yep and that's there's 365 brands or what you see in any whole foods. Some order and if it's something related to that this kind of kicks back up. Yeah I wonder if they do that I almost part of me also goes towards you know how Amazon has their Amazon basics lineup for yeah a whole bunch of things I wonder if there's some guys branding like that reaches an urgent and Amazon basin threes than every 65 basics. Yeah like is right now he and hopefully they don't have artificial flavors colors preservatives and sweeteners that none of those products or anything like that I'm assuming that you'll get. Away from that gets in. Cheaper types of products. I'm assuming too that this also expand their ability to deliver and here again and ship to a location. As well as put a bunch of return lockers up. I don't know if this really. You know I know all the stocks traded down on and I see how it would impact Kroger I don't really see it impacting Wal-Mart and target though. Just because the locations if you're Tom had just urban areas which is maybe that's just the test market there's and you were just in Durban locations for now and that's why Ivins movement moving around but. Yeah there's no wal marts in downtown LA. It's so. Funny and so interest in the the first thing that struck me about this what if there's two things that struck me off the bat the first is my first on this is not what's going to actually happen is. G Amazon bought whole foods just so they can kill them which I don't think is going to happen at lake and I'm sitting there and likes they weren't everything they could about whole food model. And now they're just going to say okay we're gonna build a lower price model that almost like could put whole foods out of business that surprise anybody it's kind of late in my those my first thought is like while they they bought a company so they could kill no I think they just want a corner both the ups and downs in the market. I agree in that that's kind of where I went to eventually. The other piece that I find so interesting is. The whole premise of Amazon for the first fifteen years of existence was we can do it better and cheaper than you because we don't. Have real estate. And in the last two years now Amazon bought whole foods they're talking about opening additional grocery stores they're talking met adding in that added these Amazon stores since. Amazon is moving back towards real estate and they're not doing that because they don't. And so you know to every. Energetic as it work they put a bunch of business that a bit at a Biotech companies out of business and now they can move back into realistic there's not a not not as much competition for brick and mortar retail it's. The fact that they are making have your investments in two. Brick and mortar retail locations. Tells me that if you are you retailer. The problem is not the fact you have brick and mortar locations. The problem is that you have a a poor logistics moments simply can't keep up with Amazon because of the profit margins that they run. And it tells me that at this point you probably also have you know some legacy costs associated with how expensive that real estate was but the problem is not brick and mortar it's not the consumers don't want brick and mortar. It's just that hit the brick and mortar that a lot of these older companies that was overpriced and that's that's the problem the final. I didn't see on this list ways New York City was not kind of listed as one place they're going into in granted there's a big feud going on between games on New York right now and then back down. And it's thinking about you know all those bodega is on every street corner in New York City. I think that aims to put thousands out of business I don't know if they want to I don't know it's going to be able to compete with that size. Of store now as astute that the grown bigger than that I think about like a CV SEC in the city like that's the size I kind of envision right you know maybe. 3004000. Square feet not 500 square feet. Quick break what we come back we've got Wall Street watch right here on the financial exchange. Like there's something. I was on Twitter. Mike we get a couple companies to talk about let's start first with one that I think we're all familiar with and that is DISH Network. What's going on with them today so dished. At work I I think a lot of people are familiar with the DirecTV competitor but they also owned Gosling TV which is one of the big streaming companies that you can subscribe to. And Dow facing competition there they've announced. He did we run all those ads about that the slowing yours right. What the swingers not sure you haven't seen in my right I just don't know the ones what it's like it's like a play on swingers so it's like. Are all electoral like yeah we always sling with the lights Oklahoma I think those guns and they are. I've not seen as you probably are they gave very well may exist today they are one of the online streaming competitors and they have announced a pretty significant price cut its path for new customers. And that's attempts to really compete in the space which is being flooded by the likes of PlayStation view YouTube TDs seemingly everyone is coming out with a new streaming option. The stock is moving up this morning on that new stock is up about 4% on the price cut. And DISH Network up by the way this year from about 26 up to while almost 34 bucks a share so moving up pretty significantly to start the year. Now the company on the move today is Children's Place down 11% I have no idea what this company does have never heard of them what's the deal. There another children's apparel retail wise so why they are down about some close to 11% this morning as you mentioned. They reported earnings that we're pretty disappointing they earn dad bought tennis share expect expectant. They were expected to earn two dollars and ten cents a share. They sided bet you know Jim breeze bankruptcy really impacted bared their name. And their profitability but you know. Presumably you would mean you know a little bit less competition in that space which should help them nonetheless they picked up. A lot of the Gymboree brands in court auctions so they did pick up some new assets not to be impacted profitability but. Ongoing concern for again and brick and mortar retailers and really affects all sectors and stocks down 11% on the news. Interview owning a an instant pot I do what you get is what a couple years ago now Tucker was last year. It was a couple years ago actually got a as a Christmas gift from my mother launch Easter terrified to use its ally its mind. That's pretty much. We have one of those cases we we ended up we've we've bought a one of the suit be machines four era in my dad my in laws they decided they didn't want it so we just took it back and