This is the financial exchange with the Barry Armstrong and sharks are now. You're exclusive look at business and financial news affecting your day you're sick leave your world. Stay informed and up today about economic and market trends plus get breaking business news every day. And now the financial exchange with the Barry Armstrong and chuck saga. Quote got a whole week that we're heading into now and it sure looks like markets are optimistic the start off all major indices in positive territory. And the only thing that really changed over the weekend is that that didn't lie in four US China trade negotiations which had been set. At march 1 this Friday. Otherwise you're going to see increased tariffs on imports of Chinese goods that deadline now apparently. Going by the wayside president trump announcing in a tweet yesterday. That effectively that march 1 deadline. No longer applies and so we're gonna dig into exactly. What that means just kind of new figure out hey what what does this mean as far as we're negotiations are going tucked not a Mike Armstrong Tucker still be here and Mike what what do you make of via the change that we've seen over the last. 24 hours with regards to this deadline. Well hey it's no small factor at the rear all. Pretty close to pricing it in but CIA does help to get to the actual statement from the horse's mouth for president trump saying yes we are delaying this and it is no longer going to effect it's also inched in to see just you know there's been a lot of conjecture about you know how much bigger the impact of these terrorists is the Chinese economy vs the US economy but you can really see that over the weekend where. The Shanghai composite index once this was announced rose five point 6% the US indices are up about one half of 1% you can see just how much. The Chinese economy is reliant on that away of those terrorists. What what exactly do you may in terms of this delay happening here. Obviously probably signals that things are a little bit closer. When it comes to air resolution and maybe we believe prior to this. But do we get any signals as far as. What types of things might be included in this deal what types of things might not be yours it's still too early. To really identify. You know I think it's a little bit early to say I think certainly there's going to be. Slave offers ranch. And now on line buying additional US goods and if those sorts things there's also some some willingness there to ease restrictions on financial services auto manufacturing companies. As well as at least to some degree having some rules on the books in regards to US intellectual property rights. They're still seems to be a very be hesitancy in terms of okay how do you monitor that and how'd you hear how do you punish companies that do steal intellectual property. And then a massive resistance from the Chinese Government to change anything in the way that how they subsidize. Chinese companies. What when we talked about the intellectual property. Issue. And it and even you know China what's oh even include the China you know subsidizing the state owned enterprise just you know where they pour millions and billions of dollars in effectively. To create massive advantages in terms of what they can do as far as pricing goes. Isn't that the crux of issue at least historically between the US and China it's it's been. They've China has always saying their modernize and they're always saying that they're liberalizing. Their economy that they are moving away from more state intervention so force. And then go and look at the actual actions that are taken by the Chinese Government in what's said is very different from what's being done. Yeah I mean the the entire underlying issues we can talk about the deficit we talk about the trade imbalance. Those are all impacts. Of what have been two main issues its force technology transfers and subsidized. Companies doing business in John. As far as. When we think this is actually going to come to fruition now you know given what we saw on and again this is referencing president trumps tweets from over the weekend. And I'm I'm gonna quote his exact tweet here this is a continuation. I'll be delaying the US increase in tariffs now scheduled for march 1 assuming both sides make additional progress. We'll be planning a summer for president Jean and myself at morrow Largo to conclude an agreement a very good weekend for US and China so it it seems like we're moving towards that meeting in Florida at some point. I would imagine it if you're tweeting this. Realistically you're gonna hate I hate even getting into speculation on us to have tried to avoid it to this point but it sure seems like we're probably was in that. Six to eight weeks of a resolution here. I must convince there were six to eight weeks 68 weeks from some sent some sort of signs deal that seems a little bit optimistic I think we're further out. I think certainly by the end of the summer as we start to head into election season yes something must be done by you know abide by Labor Day this year it. I think sixty weeks is a very fast time to be able to. Date there's a lot to be figured out in terms of the mechanisms. By which we. Penalize the Chinese or your house is there panel of people that determine whether or not there's a force technology transfer and what happens if there was. It seems to me like there's no. Long way to go on those issues. Wanna know my thought on why I think it's gonna be 68 weeks Jeff. I don't think we're going to get a resolution on those issues not the green movement with the deal without them see if they would just have some sort of deal that says hey we want to do this anymore but no real resolution on how it's going to be enforced are doing the reason why is there was a camera froze a press conference or if it was. Just a cabinet and trade mean to do you remember them there's a meeting last week where both trump and light Kaiser were present at that meeting yet. And the president directly contradicted. Like Anheuser on three separate occasions with regards to the LA had a saying well we still need to work this out well we've got this working on a memorandum of understanding. And president trump came back three separate times and said. I don't wanna deal with memorandums of understanding we can just get this done you know and to meet its suggests that he is likely breaking twists. The more hawkish members of his administration and in doing so I think appears. More likely just to say we need to get a deal done as opposed to. Necessarily taking the time to get give the strongest deal. Yeah the other comment that I saw interesting you've seen a little bit of commentary at Chinese officials. Speaking to you whether or not there really is political risk on the Chinese side so we've always said hey all the economic risk falls in China but they really had no political risk because there. This league basically never facing elections but to the statements that you know the US has been underestimating the domestic political problems facing Beijing given the growing nationalist feeling at home. I don't know if that's just lip service saying hey you know we actually do have some issues with the politics of these deals or. If it's actually true they're some validity of the fact that thing to be very careful about how they run their government go. Yeah it and I know they certainly have some Mott issues domestically that the biggest one that I've seen as far as you know what actually impacts domestic Chinese politics. It it's ironically enough the scene the scene of split the same hasn't that you're seeing in western politics as well which is not so much right vs left. But young verses old and drastically. Different views. As far as what the world should look like. Between those different age groups and FO one at that one of the best follows. 