This is the financial exchange with the very Armstrong and chunks of you're exclusive look at business and financial news affecting your day you're sick leave your world. Stay informed and up today about economic and market trends plus get breaking business news every day. And now the financial exchange with the very Armstrong and chuck Exxon. President truck is over in the UK as we speak right now and just wrapped up some meetings with prime minister Teresa may. Over in London. Largely discussing some of the big issues regarding. Briggs and whether or not the UK's going to be able to get a plan together in time for next march 29 when they are scheduled to leave the EU. And also plans would be for a US UK trade alliance. If the UK does indeed leave. The European Union. Chuck Saudi real Michael Armstrong yet talkers overrun in the board talker. Still has a kid coming on the way case no one Casey mr. earlier shows this week toddler not himself but his wife is pregnant. The really big news you were pregnant now do something about via a little. I don't I don't know what the heck was it not that twin well I'll come as no what are what you're right it's like. Arnold we're heading where the heck was her name is that. You it was a one word name I know. Junior juniors that's that's what it once the so yes so. Fortunately talkers not pregnant but his wife is Dmitri congratulate him if you will. Want to share in the good news and and Mike let's let's talk a little bit about this meeting that's been going on all morning. Between president trump and prime minister may. You have president trump yesterday coming up with some pretty strong remarks about if the UK does not or exit the right way. That they're not going to be able to get a trade deals and he's walked it was back this and he had a stereo we're tarmac is an article that appeared. In a UK newspaper the sun. Interview that he did basically. You know the UK came to United States and is interest in developing trade deals. But he. Validly brings up a point that you know the way that the UK's trying to your separate from the Euro zone is to make it. I guess the least problematic for the United Kingdom as possible return to me which would make sense I mean the European Union is the United Kingdom's largest trading partner and it's by a fair bit now the answer to second. Dobson and thought hey you know if we're gonna lose some trade agreements the united with the united European Union let's try and develop closer relations with. The United States as it sits right now it looks like the UK's and guilt and maintain pretty close. Trade relations for the European Union but it probably means that if the United States wants to negotiate with them they're gonna have to continue to negotiate with the European Union which is what trumps complaints were about. And keep in mind the the United States as far is where the UK ranks form a perspective trade with the US the UK is the seventh biggest trading partner. Of the United States number one China number two Canada Mexico Japan. And then Germany South Korea in the UK is seventh pretty much say eight. Pretty close balance between imports and exports between the United Kingdom. And United States about fifty billion dollars worth to goods going each way so it's a significant chunk of change there. But it only represents that hundred billion dollars in trade total. Only represents about two and a half percent of all the trade. That we do internationally right now. Whereas you are positioned with the United Kingdom is far more substantial Rio the second largest trading partner only going to European Union. So area you can see why trees and naymick the have been concerned about these comments she's also. Politically in a bit of a difficult place right now she's a little bit it's volatile in terms of. You were hurt coalitions not particularly strong it is and and you've had challenges on both sides if you remember last year she called snap elections in order to try to increase her majority. And in fact that backfired on her and kind of weakened her position that and so she's in in a place right now where she doesn't really have an output as it is you have a country that has voted for breaks it and when you have a system of government where you have to you take into account the the voice of the people. You can't then just disregard divorced people that was kind of an up how we are today which is where everyone's unhappy because they feel of which hasn't been heard in the last forty acres. So she's got the you know hope its problems they're EU doesn't wanna deal with them because they say look we'll let you leave easily were not get you know we don't really have a union and so. I don't know how this is all resolved I happy sneaking suspicion. That they are going to punt on this and try to defer and delay that article fifty leaving. From march 29 to a later date is at the big get it altogether by. If they do you announce its recent next thing officer I don't think Teresa may need necessarily views that as a bad thing net to a certain extent like and think that she's she's between. Not even a rock and a hard place just like a hold onto rocks there's Brock is everywhere and she's just kind of stuck there at the moment so. That's the latest that we have on the trade negotiations between. The EU. Does his city and building markets by the way your dollar markets largely the go flat to slightly after all lot between. 110 and you know four tenths of 1% says there are pretty reasonable day in the European stock markets while the comets again have been walked back by trump today saying the other relationship with the UK and trees amazed very strong. And doesn't that largely suggest that the hard Briggs just leaving the EU would not getting any trade deals in place now do not do having anything to do with the EU. It suggests that that's not really on the tape it to us because otherwise markets would be a whole lot more spooked at the moment and keep in mind EU as a whole. A bundle of other issues that they're dealing with most notably. That this populist rise in Italy that's that's come up in the recent months. That they're trying to deal with at the moment so there's a whole bunch of things that are going to be sorted out probably in the next six months. I don't know brings it happens on schedule with that that march 29 deadline right now. But we've got about eight months to go so yeah still a little bit of time. We got Emmy nominations out to what was yesterday talk that these came out gets less and less this afternoon sunlight that dip. First and how many Emmys are there do we know. In infinite number. Become an issue if it has to be a massive number because. Netflix. Was nominated for a 112 Emmy Awards were just sounds like a ridiculous number HBO was nominated for a 108. Yeah I mean this the first time enough flexes surpassed HBO in that capacity BO has held the lead for seventeen straight years its streets over now. And ended that that lead that HBO has you talk about why AT&T wants Time Warner that's why. No that's that's that's the the crown jewel there is what when I look at it eased that HBO street bet that platform is its fifteen bucks a month that you're getting for all the subscribers in you doubled high quality content that's under your umbrella now does that change anything with us. Notes I mean it's like you're talking one and one effective yet. But big win for Netflix here just with the number of nominations here again a 112. Emmy Awards they're the first streaming platform to have the most awards in any season. The most nominations in any season. And it's just a a massive. Feather in the cap for. Netflix right now I mean we've. We've talked about what when they first started producing content what was at the house of cards started talk was at 2011 or twenty yeah that was the first big hit series from Netflix you know and and people says no this is you know it's interesting it's they got one show out there in all the sons to six years later. Maybe seven years I don't know exactly when it started. 