This is the financial exchange with the very Armstrong and chunks of you're exclusive look at business and financial news affecting your day your city your world. Stay informed and up today about economic and market trends plus get breaking business news every day. And now the financial exchange with the Barry Armstrong and chuck Exxon. Markets around the globe are rallying specifically the Dow is up a 175. Points why. I can tell you this rally has Larry Kudlow those fingerprints all over it will tell you why in just a moment also talked about Canada. It's Cynthia Friedland Christie field for his excuse me. Is heading to Washington and it evidently they're NAFTA talks are. Making some progress hopefully that will be concluded by the end of the week and then finally we will be talking about. Apple's new products hi everybody it's very truck with you today we're broadcasting from Arnold restaurant and clam bar in east ham Massachusetts. At a full crowd here it's going to be a lot of fun today attempting to we might even get some work. Here we well I don't know I want it to them but we we got a full crowd we got all kinds of food so we got a great day here and hope let's talk about to Richard do indict you know yesterday we reported during the show we didn't have much information is about 1130 yeah that we got news. That the United States so and we were told us Stephen new ocean had reached out to the Chinese officials to try to work out a trade deal. And turns out it's actually Larry Kudlow. That it had been prompting the president and just Larry's very persistent fell. And he's been prompting the president to try to get some kind of a trade deal done with the Chinese the nation is on the same page but it Larry in the nation are on the same page then you have. The other side of the equation. It looks to me it'd be in it doesn't it's not a done deal by any means. But it does appear as if we might be moving towards some kind of negotiated settlement with the Chinese on trade well and the fact. This letter went out and it you do have this invitation was sent. To heed the Chinese in the last couple days suggest that the US wants to start making some progress towards getting deal I think there's a lot of impetus. For the president to try to get something done prior to the elections the mid terms they come up in November which ethnic or if 78 weeks away from. At this point. This also comes just a week after we have got reports that the drug administration was prepared. To put together a plan for additional tariffs on China if they could not come to an agreement here so. It is it seems like you're seeing some movement here right now if we don't have any firm date scheduled for these negotiations yet. But we did hear from the Chinese this morning there will depart so yeah so it's it's a positive news that Newt does have that now what about a 170 points the S media sixteen the NASDAQ up 67 points at the moments we've got a broad based rally in Asian partly as a result of Asian markets up overnight that you've got them up as well and so this is something that you know I don't wanna say breakthrough because you know you talk meg getting together and but it's a positive sign hey maybe we can get some progress going. As we head into the fall at least they're talking except you know in the end. Very frugal longest by time it looked like they were you know there was no conversation even going on so if you can't talk to them you know and getting kind of negotiated deal. And then we learned that Christy Freeman who's Canada's trade negotiator. Return to Washington last night just in time for the storm and write it and marketing it that bad but Washington and the storms out down to a category twos and. It it seems like it it's tough to predict with these coastal storms just because you know little little changes can give dramatically Alter the track in terms of where it goes in the long run. But it doesn't seem like it's heading north the most recent tracks edit kind of bending back towards the south towards South Carolina kind of just lingering off the coast and dump the whole bunch of rain in those coastal islands down. But Canada coming to the negotiated and Celek far away but he did in US wants access to some of the dairy markets that are. And Canada wants a little bit. Stronger language as a relates to you know disputes. I didn't even a single on this one the new war I I am a little bit more skeptical because. If you look at what the trumpet administration is pursuing here in the big thing is they want to weaken the language allowing for disputes. Between countries within now. And the reason why this is important truck administration. Is that if you looked at where a lot of goods that are produced in NAFTA are consumed. The consumed in the United States and drug administration has been outspoken in saying look we want to bring production back into the United States. And so if you don't have these methods for resolving international disputes and it pretty much means hate we need to try to produce goods where they're gonna be consumed in it pushes people to produce in the United States so. I don't know if there's an easy resolution on this one this this one. The dairy stuff I think that's noise they'll figure it out you know it's it's milk at the end of what not to hold a supple for milk. You might hold it up over hate we settle disputes between countries that's kind of a bigger deal here and I think has a lot more at stake in the long. Let's talk about apple last night series yet yesterday afternoon it was about 1130 at confess I did not watch the I tried to do just I got him for the last two minutes and missed the whole thing. Well be that thing that I got it. It caught my attention was their new watch is going to have a what drove cardiogram. Capabilities. And I'll tell you what that's gonna be very valuable feature it's for a large segment of the population if you're. And the 4550. Years old or older rate that's going to be something you look at it as it relates to your next watch. Yep I sure would. The big thing that it doesn't at this technology the capability they said it would not be written when these watches ship interestingly enough so it suggests there's still sorting through some of the issues they're gonna have a with the sensor is required but I guess there's still haven't some problems making them work the way they want them to. But pretty much what this is going to do. Is if if you're sit many say gee something doesn't feel quite right that I have to drive yourself into an ER getting ECG. You could effectively use this apple watched if the technology's good enough which again it in order to do this it would have to be FDA approved in order to meet those standards. A lot of talent heart disease you don't even if you wish you could have an irregular heartbeat and not notice it and this watch feature supposedly and who picked that up. And it it's potentially some good saves a whole bunch travel time hold on to cost in terms of what you'd go into a hospital to do this written after going into the ER something like that. Hey look it's it's gonna take you awhile to get through that entire process in me. The money you saved by this cohesive KG this things tell me there's not really a problem here the question I was how many people we're gonna trust. You know if if if something tells you are having a problem breaking a trust if it says you're not in you still don't feel great arrogance there ago. Q maybe you should go anyways and yeah it's it's again it's a human problem it's not a it's not a technology problem but. But he sure differentiators. They if you look at their competitors that everybody's on a Smart watch it Samsung's got to fit bits guy Adam. I added garment I think you know it. If you Witten who gold. Smart watches how many manufacturers. Doesn't yet probably eight and its place and yet eight to choose from if I'm going out to buy one today. I I think I would pick one that has the EC EKG capable. You would I don't know anyone younger does. Nothing personal. Does that statement. In the room how many people are where to fit it or some kind of a Smart device not that many are usually when I ask that question you get like third 50%. Of the room that is where it might might like where's she where's affected. And I'll yeah she would go for the one with the EKG capability that would be what you get for Christmas I I think it's something. Don't go away though to bush knows best that ever listens. But it's it's something that I think can differentiate for a portion of the audience they're selling to motive here you know 22 year old assailant he's gotten easy duty. You know what that's like an okay wonderful in your. You do wanna note though if you're training if you're. You know tri athlete you wanna know your heart rate is so yeah that's a part in you wanna know while you were racing. Right if you're on the cycle portion you're gonna check NC in my heart rates up to 140 to actually be one to the other ones do that I had yeah I had a lot of any of these oh. A lot of them do that. Yeah our poll question today. Is do you all a