mark and we use that same kind of due of one Mike knows kind of sport has sits on two or five years ago allied bought pressure cooker rice cooker slow cooker the only I don't tennis business suvs do it and you could have just one thing that right at all. I've got a whole bunch of junk in my cabinets on our sunken costs here notched category placement with one acting like seven in I'm Bucs are now how was how often the users to user over the weekend super early. And a handful times a month let's couple times in my idea. Seems very convenient. Anything in particular that you tend to what it what settings he's not as the years the pot again can do you know there's different things like pressure cooker rice current normal partly yeah you can like make yogurt or Brandon in the event that you can literally you can hard boiled eggs and yet. I'm which I haven't done but primarily use the pressure cooker for. It still adjusting well the owners of instant mop instant pots. Gains Corel. Are going to emerge Corel by the way you're not familiar with The Who they are there the company behind pirates and Corning ware as an example salts up war and yet two billion dollar company Austin and a yeah I mean that this is going to be some of the powerhouse when it comes to. You know anything kitchen related now kind of yet unique compounds he products here. I find this a little bit interest in discuss I don't think Corel has anything. That is. Kind of a kitchen device at this point under their umbrella Tuesday heard just yeah it gives these gorgeous different types of pots and pans and things like that this is a little bit. Of a different move for them but I think it's probably a more important move for for rail at this point in Princeton pot. Though I think you can make the case that look instant pop probably sick thinking. They we might need to diversify is eventually if everyone has one of these things how many more are they going to need you know it's it's if if your pot does everything. People don't need to keep buying new pots you discuss the G route and just make them unreliable and break a few years but you're gonna say tournament jet engines. You know we make putts and jet engines like what a great combination is now wonderful. But so that is a nice little merger happening in the food space. Another not merger but a partnership happening here. Alibaba in Office Depot tacked. That teaming up. And on the surface you sit there and go what the heck does Ali Bobble want to do with office. I mean it sounds like they just want to distribution networks Office Depot can deliver to most businesses in the United States have been one day you order stuff online they'll bring it to the next day. Like staples does light gab with with the New England based off to be wise WB Mason that he ordered at 9 am going to be there by 3 PM. So I guess the logistics has helped draw for Alibaba on home depots around Office Depot side. I don't know what they're getting here than probably revenue share yet in in pretty much. The example that was given here is let's say that you have someone. Who designs can news as an example sells canoes on Alibaba. Office Depot can use their distribution to deliver said canoes which they get it's going to be kind of funny you're gonna have Office Depot trucks delivering you know canoes and paper you know in subsequent stops but. That's that's what Alibaba is looking for is distribution in the US might imagine it's some kind of revenue share some kind of licensing fees it's that's attached to it I don't know exactly what. I would've thought if you were Alibaba you would want to bigger distribution in an office deep. I mean I know Alibaba a lot of it is business to business so and Office Depot does a lot of business to business choose I'd get that but it just. It doesn't seem like Office Depot would have good distribution network you would think that a FedEx or UPS from me a little bit more. Sensor they might need that scaled the moment the Office Depot does have 14100 locations and so I mean it might just be that they are looking forward from that perspective. But anecdote in for a desperate partner I mean office Depot's there have been kind of flirting with the most and it's so you know they they might just gotten better terms there's so yeah be yeah be nervous about them being around seniors. You do jolly Ollie can look at this this and OK he had agreed distribution network but can they stay open for another five years. Deputy it does have to be a concern for. So couple weeks ago I think it was two weeks ago president trump tweeted that as part of a tweet that he wanted the US to be a leader not only in five G technology for wireless but also in sixty technology. Well but people made fun of them. And that the fact is we were not anywhere close to six G technology right now but. The fact is also that you or do you do have groups of companies that are kind of working on the protocols for what six G will look like. That we're talking 78910. Years down the row. Yeah I mean had their PS CEO brought up that they're there will be sixty is just a matter of time I don't think anyone really has. Pros I don't think anybody has a real idea of how five G is going to work other than the developers of that and people implementing it so. Talk about sixty seems a little bit irrelevant but yeah I mean it's certainly going to be talked about on the road. And then when it comes to five G of and I know a lot of listeners probably hear the term tossed around an awful lot five G is the next generation of wireless technology the fifth generation that's what the G stands for and pretty much what it promises to do is provide wireless speeds on on your phone. Equivalent to being on a high speed Internet land line. At all times now the way they do this is the use a very different technology than previous iterations of three G and four G is an example. You can have towers where you've got to transmitter. And it covers Mino square mile word you know half a mile or so force. With five G technology the coast of the wave when used in transmitting. It can go through solid objects and deporting them to keep in mind like solid objects. There have been tests that they've been doing where a leaf for example blocks five G transmission. The wrong kind of coating on a glass window pane blocks five G train transmission. So it is much more temperamental and that it can only be used over shorter commute distances but it promises much faster. Wireless yet and you get in and donate a thousand foot tower and if there. No but so it's you can see many more of these transmitters on the corners of all buildings and things like that in you know on every light pole and things along those lines. And the promise there is that hey if you can get wireless technology. Delivering land line high speed Internet. He