2013 printer paper first OK so. Now they have the most Emmy nominations out of any network. Took HBO a heck of a lot longer to build that reputation right. It's it's amazing how quickly the media landscape has changed just five years ago that was 2013 times five years ago Netflix had not produced a single piece of content and you know you. At increasing competition now from all over the place a need to Amazon trying to do the same thing I don't know if they're going to be successful with that but it's. Very quickly changing landscape. It's I just I find it remarkable that in five years they've gotten to this point so this leads us to our whole question of the day. It's up right now on financial exchange showed dot com. Which service do you subscribe to Netflix. HBO. Both. And it. Vote now again that's of financial exchange showed dot com do you subscribe to Netflix HBO both of them are neither I subscribe to both of them. So I have both Tucker what about you. When I was in my apartment I had Netflix and Allman the in laws payable to project vote Netflix. Not exactly true I guess on but I know like paying for us the only time zone just knowing that you're benching for I emotion. And on paying the Netflix I don't pay for the HBO. Romance that's fair I didn't and neither about it I have subscribed yet bones in the past I've neither Alley and efforts eyes had Netflix I can't -- -- watching enough I have intermittently subscribe to HBO because I wanna watch one specific series and need to do it again because. Wanna watch a couple different HBO's series right now but you know it is just west and the moderate what you tend to watch on HBO US world Silicon Valley west world and I need to see our round series has a good friend of mine from high school was starting in in news series. Sold its succession succession yeah yeah so well I've wants to he's got pretty key role and that seven means check now understood yeah. And for good things about I don't and I have a non. And Chad Elliott different and has objected that it's a it's a series about like at large family Wall Street business that is. Going up in flames rather quickly. Nobody. ID once again head over to financial exchange Joseph dot com and vote in our poll question of the day which do you subscribe to Netflix. HBO both. Maybe need to maybe you're right Mike let's take a break here and when we come back and talk about. We're not there is a canary in the coal mine in the housing market and whether we may be putt going in prices that's rate here on the financial exchange radio network. And we're here to talk about a brand new product available for landlords it's called Z deposit dot net Jake. What. Barry we created a security deposit product. To really help the problem a lot of land border facing with security deposits which is. You know one it's time consuming to open the small enough security polymer science. And yet to go into the bridge yet signed paperwork and their small dollars and Andy turn. And it certainly the complaints in Massachusetts really tough for landlords and security deposit accounts. You have to give them ten in certain forms when they open up the count and you have to pay interest a new and we should do all this canal through Z deposit all of that you can do through Z deposit it literally takes about forty seconds to open up an account. We handled the automatic forms that are generated in the account number department commission statement all that said lieutenant. And the interest descent of the tenant. Automatically every year. This sounds like something it's going to be very valuable to large landlords it might have 200 tenants and small landlords that might only have five tenths yeah absolutely with a large landlords. It's just a lot of hassle to managed so we make dad very efficient. For the small landlords a lot of them are afraid of nineteen complaints done correctly so some of them. Some of them don't even like taking security deposits were hopeful that this will help them do that. Folks if he'd like to learn more about C deposit go to their website Z deposit dot net. Scathing there's one American laughs okay hire John Isner the number nine seed who is tied after two sets against Kevin Anderson from South Africa so. There's a chance we may have an American in the finals for Wimbledon for the first time since. I think with the last one probably wise I mean you got to go back John McEnroe let's departed after tennis Roddick was always good on grass right. I'll. In Iraq and Roddick I think he got to the finals in Wimbledon a couple of times are getting more interest in professional golf and professional tennis to hurts all sunny cold. Night close here's the thing to be fair professional tennis is the only sport in the world. Re can be the tenth best person in the world and have no chance. Like on the tenth best nor agreed not to win Nadal Federer. They got Hamanaka tennis is he watching. And it's so much ward off. If I had to watch you know one of those events either. Definitely on TV definitely choose tennis in person maybe I'd go golf that you can do its outlook this hour's walk round and assume that. Wimbledon verses the masters which when he watched masters masters moment. I don't know like watch a golf ball I just don't like watching golf Tucker get a get a someone else Kuala Michelson and also she is going off we need another post. Let's talk about housing. The we've talked about the shortage in. Inventories for housing levels across the country. Over the last year's inventory levels continue to be down still that about five point 3%. Compared to a year ago. But it looks like in the second quarter. You started it's the Verizon inventories in some parts the country. Yeah he did so in a take a look at some weather really expensive market that's where these homes are dead and ilsley take a look at. San Diego for instance they posted inventory growth of 22% year per year. It's it's you know used or seen a few of these areas really starting to spend because the return on these newly built homes is just. Outrageous ridiculous it's it's. Astronomical. But no rain in most parts of the country those sales prices just keep creeping up and up enough because there's just neo inventory. So obviously you have a little bit more inventory coming on but the the other parts of that is we continue to see wage growth somewhat lacking. You know it's yeah is we we've we've been talking I think. Probably for about a year and a half unemployment low wage growth is just around the corner unemployment slow wage growth is just around the corner. Maybe at some point we have to accept that it's not. Yeah enemy. It may be we doom. Or I don't I'm not ready to but the at least the saving grace with all those conversations we're having was. Yeah wage growth is really low but you know it's always inflation there's no inflation going on so at least it's common it's creeping up. Exactly that's fruit and be insane for the last five dollars there's no wage growth but at least there's no inflation now we've got inflation and still pretty tepid wage. And in what's interesting on this that the wage growth is not to get too technical when they when they publish the the unemployment report every month it's actually a combination of two different servers there's one called establishment where they go to companies. And they say hey how many people do higher how many just fire what are your wages. There's another one where they go to households and they say. Are you working you know are you to the level laws so and so forced. The one for councils they don't ask about wage it's. And what makes this interesting. If you are not working at a big company you're receiving most likely 1099 income yourself employed your contractor something like that. So we don't necessarily have an accurate picture. Of independent contractor wages we don't really get a whole lot of data on that and so it is possible. The wage growth is higher than what they're reporting actually. Possible. Yeah out their case so it's possible but nonetheless. It's it's you know you can still compare the stated decades of pass the that we have and gala I'll admit that there's a lot more ten and nine work being done today in the west when old resume drivers agreed to but it's still a discouraging number and you start to get conserving start seeing this. Inflation and lack of the waitress because you know but yet there's a lot more of those 1099 people yet but. Vast majority of employees these days are still pulling in W two's. Actually of curious how many people or 1099 workers actually. I don't feel out to build on that statistic be inched intricate byways the largest areas that are really driving up these inflation numbers right now. Gas car insurance and rent. Not surprised well I'm surprised by the car insurance piece of it but the gas in the rent is no big surprise there obviously gas prices have gone up significantly in the last two years and rent. Through the roof in most