This is the financial exchange with the very Armstrong in chunks of I'm sure exclusive look at business and financial news affecting your day your city your world. Stay informed and up today about economic and market trends plus get breaking business news every day. And now the financial exchange with Barry Armstrong and sharks on. The Dow Jones is in record territory for the first time since January of two when he each team. Jobless claims they come out every Thursday morning. Gosh for many years I used to track that data well we had a jobless claims figures come out this morning. Lowest number it's been in 48 years and the ten year treasury note is it three point 08%. Hi everybody it's variant chuck with you here. It's a Thursday morning and son of a gun were set records. Yeah a nice little rally happening today and really over the last week that we've seen this. At this point and in particular. You know you've seen and I I tend to look at the S&P 500 just because it gives the broadest measure up but you've seen a nice little U2 percent rally over the last separate trading days here. You know where I know there was some concern at the beginning of the month with how things started off where he had a little bit of a dip in but the last two weeks here. Have been really strong to be willing. Trusted to mediate the trade war rhetoric continues to get banter back and forth we have no deal with Canada. You know the bricks that any acumen I can make a list of bad things going around going on around the country in and around the globe yet investors seem to be shrugging it off saying hey I want more stock. Is that what they always do though. Yet that didn't like I don't rate woods it's they do until they don't but like you go back and I look at all of the stuff. And you can look at this either long term or short term let's do long term first okay what's the back to the twentieth century and if you said okay we're gonna have. World War I. World War II. Korean war one president assassinated. One president almost impeached but he resigned. Vietnam. One president attempted to be assassinated. One present actually impeached gulf war tech ball we said you have all these things you know it all these things that are going wrong. In the doused a went from 1101000. And then you take a look at the last ten years you say gee just since 2008. We had the Euro debt crisis we had the fiscal cliff we've sequestration. We had. You know you go down the list of all these things that now being concerned about we you know so obviously go back to you know Greece part two then you go through brags that then you go through the election to you. All these things were O you know the sum to be concerned about in this net. Doesn't matter we keep trying to get forward and in in in this is what I always try to get too which is. At the end of the day when you own stocks you by the company's you're not buying the political you know what's going on politically and so forth. You buying the companies so you can have political discord. It doesn't necessarily mean that companies are selling more or less you can have things going great politically and it doesn't mean companies are selling more or less what matters. Is how companies are actually able to innovate produce the products that people need and figure out ways to make things better faster and more cheaply. And investors are saying hey you know what coast is clear doubts that 213 points nasdaq's up 74 points. SNPs have sixteen and that's what the price of oil at 71 dollars an hour and and and personally. I like markets when there are things that people should be nervous about is usually means that they can figure out ways to skip this is well it's it's look if you know what the problems are. You can figure out how to solve them. Where I get nervous is places like this. 6% nothing's happened what the sex going on here everyone's optimistic. And Brady's rain we saw 10% dip at the start of February you know you go back to 20072008. Never insane Jeanne this housing boom is great everything. Well no it wasn't action and so. I get nervous when everyone's overly optimistic is where I start to get scared you know I was looking as though a lot of negative sentiment. I was looking so there was eight chart that I found this morning on to see if I can pull up here is I do have it somewhere. As stated here it is so this is from the Bank of America Merrill Lynch global fund managers are. And they they put this up pretty much on a monthly basis. Fund manager sentiment right now is at the lowest level since 22 well when we had the Euro debt crisis okay. I bring this up because 2013 if you remember the S&P was up 30%. Now okay. By comparison okay if we go back to the end of seventeen and fund managers' sentiment was it about the highest level we've seen in about four years. What happened and you saw a dip right it's the art of eighteen just because like that's what happens so. Generally when people have still a healthy dose of pessimism doesn't always mean things are going to work out better in the market but at least it says. OK we acknowledge there are some risks out there and we can work towards solving them whenever once as a things look great I'll give you an example of a time where you saw sentiment you're starting to peak. Middle of 07 OK you saw it starting to peak there in what happened a year later this whole thing fell part Taylor and sentiment in first quarter of 2000. Yeah if you go but you go back to there you know and it's it's cases where. And again you really was you end of 99 and early 2000 it was yet he has this huge peak and all of a sudden you know the whole thing fell apart right after so it is game it's like when there are some negative sentiment out there because. That's something that can be overcome if you look all everyone thinks things are great. Well the second something bad happens they're gonna sell. If your. Customer of Columbia gas 8500. Homes truck will be without gas service for weeks as the company les 48 miles of new pipeline. So your natural gas guide right that yes it your notes. Imagine you didn't have ghastly they just said while we can't we can't. Put any gas in your house had heat water how do you cook immunity you're you're out of this little. Look someone better pay for me either eight you know stay in hotel where I can take a shower now. And beat pay for me to go out and get food now too because again you can't cook so what what is NAFTA I I saw sewing or Columbia gases written a check for ten million dollars. I have to believe that's just the tip of the iceberg. So yes it is they're saying this is going to be weeks right now OK so let's let's play out the string your has again like. Like showering her kind of important new you know and 8500 homes so how many people is that that might be. 20000 people. Yes so let's let's say that you've got you know families in half those in half from me you know maybe category four in the Cooper maybe they don't have kids yet but. But they've got kids in half so let's say gave got near thirteen thousand you know different you know kinda counseled him potential rooms and things that you need. Is this a case we get all these people what's Acosta feed them on a daily basis you know how much is written in hotels. You know seat YouTube clip inconvenience to and it just as family literally get your laundry done and Annika meet your you have no hot water. And you have no cooking gas ever. Weeks so let's assume that you've got three people and every houseful right you know breakfast okay can figure out ways do that for you know five bucks a person if you got to send a mountain stuff. Realistically probably nets and nice and local put you up in a residence in or something that has no kitchen that sodium cook at least. Okay we can give you you know couple hundred bucks a week for food in a thousand bucks for the hotel are still talking let's say it's 12100 kind of below when there. So just for the families you're talking somewhere in the ballpark of fifteen to sixteen million dollars. Not to mention the restitution thank you all by the way we blew open house right not not to mention yet we need to build your house and everything don't Garcon. A exactly so you know you're talking just to get families you know out there doing any good settled in and by the way that that fifteen million dollars and was for one week. So what do you think the cost the company couple hundred million. So if you look at ads on how many weeks are we talking just to pay for you know things like this. A hole on July poll until he got to the year to pay for the acted it killed. You guys and how does that hairs and being sure talking about it those insurance companies right there at the homeowners gonna say. I've got insurance the insurance companies who say yeah your your track. But I can bet you dollars to donuts that insurance