Smart. I don't 010 my wife does but you still broke the thing and replaced. How do you participate in the poll while you can text us 63566. Right at around the time of the meeting some resistance that you know so you may say all nobody cares who's gonna buy it. Well fit that. Stock would totally different story. Do you think that that is the ECG that's that's driving this I do I just had news you do I think the eat it too things that I think are going to be key. For the Smart watches will be ECG. EKG would call. And the other one will be. For diabetics that that what I think will be the biggest let's see what he can figure out a way you just wearing this thing you can get you know reliable blood sugar testing as opposed to. In your finger that that I think is potentially a huge leap forward in that next thing you know they did. They literally will we'll see but don't forget participate in the poll financial exchange or dot com when we come back or take a look. At the watches that came out of apple. There's actually some compelling reasons to consider buying one of these new apple watches. And in the eat decent statistics. As to the each of the apple phones that I found quite. Designed for those of you who wore landlords in used to collector checks with paper checks are gosh maybe still do. Was he rent allows you'd collect checks electronically. Jail is hoping he could spend a little bit of time explaining how easy rat works and why it's a big advantage for landlords. Absolutely vary so we we develops he rained two out of me the whole write it because right now. You know with the landlord when you're getting to rain checks in the mail it's low it's unpredictable. You're missing envelope line in the post are you waiting he might not get all the rent until the tenth or fifteenth of the month furthermore if your landlord on vacation in your renting your notebooks two would you rate does is it really digitize old thing. It makes the ranked electronic payments it allows for roomy cheering for multiple roommates and apartments that's great if you're renting at the college student asked Hulu. It's predictable it comes at the same time every month and it's all on me. We're broadcasting today live from Arnold restaurant and clam bar and east ham Massachusetts who do it's of this. Check read the text on have a couple questions here I'll go one state 781 writes berries that it it's great charge lasts for a week. And that's the apple watched downfall ordered this new one last longer. Terms of the chart the big thing they haven't been able to figure out how to make the battery lasts very long a particular for the ones that are connected. To the cellular network that panic activity just drains the batteries pretty quickly and so it's what it is one of the shortfalls. Of the apple product does is that look if you want that cellular connectivity seeds don't need to have a tethered to your iPhone. That the battery just doesn't last long in. 954 asks can they check your pulse rate I'm pretty sure they the old one could check your pollster and know that it again I think all we can't amp up and then can they check your blood pressure I don't think so. I don't think players know that I know they're working on that that's another thing they want to be able to while looking into a particular one of the problems that they have with people when they go in the to be it physical or any Don has a point where you get your blood pressure checked. A lot of people have a problem where they end up with higher blood pressure they're just as they get nervous about being at the doctor's office to begin with then so what they recommend is what's called passive monitoring we're just kind of happens and along the way. It's it's something that they want to be able to move to but there are really ton device that do it accurately at this point I think there's a couple specialized that did just that. But having it wrapped in to watch it would be. Great couple off. Well I think Apple's gonna sell a lot of their new phones and today before we even talk about what is new about their phones or share some information with you. An estimated 254. Million consumers. Use iphones that are more than three years old are you an act shatters your phone industry. I'm my more than two young 2014. Solemn familiar Ottawa four years old now okay see you're in that. That 254 million category. And there's 486. Million that are using phones that are more than two years old now with the software updates though you don't need to update is off today. As you like it a two year old phone does a lot of the same things that are brand new for us. Yet you don't need to update I mean like some of the stuff that you can do now like I don't have so I pulled mine out I don't have you know the facial recognition technology and stuff like that that's not so great my wife's got it in take its. No it's just harder for me to get into her phone. What what do you mean a quarter analysts Boehner foundry like he'll do that don't you check your your your price vote went with sleeping just pulled up in front of her face it and you're going to go. So I don't have that don't have you know the 3-D cameras in this in the I don't need it on a daily basis and that's the reason why haven't upgraded for years it is the last eateries say. OK that's nice but what's actually doing to make my life better which I actually doing to make it easy but what about this new weight would you think of the new. Mean we we learned a law yesterday about the new phones. The thing that I look at that said. Bigger screen is it your plane or you're trying to read a book on your iPhone yeah it's nice to have that screen you relax and talk iPhone. Both of them off every dot I read a lot of articles on my fault I do watch the show Turkish paper book that when I'm due to national research groups that might. Wife gets kicked out because it uses an excuse not clean the kitchen. But I'll be. You know beyond my phone do research for the for the show yeah I think you know that the bigger fold it it's certainly it's it's nice if you want that personally like speakerphones. Now for what does carry a camera. So first of all that's kind of be problems so like it doesn't work for me the second. You know. What this is my pock with that look like apple laptop yeah sticking out here I was it's a person so. I look at these new votes again there's some nice new features but there's nothing that makes me wanna say GS 101000 dollars and I'm kinda the weird when it comes to this at this point. Because we know that Apple's going to sell millions of these phones that they've they're gonna have no problem at all did you see that he's sales it's the price of their top one it's like 14100 bucks I did and this. X eight. 14100 dollars most of people sit in this restaurant added impediment for their first car wreck it it's. I I've I've got my first car is a Volkswagen typed three used his 500 bucks now did you see the other thing that they did here that's a little bit sneaky one. They staggered the release it now. With and it went and one of the big ones. First well here's why it's sneaky. If you want a new phone you don't want to pony up for the big one now you go we additional month. I want to be so how many people are gonna say gee I need new phone but I don't wanna wait another month in the gonna pay 200 dollars more than they would have otherwise I think gonna have the lines do you think remember in the old days like today you know they always do still yeah. It's not quite like the first time like I still remembered 2007 win the first one came out it was 77 dose up. That was the the release stated. And I still remember I was I was at school at that point. And we can't kids would write down two to remember that when there were apple stores everywhere and they relate. Ahead of them in the whole world. So we get kids that Maryland to New York is so they would literally drive for hours down to New York City and a two days before too in order to get in line for the person I can't that was like for red desperately awful weekend there just waiting for this thing to come out. It's not going to be like back. It is still going to be the point where if you show up at 10 AM the date that these are released you're going to be witness on probably couple hours in a Megan if if I want one of these tonight. Should I I probably should aborted thoughts and prayers go on sale tomorrow well yeah fourteenth. The FD the reason I would do is my battery shot no one screen. If that's the case can go at that but we're just remember Tucker has said the battery only cost what 29 point I'll just more right. Nice at 29 a point on this matter is 29 dollars Beers or fourteen country right it's very close. At close. I don't have that much money. Couples that got. That hurricane. Is gonna hit I I think hurricane those turn out to be if it sounds like it's down to category two which means what 8090 mile an hour winds and it's a bad. Don't get me wrong it's still going to be bad. Result is bill green. But anyway it. There's a lot of people who do not have insurance that's. Whole bunch bomb and this is data