metro areas I do have. Some data on this actually so this is according to a poll from NPR and Marist. That found that one in five jobs in America. Are. Contractors as opposed to. As opposed to. W two workers so each one in five. I don't know how that compares historically. But this also does say that it estimates. That within a decade contractors freelancers to denim making up half of the American workforce. And if it continues at this trend then I suppose I could I could buy that. So fairly shocked what we're seeing there Tucker let's take a quick look at our poll question of the day up right now on financial exchange who dot com don't go there you're driving but if you're sitting down. Head over there invoked doctor what are we seeing yeah our questions today's which do you subscribe to Netflix and or HBO in 31% of her listeners. Subscribe to Netflix alone. It's 47% of her Lister subscribe to bowl in 40% of our audience subscribes to either you know what's amazing is that. There is no win who has responded yet its to its message out via its interest and there's no one who has just HBO it's usually 'cause HBO comes with your cable bundle fuel and then it's probably gone you know at that point. Right after like two year contract a late ones that would usually gets serious in yeah yeah owner if you get some of that Arab assertion that. Yet the it's definitely possible. But I'm I'm surprised that no one says Aaliyah just levee HBO and just get that you know. It would surprise me because. That the programming is very very good on HBO I mean we listen the show's earlier sell surprise its at zero. It's outstanding I have that going back real quickly to a story reduced talk about the tennis story real just completely ignored the most famous tennis American tennis player probably in history Serena Williams. Anonymous on yeah golfing tennis players but yet by far the most famous one in Dallas probably leading most winningest player in American history. Trying to think she has is it nineteen or twenty major titles. I don't know it's not even something ridiculous. Let's see she has okay actually have to count the mall 1234567. 9101112304050607892. Point 122. 23 major titles she's got to be up there in terms of most dominant athletes in American mr. Michael Phelps. You probably put the to a global together that yeah. Time now for Wall Street watch a look at the market's performance so far today and still buried in shock right here on the financial exchange radio network. It is time for Wall Street watching Mike let's start with JPMorgan they reported earnings prior to the bell really kicking off. The second quarter earnings season. How they do what's the Stockton they did the stock is slightly down. Vary slightly down down about a quarter of 1% generally have very strong earnings from the first major bank to report. They add earth they beat on earnings by seven cents. Particularly they cited a stronger trading revenues which surprised most analysts say did not anticipate quite as high trading revenues in the initial reports so. Makes some sense given the volatility in Q2 followed by the volatility in Q1 to have bigger trading revenues but we will. How to use this as an indicator for what we see at the other big banks as they come and report the next few days AT&T also back in the news today what's going on with them they are stocks down 2% this morning news the Justice Department that they're going to be appealing the ruling from district court judge did that approved the Time Warner AT&T merger. Some Justice Department is going to be appealing that ruling in spite of the judges' recommendations that the avoid an appeal. Actually there is. Recommend that but we'll see where this goes obviously stock not happy about it. Having to defend this merger in court again sent stocks down 2%. Very good that is Wall Street watching let's move on now to our store about Johnston Johnson they are here with the four point seven billion dollar claim for damages. Ordered to pay this to 22 women and their families. In a trial regarding. Whether or not their products caused ovarian cancer. Yeah and yeah this is just another in a slew of these these damages that had been awarded to individuals. On Johnson Johnson's behalf. If this is a very big number don't get me wrong it's important to keep in mind that with a lot of these other lawsuits. They've been overturned on appeal. And end and if not overturns the amount significantly reduce exactly sell away this is hey you know a massive lawsuits and dad. Today it's. There's clearly something to say here issue clearly a lot of lawsuits coming out here with asbestos in the east now from powders that. Seems to have some sort of link that difficult TDs apparatus are having is that the American Cancer Society. Has not been able to determine any link between. The Johnson & Johnson products and ovarian cancer which is why these plaintiffs have a really uphill battle especially dealing with a company like Johnson & Johnson. But continued bad news for Johnson & Johnson they are likely club bail Carty said they're going to appeal the ruling. My guess if I were Ted B a betting man is that it's going to be at least reduced on appeal if not overturn and appeal but nonetheless doctor Johnson Johnson is down. This morning about recorders 1% on the. Folks we're all trying to think outside the box when it comes to giving gifts for special occasions. So this year I'd encourage you to call leader bank a bank. Why would you call bank forgive well first if you're Smart person in second you've heard me talk about leader banks incredible assortment. Of precious metals you can visit all leader bank locations from Arlington to the seaport in Boston. And they've got one ounce and 110 ounce silver and gold bullion coins at all their locations in other precious metals are available upon request. And learn more about its precious metal collection. Once again that number is 877. 6917900. Or you can visit them online at leader bank dot com for more information. Not a deposit not FDIC insured not insured by any federal government agency not guaranteed by the bank and may go down in value leader bank. A step ahead so. Neck of the New England confectionery company. Which was sold in a bankruptcy auction back Ian may. There's the makers of there's famous on necco wafers. Apparently the company that bought them has. Refused jurors trying to back out of a final payment of a million dollars and so the trustee for the company is suing him. Hires hoping that we're done with this neck historian that they are gonna have a business continuity plan and play last year yes effectively what happened years. The day. We've been talking about in just the feelings of people have towards different but one of their big issues was that the FDA inside them. People actually like them I don't know but apparently it sparked some big Michael I I necco wafers now all I've tried that recently for the first time was that garbage there to sorry about you know it it. It's in doubt history. Sorry how can we rebrand talks of the people who eat it. Veco went from stock MIT for weeks it. Clearly a lot of people felt pretty strongly about it there's a huge social media you know up roar about them going Arab boxes on eBay don't relate to our dollars than it was unbelievable. But one of the things have been going on this company was the sighting by the FDA. Regarding serious code violations including evidence of widespread rodent activity excrement pallets quote too numerous to count votes. And this is what is stemming the complaint the new buyer the new purchaser of this company is claiming hey we didn't really realize how bad this this FDA report analysts were not anymore. Obviously the trust the man that is in charge of the bankruptcy proceedings it. We disclose all the stuff do you make your payments. We'll circus hired I had hoped that we are done with this story I hope that this is just going to be clean purchase and is going to be down with. Not quite the story. Now we've we've got a little ways to go and another one that continues to out come up as well is with the on core rock casino. In every now originally the wind but now the on core after. It was renamed couple months ago following a Steve Wynn being forced company. So effectively Wynn Resorts paid 35 million dollars for this site where this casino was constructed they they bought it from a company called. FBT ever realty. The FB team is claiming that it was originally going to be a 75 million dollar deal. But