company will be suing. Columbia gas we're talking everything all in what do I think it's gonna cost. 800 million. While that's a big number Tucker put that on the board by the way there are owned by nice source right yes they are. I I look at similar things that have happened in other cases you've seen you know total cost of the 1000000001 point 21 point three this isn't quite the scale of some of those. But I think you're talking all in 800 million dollars. Quite generously Columbia gas has announced that they will withdraw their 33 million dollar rate hike that was nice of them. Yeah by the way. You can't use your gas we don't need to charge you more on we're sorry we killed your son and we we won't theories injuries. They. It's just you know daily and a dollar short. At this it's you know we we we can laugh about it here but we're not the families that were without power remember. Going back and whose action packed him in seven years ago maybe when we lost power for five days yep that was miserable. Mentioned poor families are out of their house so they can go back to their house is solid their houses are condemned. But they just have no hot water they have no cooking in Q for the right of your they have no heat now you don't need heat yet but you know what you could in the next few weeks. They're mean occasionally what you get one of those early October frost every now and then now you know it's unlikely based on the weather we saw the last week or so but how big what it can happen in the New England the weather can change nearly got to change pretty quickly so. These are the things that people need to worry about. Generic coming up we're gonna have a conversation. Regarding handedness till race stock was up 38%. In a wild day of trading that's next on the financial exchange. We wanna hear from. Tech Steward Barry's 263566. No. Hi everybody it's very Armstrong and Jake two Lian we're talking about a program called Z rent. Now this is specifically. Designed for those of you who are landlords and used to collector checks with paper checks are gosh maybe still do. Will Z rent allows you to collect checks electronically. Jail is hoping he could spend a little bit of time explaining how Lizzy grant works and why it's a big advantage for landlords. Absolutely buried so we we develops he rained two out of me the whole race because right now. You know with the landlord when you're getting to rent checks in the mail it's slow it's unpredictable. You're missing envelope line in the post are you waiting human net get all the rent until the tenth or fifteenth of the month furthermore if your landlord on vacation in your race thing you know boxed up to what he does is it really digitize they'll. It makes the ranked electronic payments it allows for roomy cheering for multiple roommates and apartments that's great if you're renting out to college student absolutely. It's predictable it comes at the same time every month. And it's all on me. So the landlords who have been using assisting huge time savings and ointment do you are you still giving the first six months free for landlords the first six months or free and then in addition to that. Do we even alarm bell that weakened sound somewhere siren that none of those forms so anything that I talk to you wanna make you know it's. July 1 American is not particularly at a I don't want to either so. But B I I bring this up poem I'm looking at stock right now it's called till rate TLY. And it's trading at 223. Dollars a share up not it's up ten doll who he keeps going up. It's up like a lot today up 4% today now it's up. 3%. You know now back up blockades this I was watching yesterday so you RA if you're not familiar with this company. They are a marijuana company based out of Canada. Over the last. Twelve months that had about thirty million dollars in sales. And yet the company is valued at about. Twenty point one billion dollars right now in this market more than companies like Macy's. Under armour. And so on down the line that despite the fact that they really don't dual would you say they have for revenue. About thirty million dollars no profit no so if if you look at it right now this is a company. If you're an undisputed do the math that just to make it easy they're trading at 668. Times revenue. And the the the reason the stock went up is the CEO was on not Kramer's television show. On Tuesday night yes and that has inspired. A tremendous amount of interest in the company. It's written. People are recognizing him with the CEO Saint Louis. Look at pharmaceutical companies need to wake up because candidates is being used. For pain killing an annie's Wright is like I'm not gonna dispute that these candidates is being used as a painkiller bending to a facility. And watched social or tumors I mean yeah I can tell yet. If you walk into a medical dispensary. At least the one I walked into as only their once. It who's filled with people that are older and sick and they are using candidates. And of a thousand. Bud's not for pain really. Now the danger in this and and I'll give you some examples from what happened was till race stock yesterday. This stock at one point yes it was a 90% for the day pentagon from 160 bucks a share up to 300 which is notes full count. In a span of half an hour it then went back down to 160. OK and so if you're one of those people that bought at 300 dollars a share Anderson they're on the magazine G had a press the button to get out can't win by problem. There were four different trading halts in the last hour of trading alone there. What makes that so hard is that each trading halt last for ten minutes which means there were only twenty minutes of trading that actually took place in the last hour. It's not to say don't invest in this company. While chuck if you invest in this company now know that you're literally gambling this is no. Buying this company at this price is no different from going down to foxwoods going out MGM or anything like that so who is buying. And in individual investors suspect yes there is no institutional investor yet Fidelity's not buying there's no institutional money that would be able to get this past their investment board McKee it just it doesn't makes. Is it to put this in perspective. If this company so their revenue increased 1000%. Each of the next two years they'd still be trading more than two times revenue of two years now and they're not gonna grow revenue by a 1000% a year you know the cost to short this stock is 800%. Which tells you that this is a this is what I say about stocks like this good stocks don't go up 500% in the month. Is there already fairly valued some what they think you might have a month were good stock goes up twenty years 30% to say we've we've seen that you know companies have a greater earnings quarter and boom the stock blows out what. Both the perspective. That marijuana stocks like till raid canopy growth Crowe knows amendments and knew that it was the biggest ones yeah. What about the theory. They're they're gonna get a big boost in the mid term elections I mean I. And the if it does seem track and I don't know whether it's two years ago I used to work with Jim Carey and and she said will have legal marijuana. Across the country by 20/20 nine I don't see 20/20 you re talking on a federal upwards a federal majority of states federal level. No we won't have that but 22 now. But it does seem like future is in New Jersey vote likely have another batch of votes coming up on it in November and states are. Seemingly moving towards legalizing both recreational and medical use marijuana. So there's only four states now that don't have any allowed use for candidates. They're all you know pretty much it's Idaho North Dakota Nebraska and Kansas you border in the states we don't get every other state has at least medical use allowed. And the states that now have. Recreational use allowed the entire West Coast Washington and Oregon Nevada California and Alaska. Colorado. Massachusetts though really can't buy it anywhere yet main. Vermont's those the states that it it's louder and would you like in the five or six that are up on the ballot BO that the danger is. Here's the thing if year if you're sitting there at home right now saying gee the elections in two months and marijuana is on the ballot in mice stayed in. Man I've got a real good opportunity because once it goes legal this thing's gonna blow up. Do you really think the professional investor hasn't been paying attention to this. You really think they they they are just waking up to say OG marijuana is on the ballot you know we should do something. They know before you do now but I think you probably see it on federal level by 25 that that's kind of my guess. I'd say it is so if it's so interesting on the federal level majority have banks that are saying we have a credit union in Massachusetts