a lot of cellphone carriers are saying. What what you need 15. Here's one of my big concerns. It seems like Purdue's now with a five year just like in just a lot Jiten. With AIG and then I'll just you know probably just got concerned about restaurants the Italian if it. So you guys have that you know wireless router in your home and has a dual band 2.4 gigahertz and five gigahertz yet. So have you seen SP can't connect a whole lot of new devices that five gigahertz or they're not built to do it right. And the other thing with a five gigahertz this gets in that wave of the doesn't go was far in your home so late you might be at one in your house and be able large house the five G signal doesn't go all the way there from the router but technically it's faster but again you can't connect analog devices A because it won't get to different parts of the home or B because they're not built to get into it sure. Are we can be replacing all of our devices every five years as these do networks come out late night television that is hooked up to the Internet I doubt it's going to work with. Some 25 G technology gets rolled out. Willie you're. Yes if you want the latest in greatest. You're going to have to replace devices because they're not it's not backwards compatible. And so there's also a new wife did in new Wi-Fi protocol that's coming out in addition to fighting just to make this even more confusing for people. There's a new Wi-Fi protocol that's going to. Really it's packing a promise faster speeds but with the whole Internet of things being more popular and people having more and more devices in their homes. It promises to allow for more devices to connect more easily knots in your home. But also have if any of you ever tried to use Wi-Fi is sporting event Collins. Horrendous it's it's our develop today it's always supposed to deal up like 250 device so obviously its network so the big thing is this new wire this new Wi-Fi standard promises to be able to work better. For things like sporting events or airports and things like that. And some of the promises hey you'll eventually have better Wi-Fi connectivity at places where right now it's kinda garbage. But yet you do need to get new devices because the protocols are not backwards compatible what's out there as pretty hesitant to buy any. Yeah Internet connected things or access feel like all the text and the change in the next three years. But by the way so you know talk of what was the present a few months ago that we are talking about that robotic lawnmower. Yeah how is about a month and so eager yup looks at her rumba but for your lawn yet that the 1 at this morning gave me the idea that. Rather than the robotic lawnmower he robotics snowblower actually would make a ton of sense are a totally and you could it be. Expensive as hell but it would do it out but it would make a whole corset like aware and where does anything to back. What do you mean how much weight did you have to put behind your your snowboard again to push that's no I get a beasts and not much and I was like. Kept checking snow and this note I tell blow on the absurd here with a couple pounds on yeah you know that you you can use a little time in the Jerusalem but. Let's take a break when we come back we're gonna talk more tech with portable phones and Smart home technology right after this. Does this send stuff to talk to him. Hope your portfolio peaks. It's our daily poll question had financial exchange showed Dodd John. Vote your conscience there heard just vote. Go to financial exchange oh does come into castaway. The best by the retailer that at one point about five years ago seemed like they had some real questions as to what the future of their business was going to be. That they've bounced back in the last couple years and actually gotten themselves into a pretty decent. Decent spot now. But some chatter back and of weird they're going to be moving. In the future as far as you know what they're trying to do. It does it surprise you as much as it does me well and last five years. I mean I guess this is a company that I thought would be the first one off. Yes and no silly it's surprises me I think in terms of how quickly they've bounced back. Just because I think they have some very real issues and obviously the retail sector is not a forgiving place to begin with. But the more that I I've thought about it when it comes to beat consumer technology items. People wanna see the middle cases now I personally don't look as. For I have a couple of great review web sites that I goes to where. I trust him implicitly and what they what they tell me to buy a pretty much by and it never been disappointed by his silly by the way. Every interview ever heard ever used the wire cutter. Yeah I have seen that so website yeah so it's it's a company they were blocked by the New York Times I think maybe. Three or four years ago now but it pretty much easy a group of experts who you know than get experts in just about anything. Who go and just review all kinds of different products in the TVs to snow blowers boots shovel like. You find anything you want there Jimmy hues that good things they agree version of consumer reports pretty much in what they do the way they make revenue is on their website they have a whole bunch of affiliate Datsyuk they say oh we recommend this click here to buy it they get a cut of the revenue coming on. And the stuff they are viewed as an example. Bedside lamps bookshelf speakers business credit cards doorbell cameras sleds like. All kinds of weird. But so. I think a lot of people don't necessarily have BA. A good review place that they trust in so people for big electronic ports is they wanted to win in the stretch they wanna push the buttons they wanna see how it's I don't see how walks. Agreed. And maybe this has just been best buys ability to shoot to fend this off that. I would sometimes do that too but then I just go on mine happened go look at the price on Amazon if they beat best by them despised there. Except that best buy matches the price that's that's the key thing they think they did is you can be used in the store pulled up on Amazon's say hey here's the price invest while still you walk out with it right then instead about leadership that are languages. A good idea but I don't know how to maintain profits for. They've clearly figured out there too and they're not insanely profitable but there's no retailer that's really insanely profitable in in this day and age other than. You know Wal-Mart would still prints money hand over fist and that's just as they've got a great business model but best buy and really think the idea of them as they show room. Guests are we were talking about this in the break a little bit and a lot of potential there. People love to like. I almost wonder if they turned more into