apparently the gaming commission staff. Thought that if BT might have been hiding some kind of involvement of some with a criminal passes and no you can get this a lot cheaper actually. Which. I don't know if this is true or daughter may be if it's just completely buffed up allegations but you still make the sale for 35. Yet you do that could look more like is this really the kind of involvement you want to have the Massachusetts gaming commission involved in is basically like. Extortion of alleged extortion of AE company sang it well we know that quality owners here is. Potentially a kernel passed so instead of bringing that up and bring up as an issue. We're just trying get the casino operator good discount on the on the purchase like that even has shred of truth. And there's no answer the gaming commission is now saying oh well if this is the case we want wind I have to pay the difference right which means it was the case so. Thank. It's. I mean it's I guess it's exactly what you'd expect from. From the casinos in our industry guide site is. An. This is just these the kinds of things that historically have been associated with casinos and unfortunately like it seems to be that that's kind of what you're seeing as it comes that this is case like he masters gaming commission if you have concerns that one of the sellers of the property. Is a criminal thing you need to bring up and not just go and quietly negotiated better price because of that right. Wouldn't win that seem to make sense. On these it's on the same topic sports gambling. Is not coming to six states in 2018 no longer going to be allowed just in the Nevada and Las Vegas we've got Jersey. Bring it on board Delaware is bringing on board at their three racetrack casinos. And Mississippi is going to offer sports betting it all their casinos West Virginia. Is going to have sports betting it five of their casinos Rhode island's gonna have it at two of their post news Sergio Garcia probably the twin river casinos. Nothing on line yet there. And then Pennsylvania. Also. May potentially have by the end of the year but it's unclear at the moment and then now a New York apparently has for casinos that it's going to be allowed that as well so Rhode Island in New York oust the president out on the atlas I would imagine that'll help twin river. All easily I mean I regular trade down pass attempt that's gonna give would be boosted them because specially with the new ones coming online in Massachusetts and I think there are some questions there but. That potentially gives in the big boost even if it's only for a year or two until. Till last two starts. Irrevocable trusts Todd. And one of the concerns that I hear from listeners is that. People are afraid of giving up control to their trust the when they use these durable global trust. Is that in fact a valid concern. It is not a valid concern but that's not a good enough answer let me help you understand why it's not. First and foremost. Their concern is that way because they're not serving as trustee right and they can't if they want the protection. From the nurse are however two things they need to remember. One. During their life. 95%. Of the things that need to be done with that trust. Will be done by them so they can still make the investment decisions talked to the financial advisor is to make the investment decisions like their house yeah so. So all of this stuff can be done by them. There's only about 5% of the time that we need a lawyer. Or is that not a lawyer the trustee to do anything is a trustee opt in one of the children idiots it is and so that's another good point that it normally it's a child. And the last that that number two reason you don't have to worry is they retain the right to remove and replace the trustee anytime they want. So there really still what the boss that's nice folks if he'd like to learn more about the top misconceptions. Regarding Medicaid durable global trusts. Recently won I think well one I think it was awarded by whatever the survey was that we are looking at earlier this year that was like the American consumer something survey. Won the title of the least favorite fast food restaurant in the country least least least. Tick I was Hamas has got to be something else you know McDonald's had a 67 it was twenty points below check point like bees. Arby's was actually a third or fourth yeah. Which I haven't been to an Arby's but I'm gonna go now you better believe that there's a I'm I'm gonna go but McDonald's. Apparently they're salads up public health officials in two states in Iowa and Illinois. Posted notices yesterday saying they were looking in the cases of cycle spore infections. Which can cause a whole bunch. Not good things to happen to digest of tracked. Apparently these are both these infections are believed to be willing to McDonald's salads. To which I say if you're going to McDonald's why are you getting the Sally asked us it is a real easy solution to targets out yet get get the nuggets get. The salad you know what everything is the nuggets you don't but they're delicious. As the Simpsons would say you don't make friends with salad. I. Well played. So you're telling me that people like Long John Silver's better than McDonald's. I don't know what is going to console still around. Doubters now. It I guess I get a pool of this survey just is I'm looking at a similar one of the same exact one that threatens this was from CBS. And it is showing that. McDonald's is the most hated fast food restaurant which. Internet thinks Miguel is the worst hasn't been too long so this was the American consumer satisfaction. There today. And I'm pulling up the assistant press release a can't find the full thing. Wolf will find it it's you're somewhere. It's it's hiding out but yeah. McDonald's and it up with the the worst will worst rating there. And it's it's more so there're there are a 105. Cases between the states of Illinois and Iowa nine Indian Illinois fifteen in Iowa reported so far. If we we are seeing more of the are we hear more of these reported on I don't know that there's actually more of these instances happening. But I it's not surprise is that the type of food that consumers are demanding from fast food places these days that is just a different type of food and they were fifteen years ago in her seems like it right. When you fry everything. It does a pretty good job killing off infectious bacteria you know where it goes back tier better than 350 degree oil yeah exactly so I mean as we you know go to that your poll lays and we go to the what's the at the fresh salad place in the sweet green to weaker I mean. These places that are. Effectively fast food chains that have a big presence that are trying to deliver. Fresh food. You know they have instances reverence and while on him bad issues. Did differences we gators were reported on them. Twenty years ago wing and a random restaurant in south he had a bacteria issue because he's the only one restaurant and they didn't have. Hundred and chains can you Fries salad. You can practice and edited Friday and I was talking to some family members about the Indiana state fair in the amount of stuff that they get fried at the Indiana state fair. And one of my wife's friend's husband is as in in in India cop and Hughes talking to me he's raving about deep fried butter at the Indiana State I've heard and a fried under if you can fry it frees butter all while they freeze but they coated and and they fry it and basically butters voted belts. Answer eating this and then these forums like doc in your art art major done like that's it it's it's over yeah. Deep fried body so yeah it's probably deep Fries and indeed Friday. That could be the solution you'll have to look into it. Apparently there was a promotion put on by the company Build-A-Bear. At this time I would love when these things back. I had to put these two stories back together just is like a thought it was great stuff they they put together this program is called the pay your agent to. And so pretty much what it is is that customers who show up to the stores don't get to pay their current age for the stuffed animals they have. On Wednesday when Chris Taylor wrote on its FaceBook page there was quote anticipating potential long lines and wait times well. How long were these until people brought all like there one in three year old kids and so forth up and so they had to turn people away given vouchers because the lines were so long. There were people they edit cut the lines off after 10 