4 PM on Twitter for. China related information is a man by the name of our Chris balding his Twitter handle is patent holdings world which it. Two great Twitter handle to begin with but he's actually one of the he had previously just give some context on him. He had worked as a professor at a Chinese university for a number of years and left the country in the middle of last year just because he said they certainly get a little little to hear from me to remain in the country at this point. And so I believe he's now based out of Vietnam. But he's very plugged in to what is going on politically. When it comes to the Chinese Government. And he says look the biggest division that you tend to see their need to write a whole bunch of evidence on it. Is that. Younger people want drastically different things from older people and when you look at the demographics it's the one thing that's keeping the Chinese Government kind of as it is today which is. There there's just not many Chinese kids I mean they had the one child policy for so long. Did that kind of Reno made the David demographic nightmare that's coming by the way if you think the US demographics are bad. Take a look at Chinese demographics as far as age go. They are awful heading into the next twenty years. All facing a lot of the same sort of security and Medicare type programs that we are here awful. So let's take a little bit of a break right now when we come back we'll be talking a big news on the GE front selling off a big piece of their business will what you know what's getting sold where it's going to. Hey does this change the outlook for GE as well that's coming up right after this break. Only this stare at the charts graphs and numbers all day and just listen to us it's the financial exchange with Barry Armstrong and chunks of up on the financial exchange radio network. So it into the previous segment I I completely blank that we actually have a guest coming on this right now Julio who wrote from Yahoo! finance. Joins us now to talk about Warren Buffett's annual letter to shareholders one of the most highly anticipated pieces of the investments. I'm news but I guess. But the most highly anticipated investment publications of the year and so called Julie to say what's going on your Juliet thanks for joining us. Hate second Mike that's Friday and it's the one that newsletter that I look forward to every year comes out of this Saturday and you Ben I am up early with my McDonald. We're ready to see it bled of what Warren Buffett had today about market economy and just Berkshire Hathaway in general. Yeah you gotta have your McDonald's and Coke ready to go anytime you yeah this what's what are some of the big takeaways what what. Call your I guess when you first read through. There are few things and leading up to the letter this week there are a lot of headlines around the craft Hines and some of those. Paper losses if he will that Buffett is likely based CNET sent that stock has collapsed. And he didn't go too much deeper now on craft but it was clear that. They have lost some money on the investment but he's still very much. In the doctor he's not going away anytime soon but we're looking for more colored and other things that really stood out to me back. Distended year repurchased is now. If you look at stock buybacks that issue has suddenly become highly politicized if you look at what's coming out of deep sea. You have senators chuck. Schumer senator Tariq standard even Marco Rubio really coming out against share buyback because the twenty team you saw record. Number of share repurchases from companies now Buffett did. It then share repurchases and he did say that Berkshire Hathaway plans to do more in the future. But that's not necessary market calm but. Has career moved about in the past we do share repurchases to get repurchase stock. In the third quarter of between eighteen and are they repurchased. Eight here in the fourth quarter of 248 he is well and he's says you should expect the deal will do. Board he did warn against these CEOs who are. I'm overly blind when they're buying back stock though you have to really communicate with your shareholders and extremely you're buying at valued at below. Tension that value. And another area of focus for Buffett is that he is bullish on America and then there's always the message that. Rings true in his annual shareholder letters cannot give you an example. He talked about buying that stock back when he was eleven years old and he invested a 114 dollars and cities service preferred. Talk now he did ultimately add to that position but he made it. Point that if he to have that investment over time our took that in money and put an you know speed. At and 77 years. That under fourteen dollars would be work 606811. And if you clip of million dollars and that at and T you know be fund that would be bored five point 3000000000 and 77 year though. Really remarkable return there. But he has a war against those who paid EU's you know that. Two in two point hedge funds are in charge these so called helpers if you will it would have blocked so much money paid out these aren't that million dollar investment. And he opt communicate more. If you were one of these doomsayers you put your money to work and gold. That hotter working out in putting Colbert on the New York 4200 dollars today no big picture here he's bullish on American business bullish on American company. There's not a candidate he is. In terms of fight you know obviously you referenced that that long term performance there. One of the things Berkshire Hathaway historically. One of the major reasons that people wanted to own Berkshire stock. Is because historically fueled its long term performance it outperformed the S&P 500 on a consistent basis. However. In the last decade. It's pretty much been in line with the S&P 500 that does Buffett give any clues as to why you may do why in and look. Ten years it's it's a long period of time but in the investing world it's not. Ridiculously long. Does he give any clues to may be why he just does not seem. The same performance in the last decade that he did in the previous four. So I don't get kind of interesting you know what he did do in the letters he. To get their cut abandoning the idea of book value per share are Berkshire Hathaway and and guess what happened in the last ten years is. He a lot of the actually I'm black and you're more recently he's he'll Robert try patient. When it comes to that stock portfolio Berkshire Hathaway has about a 173 billion. In (%expletive) That's portfolio can move by anywhere two to four billion in the course of the day of vehicle market moves and he made the case that. Burke really kind of morphed into a company that much is impacted in stocks they've really run a lot of these wholly owned businesses. You know they have like they have dairy queen Justin boots Clayton homes. Terrorists now on many different. I'm David Brooks running Nebraska furniture mart you name it so Berkshire really changed it's not just. Companies that make these investments in Iraq it also how did all of investment. Bill. Buffett really about the long term I don't think he would look at it getting your period and they all about long term other. I'm glad you're heated that ten year debt that would the hedge funds vs S&P C index verses the fund of funds and he was victorious and that that. But if I think yes but it's not a look at ten years that they got on repeated look at Burke here's performance. Overtime and they delivered a compound annual gain from 19652018. Point point 5%. Every year vs at the peace nine point 7%. And not necessarily. More poignant out ten years because he's looking at his investors. Would be in much more longer terms and Matt. Very good Juliet thanks for joining us we gotta run but. Yet thanks again for coming on that is Julio will roast from Yahoo! finance talked about Warren Buffett's annual letter. That last point with regards to an in Julia mentioned. That they're guiding towards hate. We want to be known more as a company that runs businesses rather than one that investors businesses. To become if they continued in that latter approach then there's become mutual fund. Well no I think they're moving away from being that's my point is if they continue down a path that is buying companies that's what advocate it and here's why I think that's interest. The entire premise. Of buying Berkshire Hathaway stock. Is that Buffett is a better investors than you wore dot net you personally me also intent like the the entire premise for the last forty years has been. Buffett allocates capital better than you'd then. Is he effectively saying I can't do that anymore yeah. I gets the as it's kind of a big shift and eight and I don't know why he's saying you know why but was that was that ever his messaging or is that as everyone else has messaging around Berkshire stock will that he ever correct them. No you know it's either or those things where it's like oh it's nice I don't have to say it because everyone else stood out. When arguably the arguably the best stock picker of the last fifty years is saying I can't drive value by picking stocks anymore it tells you something and and what it took quite that actor of two of his major major people. Failed to beat the bench yeah so it's if it's something that I find really interest in there and my first thought is what does it mean for everyone else let it everyone else who's an investor what is. What's it mean for you know not just the other professional investors but what does it mean for the legions of people that hop on E*Trade you know they