yes gonna start banking stuff. I INI under you well go ahead make your point on the federal IIII. Just think like when you look at the polling. If you're a Republican running against it you're really hurting yourself. You know pierce depends on what state you're in. Well does it. It does because if you look at the demographics. They even my generation track you baby boomers are in favor of legalizing it's the older generation than the baby boomers that are opposed to. But the equipment like Democrats or the you know we say okay the baby boomers are in favor him but what if 90% of the ones in favor in New England in 90% the ones against her in the south. Which is kind of the case is at the end we like this there are strong geographic differences in how this is perceived. And so. I think there's a chance do you see illegal federally in the next seven years now but. You know it's been we often talk about how slow it is to get anything meaningful done through. Congress could be a real big opportunity for credit unions. Oh can be huge right if credit unions just say hey. We're not worried about loose here are federal banking charter 'cause we don't have one in the first place right what what you may see OK is you may see the next couple administrations so look. We're not going to prosecute anyone on this and effectively make it legal nationwide swelling and would've just actions quits. Gets fired Wright because he's the one guy right now. That's got his finger in the dike. While means to you Jeff Sessions gets fired which as you could potentially have the DOJ say look we're stuck and prosecute stuff the next DOJ not the current. Now whoever comes in after Cabrera that's I mean yet yet that that area but because sessions isn't he dead man walk and he sees all I. I honestly I don't know enough about the politics of this position to be able to say the president is saying he doesn't have. It did you don't you would assume based on what he's an attorney general idly why is he still hear them now now. Italy our poll question today is do you think that Canada us that's marijuana he did. Do you think it will be legal nationally by the year 20/20 removed. I I voted I think it will I I think it's coming I just think there's too much political pressure. That may be may be on tainted because of where I live. You can vote in our poll by visiting financial exchange showed dot com where he can send us a text message at 6356. Time now for mostly watch a look at the market's performance so far today thanks to Berrian jug right here on the financial exchange radio network. Time for Walter Watson joins us now is Mike Armstrong we've got a couple. And different apparel companies to look at today Mike let's start first talking about under armour stock. Up about 5% today how come. It can beat goes on a have planted they had to cut their work force to be trying their entire workforce by about 3% at around 400 employees were under armour. They also I'd just sit there all year guidance up slightly was 1419. That's been narrowed in on 1690. Cents per share saw that news stopped up. A little bit over 5%. On the other hand stitched fixed down 12% today after being down yesterday as well what's going on there. Yeah they were downgraded by Piper Jaffray. Days they didn't have anything horribly natives they've been really booed him and neutral valuation overweight. Yeah import keep in mind this is a company that has you beat tripled their IPO price back to November of last year or so he certainly gone up quite a bit. Good thank you Mike. That's Mike Armstrong with Wall Street watch chuck 89 point 4% of our listeners think candidates will be legal nationally. But the U 20/20 five it's just about ever won. I'd number and number. Merry men sit on the top of the week's letter by the way two and a vote in our poll go to financial exchange showed icon. The wages of married men far surpass those of all of those groups they exceed 80000 dollars per year. By their peak earning years. While all other groups barely grace 50000 dollars per year this is according to data from the university of Minnesota. So if you wanna make a lot of money and be merry. And a man in a manner one of those you can change the other one a little tough to charter can buy you can you Buchanan and it's part of this is. It's really interesting when you look at this as part of this is just because of kind of win people get married today and that. When you're comparing single men to married men. One and stay single through their twenties and a lot of times you currently less in your twenties than you do in your thirties forties and fifties now and so. Part of this is just selecting based on paper where people are in life as you go to find more single men in their twenties than you will in their fifties is just how the math works out. What I do find interesting is when you look at the comparisons of married women to single women and this doesn't hold up. Does not make it. There's not this and that appears at theory doesn't work that does not the same difference so I thought it had to do motivation. If you're married if you're a married man in American society. Specially if you have kids are you'll just. A little more motivated and if you weren't married in he didn't have kids one married women be in that case to a mean they work and pretty much the exact same numbers that we need for men they might be to let. They are also going to be when I'm not gonna work 2 o'clock azalea home he. We've had father had a you know. And to stay in general I know an awful lot of women that work pretty late. Via. You know I guess if this might be generational difference but when I was younger right let us say 253035. Years old. I called my wife and say hey honey I I've I've got to work till 9 o'clock to. And she did she I wouldn't worry Kish a new issues at home take care of it yeah it's is out now. With what percentage of women are working in the workforce as they pulled up there's it's probably it's changed since the 1980s when injuries and him. That's the difference I think. Let's take a look and see just I don't know actually now. The another stat that we came a crosses after adjusting numerical data. From the past for the impact of inflation median household income and 2017 rose to 61372. Dollars. That's the highest ever recorded in the United States. Beating the previous record of 60309. Dollars that was in 2016 so household income up at record levels. Angela I'm. I'm still trying to pull this up here here we get no that's not and its OK here we go actually so. If you take a look at the data right now. In the kind of prime workforce or looking ages 25 to 54 that's what we tend to look in order to separate out. You know people who retired or people who were you going to grad school and stuff like that. The again about 8384%. Of men that are working round and it's just below that's about 7879%. Of women and but if you went back to the 1980s. I don't have data for that right now hi I would suggest that numbers considerably more yeah I don't have a rate now. Well fine. Another time. That is just part of what you have to look at if you look at overall numbers okay. Overall employment 76% of men and 67% of women that includes all demos actually I do have data going back here now from so would you wanna look at 1980s let's say now if he can do 85. I could do 83 that's fine. 83 we were around 82% of men. And around 55% of women see that's the heat it was a different it was very different back then you know. In this data by the way only goes up 2011 so I don't have anything for the last couple years. But I do know that more women are going to college than men now so I'd imagine you're seeing little bit of a shift there probably are. There folks if you are landlord or a property manager I'm sure you've heard me talk about 02 which is leader banks tremendous online red collection program. The NAFTA negotiations between Canada and the United States have become somewhat nasty and prime minister Justin Trudeau has maintained through these negotiations. That no deal is better than a bad deal and the president. Is playing hardball with the Canadians he is insisting on some kind of an improvement. And Justin Trudeau under a lot of pressure to make a deal. Yeah and pretty much there's a US imposed deadline of October 1 we've got about a week and a half to go until this deadline. Comes up here and apparently it is we've had that he is that the president is giving candidate multiple it was just we we had one at the end of August also. In wasn't there one before that I'd be just like the threat is have been I don't know now knowing what I remember was the one about three weeks ago. But it's. Your start to seal a little bit of business pressure in Canada building on this absolutely. And you know the decision on terror a better than I do just as I'm not as familiar