AM there were people there. For six plus hours yeah for bear so. I have twin nearly two year that we too at the end of August have a paid two dollars they were paid their game a dollar has not criteria. Alison Nicholas someone from Pennsylvania Alison Byron from McMurray Pennsylvania. Showed up at 915 hand again and line she was still in line at four. Here's our go to one in a three year old leave with a one and a three year old have you ever tried just due anything for more than fifteen minutes with a 13 Euro. At least in some think it's that's crazy I discipline there's an email that one out from believe in the South Shore plaza Braintree. That says hey. Don't come anymore you can come here because the lines too long where we're banning this because it's cancer it's now a safety concern yet there were sold many people one area. But we haven't handled the check now. Don't go on one of these days go by the way via I pulled up the that restaurants are. The restaurants in front of McDonald's in the list include Jack in the Box. For worst dressed for worst restaurant knows the these are better these are better but there's still on the bottom and yes still on the bottom and Jack in the Box Taco Bell was the second least favorite which I think is absolutely wrong yeah that's incorrect taco Bell's delicious it makes you feel awful afterwards. But it's delicious great service and the only get to talk about that commercial but let's move McDonald's came in worse than working. And that's surprise which doesn't make a lot of sense to me down. Not out figured per team beautiful arm of the wrong there I would think so too there's burger kings never figured out Fries. And I don't think the merger is good either. McDonald's came in worse than little Caesars. Subway. Pizza Hut. And then top the list you add a chick filet. I think this is somewhat of a crowded category Panera Bread somehow fell into this category yeah that's the same note that Starbucks ended up in the same category and that's the same. Chipotle was and that's you know completely different price points ask I think the only one in the top there that actually fits the fast food category retired minister for not true I mean I agree that for me as project for in Wendy's are my top. There were top too fast subway came in with an eighty. Where where was Wendy's on the list of Wendy's was tied with little Caesars and just ahead of working. The bottom yet I I I as Laura when these two and a huge Wendy's. His junior bacon cheeseburgers you get three of those guys frosty fragment a and that brought it used to be the dollar menu you get three junior bacon cheeseburgers small Fries and frosty and you were good couple fighting BC's you know JB season yes opt out and mastered this is what happens we talk about -- the first hour of the program and we just complain in the second tower just miserable damp it's it's true the second -- never as good as the first and talk about it like this is starring role. Let's first talk about the differences between load in no load funds what to those terms actually mean. Yes when you talk about a load you're talking about compensating somewhat for the sale of that mutual fund there are a lot of different options when it comes to these but. Typically the most common is just an upfront load that you and paint the advisors so if you put 101000 dollars in to a mutual fund that. Mutual fund may charge you 45%. Picked and gets paid to the eyes. In a no load fund you don't necessarily have that upfront fee but you still do not operating expenses each year just because the fund has to pay its employees and so force you do so yeah let's say just go to fidelity dot com and pick up one of their mutual funds. You might not be compensating. And advisor sales person for recommending that the island but fidelity has their expenses that they are running in the air still charging new. Friday here on the financial exchange and get off who wants to dig into including talking a little bit about Wal-Mart switching their credit card partner. What PC sales are doing and also apple putting aside a few hundred million dollars for a clean energy fund in China. We're gonna start off first with. Didn't. Formation on the Emmy nominations and normally I don't really care about the Emmys I don't. Know anything about them I don't know what they give awards for I don't know how many there are I don't know when they how they normally this would be in our stack here I really don't care about the Emmys just I don't watch a lot of TV. But the reason that it's interesting Netflix had a 112. Emmy nominations. More than HBO this NC seventeen year run of dominance for HBO and also makes Netflix the first streaming only company. Ever have the most Emmy nominations as he speaks volumes net keep in mind that puts always start producing content five years ago we looked it up is that's what we do here Tucker look it up and found that they start producing content five years ago house of cards and so in just five years they've gone from. Makes use the keyword Berry when you first Texan once you do you're in our little club and then you pretty much. Could go at that point. Also we were talking. In this is just we're talking in an earlier hour. About. Ten cent beer night back in Cleveland in 1974. I didn't realize just how nutty it had gotten at this thing. By within like the first couple easy militants and your net wise if it was a promotion where you could go away go to the Indians game and they had ten cent beer. That was there soup and it was unlimited you get as many as you wanted it in literally turned into a riot by the end of the game they had to stop the game now was this the minor league affiliate noticed was the Cleveland Indians against Texas ranger uh oh cut it off and really stupid so weak in the first couple innings of the game. You had the following things happened the Rangers pitcher got hit with. A ball the bad it will wrongly. And fans started to hit him again chance and the upper deck which was great. You had a pair of father and son pair ran into the outfield in new fans in the bleachers while you had. Apparently ranger Mike Hargrove who ended up managing Indians later on in his career. Was. Pelted with hot dogs from the stadium. And at one point was almost struck with an empty gallon jug of thunderbird I don't look at what thunderbird was I didn't know. Apparently it's something similar to like a mad dog 21 years along those lines. How they got a gallon jug of that stuff into the stadium I don't know but apparently that was normal back then. And then pretty much. What ended up happening was that. Later on in the game there was literally right where people stormed onto this under the field. And I guess somehow they had ripped chairs out of this stated swinging folding chairs each other players and things like that. And the game ended in a 55 tie and while that's the only way you can intense and be united with ten runs in five breeds cynicism 1974. Yeah delighted we bring this up. No idea but I I'll talk about because of the bill the bare wires to the build their problems that they've been happening but. Let's move on to more productive things now Wal-Mart is not moving to a ball not moving yet but potentially in talks to move their credit card partnership over the Capital One. Yet they're taking bids so you know a lot of these big companies they have one credit card partner where you get the Wal-Mart branded credit cart of the Costco branded credit card or you know whatever it might be 412. For twenty years secretly financial has been accompanied by its credit cards for Wal-Mart. Yeah for sinker and he does a big customer it's 19% of sinker he's retail credit card off so I mean they're in some trouble if they lose this deal the stock by the ways Voyager of secret secret finances down one point 2%. But yet they're out there shopping for the first time ever and it'd just. One of many recent shake ups going on at Wal-Mart. Yeah and in this would be you know and a nice move for Capital One obviously it it wouldn't be as big of a deal to them is now for secret need to lose it. But certainly would be nice little boost Capital One as they continue to grow their business. PC shipments have the strongest quarter in six years this according to data from Gartner Inc. It was the first year over year increase in PC sales since the first quarter 22. Well yea you know it's interesting Andy you're you're seeing this in an environment where generally speaking people are not buying PCs for their