see is only entry 24 hours a day now. What does it mean for those people was mean for the people that are while just dabble and options because GA you can just dabble in option you know. What does it mean for them if the best investor again arguably of the last fifty years is saying. I can't drive value this way anymore. Can you make the argument that it's only because the company is so large that they'd they can't move nimbly anymore. But you can't take a portion of your portfolio announcing him and ago put 10% of my cash into this public trade stock because then all owned the entire company. With Nicky Campbell what's to stop him. Starting you know something smaller and say hey you know leagues just days when you start from scratch you know so what I find that interesting. He's trying to throw in the towel on that and saying look we've got to be better operators the Packers this and and I find that. Find that really meaningful there the other stuff fun you know while buybacks in this and that at. I think you know Warren Buffett is kind of adapting to know what the times are but I find the fact that he's saying look I can't drive value through stock picking. That when when the best stock picker says I can't do this anymore that would be equivalent to. Whose best basketball player now Tucker Kevin Durant I'll Bryant and LeBron James W like LeBron James saying. I'm not gonna shoot anymore. And he said he owed to you want wired to do. Mike let's start with the company Carter's they make a whole bunch of was a baby apparel as a staff that's right stuff for babies. And cart stock is up 11%. Y. They are whether it's for something beat earnings and I think part of this team would be you can points you a lot of competitors going out of business quite frankly no more Babies 'R' Us Jim re is on the way out timber reared its Gymboree Gymboree dad was that you Maria able to hit. Atlanta Jim Maria but they reported a Q4 beat out being by about three cents higher than expected revenues were up 6% in the quarter comps were up five point 7% and wholesale sales were up six and a half percent so across the board pretty solid this is while the stock is ardea 13% June day in other year to date another 11% this morning. Susan good news for them also GE stock up about eight and a half percent they were up. Actually about thirteen of 14% at the open but still up 8% today now a year to date. GE stock up about 38%. So it's it's it's been really nice to start the year what's the reason for the big move up today. Well they announced a very large sale of their BioPharma business which we can get into deeper but they're selling that business to do in her for 21 point four billion. Witches. Huge deal for G he says stock is moving up as you mentioned up over 8% at this point now Danaher is. Current GE CEO Larry copes former company he left her there he was the CEO there until 2014. So likely some relationships that that helped get this deal and I would and yet I mean when you're coming from that sort of business you got a lot of specialized knowledge can see where some segment of your new company's going to fit in well with another business and yes it certainly helps. And it's stranger that's been a big. Big divergence for G Larry cup is the first CEO in the history of the company to not be brought up from the company internally so it is a big divergence. But at least so far off to a pretty good start and. And and sometimes just need an outsider specially for turnaround situations you know it's I would have to turn around a company from inside well it's you look at it in there's just there's so much emotion with those decisions because it's like GF spent ten years building this division are on spent fifteen years working these people. And sometimes eats and just coming from the outside and say. But the hex colon and you're there and I do need to get the you know yeah you need someone. With a certain level of emotional distance to do the right thing from a business perspective sometimes so. You know cope. Again early early returns when he come on the job was it September October the late last year I don't remember exactly so we're not even six months I don't know first. I am not willing to declare his tenure a success to this point but I will say that his first four months has got a lot better than John Flannery its first months. The market cap of G. He by the way on. Friday's close was about 88 billion. This deal the sale of this company makes up about a quarter a g.'s market cap as last Friday 21 point four billion dollar deal 88 billion dollar company as of Friday. In the big thing I'd be curious to see one of the things that I saw that caught my eye is that with this sale some pension liabilities are also going over Danaher. I'm I'm not here anyway and I thank him probably not enough but then the big thing is that you recognize his 21 billion hate. Get you debt paid down the funds some of those pension liabilities and get your house in order. This is not going to be money the two reinvested into gee you know now this this can't be growth might this is all this clean up your balance sheet. Very good and that's Wall Street watch presented by leader bank call 877691. 7900. Or visit the monoline leader bank dot com member FDIC. Well we got another grocery store. Not to buckle but I guess battle that's brewing just a few years after the ownership battle for market basket now we've got. A strike happening at Stop & Shop I didn't even realize Stop & Shop workers Rollyo and I'll get those oil so much my first job was as cashier's stop the job you get a pension. I'm not gonna pack and I didn't quite get the that the tenure there yet but every paycheck I would have my union dues coming out of my paycheck. You know it's really where before you move on chuck can remember appeal these numbers. Because he's a crazy person avocado struck. Who I don't know I didn't talk about it at this rate asparagus is for a way to eight aka green Apple's a 4011 red bell peppers. That's world the Rio I. Swear to be believable that the situation there accepted useless information yeah yeah. But they have potentially 101000. Nearly 101000 Stop & Shop workers in Massachusetts voted on Sunday to authorize a strike. There panic getting down to use the pretty detailed negotiations at this point it would be. It be pretty frustrating if they if they did go on strike at mr. mean. Stopping job is the only grocery store that I can think ever accurately that as the unionized workers I don't know any other major or sisters and a mature collection laws are Roche Brothers as they. They're saying and in the argument the stoppage shoppers making actually is that market basket wade means Trader Joe's Wal-Mart none of them have unionized. Labor there in the in their grocery divisions and so 'cause that they're saying look we've we've got. You know a playing field isn't level here. Stumbles as you know if you're the union for Stop & Shop why wouldn't you choose right now trying to higher wages the most difficult time to hire right now we have the technology going to be able to just bust the union go bring it back up workers at stop child. You you know relegated. So this this has the potential but I would imagine they get a resolution New York is. In in the grocery business and especially like you look at it right now. That the workers have the power the Narnia. You know it it's like look if if you have you know and stock shelves and stuff you never getting that revenue but I it and I mean this is pain. Thin margin business oh yeah talk is not a lot of room here for shopping jobs pay higher we know you're you're talking like one to 3% margins on grocery stores along case. Especially quite frankly if Eddie bins at a Stop & Shop. I mean I go to Loewen I was loss earlier in. Natick Framingham yeah. They're fine but that's the one I worked at is that if they start they could usual bit of improvement they got the for a lot of money into their stores trying to compete. With the market baskets with you know with the Trader Joe's in the whole foods they've got some work to do have you have you seen the robots riding around in non Stop & Shop no doubt there's like what kind Africa with a com it's like this. Execs. Foot robot that roams around checking on. Stock items and infantry inventory and if anything pedestals or to point that. Korea you're sitting on in that are out Google that's pretty interest and I text out of 508. Shaw as is the union shots is senior leaders apparently to this from the structure yes. By the way. IE a couple weeks ago prior to the Super Bowl I found myself in a Wal-Mart because there's there's one product that I'd buy for. No big parties that only Wal-Mart stocks around here and that is the Hebrew