that in the house say hey look what we either send you home with that from you know kind of the back of the store or be able to ship to the next day or some. And I like what they did and there's going to be a small small portion of business but the idea best buy vending machines and certain locations. So unmanned just a vending machine Jason Logan Airport CN train station in those certain locations where. Hi this is chuck and Mike from the financial exchange we're talking today about planning for retirement it's a big thing that you need to plan for. And really is the kind of thing that the only want to do once you don't want to have to un retire. Mike one of the things that people have to sort through that I would be discussing a deal with the aged. Our am I retiring her we both retiring are already retired. If your spouse is pulling in a whole bunch of income while you're retired it might not make sense to pull your Social Security right away so consider a bunch of factors but a big one is also life expectancy and that. Definitely comes into play with sort of security. In addition to Social Security another item that people have when it comes to retirement pensions. Is that the same type of conversation and same type calculus the people need to go through. Certainly there's a lot of calculus there but there's oftentimes even bigger one with pensions and narrow bit more rare today which is. What sort of survivor benefit to a and the option to take a my pension. It's not always clear cuts and I would caution here really think about it especially if you have a younger spouse that might be survivor here. We'll open today all major indices the United States were in positive territory bullied. Buy it sort continued upbeat sentiment regarding US China trade negotiations are going to be bringing in Charlie Gasparino from Fox Business just a little bit. Not to dig into what's going on with those US China trade negotiations. But markets have now turned a negative the Dow off 24 points and NASDAQ off one the S&P. Completely flat at the moment. Ends. You know that the data point that we've gotten since then that you could be involved in some way is we get it. Disappointing construction spending number they came out for the month of December were still kind of working through some of the backlog. In in dated justices you know put out by the Census Bureau and so with the government shut down for new much of January. We're still kind of working through a backlog of data but construction spending in December. Down point 6% compared expectations of down point 3%. So. Another data point showing me the economy in December slowed more than people anticipated. And again it's two months ago data so it's it's not something. That I think necessarily tells a ton about where the economy is today but certainly just giving us you know another sign that paid December was. Pretty bad when. It was all said and done it was and I you know whenever I see construction. Numbers I I really wonder whether. The slowdown in construction spending is an indication of some sort of economic slowdown. Or if it really has nothing to do with demand for construction it seems to me like demand for new construction is still pretty high it's the supply of labor that is factoring into honey and the inability for companies to provide that construction. Could do what I find interesting is that anything related to. Anything related to you that asset prices are borrowing in December. Get hammered and that's me I I continue to think that we are more tied to the stock market is an economy than we want to admit you know we like to talk bit of waves are a quick. This is an economy that is built on the back of the stock market if you look at. Every single major piece of spending that happens in terms of for the biggest obligations we have going forward with the talking pensions when you're talking. 41 case all that stuff. Is built on the backs of asset prices and the the amount in the in the sheer dollar volume of assets that we have. I think it's far more important people want to admit I know we we all except everyone makes their money from you know their labor notes could see whit. We see it when we talk about tax reckon we see you when we talk about you know the distribution of income and and and wealth in this country. It seems to me like a lot of people are whenever they see any sort of volatility on the sideline they're saying oh you know what. I'm I'm gonna wait for this I'm a week for some sort of bonding it's I can buy real estate cheaper so I can buy stocks cheaper second by any of these different things. See a lot of people trying to tie and announce it now this is gonna result in a fall part of this point it's been going going up and doing well for so long. But he felt it's time at I think that we are full or just more leverage to stock prices in terms of how the economy actually moves and we want to admit I hate certainly more than forty years I mean is just eliminate all the other factors and the factor means that. 4050 years ago. Lot of people had pensions and did not have for a one case now the complete reverse is true so a lot more people it is impacted by the stock markets don't open them well and. And I think the big thing that I tend to look at is. That is the classic Warren Buffett indicator look at the stock market capitalization compared to the GDP of the United States or how much are all the stocks in the United States worse. Compared. To the GDP of the United States. You know it was for much of the seventies and eighties. Taking guests take a guess as to how much the stock market was worth as a percentage of GDP from 1975. Through 1990. God. It was between forty and 54%. Over the last two decades from 2000. Through today. It is vary between 92% when we bottomed out in 2009. A two way hi we are currently at a 153%. Not that the the stock market as a percentage of GDP has tripled. In the last 25 years. We are so levered to stocks and most people don't realize this week. People just continued gloss over but Americans get a my soapbox for too long is that we could be doing that'll day let's talk about something that's what's more. Not much more uplifting and that is the fact that Martha Stewart. And snoop dog happy relationship. That in fact culminated. In her putting together a deal to start making CBD oil. For animals products for animal says. What's ridiculous part of this story by the way. Yeah I mean this is one of the more crazy headlines you'll see in recent memory is that there here's the headline if you distilled I'm not gonna reach CNBC's I'm gonna make my own headlines now Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg. Since that combined. We're partnership. To sell CBD dog treats the based protester pretty much wrap it. Like we've we've got to the point where Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg are selling weed treats for dogs. And they're gonna make a tunnel they're gonna make a little money they really are a day ER yeah so you miss the odd that the story last week Martha Stewart. Pairing up with canopy growth to try to produce. CBD oil products. Primarily it would have like initially for pets I think it's probably just because the regulatory burdens are lower earning. And in Buford that there but that's the start that and also for people essentially. I don't really breed fully into this bowl why would pack the CBB why not talker. Well I mean. What they're hanging in Somalia sir you do have pets to to be fairly to Heidi good friend of mine who had a Australian Shepherd and don't know if you have been around aussies but they are. Wired like Korea they're very kind about it yeah about like it's its heavy duty. And it got to the point in this is partly just like the world we live now like the early quote the dog easily too anxious tech we have to do so our idea why I got in my ears as it feels they literally had a dog console and yeah it just didn't do when he but says something like this to say OK maybe give the patsy Beattie says they eventually to give the dog wages that stated their history and Britain are out. It was nuts like it was insane so. I think that the audits for BO pets like that something along those lines hey maybe your pets sick or something like that you do something to make the. Now I don't know a lot of possibilities again tonight the amount we spend on pets these days is outrageous and this doesn't surprise me at all it's just one more piece spamming or confidence and it's not shocked billion dollar an industry that's right but he SO while Martha Stewart is snoop dog with relationship here this new revenue. Has promised Charlie Gasparino from Fox Business joins us now to give us an update on. Where things stand between the United States and China Charley thanks for joining us today. Any time I did anybody really know that that's so that was going to be my first question actually it seems like every day we get you know. Things are good today things are bad today and I've almost gotten to the point where I've kind of tried just to get out now do you think that's the right approach just for me personally. Yeah I think for for investors and so you you know you see exactly what it is they do. Look at any. I I think it's a net positive that they're talking for the market just you know. The fact is not in in immersed in a massive trade war China right now. And you know and this you know market no matter what you think about the policy whether we need to do that too to put them in their place and essentially. He essentially stop him from doing all the bad stuff to China does. As one issue but the markets like the fact that we talk so I think that's a positive thing but if you're. Look at the trade off dispelling. Just. It doubles and the tail and and who knows what's gonna happen I mean that they won't walk away with nothing and just the sort of troops you know Adams and but it was in the market are down more urgently today and that the list headline. US and China close to treat deal. To. Did it. You know I think more money insane but he would concur. So Charlie let's stay away from trying to dig too deep into kind of the nitty gritty of hey what's going on what isn't going on. The question I've been trying to sort through over the last couple weeks is. When we look at this in terms of overall importance to the world economy let's say that we do get a deal done. We've been seeing slowing in Europe we've been seeing slowing in China and other emerging markets as well. Does this put all of that to bed or those separate issues that are gonna continue to exist even after this deal may or may not be done. Yes great question I mean how much will it matter that we have a deal. He is really. An essential question that I decided to speak about that would Bhutto ally. You know he makes the point with all the with a global slowdown that's essentially. Going on in you know looks like our economy's slowing down to do to be that he. He saw the latest GDP numbers been warned that query you know or 3% growth now backed them. It's an aunt because of the government's slow down and go down further but that that'll be somewhat of an anomaly you but still it looks like we're slowly from the frenetic pace that we had. You know how much will matter that China that we have the treaty which I I don't know I don't. Again it's. It's better then it and not having to deal. By you know I don't think it's gonna save the economy. Because he's going intercession. What do you think of one of the things that stood out to me in that fourth quarter GDP that actually made me a little bit optimistic was. You know we had this slowdown in business investment back in the third quarter that seemed to reverse itself somewhat in the fourth quarter which to meet Canada loads relatively well because I was. I was nervous there in the third court I sit there and I go deep business investment all but dried up. But a little bit of a bounce back in Q4 it suggests to me that one of the options on the table everyone's kind of pay recession or not. What are the options could be hate you have a big slowdown but it doesn't necessarily put you into recession you just you kind of muddle along for few quarters and then. Come out of it is that something that you view as possible. Yet that that step without will be the one problem with that though is. You know we need to do better than models you know and we just did a massive corporate tax cut me. Is there is going to be deficit associated with that. You kind of got apt 3% core. You know the peace sport at that won it in the ball clean actually oh. You know ordered Peta on the debt for the economy. He eats its essential that the economy grows at around 3% so. You know what percentage not really can do you know given key gonna cut taxes that much. Which is what they did and he added that the probably just showed that the efficiently. Did you as the economy was a corporate tax cut as opposed to possibly. I would like to the masses. Personal tax cut may be much. Much in Europe the personal side were on the corporate side. Are the pet that I think is an issue. I want to hop in just on one thing that you mention it just because you mentioned the deficit and the the thing that's been interesting to me is the west. Really three or four years ago but go back to the latter year two of the Obama administration. We haven't heard a ton about the deficits kind of just become accepted that hey it exists and hey it's there. And in no one's really mentioning it and I find that very interesting in particular when you look at the behavior of the Fed. Potentially winding down their their tapering of you