own personal use in this is really coming all from business sales. I don't know about the to review I do not have personal computer outside my work computer. I do a lot of stuff from a mobile phone and and my wife's got an iPad and very much are gas I don't personal laptop and I'm PC at home they have so I I do wits when gloss and what did you buy. Three years ago. And of and a 2015 out a press that's relatively recently and a less ironically some video and on audio stuff on the sides are set in Britain nonetheless personal. Computer sales to individuals has been declining for years now but. You know with the booming economy like this with unemployment so low it shouldn't come as a huge shock that PC sales are up pretty significantly especially in the business sector what it. It has to be a sign that there's business investment it's increasingly growing at this point yeah DeWitt was this just domestic there was this across the board it didn't say did it. I believe it was US yet yet so this you let it referenced on US numbers as well but it sort suggest that there's some some significant business investment it's going on. Into this technology. At this point. Apple setting aside 300 million dollars for a clean energy fund in China. Even with the trade concerns that are going. Yet they are and it there's been a lot of questions Graham about what apple will end up doing with the money that paid. Send me have to spend and apparently this is one of the things they're doing is having a clean energy fund giant. In deal with the talk about the tax the tax bills say Apple's senior. And in what they're doing is they are partnering with that I attended their suppliers. In order to develop clean energy projects north of the gig watt. Of power and so that'll really be used to power the operations of all of these participating suppliers of their pretty much saying look. This is a way that we can BO improvement streamline our business down the road. I I would imagine this also you know helps just from an image perspective worth them feel a little bit of goodwill in China what a lot of companies tend to do these kinds of things almost as part of their advertising yet where it's hey here's instead of you know spending 300 million dollars for new ads. Great will will announce this funding it'll get a whole bunch of goodwill in in positive. You vibes out into the business community and into you know consumers and as well do you think I know this is getting a little bit into the political realm do you think this draws the ire of the trump administration. And I save much money on our tax coach past your investing in China instead domestically it could mean it's if broad scheme of things it's 300 million dollars out of the billions and billions early save. It's it's it's a relative drop drop on about it that there might be a Tweeter something that comes up but broad scheme of things that I think it's a whole lot of it's not a big Cinderella thing. If you're the sixth person to text in the right answer. You're gonna win a fifty dollar gift cards Arnold's lobster and clam bar on US route sixty east ham Massachusetts. All you have to do to text in this text is at 63566. In Texas the answer once again if you were the sixth person with the right answer. You get that fifty dollar gift certificate Arnold's lobster and clam bar. On US route six in east ham Massachusetts. And we're we're doing entry today on die hard and the reason why is thirty years ago this week. Die hard opened across the news in the United States die hard. I was thinking about it it's. I heard might be might be for me and I think it's the best movie in the world. But it might be my favorite movie that I've seen more often than any other movie out. So I look at some of the trivia questions that we have been good but I wanted to make things a little bit more challenging so. The question. Today's trivia Texas at 63566. On what war of knock it till we tower. It was the Christmas party located. In the original die hard a summary bill out of some. On what wore a knock it till we tell our. Was the Christmas party for the original die hard that is the most it's here. And did the culture question I think we have ever it's it's a pretty simple. Name of war that the Christmas party was held on in the original die hard Texas at 63566. That's not the right answer but that's the number text. And if this experts with the right answer. You're going to be getting that that prize let's talk interest rates to move on last look at the picture federal policy that the trade policies that are in place with the current administration. Complicate their efforts to forecast where the economy's not really a surprise. Yeah no it's not and I listened to the interview that he did Davis others on a show called marketplaces and inching interview and he ebitda differently good job the the interviewer really wanted to make mistake on. His opinion of each of administration's. Policies towards trade and he did it did an excellent job just kind of avoiding questions sank. Hey it is not our job. Q determine. Economic policy. In regards to trade and via executive oversight our job is to interpret the economic situation. And come up with monetary policy that's going to. An interest rate policy that's going to best at this company but he did say yeah it's it's. Unclear about the future say the economy giving in the treat concerns that we have right now. What in I think what makes it's a one clear is that we don't know how long these potential tariffs are going to be in effect we don't know if we get a resolution we don't know if traditional ones going to affect or quickly as you pointed out if trade tariffs and being lowered down the road because of these issues right and and in so you don't know what end game is on this and because of that. You know he says look it's tougher to forecast an in built policy but our job is to new figure out what's going on and build the policy that's appropriate and if not we just. So I think was pretty reasonable by the way. For blacks to review I am and naysayers are the two of you wackos who said no one would know when he of this continent we don't know the four for die hard. We're getting all kinds of good answers in here now so and a lot of right ones further proof that as I've said before we have the smartest listener shipman radio. And the to a view. Just out at the naysayers now I'm just saying to quiet they had no idea Texas it's 356. XP knows that answer once again the question is on what four was the Christmas party held in the first die hard movie. And someone's been walkway at that fifty dollar gift card to Arnold's. Speaking of us seafood seafood potentially something that is going to be subject to some new tariffs that may go into place in the next couple months. Along with the whole bunch of other things that you really people use quite a bit yes sir we had debts lapping salmon cod tune. Potential the. Some other crawfish shrimp and other seafood as well. That's just you know kind of the start of the potential items on this list chemicals were listed switches and routers. Cars and car parts that's about it when the car and car parts one is a big one I mean you've already seen the increased car priced priced from the aluminum steel steel tariffs and if you see an additional. What are the aluminum and steel is estimated at 17100 dollar increase on a victory gives you about it for a 500 bucks her on our car but I yet and that's awesome specifically on its rear camera exceed the 15100 dollars in in some of the goods. On this list of potential tariffs matter more than others you know the cart car parts one look if you need your car fixed you have to buy the party you know obstinacy GO deal with that later. If you got you know problems you have to deal with because otherwise you can't get to work or pick kids up or any of those things. Handbags I look at that and say. Yeah it might not be on the U Kate Spade handbag is going up in price of might not be fun. That coach handbags going up in price. But you don't need that today. You can wait. There yeah you're right don't pick you don't need to by hand it's still you know goes into the impact if it does there will actually attacks on American consumers you know some of these again are more critical. There's one here that is likely not going to make the finalists and that is in this proposed list rare earth minerals were included on this and these rare earth minerals are used in a number of high tech devices and and and when you're