that we have coming from the National Flood Insurance Program as of July 31 to go back a couple months. If you take a look at the figures for the number of people who have flood insurance policies in north and South Carolina and both these numbers are down over the last five years down about three point 6% in North Carolina and down one point 2% in South Carolina. Now that doesn't represent the true change is there's been a whole lot of construction since that right so you've got all this construction that's happened in the Carolinas. Even with that the number of policies for flood insurance that'd taken out. Has declined over that time. And the reason is very obvious. He's the cost of that insurance. You can be 101000 bucks a year just for an insurance balls if not more and yet you are relational and your row close to what he beat in 2030 grand for your insurance. And people are saying. Yeah what's happening in in the Carolinas a lot of yankees are moving down there. And my parents included the up and instant they're paying cash for the house or sell their house in Massachusetts or New York. And they're they're sold of for a million bucks they're going down there in their bye and a really nice house for 5600000. Dollars. And they're up by an insurance on the houses and their their their attitude on it is all self insure the risk right or why pay 101000 bucks for a year for someone not to use well. Not in use until this year. If this is going to be still a lot claims because it's going to be flood claims that there ill prepared for. Yet is what it looks like here in this is just based on the most recent tracking. The winds are gonna week which is gonna save a lot of kind of the worst case scenarios from happening in this you know if you're having landfall width 9200 mile an hour winds. It's it's going to be loud it's going to be noisy gonna branches and trees down you're not having roofs ripped off the house. With a hundred mile an hour winds if you have a 140 mile an hour wins your your lose all kinds of those home. They're gonna end up in Arkansas that's the case we're hearing back with Wall Street thought he. Lakers on FaceBook and followers on Twitter. Time now for Wall Street watch a look at the market's performance so far today thanks to Berrian jug right here on the financial exchange radio network. We're broadcasting live today from Arnold restaurant and clam bar in east ham Massachusetts and if you're looking at your investment accounts and you see that their up in value. Make sure you send a thank you note to Larry Kudlow because he's the one. They got the United States back to the negotiating table with the Chinese and as a consequence Asian markets are up emerging markets are up. And that down now some of the benefit is an up 137 point. That's an interview that I appreciate very much. Let's talk about insurance companies. Here expecting I don't know the numbers it is like thirteen billion dollar potentially and claims over the storm is it really just depends on and be this one's really difficult to predict if you don't get many major hurricanes that come into this part of the country not at least in terms of first landfall you might have ones that come up through Florida and eventually make their way to the Carolinas. But the last two hurricanes it was this big hit directly in the Carolinas. He's back in 1954 in Tennessee go back you know 6060 or 62 years at this point. And Hugo in 1989 it's almost thirty years so. These happen every point five to thirty years it's difficult to price this kind of risk just because. You don't really expect and that the issue that insurers have with this type of situation. That they are not studio typically they may have reserves put a way to pay the claims. The problem then is building those reserves up for the next potential hurricane in that when you have something unexpected like this happen. It starts to affect your sources of funding in order to cover that risk so. What you've had over the last decade there sell bonds a bunch of a bunch of insurers of mission where called cat bombs these catastrophe bonds. That different you know alternative investment products snap up and say okay we can get paid you know in order to fund these insurers potential risk and better than treasury brightly it's at least at UMIDEA you know 67% something like that on the yield. But then the risk is that if you do have a big hurricane like this come through an unexpected way. You're gonna sit there taken a little bit of a lawsuit report this money into those catastrophe bonds so the question. Then becomes who's behind these 'cause I don't see them like I've never recommended 121 of our investors so. It these institutional investors typically typically it it might be pension funds it might be. Alternative investment products product managers and things like that it's not something that's being held by you know the Magellan Fund they're not going out and buying this. But it's a lot of you're alternative funds and pension funds those the ones that typically buy these in the quest takes that funding source dry up for insurers and if it does. What do they do in order to recapitalize afterward. It's that I think is the big question. Folks it's pretty hard to find a bank that has checked in savings accounts that can provide decent return but. The market for one. No further than leader banks -- rewards account qualifying customers get 1% back and that it's 10% back it featured businesses with no minimum balance required and no monthly fees but that's not at all. Leader banks Zuma savings account. 2.0 5% AP wire that's 2.0 5%. And it's also a great park for qualifying suit my customers you're searching for great rate. Technical leader bank 8776917900. You can learn more about Zuma accounts that number again is 877. 6917900. Or you can visibly bank dot com. Minimum paused opening current EP one is ten dollars 2.0 5% APY. Mass residents only fees may reduce earnings were subject to change without notice member FDIC leader bank a step ahead. Let's let's talk about some evidence that the economy is getting stronger and there's a lot of things you can point to him. Point to housing prices you can talk about unemployment rates. But this is one that really hits home. US median household income climbs to a new high. A 61372. Dollars that's across the entire country now that's very much. He regional number. If you look at states like Connecticut. California and Massachusetts. That number is 61000 it's probably closer to 81002. Actually haven't by state if you YouTube actually known ever notice how he finds this stuff really fast I don't I don't have updated I've from two point sixteen I don't know if you want that catch up ticket would get because it right now. The number I gave you 61000 was 42070. SI get when he sixteen look at what what states do you want it any give Maine Massachusetts Florida and Connecticut. So Massachusetts the median household income is 75 to 97. Ford the median household income is 5000816. In Connecticut a 73 for 33 he's throwing New Hampshire just for kicks thrown New Hampshire just for kicks we get 7000936. Also thrown West Virginia just it's the lowest in the country at 4300385. OK so it's 61372. Across the country it's up one point 8% year over year to you look at 2016 persist when he seventeenth. Up one point 8% all those are good. Good statistics. Here's another good statistic the poverty eat. Fell for the third consecutive year in 2017 the official poverty rate was twelve point 3% said means. Twelve point 3% of our country is delivering living in poverty. That's down from twelve point 7%. It number of people who were and ensure were remains the same twenty point five so those are all. Pretty darn good numbers when when you look at the oh yeah here's the part. That is inconsistent. And does not make sense to me and I can't imagine makes sense a lot of other people. How is it. You've got median income up one point 8%. The average price price for single family whole it was a six and a half percent over the same third time the Mets hit duke. The magic of borrowing. Yeah but there's something that that. You've got interest rates going up right housing prices going. At six and a half percent how can that be like how how can you have. Does that. You look at wage growth in people say while wages are growing at 3% depending which pot at the politician you're right if if your conservative running for office you're saying. Wages are growing at 4% if your liberal running for for for office you're seeing wages are fast enough. Wages are one stat. Household income is their best measures that you can get right it's one point 8%. And housing prices increasing by six and a half percent so what's wrong is out of numbers were getting on housing prices wrong or the numbers on personal income. I don't think either of you you think they're both back I hope they're both Acker but I think also reaching the point now where. Americans are starting to get tapped out as far as how much they can borrow okay. In the cause of that I think you're gonna see home prices start to level off somewhat at least nation walked