national mini hot dogs or bags and blankets and you can't get those at Stop & Shop became. Actually at these early. There's one other place you can but they've always been sold out any time out what to expect so. I've had to go to Wal-Mart to get my Hebrew national pigs in blankets because it's the only kind of pigs in blankets and Ali. That's actually pretty actually sent a text that Dexter about that shots being unions are market is not even though at the same ownership. A fascinating. But. So my point though is getting too so I walked into wal mart's grocery section. They do pretty good job now. It's the date don't have you know the high in the basics the basics like I'm looking even like pros like it to get a couple things cabbage while I was there. They made some pretty good stuff actually I was very pleasantly surprised by what I've found it wal mart's publishers action so. I know people like to rip on Wal-Mart and what does funny things you can rip on Wal-Mart for. But I'm someone who's a food snobs via in the grocery section was not nearly as bad as the total going to be warm might don't want their recently looking for Shalit's I was mystic. That was not let us now wal mart's fault that was not what what what happened there to describe him that nobody knew at once thought. So again you don't you don't wanna go to Wal-Mart groceries each area for anything that's you know slightly complicated it's but look it if you need just. Good quality well laid out and in in general I I was pretty impressed by what I saw that sell metal accent of the 50 wait check among bet that demand is our 4011. Of when not Apple's. We have bonanza for the ones are. You know this guy I'm on the producer review this week and all of its act together so. Let's take a break when we come back to talk. Talk about the Oscars. That rate. We're gonna talk but I doubt it spread to Obey the Oscars and then also. The beer wars that are brewing group will talk about those coming up right after this pre. It's just sits in stunt to yeah I hope your portfolio. The financial exchange with Barry Armstrong and jokes done well on the financial exchange radio network. Either watch the Oscars last night I did not too dangerous and a second I have watched. It that it often know. I watched a little bit of it was a bad remarkably boring the although no host this year but the post is always is kind of this meandering sometimes yes sometimes not and you know what it would surprise it pages one without is going port as it seemed to war in I think it's tough for them to get one. You know is it Alia you host that now and there's so much blowback for anything it's just not worth it it's basically it's it's only managers for saying look at Catholic colleges anymore because they get you know booed adamantly I can't do it right it's true. Two PC. Tenuous but viewership is up fourteen point 3% your beer okay so here's the other thing is I always like to look through like the list of best picture and all the a couple of so best picture green book 19. And which are protected and pretty much everyone afterward Pandit as the worst best picture since crash which was back in late. 1999 or two that lake somewhere in that ballpark. And I looked at all of the best picture nominees. Big movies. There's nothing there this like. Did you there's usually some movie that gets people watched dale what was this like. I don't see anything you re the great movie I mean the favorite last night was Roma. Now not one knows that's Netflix adds but how many people watch that it's in black and white in not in English or in delegates that's a tough watch. A lot of people saw black panther yeah I mean I can't there was I think the big one. I guess public viewership and look I saw black panther I thought it was good I don't think it's best picture matier. You know it's like if it will make him black black panther OK but it picture materially. What would have what's next like what you're come I was in terms of viewership I mean that was the most viewed movie since Titanic but again and no I'm talking more in terms of Blake the late it is there anything that like was late. Now what do you know in in their if feels like the last couple years that just hasn't been well green book was. Pretty much about civil rights movement. It was I hadn't seen it. I haven't either it was apparently that there's two reasons why it's gotten hand one is. That against people's outlook it's just like not that great of a movie then and there's also people who said look it's not necessarily historically accurate either in terms and a bail out late actually played out so it fictional I haven't seen it but it just. And only you can't go knocking on the hype of the movies if you haven't seen such. I can't. I totally can I really I didn't see him either but I'm not saying that nothing yes exciting about this year's I I don't want so much my wife watched dream catchers like LET was it was good but it wasn't like. Now you know she watched the favorite she was late okay it was good we watched bohemian wraps you get a just is like Papademos of queen like the music so good that you can't messed up mentally it was good like the lead actor should've won but. Can you say the rest of late. I think it's not best it's it's not there you know wasn't there so. In any case our poll question is did you at any point tuning to watch the Oscars on voting yes because I watched a little bit of it. But vote over now vote now over at financial exchange showed dot com did you at any point in two watched the costs. You wanna hear the Howard predicted this by the way which by the way I don't remember but I am red hot and director directing predicting best picture. Nominees had predicted moonlight I got ship award last year and this year exactly so what's your secret. Just got a hunch what what what's that they're never the fit you just asked how do you just asked me if I want to know how you predict we don't know that I like I have audio of us predicting and won best picture you wanna play it out yeah I'll take a victory out piloted to victory yet you can parent there's the audio. Do you wanna have an informal discuss I know enough that late I've site and begins imovie didn't need that I've been so bad mood as you where you wanna pick one yet. What what he got. You go first I'm going black Klansman. Black panther. Is the cream thing click on a green book. The green right now and excellent note it is going to be rollers. I. Graduated yet. Does anybody know what Super Bowl ads went for thirty seconds. What where why how what how much does that cost for at the cost for the 32 ads that it was north of five million this year. Via 32 ad for the Oscar slot was two to two point 6000005 million on average you suitable to one. Two point six million as high for the Oscars yeah her story or issue in two point six yet know. Which by the way. I found ads that were running a little bit funny you doubled Wal-Mart ad followed by a Rolex out. And then it goes on is targeting completely different demographic deserve no idea who I am an actual watch him go to you've got Wal-Mart and then roll like what what what's going on here who is watching this right now if it speaking of by the Super Bowl but wiser Super Bowl ad. Which are my favorite that. The courts are political instruments Budweiser you can see the add Budweiser bud or Bud Light had this huge delivery of course Cubans that's not rest we got to go take it to the know like castle. And then Miller Goodson and it's not for us to get to the coarsely and eventually you know it was yeah both of us use you know it but public doesn't. So apparently that bad. As we get. People's feathers all ruffled about. Not not people. Outside the beer industry but apparently Molson Coors and Constellation Brands not exactly ruled with what's going on here. Yeah and the timing wasn't all that great because I guess they were you talking about having this NASA that span similar to the and like the got milk as these two run images bass lead. A bunch of commingled funds from all the huge a dairy industry out there trying to do the same thing to me a boost sales for the earlier. Yeah basically got beer effort in bear types of brands of beer and that did not that this ad kinda threw a wrench into those negotiations I think that kind of I thought the ad was really funny but if you actually go and research the use of the type of corn syrup that Miller and Coors put in their beer. A lot of beer makers do the same thing. Yeah that's pretty much use of food relate the the yeast and every dance like that actually during the fermentation prob go look at some of the aid like best reviewed Beers in the world you Belgian Beers. In New England night PA's a lot of them use the