talking batteries semiconductors things along those lines. And most likely. A number of defense firms are going to be lobbying to exempt these and continue to keep the terror free just for national security purposes so I'd imagine that does not make the list year. Put you continue to go down the list and you've got you know while different device parts of you know disk drives and things like that. Deri could potentially be included. Further tariffs on solar cells and solar panels things along those lines sneakers home improvement goods. Kind of cool Bob Diamond. That's cool that's me at home that. Is built from China were. And that's very poorly but for Erica I know that's phrased poorly but they make. What kind of dairy gets shipped from China I guess is what I'm asking I think it's mainly the US shipping area over that over to the China -- and where can I can't imagine that milk that you send via boat from China in the site is very good once he gets he gets mainly dairy products. A case all the dehydrated you know she Jesus and things are Kyle that kind of stuff OPEC. That makes a little bit more sense. But yes so I do think a lot of the tent you know apparel and things like that to be affected there's a bunch goods and this squares of American cheese that last for. Ten years on the shelf those price. American cheese really is the worst teases me all day yeah like to believe that's an embarrassing it's an embarrassment that's attached to the American name to be fair though in cheese to be fair. There's nobody teased for grilled cheese. I. And a dispute that was okay well we may we can make that Paul Quinn sharp cheddar will make that a poll question next Friday mark that one down Tucker and CEO we can do on that. Let's talk JPMorgan they reported second quarter profit. And they had a bang up quarter particular their trading revenue rising unexpectedly. Yeah it did and soon we see you saw them post a profit of eight point 32 billion which. It's it's surged eighteen that percentage really BS and it's pretty strongly. Nonetheless this morning. As you've seen this year with financial earnings across the board the stock opened slightly down this morning. It is very slightly up this morning up about three quarters of 1%. You relieved for whatever reason especially in the banking sector have needed to see very substantial beats on the earnings front and oversee a big price movement that they have the stock. You know really analysts are looking at what they see from potential growth down the road you forecasts earnings going for drug and current quarter at this point. Yes a good court for JPMorgan but the question is higher this trading revenues going to be there in the future draft and the problem is trading revenues for most the banks of just not been very good for couple years now Avant and the reason why most banks when you talk about their trading revenues the big investment banks. They make their money. When there's volatility in and so therefore in the second court he had some volatility but you know you'll get kind of the last week and half kind of as we've kicked off Q3. It's been much more quiet grief and and you appealing last year it was record low volatility so. It's it's a question of -- is is volatility going to come back at some point later on well we don't know right now it's actually pretty calm time given him kind of as you're started you know it sure hasn't held true this year's best seller name go way. No if you did that you know considered so far you summer's not over yet though now summer is not over yet. And Michael Lotta times people look at the sales load they Payer they look at the expense ratio on a fund. But they don't realize there are other expenses built into a fund what kind of expenses do we see in addition to the once people know well. The biggest one that usually gets left out is something around the trading costs of mutual funds. And a few years ago the SEC pretty much came out and told the mutual fund companies that because these costs are so complicated. To calculate. They are not action required to disclose them in the operating expenses so if you look at a fund that trades a lot. And by that I mean turning over the portfolio maybe a hundred or 2.2 percent a year. Those costs can be significant. Are there any types of funds that typically have lower turn over rates of that don't trade is much so that you can get a better deal absolutely I mean when you look at. Basics of trading how much 100 vs another. Usually an index fund trades a lot less than an actively managed mutual funds are for instance you can buy an index fund. That just replicate the S&P 500 that's gonna have a lot less turnover than an actively managed large cap mutual fund in case it's. Folks beyond just the headline numbers there are other expenses associated with owning mutual funds and they are strong advisory group has put together a guy on these expenses. It it well let cool it it's kinda cool and in what exactly they talked about doing with. So in the idea here is that doctors often times yes and send. People out of the hospital with a recommendation to Hage go pick up this then the issue go pick up. Some bandages. And Sam you know over the counter type of stuff not prescriptions that. Hey get these bandages get a crutch and find this thing is that surgery and a neo here's a pill that'll help you keep your knee elevated when he sleeper exactly and so you know basically what bidders they send them home with it's not a written prescription and its Asian go find the stuff that your local CVS and Walgreens and go get it. The idea would be that they can physically write a prescription additional prescription for somebody to go into their Amazon account. With this is health company as the rapper and say okay. Your doctor recommended this box of goods that are going to be shipped to your house on the same days you don't need to go out CDS are Walgreens or Wal-Mart to go pick up these numbers bishop and her team. Another example is you know if if you have someone who just has a baby to be out of here here's the diapers that you should get your great boom loaded up cook. I think this is a really Smart idea because one of the biggest problems that we see in health care. Is a lack of follow through from patients after they leave the doctor's office staff and I think is a great way to gets the products right in front of someone to have the time so we. Oh we wanna go and get bandages you sit there and you get to the band down nearly. I don't know what down had to immediately there's a million different ones what size what shape what color do I want the ones with the ninja turtles on them. This your doctor says and here's what you need puts into like a box for you and you can just go online and click and say yep I want this this in this and you're good to go. Yeah normalcy I mean I like the idea. I added two today you know Amazon justice too good job identifying businesses that they could very easily adapt into their fold into their existing business they've already got the models edifice they already shipped all of this stuff that they're talking about chipping people's houses. All they're doing now is partnering with hospitals to test down and see if they get higher sales numbers basically so there's an article. From my CNBC talking about that the headline reads. If you can't wait until age seventy then this is the next best stage to claim Social Security because at age seventy is when your benefit max's out that's where it stops going up by 8% a year. And effectively you know. It becomes you know flattened fixed and in doesn't go up anymore. And so they've interviewed him a couple different people one sumo if you can't wait until seventies take it 69 to get the best trade off. Well. No you're. Let's let's back up a little OK I know everyone always says oh wait until the because you get the biggest benefit if you wait until age seventy. I know an awful lot of people in their sixties. And an awful lot of people in the seventy's no or off what people in their eighties and nineties. What I can tell you is that while the what might make the most sense from a financial perspective if you have good health and good family genes and things like that you're gonna live long life. While it may make sense financially. To wait until age seventy a lot of cases. Psychologically. Taking it in your mid sixties that for retirement age. Isn't bad because you can do a lot more with that money when you're 66 than when your 86 in most cases I've seen