is you war. All of the industry the money in the population of Canada. Is located within a hundred miles from Vancouver these days immunity is still at it it is it it's the second guess productive city. But it really you only guy. If you've been to Montreal Montreal used to be a great city. Now awaits its non economic power yet to economic powerhouse cities in Canada there's only two. Our. Montreal or excuse me Toronto and Vancouver yet much beyond that. Not a lot of economic productivity not ought GDP coming out of Edmonton not a lot of GDP you know because people think of the Canadian hockey team's technical Ottawa must be big city. Ottawa the size of Manchester new here so even though Montreal's bigger than Vancouver population wise it's not as much of a senator because so many industries moved out of my trio interest and he didn't wanna be in combat interest is back when they want to remember and wanted to separate pro I don't goes back in the seventies. See it companies that just said hey were unsure what the future is for Quebec removing draw. One in you go down the list and in general you look at some of these other cities that are right around their other all in Ontario right around Toronto when you throw like London you know Hamilton and they're all right around there now so. It's its interest eighty can't win the election and she went on Terry. Discuss the sheer population numbers now. Yeah they gave the population of greater Toronto's. Third of all of Canada it's if it's remarkable. So I think you eat the prime minister of Canada is under a lot of pressure to make a deal. I don't know whether he gets it done by this imposed deadline or not but he's got to get a deal yeah death decayed he's gonna have to give. The United States access. To the Canadian dairy markets that seems to be with the sticking point what I thought was more on the the trade dispute resolution it seems like there's been progress made on the dare stuff. Yes it and the reason the progress is being made because the United States has given up on the trade dispute. Really I hadn't heard that that suppose that's why hadn't heard that of that if if they can get past that the U also been done tomorrow I mean. So that's a big deal but yet Ontario does make up 38% of Canada's population to back is in second place at about 23% to out there and so you have to be bilingual it helps if you wanna be the prime minister Canada. You use it really helps your violent. Was that it the Montreal Canadians won't hire head coach doesn't speak French also I think you know Montreal Canadians used to get first crack at all the French players to. In the draft and a solid enough and if you're French Canadian you had to be the Montreal had a first a member and a lot of sports the used to have before you had the the normal draft day at a local drafts a lot of local kids would end up with you know local teams but the way I held. Boston Bruins ended up and Bobby were when music twelve years old back in the sixties. Remember he knew if I don't remember but no they did say they. If you check on the rights to Bobby Orr I think he had his rights when news I think literally fourteen yours is that right yeah and you pull that that's fascinating. They were to be talked about repatriated profits here 465 billion so far but up next will be joined by Adam Johnson. Adam Johnson now joins us from New York you know weekly stock pick and say he's the founder and author of bulls ivory. Presenting actionable ideas for thoughtful investors Adam good to talk DA again. It sure hurt every. Absolute let's let's talk a little bit of at this Canada trade talks situation we are discussing it a little bit earlier. I'm curious to get your thoughts on where things stand right now given that were about a week and a half out from the White House's deadline. Yeah I absolutely love. I'm they haven't been where they stand. Where they're moving because I really do think there's tremendous movement. On the Canadian great and you know we've seen he son you ground. Over the past couple weeks the word of Canada said okay you know the US parents farmers want a soul there. Products in Canada well I guess with the Lebanon that we can lower the book it's there and in their bid to create here like 267%. At one point. And meanwhile the US as well. Okay our buy American plan where we sit by. You know certain product only from our guy is okay well let up on what they really figured out figure out the kind of quirky things they need to figure out. The mechanism could result in trade dispute that he and stumbling block but I think they're gonna get there. Chris you Kabila who is. Effectively betrayed record with foreign affairs minister for Erica but basically panel in the Oprah for candidate. You can Washington DC today meeting with Robert Blake either the US choreographed. And I think we're gonna get a positive announcement if you look at all of you know all the names that are factors and they've been on air for three days now. I love it could I want them. At a more about the situation in in in China with that you know obviously this new round of tariffs from the US going in 10% tariffs on. 200 billion dollars worth of Chinese goods to talk but little bit about the Chinese response and how it fits into where these negotiations ago. Yeah it okay. The optics are not as confident but it is picked out a little deeper. Those talks the US Chinese are are also need another technically my a couple of they are actually moving forward in here here's what they by the way the doctoral. But it seems as though moving forward well yeah I'm not. I'm not a streak a mile Cooley here. Our. So the fact that the US. Interviewed another 200 going we're or should they care on another 200 where to turn if we're. Not a surprise but the fact the rate was 10% now 25%. It was a big deal. And the fact that the Chinese can the lower right and the Chinese while they do that opened fire we're gonna slap another. Round appear on your good sixty billion. Again that let the could've done more. They had the road it is the more there are that we hear that he. The Chinese specifically said we're not going to let you want to weaken any further you are dirty government and the so the fact that each basically stopped short of going you know that much farther is perceived as a positive. Because I think what's happening is that each side is trying to look our. Two it. There is to it you know. Internal constituents well at the same time trying to save face extremely. Well what. Adam I wanna dig in a little bit deeper on that is one of the questions I've had there is. How do you get a resolution that allows each side to still walk away looking tough but also looking like they got something and didn't back down. Well I mean. Exactly what they did this week where you know. The Americans they're okay China. Where we don't like what you're doing or slapping more fair I think that but it's only going to be at the right I think what they ultimately need to do. It's going to be one of these crazy quirky headlines. Where. There but you know might even be delivered aren't clean you know if you know the 1880. 1 morning. But what's gonna happen is there's going to be some sort of breakthrough where. Where one side says. You know there's there's a middle ground here that we may be able to work move forward you know what you know what I mean it's going to be where those quirky. I applied on the crowd mr. Mr. C is a great mayor and you're like I assure you there. Let you know what I mean yeah exactly where. Great I mean it going to be something weird like that and the and the Chinese are the going to be a 5% overnight in like you're never gonna look back. And one of the things that you've been on top of with regards this terror vision was the the situation with regards to auto parts and parts companies. Can you talk a little bit about. Where where things are going on that front. Yeah you bet I have been along these names they got what he should. And they are at all responding BorgWarner is great example and the stock was up yesterday it up again today. Aptiva is and other up in Canada by the by the way the ticker BWA or warlords maker Turbo chargers. App heave which would have been up front don't by the now focus on electric vehicle technology or eight CEP. There's all custodial they'll buy DO PH with its internal combustion and it's. And then what I really want highlights for listeners. I'm really excited about that one little bar in Canada L and are they. CAA. This is one of Apple's I pick that record up a few weeks ago. They make really boring about cam shaft that it has the veteran but. You need them and they have a huge franchise on both sides of the border is not cut down to like six and a half times earnings. Eat right and my point is when you'd take. It could cool name like that you can't have an injured with