same exact stuff that more cores and Australia's. Seems a little bit disingenuous. Liked him. And to give me the statistics beer's share of the US alcohol market by sales is now 45 and a half percent in the last year it's down from 56%. In 1999. Now I can tell you might amount of beer that I drink has dropped OK but I'm also not in college anymore so you know you'd expect to see that. What I will say is even if by just look at what I'm drinking right now. It's a lot more wine wine and it's also a lot more whiskey and stuff like in the reason why. For me at least it's cheaper well no but a it's not GB I has been the biggest thing for me to be completely honest Bewkes fills me up and guys don't like. Feeling like stuffed with beer yeah right around the age of like when he Cedras or to blow up after I'd like to bug lights yes it's it's like look I'd much rather be you know have a glass of whisk you to a called the day instead of walking around late you know bloated. Shock them. They know would like techno and yeah exactly Kabeer tech yeah you know consume beer Timex sent which is very infrequently these days and music in him that you this year. When you say when I'm exercising you don't mean during yeah in the process of matches so I'm Joseph it's usually after although occasionally you know the elite hockey. That there's actually some studies that have shown that having a beer or two after exercising. Helps to replace electric lights. Well markets continue to move in positive territory we had nine straight weeks of gains. In the Dow Jones Industrial Average we also was continues he movement. In the positive direction for. Pretty much every major index out there in the United States and in also some international indices growling over the weekend as well. Largely because of odd couple tweets by the president yesterday. Suggesting that ate it doesn't look like the march 1 tariff deadline is going to apply the US China negotiations anymore correct and then probably people read into it does that mean that we're getting closer to a deal. I mean it said previously that the rumors have been that as long as progress was being made and we are willing to delay in March 1 deadline so this would imply that progress has been made. So young I think that's act your day goes to speak again how much more impact of the Chinese economy is by these trade tears today compared the US economy as. The Shanghai index was up five over five and a half percent. Overnight where's the US markets are up about three quarters 1%. Do we have any additional detail on exactly where things stand as far as. You know what what's actually kind of come into the forefront these negotiations right now. I mean the the big issues that seemed to be coming up now martek transfers and subsidies to Chinese corporations. It's not so much about the in the deficits or anything else along those lines it's really OK if we are going to have regulations on force technology transfers power those going to be upheld. What it what sort of system in terms you know checks and balances are going to be used to make sure that that's not happening anymore and but did the other big issue around subsidized. Businesses in China does not seem like something right now that the Chinese Government is willing to move on. And so you know my points to where my point all along has been. I think it deals possible but it's not necessarily encompassing all the things that the US would want from China. It seems to be that's kind of where things are going quit frankly if you could force out the force technology transfers. You really care if they're gonna go about subsidizing all their companies. I mean it's it's frustrating it's bothersome but it at least if they're not stealing your technology US and Mike champions the Chinese Government other companies. I don't love it but he it is long term that's not going to be a winning solution for the Chinese Government. What's the old song you can't have one without the other. I just I kind of seen in his late links actually you know it's just like it's it's so tight there but. You know maybe there would be some kind of path but it's it's just. I have a hard time wrap my mind around it's because I see there's issues. Is being linked to another big story that we have today general electorate making a sale of they are bio pharma unit to Danaher. They can be netting was a little north 21 billion dollars when it one point four billion which if you looked at the the market value GE as of Friday about a quarter of the about veggies total stock as the close on Friday as a big big sale for laughter. Yes so big big move for them Danaher obviously the company that lyrical form Leo worked that that was there for fourteen years I believe until 2014 some relationships there probably helping get this deal done. And GE stock obviously moving up on this news as well. I would say you know the concern you remember back in and it was December we get to the former GE bonds retreating. 7580. Cents on the dollar saying hey elected there's a chance that this company. You might have fails to exist like no longer exist you know might have some problems here. It seems like this at least for the next year to take some of the worst case scenario is off the table they still summit how do. Grow their way out of this for the long run so there still is an issue that they need to deal with on that front. At least you know some of the stuff paid you know if there's a big downturn unity can be able find funding to continue exist. This buys them some time to act payoffs and dad funds and pension liabilities and make investors a bit more comfortable on it and future. Let's move to a little bit of bad talk just use. That we've done knew that this would notes Monday. We haven't been talking about it as much as we usually do even last we haven't been and so the Atlanta fed president Rafael Bostick saying. Hey guys still expect one rate hike this year and another in 20/20. To which I say. Did did he knocked it is is marching orders as far as what that presents are supposed to be saying right now is every other. Every other thing you hear from just about everyone else patient patient patient patient even patients you hearing stuff you know I'm hearing. There there's a paper published a couple weeks ago hate the Fed might make you weep a part of permanent policy there was one last week Kate. When it looked other unconventional things as far as capping interest rates and things like that. Every other statement added the Fed is. They were going easier not more difficult and not you know more hawkish. And busta consensus still think that you know we might have won hike this year and one next year. Which might p.'s personal opinion but I don't think you getting any guidance like that for other fed officials were. Yeah I do wonder how much you know creeds we should put into these these comments is not a voting member right now anyway so it's not like he's gonna have a vote on what happens here. But he's part of the debate he gets their voices commentary in that room and he certainly you know has an opinion and we should pay attention to it but. I don't think this changes my expectations for rate hikes or quantitative easing for 2019 now. By the way quick piece of it this is not really breaking news but just something that found to be an interest up to eight Bank of America dropping the Merrill Lynch name. And they're going to be re branding their wealth unit as. Merrill. That's nice now what that means I wore. Edmund lynch who was the woods behind the founding of Maryland Jack admin which by the way. Great story about him just so you know so he Edmund lynch was one of the two founding members of Maryland she came on I think a couple months after the company was founded. But he also. Was notoriously. Bearish on markets heading into the Great Depression. So much so that he actually went to the president to the White House. When president Calvin Coolidge was in office and went to the present and said that. He needed to be you know make sure the US was prepared for massive stock market crash. And also offered to make the president a partner of Merrill Lynch. But the president turned him down and so. Take from that what you will. He died right in the middle of the it guy in 1938. But but yes you have Merrill Lynch dropping the lynch from their name and it's gonna be known just as Merrill don't forward which I think they kind of had a which are actually started to already in the that you like Merrill edge and they've got rid of the lynch name on status summed up already have. I guess it's just kind of completely phase that in part. So not really anything out of no but just and understand that a part of vol Wall Street history go