across the border just like knee that just that the low and definitely. Are you talk and 300000 our homes 800000 dollar homes two million dollar homes and stalking when you look at the average numbers but you know what when you look at these average numbers I think you're gonna CA leveling off in particular if you wanna break it down by the types of homes cut I think your lower priced homes and when I say lord mean anything under 400000. I think he's still gonna have all kinds of room for that marked Iran. All Lotta competition right. All kinds competition I think that market is still hot and ready to Iran cut I think when you get north of 800000. I think you're gonna see slowing URD half really in a lot of cases. I think that middle ground 40800. Via I think it's going to be very much regional. Okay thank you New England that's still going to be hot market because again as we talked about from an income perspective incomes are higher than the national average rain and if you go to parts of the midwest I think you're going to see some trouble selling in that range is incomes are high enough but. Quit when I look at it I wouldn't be surprised we're sitting here next September you know mid September oh say gee how much of home prices gone up year over year. 33. So we are we're past the peak then for housing price it in terms of that acceleration we're not accelerating any more in terms of home price growth. But here's the thing that you talked I guess I had drinks last night with a guy who's a contract in right. He's doing renovation work on the right that that's his job yeah he does bathrooms kitchens. 61 the ball he said he's got to the point now where it doesn't hire people to work with them because everybody he tries to hire. Shows up for two days and then and then it doesn't wanna come back. Very EG emerged looks nice today what are we go out there what's the sharks tremendous difficulty finding work and he said is costs are going. Right you know that the cost of the underlying supplies are going up and labor if they can find it anyway. Is going up the price dip so costs you eight it is just so much inconsistency it cost the. Going up that cost going up is why you don't see construction at the pace that we want it we're still always seem about one point two million homes being built a year company do we need. One point 61 point seven you know were running thirty to 40% underwear we should be. Is that include the number of homes it just kind of come out of the market Eee PC a lot of knocked. You drive around. It does the your town or where were set right now at a time to be driven around. This area a in an easy. In our house was built forty years fifty years ago it's on. It's gone into getting knocked on the 12100 square foot house put the 200 square foot house on the same lot jammed into this little lot in San OK you know books and still doing there does that number include the one it does he needs it. It's any new permits that are being pulled why do we need so many homes. Well the reason why we meet so many is because for a long time we didn't really happy household formation going on in Nevada population which are popular here for three years and have kids. Always comes back to dial it does always. Figured out everybody here how many of your grandparents there where we're at you want more probably right. Don't know. They did that they're done they've only an imam Ali good shape I'm in good shape I think that the big thing is we have this backlog of spam ways that. Never really formed because people were still living with their parents and aunts and you have this backlog of people that need to find places to get out. And they need a fun place to bind or to get out of their house the problem is you've got such big backlog that's why we've seen prices get pushed up but now a lot of those people are saying. Well it doesn't make sense for me to move out of my parents' house if if price or as high as they are like why would I do that and that's why we need more construction. My generation. Think we gotta buy smaller houses and changed walks. Another strike announced. Called the hotel workers in in Boston. Announced authorization to strike it eight area hotels this is just further indication. That workers. For the first time and probably. Almost twenty years and the upper hand. Yet and again we talked about this yesterday huge you seem more strikes when the economy is good because workers sit there and they say gee. This company had record profits last quarter I'm still getting paid twelve doll. Or right why are you paying me. City thing merry at caves and pace these guys. These are workers like coach like you're talking about the cleaning people in the staff workers at a hotel right in those hotels don't run very well if the veterans. This one's interesting just because you look at a lot of these jobs and EDD's are not you know high skilled jobs like our nurses and in in you know contractors and things like that. These are lower skilled jobs so they don't have quite the leverage that you know the nurses union has or something like that. But I still think Mary it's gonna have to give them something but who just didn't do that if it that's the that's Berlusconi's we're gonna find. You know thousand new workers this case and by the way this whole union actually employs 5000 workers all the Boston Tulsa where do you find 5000 new work. There's today they can bring these hotels Tunisia in order room costs and bosses like it but tonight the highest total cost the country lack of inventory. They had it beat these are the New York Chicago LA San Francisco who telcos in Boston highest is countries with peak season October. But if your thing it's just try to figure out what to time your strike rate me do October for now to pretty good time right. Now pretty good time it apart yeah are coming up we're gonna talk to Adam Johnson from bullseye brief that is next on the financial exchange. Yeah let's let's talk a little bit on those trade breakthroughs both China some positive news and also seems like Canada. Back to the table as well. Yeah they're an armored. Your partner and I that it is it just because we keep getting all these very positive. Outcome of one liners adequate treatment. The effectively the Canadian trade grouchy support here and there but become effective critic that nor shall be things like. In response to a question important going. Very well. Are you couldn't have absolutely now. And you've been battling back and forth between Ottawa and Washington. Yeah. And instantly that you've been good to the ground on Hillary which I know what all. But it would have been it is one of those things for them and even you know compromise let US. Farmers series or is that don't know that Belgrade so. I think we're indicated you know and that's why you might BorgWarner had been doing a much better market down. Then after Turbo chargers. In the country. Better act now. Against the all of our order activity is that this is really good I like what it. Adam what do you see in terms of that there's a lot of concern about mid term elections coming up. In November what do you see as far as how markets typically perform in this kind of situation where he's coming out of mid terms in November. Well first ball and we just is open for him and what side. You know it and it still angry and it is so. No mood and you know accusations flying everywhere but I was able to create that that was you know it by a lot of great. You know we basically seeing there's no major election incredibly. Every mid term elections it will work to. You hit it means the stock market rally in November and December by an average of seven point two. Regardless of what happened and we know typically in midterm election. There at eight. What flop that occurred beat incumbent party always loses that. What happened victory at that out that in spite of all the great commitment by the volume certain seat abyss that they buried it kind of be I know a moderate who would. But you know that you're there with that. The last couple days have been a little bit confusing from an inflation perspective we got data yesterday on the PPI today and CPI both coming in weaker than expected. It really breaking an up trend in inflation that we've seen over the last eight months. What do you think this does to the projections for interest rates over the next three months that also out in the 2019. I think the Fed has made very clear that low in Betty is how they're gonna run. Though. You know he PI coming in playing it in weaker party interest into the most would become quote. An actual that would be a cook but nonetheless. There and you know we're gonna get torn by basically if you look at that and futures are we gonna get 25 basis point. On the that there were quite thick that like 98%. Certainty you look out in December that on future creek that anyone could see we're gonna get. Another twenty by pay the point I think it was you know that or get a content you don't want that fine. And that you look at the forecast. What pathetic aren't going up about next year and they're talking about with