Al little more part I mean. Now these guys held every auto maker out there sure you can't have engines without their part. And when you take a company like bat down. That far it is good news is grieving the value apt to orbit. And I don't be long would it but it could put this in perspective. People don't realize the average auto part. Crosses the border. At that time. Before ultimately get put into better vehicle so that 45% Europe was really. A 175. Which was way too big weight here crazy and that's why they have had to actually come together. To figure out a solution they made it so ugly like equal creation back in 2013 you know an extra on the government's budget. Emitter so ugly that both sides has no choice. But to find a solution that what are your feelings is doing today. The very good Adam we've got to run but thanks again that is Adam from bulls ivory dot com he posts it picks every Sunday morning and you can sign up for the Apple's ivory dot com Dow is up 200 Tony points that's under the gun still raged down 21 bucks a share we'll talk about it more when we return to the financial exchange. Hi this is chuck and Mike from the financial exchange were here to talk to you. About the questions that you need to ask you potential financial advisor Mike there's a lot of different types of advisors out there. And one of the big questions that I think people really need to pay attention to. Oh for your client but they must in fact be in the client's best interests can give an example of how a fiduciary approach may differ from someone who's just acting as a broker for client. Yeah absolutely so when you take the case of say a broker they have a slew of different investment options that they can use and let's say you're comparing two different mutual funds and they might both achieve the same objective. But one of them might pay the advisor 5% commission and one of them might pay the 3% commission. Under those circumstances the brokers to know free to choose that 5% product because it pays him more. Whereas the fiduciary is going to be in a place where they must choose that product that is truly in the message the client and if they don't. Then they stand to face legal repercussions. Folks there's a new guy out from Armstrong advisory group this month that details all of the questions specifically the top ten questions to ask a financial advisor. Eighteen points NASDAQ up 67 points. Interest rates go a little bit higher chuck I've got the ten year treasury at three point 06%. Tough news for Tucker so those trying to lock in a more tight everybody it's very truck with you here. It is a Thursday morning pretty good rally. Broad based rally to nominate you take a look at where this strength is coming from and one of my concerns earlier this year is a lot of the growth was happening just intact near tech was just of the place that we are seeing a lot of the gains a lot of other sectors were left behind. We take a look today. And the only sectors in negative territory today or telecoms utilities ten year risk off sectors materials up big north of 1% financials health care consumer staples. Everything moving up tech obviously growling along with them to write but I would like to see you know eight. No I had some concerns earlier this year with the that the breadth of the rally there wasn't enough. You're different areas and put this in perspective. Tech shares over the course of this year up 18%. Okay industrials only up 7%. You don't take a look at real estate only a 3% in financial services only up 6% so you know a lot of these other areas have been left behind too it's good to see. If you're seeing a little bit of a pick up there from some of these other ones returning to the mean. Certainly and in in by the way when the other sectors that's been on fire this year than notes talked about his health care now health care in the UUS healthcare stocks the S&P. Up fifteen and a half percent here. How about Canada stocks is that a sector. It's that Nittany check in I guess that's the right way to phrase it you know it's a one called a sector yet no but it's it's all everyone's talking about because of this move that we saw in till ray yesterday. In and fortunately the move is reversing. Rapidly. A friend of mine. Texted me last night on FaceBook and who's asking me what to do what to do and he had bought till grade before he got married became comes home from his honeymoon he thought something was wrong with the brokerage account statement is that you've gone up so easily go to you look at all these extra zeros is not nice looked Hillary in the last year's traded it what twenty bucks a share well it's only been public for two months. All so it'll be only went public July 19 it's been public literally two months and now it's down it's down today 24 dollar for the still trading at 189 dollars a share. If you can find somebody to buy shares. I had a a buddy of mine who had been in on the IPO which I think I've peered around twenty. He sold a thirty. Music on Advani percent legacy well then it went up to 300 with a promised on the 300 announce it 188 so it's given up about. 40%. Of its price in the last. Twelve hours really and this is one. Jim Cramer by the way who had the CEO of this company on his show just couple days ago. This morning and said whatever you do don't buy. Stocking up now in who wins the I was watching. And I. You know for years we've made fun of millennium goals and now there's an entire new generation called generation Z that we can ridicule. College student struck say they can't send in their absentee ballots because they don't know where to buy stamps. And some people say oh you know it's if it's there used to technology blah blah blah. OK so let me show you how easy it is to use technology I just open Google on my screen here and I type in where to buy stamps out. And hear the answer that come up stiff us on. Why postage stamps Stamps.Com. This second one who sell stamps a guide to where you can buy stamps number three story got USPS dot com so so what's wrong with generations I'm not buying this article was Miller Park on. Who on their in the right mind is nowhere to buy stance so generations are used in all I think there's just no one talked dumb person and they interviewed no Tucker I'm I'm gonna not defend them and Ambien defend the survey okay Ahmad. My wife is a guidance counselor high school program no connect. And in order to buy your books at this high school. The girls have to come in and they have to bring a check in pay for that your book with a check then. These are seniors in high school they don't know how it check works they don't know where to sign it they don't oh. That's a little bit back to work bias stamped right I kind of agree with you Tucker has a Mikey none of my kids have checkbook or why I mean I totally understand why somebody would know moderate to check because everything's online or. But what team it set it tells you exactly what people where it says date it says and I mean it is a man literally their parents and aperture and have a checkbook. Yeah you do that it it sure I'd. There I mean they talked at an object but they're taught that you don't raw. Did they talk that a lot of high school why would I need to check what is left ideas for a check last month last month. You pay bills are two weeks ago why make the payment landscaper used I don't send double like what about like wedding gifts or something like that. Yet check. In editors can just. Faster. It's that's fascinating that's nicer small bills the boost Davey. Politico the boost exactly and your boost gets stolen I'd like it's if this gets boost idea that I. Okay like they say okay like EU can't find where Google where to buy stamps that if you're so dependent on technology. Globally so is it possible that generations he is even more inept than millennium. I mean that you guys have been kind of carry the torch for a loss here's here's the problem I always come back to is widely blamed the kids and not the parents. Like everyone gets a millennial forgetting all these participation drove means. You've been to ourselves I go to the store it's a gimme twenty those gold you know those were our parents. You know it's the parents these kids that didn't teach them hey here's where you buy a stamp and here's where it goes like. I put that on the parents you know if the kid grows up not knowing how to do two plus two. Eight school why did you teach them you know you don't say OK the kids automatically done maybe just didn't have you proper teaching lake. I think sometimes we blame kids for problems that aren't their own so I think is a problem but I'd make the argument he meets the parents. You know for the last ten years I remember reading articles we even talked about it during the show that. The best time to book your flights is Tuesday at 11 AM Moore Thursday at 4 PM