by the wayside there as UC BO winds dropped from Merrill Lynch. The headline from the Wall Street Journal is target takes on Victoria's Secret they're gonna start making all kinds of underwear draws and sleep where. Are there any stories that three of us are less qualified to talk about I think we're protocol for this sort of I can name academic couple that were probably what is unqualified to talk about share. But Peyton worked were three guys we're gonna try to talk about women's underwear now share. Well I mean the the owner but what's the name of the parent company for a brand Alvarez area and they've certainly been struggling over the last few years it seems like they're getting competition both from the lower end. As well as the higher end they've got a lot of the smaller pop up stores that are competing with them in the shopping malls and an Aussie got. Target. Going after the lower end of their products Amazon's got their own woman's laundry brand target's got their own now. So facing competition from both answer. What makes target think that they're going to be able to be successful. You know and if if you have I guess a legacy brand that's failing you've got a whole bunch competition what we're targeting the gonna be so good business. I think they've got the physical footprint searcher and it lets lets compare Amazon's vs targets for a minute you get the physical footprint what you were people who go try on your stuff. I don't know unity yet they do you have a brand that they are shutting down Gilligan and O'Malley which that date clearly didn't succeed the level of their hoping for but. I think that target can be successful at this I don't know in my personal experience and target I buy some of the close their my wife buys a lot of close there so. I can see some success there interest and again they're going to be a cheaper price point twos and Victoria's Secret to give there's always someone cheaper than you like you know like target yet they can compete on price but this the document beat Wal-Mart on pricing is an example you know now but I think target has a better reputation for the quality that's true. There garments and Wal-Mart that's true I mean terms of Victoria's Secret to like. I just don't understand the direction going forward because whenever I walked by a store in the mall in my. Let's talk some video games here's the the big game over the last. Really two years now has been in fort night it is available on just about every platform out there. Pretty much anyone you talk to at least has heard of it whether it's because they're playing at their kids are playing at their grandkids are playing it. Everyone's talking about four Nady got athletes doing the dances from when they score goals and stuff and general health deftly and very popular and it it is everywhere. And so one of the companies that competes with. Who's that make epic epic epic games makes for Knight is one of the major players in the video game industry is electronic arts they've historically been one of the two biggest videogame companies out there. And they have released a free shooters similar to fort night. They released earlier this month end. It's so it's a pretty decent growth rate at this point and it's growing faster than fort elected at this point what if it already has 25 million users in the first what week and a half I think yeah as camera about which I have no idea. So that they've got 45 million users on this platform to begin with. And what's really interesting it is how both of these games. Or working from a business models standpoint. And it's fast and and Sarah both these games are free to play that he just download the game there's no upfront cost. Back when. All three of us bought video games you'd go to the story paid thirty to 4050 bucks for the game but at home and you play it. Is a free download a game and you pay for upgrades in the game so you pay for special weapons special experiences special costumes etc. etc. buried which has. For fortunately he's proved to be a hugely beneficial and profitable venture. And and I think that the what I take away from it is that if you ask people to pay fifty or sixty bucks up front. Yeah they'll pay that once then you don't get revenue again if you charge people a dollar two dollars or five dollars at a time. They don't realize how much money they spent right they don't realize. Death and that goes for what you have to pay on a yearly or monthly basis to actually go on line you know it's play Xbox charges ten bucks every three months it's it's no different from the oh yeah you know sure I get my coffee every day it's three dollars not realize that adds up to like a thousand bucks a year safety going to fort that you spent two bucks today. You spend in over 600 bucks for the whole year. He's inching their way they'd mean. Typically in the big game releases that near these companies have picking would read read that redemption let's get reaction would OSHA are advertised more than most movies we see these days. This game was not. Or does kind of under the radar they basically just hired a couple like. He gamers to start playing it up. And it was just kind of released silently as it had a big surprise that the market. In games like red dead they put in a lot of money. Towards actually making that game because it is really like producing and making a movie. I'm a major English you guys get voice acting definitely did the they're shooting lakes in and photography and like virtual worlds they gets its impressive with the Lotto I'll say what Netflix ways. Really I think accurate statement that these are their competitors. The four nights of the world at that they gaming industry as a whole. I still think that Netflix is going to be coming up with some way to either watch or play video games on the line when surprise there apple like dip their toes in the video game industry to. When surprise anyone that. Apple never happens. Exactly and that they've also never been a hospitable platform to develop for for video games when you look at it that not every game makes it on to masks. And there's there's two reasons for that number one is you don't have to like huge installed user base is not a ton of people with them. Not in number two is publics to keep a close platform it's it's tougher to develop. Four that platforms of you don't have a ton of people plan on pages hasn't worked yet they'll do and in the lot of companies say and not mister wanna do. So that's what you tend to watch get there Evan Williams the co-founder of Twitter stepping down from the board. You know he's been there for thirteen years has been that involved last. Know five or ten no no it sure doesn't seem like it I don't think this is necessarily big news for Twitter and in any way shape or form it's not like he's directing and keep product initiatives are doing anything. They're never going to be FaceBook I still spend a lot of my trying to get all this content on their platform and paying for NBA NFL games does that seem like just dead. I folks this is Mike Armstrong and I'm joined by estate planning attorney Todd lets you with your financial exchange quick tip of the day. Today we're talking about the differences between revote Kabul and your revoke Kabul trusts have taught you what is the biggest difference between a revote Kabul verses and durable global trust. You know this is probably the most frequently asked question that that I'd get here richer people just wanna know that and there are really a lot of differences but what I'm gonna do is to tell you when we're talking about the differences between a Medicaid irrevocable trust has folks there's so many kinds of irrevocable trusts out there I want to be clear that this is those income only Medicaid. Irrevocable trusts that are designed to protect assets from the owners now verses. Eight re vocal bull family type trust. The biggest difference between the two is that the revoke a ball trust will never protect assets from the nursing a five years ten years doesn't matter how long your assets are an. But with an irrevocable trust after the assets have been put in there for five years. Then they will be protected from the cost of long term care that's really the difference what let's haired pain attorney to draft trust to revoke all can I just go and have them change it to and you're vulnerable trust so many people love to do that you could but no. You actually have to start over the language of the trust itself is key. In making it protected from the nursing homes so you can't just make the word revoke oval irrevocable and pick out there not so easy but that's the big difference lies control wise I think you're still. About the same. Excellent while the estate planning