This is the financial exchange with the very Armstrong in chunks of you're exclusive look at business and financial news affecting your day your city your world. Stay informed and up today about economic and market trends plus get breaking business news every day. And now the financial exchange with the Barry Armstrong and chuck Exxon. Who's who do not study history are destined to repeat this why do I bring that up well. Three of the upcoming four months rank as the bottom three performers but this stock market over the last. 25 years we'll talk about it we'll talk about why. Those three months can be pretty tough on investors will also dig into Bank of America and JPMorgan. Will stocks were down yesterday. By about 5% many view only those stocks why did they sell off to such a great degree and then finally. Just how much. Do Americans receive from Social Security hi everybody it's buried and shocked with you on a Wednesday morning short week this week is gonna live by. But let's start off. Talking about these four months that were read and I just think it I'd I'd worry truck not so much about these four months I worry about. Investor attitude between now and the mid term elections in November. What what specifically worries you the most I think. I think you could see a lot of volatility. In terms of equity prices and unfortunately I think that volatility will be on the downside. Because of political fears you've got a lot of things going on in Europe but I think the biggest issue was going to be in the United States. Do Republicans. Lose control of either the house or the senate or both and how does that impact economic policy going forward. I mean it is certainly get into some of those questions I think for from my perspective that the bigger questions in the economy are. You know it is what we're doing sustainable in the long run and I've bigger questions just about the underlying strength of this recoveries he had torched 2019 yup and the reason why I think that's important is because we know that markets typically priced by the twelve months in advance they're not buying what's happening now that they're buying what they expect to happen in the next year we saw that last year. With these big 20% run up and markets tactics the economy was great last year rate it's because they said tax reform is coming in buying back the tax reforms coming. So I've been looking at some data the last couple weeks what makes you nervous. Housing. No housing housing makes me. Rather comfortable epic housing is actually stable I don't think that the price increases continued necessarily but I don't think it's its stable I don't let me put words in Iraq would Michener. Alt a loans. Now that's a credit card loans. How bad the credit card problem delinquencies are up 50% year over year now we're at a level OK but still that's that's a big jump. An auto delinquencies that's a troubling in his unit but here's the problem with auto delinquencies is if you look at the new loans that are being written today not only months. There won't end you're still seeing higher delinquencies on those which it doesn't mean that rates are re setting in people were paying why is giving you would think somebody would that. Bought a car is gonna say hey I have to have that car to get to work. It's as I just I don't think that we. Have the household wealth to make these kinds of purchases in I think I think people overspend to be completely honest I think that is the biggest thing that you see. And you see this Ian. The savings rate continuing to linger right around that 3% number that's a function of confidence and then grinned when things are going well. And people are saying gee my boss really needs me as a matter fact he's offering me over time they tend to save last month. One of two things it's either when things are going well or when you have no other option. Then you know it's it's either one of those are the problem is in this economy today I think that you still have this bar bill where if you have skills. Those people are saving less because they say look I've I've got skills I can get a raise ranking go out of Ottawa job and I know what he knows work. But there's also an awful lot of people make in 1213 bucks an hour that are stuck in those jobs and look I've got a kid who's going to college and I need to figure out how to cover some of this cost I've got a kid. Who is sick in these ago the doctor and I need to figure out how to cover this cost. I think that you just have this bar build you know wealth distribution to countries. That's what we have. And that is the reason why you continue to see all of the unit this this populism that rises both in the US and abroad and I don't see any end to that at this point because. We are taking very good care of the people who don't have a whole lot. A lot to an easier question okay what are we got. There JPMorgan. And Bank of America now both of those stocks today. Are up more than 1% lacked yes yesterday they were down on the city more than 5%. Bank of America sir I was down four point 8%. In GP. IQ what are they were down and if five point one on JPMorgan. So. You know why did they take it was at the European issue it was it was in how can Italy impact Bank of America. European issue was part of it now okay to be the bigger thing was kind of the spill over into what you saw into the US. And specifically. You saw in the last two and a half weeks the US ten year treasury at that went from about three point 1% moved down to almost two point seven. Now the reason why this is important. That ten year treasury note is really the basis for how a lot of banks price things like mortgages right and so if you go in take a look you know how they're pricing things they say. G continues stand to wait is going to be a lot more competition lower rates a very compresses the spread that they're able land that in there they're not able to make as much money even if they're making the same loan woes it. Two weeks ago we were worried about 4%. Merry usually you're worried that rates are gonna go up too much and we're telling talker while talking your pay 5% for your mortgage fact of the matter is. He he may be paying for three quarters I still think inflation's running hotter than people expect soul ice ice and still on for hikes in the US this year you are I am and I'm not letting a short term fluctuation dissuaded me here. I think it's still coming. And I think as we go through this summer we are going to see a significant uptick in measurable inflation you're taking oil under consideration oil is down 67 yeah I I think that oil is we were worried about it 72 oil oils red Herring the other. Oil's one piece in this when you get all of the other input costs labor health care borrowing and they're all up year old three year labor health care holy cow you know it's the EU saw what our health insurance premiums and 16%. Since they. How do you sustain it. I as I don't know as a company years as an I don't know as a worker because that's coming out your pay. You know you look at it and say about 60% and I only path to pay half but. It adds up you know we we knew look at the the increased cost there the increase increased cost of fuel. It in its inflationary. And until the I think there is inflation coming and I think that we are whistling past the graveyard right now. With you know the the talk though you really believe the Fed will act on Kazaa fed has telegraphed. We are willing to let inflation run hot because it's been so timid the last ten years. So here's the thing is if you let inflation run halt what does that do all the people that are holding the US dollar they say look I don't want I don't want old little purchasing power I'm gonna go pull my money and invested