Saturday at 11 PM. Turns out that's a bunch of rubbish turns out booking your flight the the death cost of your air flight changes. By the hour kind of like the stock market what what I do doesn't matter could be like the that old adage is that we've learned shock Earl. Bullets it's it's it's just all the airlines are using all these algorithms now to change pricing dynamically based on how many people are on their site at a given moment in this in that. And so what I actually do now is you can actually set up price alerts based on where you want to fly when you wanna fly and say hey when it hits this price notify me. Do you do that with the airliner do you do with Expedia or Orbitz kayak I had to use so I think I would I would imagine an expedient orbits and those guys have them. I used Google flights I don't know if you've ever used it never but it's. But Irish Jews go grow flights it is so now it's at an app or is it just oh so we'll dot com slash flights. And what's really nice about it so. Let's say that you want to fly somewhere but you don't know exactly when you're just saying it looked wife and I wanna go on vacation I want to go to Australia next year. I thought I was gonna be more general users say hey look. I am I wanna take a weekend trip sometime in the next six months okay. What you can do is you can specify you can go to Google flights to say look I want a weekend trip you can specify the months that you want a traveling via. You don't even specify a location in it will pull up the cheapest places that you can fly it. For a weekend trip is any justice and vice Acer is a throw can you get your hotel in your car so I don't think you can do hotels there. You can also specified by airline if he wants of you say hey look at flight jetBlue lot or American a lot you can specify which airlines. But so I and they'll alert you. Yes so I'll I'll give you an example so let's say. That I was flying from Chicago and let's say that I lived in Chicago I don't bullets did. And I say hey look I wanna weekend trip any time. In the next six months and what it does it pulls up all these options and it pulls up it's sort you can sort by price by value whatever you want in this case the cheapest ones that I got from Chicago. I have a weekend trip to Vegas on from December 8 to December 10 221 dollars round trip. I could go to Los Angeles from December 15 and seventeenth for 130 roundtree. I can go to Miami for February 23 at 25 for 137 round trip. You can go to London from the fourteenth to the 23 for 350 once who in all of this is on Google flights it is the single best way to shop if if all you're looking for is the best price and when they give you that price to they tell you which airliner Aaliyah to so like if I click on recchi so they can hear you they're probably get an advertising the right Google. That union I think they just tap into the API's I think they do this for free to be completely honest you know that didn't know we know bear I'm telling you. Google does nothing slimy and like the airline might logo go there and everything you know they re directly trust me like I look at this isn't I don't think they're actually making money they sell ads on here filling that that's where they make their money. I must be like traffic that I don't believe that Google doesn't get as he handled that with your XP he heard don't know I haven't tried Expedia but. I don't think Google actually traits that I can they don't charge for your email but it's an eel these ads that make money needs the same kind of thing like. They've got ads for expedient cheap tickets of Priceline and orbits. They don't charge anything just a look at the flights then go book where you want. Eat the Steve Moore from The Heritage Foundation joins us every Thursday for conversation about the economy and son of a gun Steve good day to have you here 'cause the Dow and the S and here in record territory for the first time since January. He amazing ride op Ed it looks like beat up. In all of this the trade talk and that all of that fears of a trade war are not holding back this amazing. Market the market is now up 43% since the data that'll help put a lot of presidents Karzai could I think there's a real. You know kind of focus not so. You know atmosphere watching right now and it became get this straight field somewhat are. He get the trade guilt on what the up with the Chinese I think you're you're gonna see her you know an expert in the are in the stock market. I would think it I would imagine Steve that China. Is feeling a lot more pain on this trade war than the United States is because they export so much. Well there's no question about it I mean not beyond. Untold story that there's that many people the media are reporting marchers that ignores I put it on your show before and I'll say it got me another week. Have to restrict our trade with. China out we each Egypt China. Essar restrict it straight at the United States they catch pneumonia so there are much weaker position that we are here are especially given us on the US economy has got the current time. The good time there. You know they have a trade fight with China and right away I want this result I don't want a straight by that we have to wait here. Add you know given the fact that there are stock market out white percentage you're you're seeing a lot of this and that. That's such a China light source at the White House and other China expert but I doctors say there's a real suck up actor base jag. They don't quite know how to deal with Donald Trump correctly because and other rich help needs to be more. Our specific about exactly would. You know what it is that he wants you know I think he's got a certain look. Gonna happen you know buy more of our agriculture products are you know. Or are petroleum products forgot about warmer manufacture products and at the stuff that you know they're ridiculous requirements. Or companies that want to. Do business in China that make it a typical Internet apps do you marvel property but he's gonna have to put a dollar aid. And CPE eight. In the picture at the bureau and on the Ers will go away and I think you know the Chinese got a legitimate right that trot. You know it seems to sometimes moved the goal post and that makes it difficult to negotiate. Well that's always gonna ask using a bit because I've heard him on the intellectual property from day one he said hey you guys are thieves. And this has to stop and that seems to be the primary theme. That he's going after and less on misinterpreting. Well you know I don't have an entirely agree academy you're right that he has talked a lot about a lot shall prop battle it out these major steel they they just blatantly steal our. Our technologies are our and our movies our music you are part of our pharmaceutical products in all our patents or copyrights are different. You know who works for apple does it harder Apple's stores and China. You know or apple retail stores and not over actually all my apple that you see over copyright. At the trick arc and they and that their apple so that's the kind of thing because I'm repeatedly in China. Our but I think much more important to trump actually haven't talked a lot about this without. Is she cares a lot about the trade up there with China and I actually think that's an overrated issue. I care more about a total volume of trade and IQ what about this but. You want metrics that will bring down that you know right now I think we buy it after I ordered billion from now they are about a 150 billion from not you want that number substantially reduced he wants to see you know China iron about twice as much. American goods and services a year that's a that's a big increase from what she whether China goes along with. And I'm not sure trade deficits are bad at all Steve I mean now means they're taking our dollars for goods and services throughout. Good point yeah you're right. I mean I try to make that point did at a president. You know that into one of the reasons we want a trade deficit with China his Bentley. Happy capital report surplus so the Chinese are investing a lot the United States which you could think for American workers could read more factories are more jobs you're. So I don't think you make a very solid point that back but on the other hand I mean given the fact that there's a lot to what you say it also would be better. It's the China a lot more American products and you should got warmer manufactured products they should buy more prior. You know there are we are the most productive farmers in the world so we should. We should be you know asking them to book I've war are our cultural products our technology products and a lot. Then Steve Allen as it relates to repatriation. When is the higher raskin this is established the rules under which corporations can bring money back because. He's been a lot of