know running off the balance sheet. It is bigger problem in in finding you know enough buyers for treasuries at this point or do you see that is becoming a problem at some point. Well you're you're suggesting that the Fed is winding down because they may be an ultimate buyer treasuries. So I am and here's why there was a story published just think it was back in mid January. Where the Fed said hey we may lose control of the long end of the yield curve. And I've read that to say. He beatle have a plan for how they're gonna deal with the lack of buyers now maybe I've read too much into it but. I just I saw that never since then have been wondering if they're kind of a little nervous that hate there are a ton of buyers out there. Well I don't like I think that that could be just an issue I mean that's and here's the thing that you believe. And I mean these things are not done an isolationist several reasons why did that may help backed off didn't its paper. And you know backed off you know. Get rid of the stuff on the balance sheet which affects interest try to make interest rates if you sell treasuries right. From the balance sheet the prices go down interest rates go up. Having to pay more for foreign debt and would all the lights. So my my oh my opinion was it was every and number one seed and minstrel boat from from the president I think obviously had an issue. Had an impact number two is if they feel we're going into a recession or economic slowdown. Okay it'll hoosiers into recession. And if you aren't going into recession you're gonna have deficits are you gonna need buyers of last resort so you'd be incredible. It's all were world agree with each other for different reason. So. Yeah I think I think that bit but it's also because we're we may be heading into recession. We will need that more marginal buyer to keep interest rates. From going to reflect the long and which could push just you know make recessions you know even worse grade I mean even at interest rates. That's the problem so. You know proceeded in an economic downturn that's something called I think stagflation. Which is not something you typically wanna see in the last time we went through was the seventies which was about the worst period for bonds and stocks we've had in the last fifth. Yeah horrible comedy is it was buried. Destabilize the country and so many ways I think people forget I mean I grew up and that the seller member. While men that worked out here and that you instruction in the church or India or right up. We edit in your you'd be in the economic crisis in New York turn into. The fiscal crisis in your goals bankrupted this city I mean is it we were on the verge of bankruptcy. That's the largest city you know where I mean that has an impact. So. I don't wanna go there so you know this this is a balancing act on the part of the day it. I will say this though and I think is the key we just did and yet the corporate tax cut. We can't get 3% growth that an issue. That that's gonna pounded deficit. Now in May not matter when you're the polls midget or. Global economies aren't so great to make it short jokes about me Charlotte yet if that's the I see what you're facilitator is sir you know it it may not matter when. When every other economy is worse than ours so we are it is safe havens for for global investors. Very good Charlie we got a ladder fortunately. I folks this is Mike Armstrong and I'm joined state by state planning attorney tot lot ski with your financial exchange quick tip of the day. Today were talking about the top estate planning mistakes that you need to avoid you know Todd so many people create their state plan but they then failed to fund it. Explain why it is such a big mistake in what we mean by you know quite funding your states Australia it's it's really huge and you've got to look at it from two points of view one. You're spending money after spending money. To put together an estate plan to want it to work her right and if you don't put assets in your trust that you create its not working. In two very important respects one if you have a revoke Coble trust. And you don't fund it. Well that of course you're not avoiding probate because all the assets would be your name that's a big problem too. The language in that trust is what it's designed to help reduce estate taxes when one spouse dies. It shelters assets in and utilizes exemptions. There's nothing in there. It's not helping you do that enough that shelter so that that's not a good idea. And from an irrevocable Medicaid point of view if you want it if you're in case you're concerned about doing that kind of planning can you imagine not funding those trusts. Not only do you have all the same problems that we just mentioned with a revoke global trust but one very important problem you never started your five year waiting period. And so if you create an irrevocable trust don't put assets in in five years goes by and you think your assets are protected from the nursing home. They're not. You better fund trusts you better and it's something that they you know. They see all the time folks starting these escape plans for not buying public ski in the estate planning experts at Cushing and Dolan. What seems like the sun just doesn't come off without another Tesla story coming out today. And hey we've got a new one today an ounce at Elon Musk this morning theater rather yeah. Today in a series of tweets. Announcing that Tesla is going to unveil their model YS UV. On March 14 what kind of details we have to this point. Well the details on the car that it's basically the same batteries are putting in the model three it's 10% bigger. It's cost 10% more and have a slightly lower range it's at the same batteries them off three that's the details on the vehicle itself. The other details are that once again you want most is put out a statement via Twitter without any sort of I mean granted on a Sunday so we were during your open market hours but generally speaking and you're releasing. Information and the SEC is probably not going to be happy about the art market doesn't like the statement early test stock down 3%. My first thought is we're gonna gonna build this I mean I'm I'm very light count. You know roll my eyes whenever you all mosque tweets are about what's really wrong with them. Announcing a new vehicle like while the SEC. Kind of question. It literally just announcing a new vehicle. Don't you mean. Don't you have to kind of it preannounce that your going to have the you know set announcement fear company when your publicly traded stock that it. Had the potential to move the markets. I don't know if it depends. On what the threshold is you know they were very careful last week when they. The you know were you know making that announcement that he's sort of the model through is now I'd be 35 altered