great. For next year and now you know we're three a quarter on Fed Funds for it right now the current year is going higher I mean it active. You know with inflation running well where in the morning two point seven. You know you can't have. Effectively negative rate in the country that's why I funds are going up which would be good for betraying your higher if you haven't. Refinance a house if you're thinking about buying out. You're thinking about buying it aren't financing at bottom line you wanna do it now because pick and now it can be more. Very good at a thinks the time we appreciate it and I'll get to the next week. Hi this is chuck and Mike from the financial exchange were here to talk to you. About the questions that you need to ask you potential financial advisor Mike there's a lot of different types of advisors out there. And one of the big questions that I think people really need to pay attention to cable for your client but they must in fact be in the client's best interests can you give an example of how a fiduciary approach may differ from someone who's just acting as a broker for client. Yeah absolutely so when you take the case of Sam broker they have a slew of different investment options that they can use and let's say you're comparing two different mutual funds and they might both achieve the same objective. But one of them might pay the advisor 5% commission and one of them might pay the 3% commission. Under those circumstances the broker's fee no free to choose that 5% product because it pays him more. Whereas the fiduciary is going to be in a place where they must choose that product that is truly in the message their client and if they don't. Then they stand to face legal repercussions. Well you may not be buying new. I watch it may not be buying new iPhone with somebody is because under the gun Apple's stock is up almost five dollars or 2.2 percent to 200 in 26 dollars this year. So we'll talk about apple also talked about tree because that's why global markets were up over night. And that's why are stock market is having this man not a great rally were up about 71 points on the down hyper but it's very truck with you here. And were broadcasting it live from Arnold's restaurant in clam or in east ham Massachusetts. And I'll tell you what apple a four dollars and 97 cents a share so evidently Wall Street likes the announcement of the new product. Yet now trading at 226. Dollars a share just three dollars off the all time high of 229. Market caps still. One point one trillion dollars to Amazon sustain their say they got to a trillion I think they backed off in the that they do they might be back up to date and particularly if they got back over. Today it is just shy there at 974. Billion dollars so. The hikers bikers all right but the big enough so straight AEU we got this news yesterday about 1132 that. The United States had reached out to their counterparts in China. About. Renegotiating trade deal China this morning is saying yeah we we talked we'd be happy to have a conversation with. Yes it looks like the US and China are going to be sitting down again at some point in the near future might guess would be towards the end of next week. Or potentially the following week the week of the 24 joke I would imagine you'll have that meeting prior to the end of September with the expectation and being okay let's sit down again. Sometime in October try to hammer this thing out. For the benefit of our audience that are not only needles would you explain to us with trillium is. Yet trillium is a there a small microbrewery. And they aren't right they're based out of their main the main facilities actually keep him in Massachusetts got half an hour south. I live about ten minutes from their Islamic trip over usually about once every six weeks or so to restock. Gift user home equity line of credit to buy so let me tell you it's fascinating when you go to displace so I think they typically open at 10 AM. And you'll see people that come in there and they're waiting with a literally two or three coolers but they are bringing the stock golf when they go to displays like people spent hundreds of dollars and a beer it's I've never seen anything like. They've also got one of the four point neighborhood of Boston. But they are going to be opening a can edit the location where and this is still linked at right over the Rhode Island border yet continuing their expansion here. And they've been really on fire for the last couple years now. And this is gonna be some additional good news for them as they continue to grow and expand how much is that peers. The Syrian officers lady by quarterback for twenty dollars so five bucks for can't appear to and how much is at five bite in a restaurant it ten bucks twenty probably twelve to fourteen. Yeah it's it's not cheap stuff. And yet it. That people buy it that there's a market work because I think that the ways that I think a lot of millennial I think on guys autism and student loans can afford. We have student loans because you're too busy buying beer. You know celebrity Cologne or to pay for college as we spent our money on beards and now works. I think that the big thing that a lot of colonials did it at least here's how I tend to buy this. About a four pack. I might drink one of normal week bowl for a month you know so it's it's not something we're gonna just out every six or. Now I wanna do that by bottle like it's near twelve dollars for a twelve pack or something I don't need to you know this is not the kind of Beers that year you know. Playing you know beer pong with something like. This the kind of stuff we say. You know it's nice Saturday afternoon now by the grill me up one of these wall took a special that yet something like that so I think out so again you know. Even among my dad when he comes up in the summer. He'll stop it by late you know. Thirty of these and bring him back counting another item in other parts of the country they don't have wide distribution throughout all fifty states I know there in a decent number now that they don't have wide distribution through every state that's. Part of the ways just. The reason just how you know alcohol is slices on state by state basis he would different distributor for every statin did it's it's it's really complicated to get B Ian. The alcohol that is so it's is it big and they're moving to Connecticut is that. Yeah if you buy trillion in New Hampshire. Don't know I would assume you can I I would assume you can't throughout most of New England but I don't know what their exact distribution is right now we are. Macy's the sun sentinel is announced that Macy's and hire 80000 seasonal workers at big question is where here. Who's gonna go to work for Macy's this winter than me. I just don't know where they're gonna find the work I wondering Amazon and UP a key thing about all the seasonal employers I don't know where the gonna come from this year you're already 800000. Short rate yet. Seven million jobs 62 point two million that are on it. So who's gonna fill the seasonal jobs. We get second jobs and cut I'm not going to I worked for EPS one Christmas it's really hard work. But this you know you look at it at the numbers up you know Macy's and have 80000 targets that they are gonna have like seventy found out. Wal-Mart probably an 840000. You know in the week you go through all these you say. Where we can find like three to four million seasonal workers this I don't know now. Like I think these wages are gonna have to be higher than they expect. What's interesting in these this this Macy's hiring. 43500. Of these 80000 jobs will be in direct to consumer fulfillment centers are trying to get more of that e-commerce market beat. Those 2.3 thousand people aren't going into stores you don't AdAware. Which is different from east to target and you know you see a lot more hiring in those fast yes you are. Average 401K balance by any aid so look at Nat. People in their twenties average 401K bounce for somebody in the twenties is 111500. Yeah. In their thirties this is just the average. Is 42700. Not enough. Here we are talking a couple before the show and they are saying pout like yet my grandchildren. To put more money into their 41 K plans and generally Teddy conveyed that message in the importance to. Somebody who's 22 years old just graduated college. Because it's you know. It for the people in this room a lot of us graduated college and we went to work effort and employer who gave us a pension. You know leave the there is a defined benefit pension when you started working in the 1980s and 1970s or the 1960s. And 1960s there was no forward to it. It didn't exist until until the 1970. Well it's it's it's really tough to convey. To people the importance of saving at that age because when you're forty years old. Retirement it's not what you're you're you know you're just thinking about the next weakened pretty much when you when you're that age so that hasn't changed in fifty years. Now if it in general here's our generation was the same way the difference was our employer said will we know you're an incompetent so we're gonna put the