criticism about the lack of money being repatriated but darn it. You know how can you repatriated when the IRS eight months after the fact still doesn't have a law on the books are a Big Brother Andre Roy is set up. Yeah that's a very good point there Wall Street Journal had a major piece on this earlier in the week it's that they don't that. The repatriation numbers haven't been as stronger as we have all been yeah I'm. They also identified exactly the problem which you just not sure that's one of the reasons companies are repatriating is that Barack hasn't told them exactly how they can do to take advantage of this lower rates. And there's very rates the rates go from anywhere I think from about 7% up to about 15% dependent on. You know how he structured the deal on what you bring money back for a lot of I've talked to CEOs eastern state they're confused about her up a month or so after the tax bill passed. Apple said that they were gonna bring 300 billion dollars out. You know and they haven't prop up backyard. Now I don't know what that what's holdout but that but that that hasn't happened so far and we want that to happen up a lot of money to be investors here. New insurance Steve thank you very much for your time we appreciate it. Out spectacular week I'd agree we got. Thank you that's Steve Moore from The Heritage Foundation joining us today. And you don't know corporation chuck is gonna bring back that cash rate there's what about 45 trillion. So it overseas somewhere between three and five depending on the exact match Q looking yeah a lot of it can't come back because it's it's tied up in plants and equipment. But a lot can but if you're the CFO of apple was just use that as an example the of the largest amount of cash sitting overseas how do you bring it back with the IRS hasn't told what the rules are. Yeah and it again I I think if you look at the long run and I sit by the end of next year. I would expect is always get clarification on stuff like that you'll see somewhere around one point 21 point four trillion comeback that's had a about a third of all that's that's I think you and I think that's a reasonable expectations money that wouldn't have otherwise been. Good that it is yeah. Now you know I I I thought I'm never gonna get all what what's the is it. Companies don't do business overseas well and they stuff to pay your state and local taxes you know that's what likes a urine. Company in New York right. You bring him back east and I don't you're gonna get hit by New York State and it would we come back or be talking about Amazon opening up three thousand's the worst savings so that. That's next. Hi this is chuck and Mike from the financial exchange we're here to talk about some of the questions that you need to make sure you ask a financial advisor if you're considering hiring one and Mike what are the big questions that I think everyone needs to pay attention to is to actually making the investment decisions when it comes to what goes declines portfolio what what types of different situations to be seen as ours who makes the investment choices in portfolios decline. I can vary significantly ME everything from TO a small independent advisors action running all those portfolios and investments themselves to completely hiring that entire piece of the business out to a third party why it's important that you understand which one it's happening is because you want to make sure a the person that's making the investment decisions has the qualifications needed to do so. Understands the markets maybe has a chartered financial analyst on staff and beats they're not doing it themselves are there any additional costs to using a third party for the service lets talk about that second piece of particular how much additional cost you end up running into if they're outsourcing that management uh oh well I mean I I've seen numbers as high as in other full percentage point if not more during the case where say you're paying your advisor 1%. And they're using a third party money manager you might be layering on an additional 1% cost mainly double the cost of investing for. Folks the question of who makes the investment decisions in a client portfolios just one of the questions you need to ask a potential advisor and our strong advisory group has put together a list of the top ten questions that you need to ask a potential advisor all you have to do to get it is call 800. 3934001. So Amazon deciding they're gonna open up. 3000. Cashier less scorers. By the year 20/20 one leased or under its under consideration. I gotta tell yeah. I I think Amazon is below in this whole whole foods they'd be better whole foods lately not lately now. Chuck Kuhn. I never really go to him to begin with I did before and I occasionally do now an adult I just we order from whole foods least we used to we stopped. It was the it was bad. The victory the produce that whole foods which you think. You might think concern if you if you pay those types of crisis right when you think OK you're gonna send you really good programs now socked now. You better produce at Wal-Mart and you do they think about it literally if they send you produced that you don't like him you have. Right if if you go into the store and see that produce. There's not you know why that's right that's a good point so. So maybe this whole broke free on dot O line deliberate thing is not. Going to be with you know the cats now I think it will be lucky to be there for stuff like cereal and milk because he notes staple in its its cereal milk like. What you gonna messed up its notes in boxes and well and I do order of things in tall order some items on line so it definitely the it hurts the grower for your courtesy got to go for you do you have to go like. I you I need to buy produce twice a week I can't do ones are you ever gonna buy fish. Delivery network LP wanna go and you wanna smell you wanna see you wanna be like I don't smell that piece you actually you would you make the guy arena certainly will know you can tell smells bad like I've been someplace where you like you walk in nearly. Not find that did not happen and not good but you know the key seems to be used to go to a busy grocery store. When it gets restock the law. Yeah as the Yankees think about where we spend most your money you spend most your money in the produce aisle mean beef. Mean trick like chicken fish though right thank you that that's where the that's for your money's going dairy products. You wanna store this as a market basket hasn't over everybody else. They do double the volume in their grocery stores compared to everybody else. Yeah I mean that they do a ton what's interesting here is so Amazon what they're trying to roll out is. These these 3000 cash yearly stores in the next three years it's pretty much a thousand years what they're going for dinner. Which means they have to get three of these today now it doesn't specify whether these are all new stores or whether they can be converting. Their current stores you know the whole foods and so forth over to these. I'd imagine this includes conversions and that is under Paul who turned. Somewhere in that ballpark but they're all gonna have all of these Amazon go stores that they opened up that are smaller. And just have Newsom basic prepared foods and things like that sandwiches salads yogurt granola bars and things like that. This is there's a huge cost associated with doing massive cost so they've got them. They do but keep like. Other companies have tried it's not that stuff like this in terms of you know cashier was stores but this kind of roll out yup and they've had to scale back is doesn't work you every time Starbucks has done expansion like this in a closing like 20% of the stores they open. They would have to cluster the stores right did have to say okay we're gonna go to. South Florida. And we're going to be heavy himself lord we're gonna go to Chicago we're gonna go like. He couldn't do it and say well we're gonna have to stores in South Florida and three stores in Chicago you'd have to have. Lots of stores in general geographic locations CD warehouse it and supplied them. Yeah I mean that they're it's it's going to have to be built around those big distribution centers so it's it's gonna be okay we've got you know within twenty miles this or fifty miles or whatever they decide works it's gonna be as you said clustered around those to begin with and then it'll expand out to look a lot like how wac. You see be a cell phone expansion plans out with him the towers start in the big urban areas and and they can scatter the bench. You follow the UPS Teamsters story at all I haven't been to this points I read the story by Joseph Allen and I've I've been following him because when the when Nate the union went to the membership. In says hey we've got to deal and we want you to vote in favor of it