all trading Adrian made bigger now our website at 3 PM would be making it relevant announcement and and here. There's just they were. By the way this is awesome and I don't really have a problem with that I don't think that's a big deal not my thing is look. That they're trying to ramp up just to figure out how to produce the model three right now and big enough quantities to sell however many they wanna sell. Now you're telling me that you can complicate things by trying to come out with this model why at some point out in the future my first question is. YEY. Announcer now what's the upside to them announcing it now. Especially coming off I got announcement last week. Here's where I come back to distract it and and here's what I come back to when they announce you could Tucker you can put this on the board if you want to move you can put this one on the board. When they announce when they have the official unveiling next week. They are going to allow people to take the pot to put down deposits on this vehicle. The reason for that is because Tesla needs money to keep funding its operations. In this is going to give them a way to get money without having to deliver anything for a year to. So this is I would I would imagine that during that announcement next week tussle is gonna say yup. You're going to now be able to reserve your model why. It'll be ready next year and it won't actually be ready next year but hassles in Daschle's about a thousand dollar. You know float from whoever you know goes ahead with at least with that deposit for the model 32500 bucks it was originally a thousand they raised its 25 writer but it was a resides now as a model wise not to grant going to be bigger object could be a bigger deposit now so wide that's the reason why I think they're doing this. Is you know they've they've got to Casper and that's coming up and I think that they want to give themselves much cushion as possible without having to raise equity or debt. And this gives them he built to do. Folks a lot of time energy and effort gets put into. Creating an estate plan that is both secure and financially sound but. Their mistakes that people make during this process any one of which could have dramatic and damaging effect on your financial future. Cushing and Dolan has a new guy out this month called the top estate planning mistakes that's right the mistakes that people. It you'll learn how to avoid these critical errors and help to ensure that your assets will always be protected. He's doing anything to get a jail what's he doing now my so he had already offered to Wear a ankle monitor which the Japanese government said no because we don't do. Here. And which I would do I didn't even wanna go home he just wants to get out of jail please let me out of prison site needs upping and white writes every single day for all my nails. There's been there since what November two actually. He's how Z seven the. I don't know. A look at late sixties early 70s646464. Not it is birthdays coming up. For God's sakes let the guys celebrate his birthday coming up on the ninth so. So that's the latest in the the Carlos Gonzaga. He's been in there since November 19 half moon we are closing in on for months now. And again no real clarity line. What they're trying to charge him I guess they've been trying to charge him with the fact they didn't disclose secret compensation. Which at least in this country you would still in prison for like if if you commit. And look maybe this is an indictment on our you know justice system but if you commit white collar crime. You don't stay in jail for four months while you await trial you know. Did Madoff even yet made a student in prison right I mean that's a different situation but he certainly didn't get mail and I can't remember I can't remember the specifics. AT&T planning to revamp the digital arm of CNN. What exactly are they trying to do what they think the problems. Well I mean CNN did pretty well during the sixteen election but. Pretty much every news media outlet did pretty well during the 216 election what they've seen is since then they've really lost ground Fox News and MSNBC says they're talking about a big revamp there. What AT&T thinks that they can do is I mean you have mover on their contents and how much they covered business. Rather than just during politics but they also want to start using much more targeted advertising which. I thought uninteresting I mean a lot of companies are going towards that. Rout him practically speaking what this means is you rather than just having generic ads running on CNN an all time is basically more targeted ads probably more on cnn.com. Towards the individual person viewing that. Web page. I just don't know that AT&T brings all that much expertise. It also sent to me it wasn't just adds but it it looked like they wanted to do more kind of targeted articles of hey if your interest in this this is what you're gonna see. Which I don't want for CNN I want CNN's Tony what I should be reading vote no I've had here let's OK I've got I had. What anyone tell me what I should be reading. But here's the thing CNN even if you they go to customize you know articles per person. The stop telling you what to read in fact they're doing more so because they're saying they'd rather than just giving you all the stuff. In letting you work through it. We're gonna say no this is what we want you to re on the but I think that's. I mean that's the problem that I see with the FaceBook news. You have so many people rely on FaceBook for being a major news source but all the fees but does it regards Tate's stuff that you've already expressed an interest and CNN's talk about doing I know what I don't like a YI I know but it's the make no mistake they are telling you more then just kind of giving you everything they're telling you more what to read. And if I had to point out one of the biggest problems in the last decade. It's the fact that we think that personalization is a pause rather than a negative when it comes to information source in the new space what you want out of your major newscasters is some. Semblance of independence. And saying hey these are the major news stories regardless of whether you've seen right what do you lean left whether you're interested in business or politics these are the major stories that you should be following of the day. And CNN as saying hey we're gonna get away from that and go more towards the FaceBook approach to news witches. This is what you seem to be instance there were only gonna give you one opinion and. And here's the thing that we don't understand about personalization. Personalization isn't good for you mere talker it's not oh it's more of what you want it makes you feel good because that's the story you tell yourself you tell yourself. Pay and getting more of the