money away for. It's it's a real challenge and the problem is if you don't start early. You behind the people because you lose the power all that compounding that can happen for all that additional time so you know we've seen the numbers where. If you wait until your forties to start saving you need to save like three or four times as much every paycheck. Whereas if you started it when he too right out of college. It's something where it doesn't necessarily. You don't need to put away as much in each paycheck so. It's it's a real challenge is something that we still have not really figured out if you look at what people aged 22 point nine or saving into their 41 K plan on average than its six point 8% whereas if you look at people. Aged fifty to 59 yup they're saving 10% what we need to figure out how to do is say flip flop let's numbers let's get that age twenty point 90 to 10% if you do that. You can be a few bogeys and you get to as successful retirement. At age of 6567. Whenever it is provided support them money out over time change job. Slow in and here's the challenge right if if your early putting 6% of your pay away when you're in your twenties. They time you get in your forties or fifties that's what you're paying college tuition right in theirs they're going to be years where. You you can't put anything in your for a day or year. Putting minimal money in your forward cake later write checks for college tuition your paper wedding you know it is a lot of expenses. They've come let's face ever stop. Yes they do when he died when you become an empty Nester empty Nester best part of your life IE is so far everything you've told me to do. It just adds more expenses. You told me go buy a house now all of a sudden I got to do this and then you tell me go have kids I just don't do that and that's going to be a big money pit so it's like. It over and it's never ads and or states if if it is fun did it having having grandchildren go live as a hermit alone you know. Then perhaps money. It coming up we hope to hear from Steve Moore and Steve if as you know I hope you know. It was an architect what do they designing architects of the tax plan. This is the financial exchange radio network. We're broadcasting to save lives from. Arnold restaurant clam bar in east ham Massachusetts and now we're joined by Steve work. Good friend of Larry Kudlow and working at The Heritage Foundation these days Steve Lowery a. I hate to be lately idiotic damaged by I've never been there a better. But you are. Steve what are you hoping for in these conversations that or announced between China and the United States and by the way it looks to me. As if these negotiations are coming at the prodding Butler cuts. Well you know that this has been big the big enchilada for trop as it is. You know getting a deal with China. That is good for American workers could armor companies are stealing and so on and I think that this is. If it swings back and forth like a pendulum in terms of you know some days it look like they're making progress Saturday not. But I'll say a couple things of that as number one no and Donald Trump as they do it packet back now to chat. You know you're China want to trade war and capture it but that's trump or not. Back down on the street feels very strongly that that China is the bad actor and national scene and quite frankly I accent this side. I China seems to be making some concessions they're coming as it looks like the dynamic deal where at least you know some negotiations in the next couple weeks that would. You know about China making you know constructions. But you never know with Asia and so it's a Dicey situation. I would say that it looks better today than it did a couple of months ago because trumpet getting trade deals now about what other countries are Mexico deal done. He's got I think in the next week to have a deal with you know about. That's like the progress with EU and it gets more of these other deals done it it isolates China makes it difficult for China you. The stain and there are bad behavior or else they're going to be that odd man out. Steve you mentioned at the top it you know the economy's hitting on all eight cylinders he got seven million jobs open in only six point 200 workers to fill those jobs. It does raise the Specter though worker shortages and and I know you're having conversations at The Heritage Foundation. About worker shortage you've got. Businesses coming views saying hey we need more workers where are we going to get the howdy result that would. What advice would you give the White House as a relates to some of these worker shortages or reference. Well it's great question and I think you know when I'm asked can we keep up with its. It's you know frantic haste to promote. And it's amazing I mean you know I saw the press not opera Goer or stolen and saying you know is this is working better than it's not it would work. And that's working more quickly and you know you just found that it even happened yet. You know pursue other showed what happened when an old pro business. You know America's first president again and that White House. Which you're right you know the thing that I'm most concerned about it terms of keeping up its staff space of pro. You know asserted 3% last year now last couple quarters it's been 4%. The question is Webber. Or not. We have enough workers to fill the jobs and you know to get this done so we have more people in the workforce we need to do several things first pop. And a little bit more long term we got its improved training of our workers and I in our education system is really. You know we're we're graduating kids match a site's global college you don't know about it do expect and that's a big problem I mean New Delhi it's gradually worked it out. History of political science and you know ethnic studies degrees. But they're not able to have bill that jobs in the work force and such a tragedy. That's second of all we need to we need more immigrants we need more skills skilled immigrants to come into the country and felt some of these apps and these are talented people are gonna go a while further going to be people be working at. You know contribute to our economy and that's true we need service workers we need agricultural workers we need our tech workers. Now that's an important thing. And the third while we need to get people awful well there're the United States in to work and I love Trump's idea outpace. The networks are gonna get the stature in medic aid you're gonna get. Public housing benefits. We're gonna require something for you in return we're not getting rid of your welfare benefits and actually go hungrier almost. But we are gonna expect he would do something and that is either gonna Jabber that training so you can be productive citizens and that would be helpful as well. Well for the first time in history Steve we've seen people come off the rolls of Social Security disability. Yeah go back into work I mean so that shows you that the job market struck you touched on immigration. Yeah that's your that's like me on the third rail enemy they. Well look this interest in your exactly right which him. Huge decline in people console skirted the stability. And that ship shall a couple things one has that. Disability actually became the new well under Obama because they didn't really not whether there you know we all mothers matchup about slot in the disability and everyone knows somebody's got disability however about backed Europe that's about ailment that it you know. At that a lot of people are speaking about or they do have ailment but doesn't that sort prevent them working in a battle of the past. Way to you know to rehabilitate yourself you know get back in the workforce surrounded do not act and number chill. You know this shows that you know when you get out healthy job market people will move and that. Into the workforce but. We have pretty good evidence that chose that cuts Obama jacked up the value of the ballot that's for food stamps Medicaid disability. Unemployment benefits all in all of these and we've programs. You know people. You know don't gain that much income from work incas are getting so much I think it's only benefits from the government and that's a problem because. Well there has peaked in the place of work for millions of car. It sure has we did calculations Steve this is a few years ago. And in New England we'd figured out that welfare pays about seventeen dollars an hour. Yep yep. And I did that study you know kind of payment study back in the amid. Ninety's that showed that. You know people well terror in the sit back in the mid nineties the well it was bank like. 89 dollars ten dollars an hour that was you know that. Forty years ago so right you can a lot of people don't have to get out while circus and by the way don't forget that structuring. I. Extra benefits and so in a lot of those people probably are working. They're getting them Loper benefits they are working but the working you know. Option table right whether or not reported net income so they're getting checks are gonna protect working and they're getting well Urbana