him serve most of our listeners have seen. Whether it's family members friends whoever it is you've seen people who do they get into their eighties and their health had been good and all of a sudden. Couple little things happen and then it starts to spiral and he can do was much. And I just find that even though it's not best from a purely financial standpoint. People enjoy their money more in their sixties in their eighties and a lot. Cases I mean on average for the fact of the matter is. 42% of men. And let's see 55%. Of women I believe signed up for serves curious 62 for a lot of people registered pure affordability issue exact I have to takes a security early. Mathematically yeah I mean the point that this article makes is. All of these tables around when people could. Takes a security and how much are rays you've got by waiting. They're based in on numbers that word. You know formulated decades ago when people lived a lot shorter. And they are based on interest rates that are far outdated now you know they'd point out accurately and you get a 60% raise every year that you wait. You know in an environment now where you can barely get a CD Payne 2% that's a pretty darn good deal right. It is so mathematically. Yeah waiting to seven B is usually a very good deal unless there and health concerns whatsoever. But it's very much individual situation and depends on your specific circumstances. Folks we get older state Clinton becomes that much more important. Yup loved ones or friends that may need nursing home care you need to protect ourselves near assets and the best way to do this. Mr. trust but there is a lot of misinformation out there about losing control over your trust or having to ask permission from the trustee. To use your money. It's simply not true you don't have to give everything away and you can stay in control in you never have to ask for permission to use your own money. Cushion and Dolan has a new guide out this month called top misconceptions. About Medicaid you revoke Kabul trusts the guide details thirty. Of the most common misconceptions about the state planning and you can get yours today by calling 8668. Story. 5699. That's 866. Eight Rory. 5699. Or you can download it right now at legal exchange showed dot com that's illegal exchange show dot com. So bear is a a subscriber to this movie pass product where he pays ten dollars a month. And can see unlimited movies he's one every every week. And he has directly contributing to this company going out as he yes because moving past stock did it the headline from CNN money was movie pass stocks it nineteen cents a share in the boss says everything's fine. Well that's his job since this article was published. There is no word on CNBC now that it has a new 52 week low today at seventeen cents a share. Keep in mind this is a company that reached nearly 39 dollars a share last October. I hope it in by this one talks. Yet this this this company to be the big problem is and by the way this interview with was this the CEO who was interviewed I believe so area was so. It might be one of the worst CEO interviews I've seen here are some of the things they. So here's some things though the interviewer is asking so how much they actually pay for movie tickets because they only charge ten bucks a month. He says you know what we don't disclose how much we pay but it's not twelve dollars. What you're saying is that you will not disclose. The cost of the goods that you need to buy in order to provide your service. That's not a good thing with that they'll be like if I made sneakers and said a longest sell these for forty or not I can't tell investors how much actually spend on the materials. They were trying to goad the Netflix model and next Felix has model they have never disclose how many users. It never disclosed any ratings or anything like that and dad they're trying to go the Netflix model of hey we don't need to be profiting off. At least for now once we reach a certain point will become profitable now on the road and that. It just as it's obviously it has you need to have cost controls to believe do Netflix had cost controls right they were producing everything on their own if something didn't work they could cut it. Here they didn't you know with the aid there entire business model was based on people subscribing to service and not going to vote. Here's the other thing that did so. They also introduced in this horribly bastard guys version of surge pricing where if it were a popular movie. The price would surged to fifteen or twenty dollars in order to say hey you know this is gonna cost more in order go here. So here's my thought so if the cost goes up to go to that movie. Why don't you just buy the ticket through the theater. I don't know enough about pricing model. Actors would still like let's say that they oats we got search pricey it's gonna cost an extra five dollars to go he will. What what would they just buy it to the it's still twenty bucks in the united theater probably. And it was the cost of last times I think it was like thirteen positive vote if you go to Matt needs it's still relatively affordable. Like I've found that Anthony's for like 657 box a media IMAX movies in the world there and insert wanna get those those notes are at this point that ludicrously suggest that you know with the waiters that card you. There are yes you could go to go for the locks its point is that when it's ludicrous place I thought I had the rapper Ludacris. It was a while he's got a place. No idea let's take a break and when we come back whole Monica from CNN money's gonna join us here to talk about couple pizza stocks today. And bring your appetite bring your pencil will talk about those when we come back on the financial exchange radio network. And should. And now finds himself on the outside looking in from any position there. Where does this company ghost since it was so closely associated with his image and likeness since its founding. Yeah it is going to be variation of the air popped on or. Yes they are no longer going. Pat is in Beijing advertising. Wise we're the injury report art market strategy. Just does beg the question about whether they need to ran nearly the sure they do that all are part of the investors are. Happy with the news they've used that just stepping down that that chairman and in also be in the in orbit. We've got bigger problems which just really trying to convince people that buy there pizza the first. So I'll. Clear opt out for our. Well and and let's talk a little bit about dominoes because six or seven years ago they faced really the same question how do we get people. To buy our pizzas the stock have been floundering since you can 2007 through two point ten. And they made some major changes in really were one of the first companies to come out with one of those ad campaign saying hey look we used to do a pretty bad job were gonna try to get better. And the stock in the company has just taken off since the. Yet dominant to near an all I have to give them credit for that there the self that Pretoria. Marketing campaign has been clear leave work they were buried on about now. You know a lot of people bought the lies that they fix it. You know a lot of people you know that they need it in that you know they've also done some parties are things we if you know there you e-commerce strategy if you caught that home of the social media strategy. Technology. He's a passenger to make quarters they've been clear and be recognized. You know younger consumers in particular were very hopeful that these. Go that way. It was a Smart move that went on the. Yeah I believe was he in the last five or six months they became the biggest pizza seller worldwide. As far as their overall sales numbers. What's next for them as they issue where they go to continue this momentum because I mean this stock to put it in perspective for people who are familiar with that. Back in 2009 was trading about seven dollars a share it's 280. Dollars a share right now what's up forty times since that. Where'd they go back future. That is I think of it that question it's going to be I think very difficult war the company to issue. Have any clothes you'd be six that that stock market acted that they add that in the past years that go forward. Repertory replicate those type game and it's also certain look like a pretty. Expensive you know stock body like you'd have to wonder if accompanied it in you know the pressure that area. Really deserves you know me Eurasia about 34 times.