stuff that I want and getting less the stuff that I don't. Yeah you're also giving less exposed to stuff the potentially contradicts your view did you just reaffirming your own pain and so when you look at this it's yeah I'm getting more this stuff. All all any network cares about its rivals. It's all they all they care about is eyeballs so if giving you more of this stuff that you want keep your eyes on their website for a longer. It's a plus for them not for you you were making yourself more tunnel vision. And you pretty much put yourself at the service of the company that wants to keep your rivals there for as long as possible so I agree it's like that thing I. I hate person type the more of lake read about how all of this on lines stuff works now on line stuff is a very near technical term online stuff. Personal is ace is one of the most insidious parts of it because it's promoted as a as a benefit for you. When it does not benefit you in any way shape form or benefits the company keeping your eyeballs on the page dip. More ad dollars. So we have a trivia question last segment that we hold on to right answers and back so many that we actually got. What people could have been winners but we had only one person who was the correct winner in the correct spot. And the question by the way it was. On this date in 1791. The fourteenth state was admitted to the union what was that state the correct answer was Vermont and whether an answer. John from Drake it took the fourteenth correct answer you have to be pretty quick in this case. I need get a fifty dollar gas card tribute today brought you by the Armstrong advisory group with the market still volatile now's a great time for review of your portfolio. Call 803934001. And in general we had what a lot of people had the right answer we had a couple we have one person put Ohio though that was incorrect or I was not added to later. That we a couple of answers of Maryland and Georgia both of which were two of the original thirteen colonies of those were not correct either infected ones Vermont. The headline from the Wall Street Journal is shale companies adding evermore wells threaten future of US oil boom so. You read the headline is a case of adding more wells which should help oil boom in the US what's actually going on. Well around three years ago what we ended shale really start picking up at figures for what thirteen 20/20 122013. And over the last three years those same oil companies have been saying hey. You do to the technology we can start drilling wells really closed the existing wells we have and it's really just going Ted. Increase production pretty substantially. Now they're kind of walking back this game answers in newer technology they weren't really it's seem like they just weren't all that certain how is going to work. And now owed their finding hey you know what. In some cases these new wells that we drilled pretty close to the existing ones are renowned you know up to as much as 50% less in some circumstances than what they had forecasted. And yet a lot of these companies are taking it on the chin because that the Radio One of the companies that's offering this their stock has fallen more than 75%. Since the end of 26 team do you mean they this issue when we looked. Actor these wells that tend to be drilled a lot of the shale ones and and also. A lot of the new wells not necessarily shale wells though a lot of ones that are using newer technologies horizontal drilling and things like that. One of the other big problems they've had is not only lower initial. Production levels than expected. But they seem much faster degradation in the rate of output. You know it's something where you know you see the rate of a lot of these new wells that are in shale regions there'd be down to 50% their original capacity within two to three years yeah. You know I think we had painted this picture. Of the United States and Canada just having this new untapped and limited supply of oil to get to because technology news just going to all I was to access all the new stuff. And it seems like the answer might be well not really. There is just oversold overestimate how much are people on the ground and you know and now it's their backing off then sang. There really isn't as much there's woman thoughtless. MCM just gonna look at the some of the other stories just really got a couple minutes left him trying to think there's anything that was kind of a big what I do actually wanna dig into one askew had just a little bit here. Talking about credit scores just as I found this this one kind of interest and that the headline this is also from the Wall Street Journal getting into the 800 credit score club is tough. I'm staying in is tougher here not now I finally made it this year did you I'm the camera and the 21 right now OK so bomb on. I'm a good or work debts you know. Would you Adams are between one I went even on I don't even want to India as does not always pays it has no chance I'm gonna get you know any any help interest charges. In fact I'm I'm. Miserable and to probably try to pay everything off earlier like it's it. I actually heard of someone who got rejected for a loan because their credit was to use a new credit card there's really real want that person. So this is also a twenty years ago so I don't know if they can do that. Why is it's so hard to stay in kind of this 800 call what's what's that challenge the people face in terms of pay you what west towards stay there well I mean everything touches your credit de even so for instance I just the other damage you know applying for new car insurance and even that is touching my credits and yeah pass the score yeah. Everything touches it and on top of that though I think more importantly the amount of student debt. Just overall continues to grow and that's that's going to impact people want to it's worse realistically. You don't need an 800 or better in order to get the best rates I think in a lot of cases it's Canada it's 750 sevens sixty range. Is where you need to qualify for the best rates so anyone looking to have a score overeat hundred. Well look it's nice but at the end of the day it's it's not really getting you'd many additional benefits in a lot of cases. Hey it doesn't really help you add a whole lot. Above 700 tends to be pretty good in the pre foremost for most things that you might need but you know a little things can toss enough right to utilize too much of your credit and credit card that lets you got a 5000 dollar limit on your credit card you only use 4500. They're actually an occupant. We've got a little bit of a slide happening in markets now Dow off 300 points very quickly very quietly S&P and NASDAQ following suit also down 1%. All time we have for the Dave. But we'll see you back at the same time tomorrow on the financial exchange.