senate and I'm. So you know the best thing to do require them to work certify that they aren't showing up for the job. And you'll get more people more force which also get a lot last broad. Of the ideas and we appreciate the time sale little Larry force the road crew. Cites the Steve Moore from The Heritage Foundation and you know check the legal back to that tax reform package and I know you're not crazy about all the a lot of people in the room today were not in the game and they're looking at their property tax bills in like can't deduct my property taxes anymore can't deduct all my property tax bills opulent are happy. With that some components. Of the tax package but I'll say that corporate package they got right and I know that with Steve Theriot worked. While they protect you you party scene I think the number that we got at the end of Bob August somewhere in the ballpark like 300 billion dollars as flowed back into the US that was previously held overseas. On C you have big chunks of money they're coming back in. In and again there's there's two different issues I think it needs to be looked out with tax reform number one is they would what are you doing to boost the economy and there's no doubt you have money that's coming back in. The big question I think a lot of people have a say what's the distribution of this going to be. That's a question and I think still is outstanding but there's no doubt it has caused a significant amount of money to flow back into the economy he can't question. If you have a child who's in high school right now. In your thinking about college you're probably saying to yourself gee I wonder what they're going to be getting for financially if anything. Well when we come back we're talk about what you should be doing today when your. Grandchild Charles's. Freshman or sophomore or junior high school what should you be doing today. To try to get as much when he actually if you possibly can that's our next topic on the financial state. Hi this is chuck and Mike from the financial exchange we're here to talk about some of the questions that you need to make sure you ask a financial advisor if you're considering hiring one and Mike what are the big questions that I think everyone needs to pay attention to is who actually making the investment decisions when it comes to what goes declines portfolio what what. What types of different situations and be seen as far as who makes the investment choices in portfolios. So I can vary significantly I mean everything from TO a small independent advisors action running all those portfolios and investments themselves to completely hiring that entire piece of the business out to a third party why it's important that you understand which one is happening is because you want to make sure a the person that's making the investment decisions has the qualifications needed to do so. Understands the markets maybe has a chartered financial analyst on staff and B if they're not doing it themselves are there any additional costs to using a third party for the service lets talk about that second piece of particular how much additional cost you end up running into if they're outsourcing that management uh oh well I mean I I've seen numbers as high as another full. Percentage point if not more during the case where say you're paying your advisor 1%. And they using a third party money manager you might be layering on an additional 1% cost mainly doubling in the cost of investing for you. Folks the question of who makes the investment decisions in a client portfolios just one of the questions you need to ask a potential advisor and our strong advisory group has put together a new list of the top ten questions that you need to ask a potential advisor all you have to do to get it is call 800. 3934001. For college there's some things that you wanted to do and there's other things you do not want to do. You know one of the old. Strategies and this goes back gosh 2030 years John was. People would be advising go to the seminars and luncheons and they'd be advised will take all of your money. And put it into life insurance policies take all your money put it into annuities. Because the colleges won't know that you have that money you'll be eligible for more financially. That turned out to not work Alpert. No and any particular one of the things that a lot of the seminars didn't necessarily bring up was the fact that hate. In doing so you might end up and current all kinds of fees inside of these annuity products are inside of these life insurance products that might be complicated ways you have to get your money back out of them afterwards. And more importantly. What you look at the calculations. For. Financially at a particular that the way that the maps application. Looks at different types of assets. In some cases you might not have to do what tonne to be completely honest I'll give you an example. If you have a 529 account for a child McCain if it's owned by a parent with the student is the beneficiary. The count only gets counted at five point 64% of its value so if you've got 20000 dollars and a five point nine plan. It counted as a thousand dollars often you know off of what ever your aid would be at any given year. So it's not something where they say gee it's 20000 dollars we're gonna count at all for this year which. Counter intuitive though is there a lot of grandparents. Including myself. Who have 529 plan setup for our grand children I have two grandchildren I've got another one common. And that money that I save for my grandchildren. They killed their financial aid application count that more once that money starts flowing to the student to pay for college it's considered untaxed income to the student gets counted at 50%. Of that value that's being distributed so what I was told to do was. Have the money for grandchild but don't leave the grandchild as the beneficiaries use that money to pay the tail end of their tuition so. Let's say you've got 20000 dollars saved up for grand child's college tuition. Use that to me. In the last year old Lee and change the name of the beneficiary to that grandchild just as you're using it to pay don't put that grandchild bond when you're planning for the perhaps. As you can also with those 529 planes you can change the beneficiary of any times you can actually have the 529 point I. I'm very are sharp I could have. The older the countenance I could be the beneficiary. Up until the last minute. When my grand daughter Brooke is go to college then I could change it won't hurt they go back to school bill but. And plenty of formal education I wouldn't bet you that's another way around right now I could name somebody else is the beneficiary of it if I happen to dot. It is another question people have relates to interest checking and savings accounts and don't only get counted. As less than 6% of the value when determining the family contribution so if you've got fifteen to 40000 dollars in a checking or savings account. They're not gonna look at that and say hey you need to pay that 5020000. Us here that is OK it's gonna count for 750 year at thousand dollars worth your contribution. So you need to understand how the fifth apps actually values different kinds of assets because it's not something where you say GMT to hide everything in a life insurance policy. Oftentimes you do that you might end up recurring expenses are you know having your money tied up in ways that you didn't anticipate. You know the other issue one of the ways easing get almost a free education if not entirely freeze if you have a Smart kid. Let's see if a kid that's Smart enough to go to Harvard and Dartmouth. If they total lesser school Lotta times that lesser college right or give them they'll say which is kid got fifteen media on their SATs. There honor roll student good citizen an athlete. And yeah you can get in the harbor for your romance gonna have to pay seven grant for you go to Harvard yup but you could go through I don't know you'll masters some other college entirely free. You see a lot my in my mother's college counselors she goes through all the stuff and one of the biggest things that she says when when you're trying to figure out you know OK how do I make the dollars and cents work. Is a goat was score one or two tiers below where you think that you would know normally end up going so again if if you were going to coaches agree with me which you say yeah I almost for for. Yes so if you were going to go to be you yeah okay. It's okay gee I don't I don't need to go to Bewkes could cost me sixty grand a year or more can we get you know ten grand in in financial aid. In cities cannot go to the U gonna go to stone which still good school but are no different tier below. And they might give you know free rider pretty close to. I alienated and that's something where you come out on the back in it's tough to explain to an eighteen year old kid because they understand what 40000 dollars in debt means they've never. They they don't understand because they've never had to live. We're going to work every week and part of your paycheck has to go to pay that debt. But