experts accretion and don't have written a brand new guys that answer the most common questions that you have about the differences between revote Kabul and irrevocable trusts you can press has brand new guide by calling 8668485699. Well we've got a winner on our trivia question from last segment beyond question was. Right before being elected president Hayes became the first person to serve a third term as the governor of which state the answer that question was Ohio. Whoever an answer my alma Lackey from Vernon Connecticut the tenth correct answer is taken on that fifty dollar gas card. Trivia today has brought you by the Armstrong advisor for the markets still volatile now's a great time for reviewed your portfolio call 803934001. And Centre free no obligation consultation today. Once again that number 803934001. So following a report from the Wall Street Journal last week that a number of apps were transmitting information to FaceBook without users' knowledge. A number of these apps apparently have cut off this data stream flowing to FaceBook. And are being a little bit more restrictive bench. During their I clicked. Every week there's something else that comes about about you know just not just FaceBook just. Everything to do with how we use applications on our phone and Internet that is just. Very very surprising to. And maybe it shouldn't be so surprised so it is like this was in this case this was a number of different popular apps. One of them was information on women's menstrual cycles and weight loss and they were taking the individual users I'd you know identity and information. And passing that information along to face. So what I've got two major points on this one is obviously this stuff should get concerned people. But all the data shows that don't want players via. You know as it for the last six months all we heard about with FaceBook was all of their privacy is gonna catch up with them their privacy is gonna catch up people are gonna stop use the platform advertisers won't use it. They knocked it out of park last quarter they did it's united so I and look at this and it's clear that at this point. No one cares about privacy. Like I I know a bit like people's I don't know I care about privately give matters to. People behave Tucker I know that you might I know I do. But the data shows the people this does not affect people's behavior. I wish people are making a big political deal that either. I would say politicians or bring it up but nobody's saying hey I their vote in privacy rules are we're not going to reelect you that does not seem to be a big focus that even be. You bring up during campaign season I mean I wouldn't say that no one cares shark because I always come across people and you know conversation that they're paranoid about the voice assistants. You know they Amazon's in the Google hubs of the world. And on the fact that you're the other thing in terms of privacy is that you know they see ads that reflect their Internet history and that freaked him out. But they change their behavior. Like I'm that's I mean the line a voice assistant noble like I'm I'm not saying that people don't think about these things down but. I always go by the the adage of pay pay attention what people do know what they say are. You're involved with their money and they got voted with him in in what people are doing is that they're not really changed their behavior they're continuing to use FaceBook they're continuing. Cut it to use the services that are. Proven at this point that you don't really know where you date is going when your. On them and the scary part to me is not only that none of Austin rated is going but clearly the people that develop these applications and programs they don't know or don't know if they'll like nobody understands what is going on underneath the hood of when you created new apt to be put into the apple or injury. Atmosphere because you using. For an NC app development program that was developed by FaceBook and all of these new all the underlying engineering was built to feed Gatorade packed FaceBook. And it in I think that the big thing that I come back to with FaceBook you've if you look at what FaceBook is when it's all said and done. It's it's an advertising platform and they need eyeballs in order to make money and until eyeballs start going the way. They're gonna continue to make any money. This does take us to be related story about FaceBook and this is one that I just found. On one level kind of funny just as the headlines just ridiculous but on another level. This this might be the bigger problem for FaceBook in the long. The headline from CNBC FaceBook content moderator is our coping with PT SD. By having sex in doing drugs at work reports that. So first of all let's start our content moderator does it pays but yes it is these the people. Who they when something gets flags being inappropriate either by a person or by an algorithm on FaceBook. These are the people who go in and review it to say whether or not it should be allowed to continue to state publicly posted so terrorist training videos for instance or recruitment videos these people are paid. Fifteen dollars per hour. Okay and pretty much you are reading the worst of the worst all that this is not reading about puppies puppies don't get flags being inappropriate. This is reading about terrorism this is reading about racism this is reading about violence is out porno that area all right a terrible this is all of the worst parts of the Internet which. The Internet it's pretty bad this is what you deal with all day every day first of all can either view imagine any worse job than this. Yeah I mean not many but at any worse legal job in this. Now it's pretty rough. Would that be pretty rough but I get that there's some that are more physically demanding that it would one be coal miner just because you know it's physically demanding and really dangerous but Heatley. In terms of just lake. Generally depressing in overall. Yet I can't think of anything that would be worse on you were until well being and being a like Internet. Monitor. And and so pretty much you know it's gotten to the point where. They've got people that are you doing drugs while they're working they've got people. Will this is one employee apparently started bringing a gun into working case someone just slipped out in like lost and on the rest of them. But it's just an and I think that. The content moderation on FaceBook is going be one of the biggest things that they continue to deal with going forward. Is I don't think that they haven't planned actually scale and deal with the deal easily. And I don't think that. The way they have these workers set up a sustainable. Well saint. Sure seems like a problem to me folks losing a family member can be a traumatic experience especially if you're not prepared. Prepare for the loss of a spouse is awful to deal with but if you don't do with your finances could be severely affected. Doc you still big out got a got a huge out yes I'd notice that out how to say gotten more expensive but not all this stuff. So yeah that the big thing there's an article this is from the Wall Street Journal headline new York public condos and all of as the price a year. Just add is in fashion baby all the oil. And all its results. Not all oil no it says all of the Jackson area up at number in the hundreds and you. I'm just read that headline guys lefties like you wanna read them headlines you can do it. So pretty much here's the deal the prices of avocados border all of oil. And salmon. Have climbed as much as 60% since when he thirteen and in the heat coach which is not big job like 10% a year when you compounds out. And so the big thing that you're seeing. Is that it's. You know you it is not across the board with all foods. But people are trying to eat more healthy good acts as opposed to the you know the bad fats in fried food and stuff like that and so people are buying more of these things I can tell you personally. Mine more these things I I am definitely I never used to eat up accounts. I don't think I had an avocado like fifteen years before few years ago I picked up three weeks now every single damage to. And Asia salmon once a week to do it it's delicious and very health difference I don't really bad salmon experience recently how so. So you know you normally get the was at the the salmon plays that are deep bone and everything jerk yeah I won that was supposed to be deep bone and just. Every single bone was still in there then ask. In lake for me. It's a little late. Yeah you get a little nervous about that stuff is Terry I don't wanna. Scratchy throat we it's not even scratching and choke you hear about people that literally have died because you