I looked at the deal and said she's from a driver for UPS. I I wouldn't vote for this deal. Yea I I didn't think the union leadership that are very good job. And now there's a lot of dissension. Within the union leave the Teamsters. If they and their truck near 275000. UPS teamster so what don't you like about the deal. I didn't like the way they're treating to new drivers and I didn't think fuel drivers gotten up. Money. And when you talk about the new drivers talking about the oddly these hybrid drivers that they'd be setting up there. Yet if effectively what they would do is they would but it does these new drivers they deliver ground packages part time and then fill out their shift with other work that would be a completely different pay scales of the not on the same one. And I agree with you mean. What what's what well and they got. The leverage right now before once Amazon gets from up and running on their own right if they build these leaks right. Yeah then Amazon's gonna have a competitive product. But from a UPS driver now I'm saying you know what let's put the screws to them right now and let's go on strike. Christmas of 2018. Mean naked DVDs usually. They should be never will have this kind of leverage again chuck you know there are no right is there you know go to our five year deal October 5 at 8 o'clock in the vote. And I'll tell you what. The they will never because next year in as those 20000 trucks and Amazon ordered will be up and running by next year if. If found them again I I agree with you. I vote to strike him. In open because he got to get paid its I've said before you only get so many bites of the apple and if you can't get that money wall. The goal is good you're not gonna get it when it goes that you're not going to like you have to take advantage when it's good to like companies put such you know and and. Lot of dissension in the union though they're not happy with union leadership. Would you be now. Yeah I am I'm glad that these guys I just. I wonder you talk about some of the conduct and the economy you imagine 275000. Teamsters going on strike Christmas twenty team. What the other thing is ams on all of a sudden and at that point in order you know an additional 50000 man's disease and look we don't wanna deal this problem again I'll like it make you use it to be fair. That's a if jive UPS does that Amazon is ramps its efforts up as they say look we wanna be dependent on this is now. It's it's it's going to be fun to watch. Should older people in good health start taking aspirin to prevent heart attacks strokes and dementia and cancer. Good question it's also the first paragraph and an article that was written by Denise Grady in the New York Times hi Denise welcome to the show. Hi thanks for having we're glad to glad to well I'm an older person I considered myself to be in pretty good health. What's the deal on aspirin a day my doc told me to start taken. They did this study because there was not any information and any really good at and I doubt what to tell all to people whether or not nations start taking. So what they sound from this study is that if you're healthy. And you don't have that big risk for heart attacks and haven't already had a heart attack or stroke. That you don't need to start taking it and you probably shouldn't. Because there are and there's more harm than good to it from completing. But then it gets it gets a little complicated because they also say. If you're already taking it you probably should not stop and you know you ask your doctor about it. But that and that was the finding and it is kind of an interesting way to get this study because they didn't. They looked at individual things like cancer and heart attack but then they also came up with this kind of dot com positive measure. Where they tried to look at what they called it disability. And they tried to look and see if it'll that there are awhile. But they more likely older people to date independent. And live on. Live it and went up and nursing home or or it did and in some way you know it's somehow appropriate quality of life and and let you'd be reliving person and under. And yes it was now. I did didn't it didn't really didn't really make it different. Where did you don't come for. Yet there's this this is a bit this isn't we urine dressing in your article is not new this is some I don't think I'm only thirty years right. You know up eight yeah decades ago it if I play it. It did become clear that if you had already had I attack them or a stroke. That aspirin could really help you avoid having that happen again because it stopped. Or interferes with blood clotting and most strokes and just battle heart attacks come from clot. Start with a clot and so that he can. We do that and you can reduce that risk but then the people that have a high risk there is some. I had the benefit for them is the better than. And it is for other people you know they have they have board game. Why not just a bit Denise when I just take a Staten drugs considered dot if you had a stroke isn't a doctor goodness as prescribed Staten. I had a bit but this sport any different way you know intense work on cholesterol Ireland and maybe on the nation that this works on clot. You know it's that it can't let them. And heart attack blow off and start with clock as Elway and stayed there is thought that that by now that if you have a hard if you haven't I attacks. They will give aspirin to chip. Great great yet have heard that. Yeah oh it's. No it only is it injecting new you know they say again if you're if you're healthy and not taking it. You eat you don't need to start but that they aren't they all devices though is talk to your doctor about it. But that sounds like it's the that just more of a safety measure on their part right now is are they saying that just to. Confirm that it's probably not gonna help you. Yeah yet they are but there's also that question. That comes up. About it he had been on it for awhile. And you can't take it. Could you have some sort of read down to where you might be a more prone to clot. That before. When you come off the track. And it sometimes stability of that failure if you decide you want it up are you doctors decide you should talk to somebody about what's. When and and Howell is the best way to do it. And they did a pretty good study or is 191000 people and it was including blacks Hispanics and white Americans so it's not who wasn't. It's not like black people should take it white people shouldn't write it. Snow days and today they went. Black people on. Thank you into this study at a younger age than white people. 65 and seventy and the reasoning was that they seem to have some higher risk heart attack third dimension though the good ideas for them to. To comment earlier and and that they were something like. 6070000. People die from Australia and that's. Between two and 3000 and the United States and I think the need to happen where blacks and Hispanics so today's tragic. Again a pretty good epic it cross section. Very good period well Denise thanks to write in the article and bring in to my attention I wouldn't of seen it otherwise because I don't subscribe to The New England Journal of Medicine. Denise Grady from the New York Times YouTube must've heard that rate is your dad take an aspirin a day. No big mind and I've certainly heard it you know it's immunity pretty much ever since I was grown up efforts him at least 2030 years does via easy. They. Good news follows the idea Titanic artifacts are going to be auctioned off in October iceberg and that we weaken there there are 5000. Titanic artifacts that are going to be auctioned in October. And excitement of the gonna give the big the big blue diamond. Liner that does that to me wanna promote the heart of the Euro got a heart of the ocean that can be one of the you know what. And part of the iceberg going to be auction I thought I wanna get some. I just yet that they froze part of the iceberg immediately after her for preservation. Excuse of an ice cube I guess everything watered which went some crosstex. Gas from the deck. That would buy. You know that someone's tried to do that. But a great story by the way so that the first commercial ice that was ever sold came out of Massachusetts Vermont when Massachusetts. And actually shipped 3000 tons of it across the ocean England is England never seen commercial ice that never shall place before. It sat on the dock in melted just customs couldn't figure out how to classify. So literally it's free water 3000 what do they didn't know like is it food like what what what are we doing this so the first commercial shipment of ice across the Atlantic. Melted on the docks before anyone could use. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 243 people of the stupidest backstretch. But I cut those start up no story a ten year treasuries at 307.