they'll thank you for down the road sure well when they see all of their other friends throughout all this debt and can't do anything with their lives listeners and team moment that actually steer me in the right direction. This next story almost seems an American. White House almost is testing meat free Amber's. Getting out of meat free amber. Doesn't make sense it's not right right. A local company based in Connecticut United Technologies has agreed to pay thirteen point nine million dollars to settle US allegations. That it made illicit payments in its elevator and aircraft engine businesses. Yeah apparently they were funneling gifts and trips to foreign officials in Azerbaijan and China's through subsidiaries in order to try to get business which. You can't really do it violates what's called the foreign corrupt practices act. And so why United Technologies paying on this almost fourteen million dollar penalty. They've neither admitted nor denied guilt in this situation. But they are going to be paying this this investigation goes back five years to 2013 by and by the way. A kind of surprised me a surprise one that caught. Two I'm I'm surprised that the they would do it and it did that. For corrupt practices act as a lot of teeth. EP go to jail but yeah I mean it's you look at how the government tends to use this it's slick Rico mean they used for pretty much anything that they can. Get their hands on out there and put him in this case. You figured it must not have been you know very discreet whatever was they do they cut you don't doubt that happens. And at disgruntled employee deals with that says they fired me and the or or give me better severance package journals filled the but what's amazing about the psyche. Coach he was this you know where they selling you know airplane parts and engines. To elevators now. Otis elevator division you know it happens it happens a lot of big margins in LD it is it is. United States just became the world's largest oil producers wind Akamai gas prices line. Well what's interesting is that even though we're producing more oil produce about 18% more oil right now and a year ago about eleven million barrels a day right now most of it at a Texas right. But it out of Texas a lot of the new deposits is actually ate growing oil industry in Colorado believe. That's not a lot of people are aware of but what's interesting is that exports are actually up a 122%. Year over year when exporting about one point eight million barrels a day compared to about 560 million barrels day from back at this time last year. So we have all this additional production coming on line. But were exported out of it right. If so that's what you've seen here so that's why are gas prices still close three dollars a gallon right now. Are there. Ian share from CNET joins us on the line to recap everything we learned at the apple event from yesterday Ian thanks for joining us. I don't. It we're good let's let's talk a little bit of bowel so you know what we saw yesterday used to be at these events every year re got something groundbreaking you know Steve Jobs always command sale by the way one more thing and any introduce a revolutionary new product. Revolutionary yesterday or more just continued evolution that we've seen the last couple years. Yet it definitely a way that belt more than at least Mary time and output back a little bit on. Apple where quite a while at that point. What did you think acting is bad people. I've been at this point at even during the job period. Would say well you know that that at the UN and it would go banana I've ever you'd time that you really lose. The door adopt like winning purse and now I or even when he showed up the MacBook Air. But the prototype tablet not like. And it is an out of the game and think oh you know by this time around apple about the new iPhone. And what I think is really big here is that. Last year you were pretty to a write it on me and this time around they are doubling down. At that thing. What really bad life here even though it was the most the bad if iPhone ever and it was the right that put out a dollar which a lot of people would it elect. People body intro and now apple doubling out about it on an ad. Which is no doubt about it at Mac would. The larger urgently where is that right now that the 11100 dollar. And they have a cheeseburger and I think of the iPhone and are which is honored that you are and that had a lower quality treatment and quality camera it. Incumbent upon the color like you better get on an art to be art for rainbow but that a lot of what it. Ian in terms of looking at the the products that they announced. We know that there are hundreds of millions of of older devices that people haven't refreshed I have one of them I still have an iPhone six just as I haven't found the last few versions to be too compelling despite the fact that as eventually sold a boatload of tens last year. Is directing in this year's phones that would convince someone like me hey this is the year to finally get a new one. Yeah I think what that being bad is it common true open Silicon Valley is don't ever by the current version of anything. And add they'll be I and when he came out and be sure of attribute including CNET. We're very positive or. I've been back in or it is labor I write as a batter. Eight unlocked Writely is that. That being that apple is that even more here in the finger in and beat up on your hat on. I hit it should and it are far more patient is is getting better battery life. They see that the camera big inning damage better ones that would owl vomit the re a name with that. They were surely not the low light but it that they could make it upon which. I note on it is that small cameras and cannot make very good quiet about it and low light. And like you know in the darker during the night or during dot. And these photos were incredible we're able to reproduce what we do our review I mean that that could be a pretty big deal at here big iPod dock or. And the other thing is it simply that I'd been hit by it are much refined right there back there they've got all these other features that apple pushing like. The you know albeit Iliad and Melky got the warrant ED I don't think the guilt you'd great but it you're at it. Then one of the wanna wait for it back next year there's a whole new technology coming down the pike called IE. It would be a new wireless technology that. Not a fanatic he where Fortier out but you'd be significantly actor and much more reliable and all the fun out here are habit. You may want to wait here or they'll. I can. Ian the iPhone obviously makes of the bulk of Apple's sales in the other revenue and their profit at this point. There's a little bit more buzz this year about that the new iteration of the watch it leaves the apple watch for. And I'm curious on on this issue is this the version that finally makes the Smart watches the com. More mainstream that finally kind of catapult them into you know the public guy a little bit more. Yet so I I I don't like predicting the future and pat and I let you opt out an idea what I'm mark reporter and commentator I would say. It is it's been back in watching people kind of are really getting in I don't think. Ever been a lot them are all of that but they're a lot about apple the that you're Applewhite. Coming out. That may dark side of one of them. Is that it had been an eighteen meter re enact well electrocardiogram. And what Mary I know can divide it agreed that it. That allowed in app that nation and on your you know we use you go to a hospital and now they're actually happening to watch. Which means that I doctored and how are going to be looking at it weren't immediately and either that or that happened. How it started out is out on the apple watch. If you start you are wearing it and it is now on your plan. Because they get information from red ink and and how active you are big bite your art is. There are people who already in Britain story about how the apple what they've done armored are written in our Arctic. Well it because it would be able to open or weird. So goes like that being. There are getting into the public content but it it looked traditionally a lot of people don't want to see it I didn't Wear white and the worry about it Applewhite. I think you're going to be a pretty hard they'll decline by it guarding app. Very good. There that's you and share from CNET talking about Apple's latest events you know the whole idea of waiting a year for the five G. Makes a lot of sense is gonna see these new. If so the phone I've buying now young is gonna have that capability it means like that picture's going to be huge wave of new purchases like violent. Next you might be the year for me. That might be it faded down. Up 132. Points and a nice little rally on this is all based on trade folks looks like China. And the US or at least coming to the table they're going to be talking to each other and that's enough to spark a rally on Wall Street global markets around the world. We'll be back tomorrow with a another edition of the financial exchange right here on your favorite station.