know that the chicken bones I don't vote goes through their esophagus and yelled that's it and I can't pick a worse way to go than something like that so you know I look at this though access in an issue. Stated. That that's a worker issue as a worker issue and it's gonna happen any kind of fish yeah but it. The sand. It was a Sam Mitchell Klamath salmon. But in any case the prices on these things are continuing to move up in I don't think that's changing anytime soon because I think consumers are getting smarter about what they buys them and soon you're gonna continue to see people moving towards. These fatty your foods with good healthy fats and. Yeah but. I feel like our our foods come in come and go in such fads overtime. Again I don't know is a Fat Mike I don't either. I think uses his knowledge. I mean well. 25 years ago the the best knowledge out there told us that. The best thing for you was foods that crashed Tynes put together that values and humans never touch there's no risk of getting any disease in your food news baton it was put together in this clean factory that was all. Stare Roland I would never have any food related issues and that's what it was buying Lanka and that turned out that separate the really bad for you so we switched all natural stuff and now we're on the subject. And Eric I can be around maybe this is a permanent type thing but. Food fads do come in and go out over time. Oh they they certainly do and elected the phrase that I always come back to his look if you just wait long enough eventually something's gonna be good for you again you know it's okay yeah I mean how you wait twenty years and yes it was going to be telling you yet she's to good for you know like yeah it's going to. I mean how often do we see a headline about. You don't glass of red wine and days could you aren't in the next week which is I still had no idea for days now. Or or you don't expect it. Quite certain jokes a bull I don't know it. Based hated you oaks but now on the big fan of them to at this point. At the big thing I was combat is a great food writer Michael Paul who's written a couple books now it was in a couple things in New York Times. In his general principle is eat real food don't eat too much of anyone who and you pretty much be okay. Now you know it is long as you have a variety of real crap where you're gonna be fine. The sick and he stuck it in the process scooter in the same thing every single day death if you probably do more of the nation right well what about farms. Salmon yet I did exactly it was gonna say I I rush like is that gonna come out ten years ago that fish hatcheries. Ten years from now ten fish that's raised on farm last terrible for you for me personally totally see that happen yet for me personally I avoid farm. Salmon. Or and I also avoid color added salmon which shipped to help everyone took that approach then bear. The price of fresh cuts and would be through there four times yeah. Way to go on team to lap of well I don't like I know you don't put its third the price of salmon so it's not as good team to Latvia for the winner as the aspect. Now. That you could use lows that them on the damn good and I'm not missing anything. Let's take a break right now and I'm sorry that was below the belt I don't care if it's elegant the fog belt actually today. Well it depends then and we're good. Let's take a break and when we come back we're going to be talking about Microsoft trying to. Get into a new space of where bulls that's coming up right after this. We wanna hear from you. Thanks Stuart Barry's 263566. And let us know what you think about the stories we discuss. Your team to the financial exchange radio network. So Microsoft has a new what. Augmented reality headset that they've been working on for a couple years called the whole lines and what they're doing here I think Elise as far as Heather trying to market and brand this is a little bit different from what you've seen from previous iterations of this type of technology to both you remember the the Google glasses Oreo. Big Fella. Think the biggest problem with the Google+ one creepy. Yup I'd say that's one of. It just Matsui. Looks silly get up ahead but I think it is marketed as like an everyday lifestyle thing. And just yeah just didn't fit creepy as weird looking and it just wouldn't fit for using it every single day. You know glasses side I don't think the augmented reality technology was up to par winners introduced probe. We're not you know it's it's just like it just wasn't good enough you are. And so what Microsoft is trying to do here the these are going to be glasses it looks like they're gonna go over both eyes and be kind of full eye lenses which is different from the Google glasse. Which was that single little ends we could see like one letter at a time and stuff like that affected the monopoly guy. And it it seems like what they're trying to do here is that it's. Effectively make it more. Practical first starting instead of trying to still Smart go consumer facing and say all you could see you know space ships taking off in a game that would be running around the earth it's like OK that's not what you wanted to do her in instead saying hey if your mechanic working on. A piece of equipment. You can have the instruction manual displayed on one of the lenses. Indy working with your other free IA and had at a part like overlaid as a picture of it exists exactly where it's gonna go exactly you know so much smarter take part a and putting in part being is it an eagle which once part ache is it doesn't quite match the diagram on. And this I think makes a lot more sense they're also talking about using this for simulation training and things like that so hey if you're a pilot. You have these glasses and use them instead of you know full flight simulator hey if you just look and get some time home. You know when you need an hour just to get some additional training yet it's not a full flight simulator but it's still something that can give you level beyond just sitting there reading him and you course. I think there's so many applications this specifically with hands on work. Say this religion contractors visualizing billing plans. You know yup somebody that's preparing complex machinery. Yeah this is perfect. May be like you medical field may be certainly a practice surgery definitely what I look at a lot of areas or. Giving examples from my own life when of that one of my favorite uses of YouTube. Is finding ways to repair stuff around my house that I don't know how to do chip. And so I look at this and I say gee if I could find the YouTube video. It's of you know my washing machine hey how do you fix this problem and I could watch it while home in front of it you know seeing it at the root. I look at something like that you think that would help me in my own life. Dealing with those types of problem. Microsoft so Smart and they are not. A huge the successful. Business to consumer sales company you know where they've made their money historically has been selling enterprise software to large. Companies. And this is what they're doing they're they're taking what could easily be a consumer product and clearly has a lot of hype around and around gaming industry in saying no. Let's put a narrower focus here in trying to have success in the business to business area. And then you know what if that does it goes well then we'll have enough money to expand to some other areas but let's focus on is one of border to key areas here. It is not the way that most technology typically moves in and you look like the first computers. They Wharton put together for video games it was OK now that we have this week it used to make them they weren't even put together for consumers and no there there are built for him. Solving complex out exactly and so I like the fact that Microsoft years saying. You know what this technology shows promise for some of this other stuff but we're gonna stick with the lowest paying for right now. And really try to take you know a big chunk of that market as opposed to trying to steer skipped from point he'd appoint. I think it makes sense. I chipped it Smart there's also apparently some military contract that their their work on to you which could be obviously paired official taking a quick look at markets as we head towards the top of the hour. Oil down 3%. At the moment. So that is taking a little bit of a pull back right now. Markets still moving forward Dowell 180 BS and and the NASDAQ up 64 at the moment NASDAQ kind of lead the way forward right now tenured US treasury two point 68% little bit of a sell off there. But not the time. To all the time we have for today and we'll be back out tomorrow with more financial exchange.