somewhere else youngest eat it doesn't matter for you and I could were spending the dollar and it's always used. But if you're an investor from Brazil if you're an investor from Abu Dhabi if you're an investor in China. You're sitting there saying. I wanna be was in 7% my purchasing power just to get two and a half on a treasury. So Whitney. It raises some questions out there your mom and dad are collecting Social Security my mom and dad are collecting Social Security is a matter of fact. 62. Point four million Americans are receiving Social Security that's how many people collected Social Security last year. Overall the average monthly benefit is 1294. Dollars per month. For retired workers chuck it's 1411. Dollars per month the in this gets into you know kind of all the different classifications that you have with in the Social Security system. Is this also includes the spouses of retired workers becoming today they're getting about 736. Dollars on T I think that's been changed to beacons. If you look. At if you look generational. You know as baby boomers a lot of wives a baby boomers were able to stay home with the kids that you know the the they were they stayed home and made me able only worked fifteen or twenty years to get very modest Social Security checks and a half of their husbands. I look at YouTube. And I look at it and know your families and and I look at your peers as well might my Moreland heels. They all seem to be. Two income households. With no prospects of one spouse being what it seems like and it is is that like when you look your peer group is that we use C among your aria yeah. Even the ones that have kids now you know I'll I look at a couple families I know that have one or two young kids and both spouses are working you know you know that they they find you know a grandparent who takes care of the kid one day and they find. Baby sitter takes care package to other days out they do daycare bird you know a couple more that but it's they can use this amalgamation of other people. In order to. That's why iron into the workforce that's why I think spouses. Will go up in Pei thing I think for you and your wife. You'll have Social Security benefits are much more in line a lot of spouses today to your point are getting half of their husbands on top of that why I mean you know it both of us are benefit will be zero. If it does it have to address for you can't divide by zero to be the same. Well we have a poll question today which has to do with you or Social Security benefit. Gee what did we update this down well okay I just enough screen. Do you receive more than 1200. In 94 dollars per month. In Social Security benefits should I vote in this like to I don't know I don't eat your not over 62 seat that I can't see the results. It's too. It's 20% yes 20% only receive its early. I think it'll these people voting. Who don't receive the right now there's via third option for I don't receive benefits we are we we're we're in young people are not allowed to do two things you're not allowed to really listened or show nude. Prefer you leave. No we don't it's not true now. And don't participate in this Paul this is of all for older people they're collecting Social Security. In the clear where it might see. Toppling the apple car I don't think that. Anything around here are anyway do you receive more than 1294 per month in Social Security benefits. Good or web site financial exchange showed dot com war. Everybody it's very Armstrong and Jake tool Jay is the executive vice president at leader bank. And we're here to talk about a brand new product available for landlords it's called Z deposit dot net Jake. What. Barry we created a security deposit product. To really help the problem a lot of blame border facing with security deposits which is. You know one it's time consuming to open the small enough security upon numbers sons now. And yet to go into the branch gets signed paperwork and their small dollars and Andy turn. And it's likely to complaints in Massachusetts really tough for landlords and security deposit accounts. You have to give them ten in certain forms when they open up the count and you have to pay interest and you. And we should do all this canal through Z deposit all of that you can do through Z deposit it literally takes about forty seconds opened up an account. We handled the automatic form tendered generated the count number department condition statement all that said lieutenant. And the interest dissent to the tenant. Automatically every year. This sounds like something it's going to be very valuable to large landlords it might have 200 tenants and small landlords that might only have five tenths yeah absolutely with a large landlords. It's just a lot of hassle to managed so we make dad very efficient for the small landlords a lot of them are afraid of nineteen complaints done correctly so some of them. Some of them don't even like taking security deposits were hopeful that this hope and do that. Folks if he'd like to learn more about C deposit go to their website Z deposit dot net. Or you can call and speak to somebody on disease deposit team it's 7816418691. Or online at Z deposit dot net it helps. So Tesla shares have been a note to called a rollercoaster ride is probably putting it mildly but here too but talk about the future of the company. Whether or not their takeover target is Simon right from the economist Simon thank you for joining us today. Carter Simon so we've got Tesla stock about near 25 almost 27% off of its all time high at this point. Still worth about fifty billion dollars but at some point. The sharks gotta start circle and they say hey this could be an attractive target what price is this potentially make sense for someone to buy. And why they why would they want to buy. Look at that. So all under the old thought I think they're beyond but there's very few people viewed as Mike I just let the the product on the market. They're not turning out cult of the white beneath the streets and that the across the political goal. I'm further full report card company and they hope that around about what I believe that beat people. You know. Think it is Saddam might you know. Maybe even before that more than all the people more likable and well it's it's a very good company that cult and like it very could. Creek to grant in double quick arm because they're glad that it is are O. I am to put those two things together I'm a bit and work my credibility problem is. A operational like called the company calls about what they are. Simon one of the things with tussle as they bought solar city I believe it was either last year may be leading 2016. When they closed that deal. With any potential deal also include that coming overs well I don't know if that's as attractive necessarily to someone who wants to buy the car business here. What occurred that's compression out of they would if that they would drop it it would be out there whoever they are to the auto meet. If you go to the potential to bring core I osment are united for articles that go out. Gold rumored to be around and a while ago and had his and sort of ambitions to be a comedy it started you know that you. Well complicated business. And that and that and that first full of it but put it to one side but you know might be apple would also be interest in is owed it to peel rockets. But I mean on the sole. That would be appealed curriculum. Mike welcome to the extent. Simon looking at Tesla is there any intellectual property or anything that they own that no one else could replicate or potentially do without having to buy the entire company. Well that's interesting they are conducting that really really bad weather and that is the grabbed papers to create. There oh arriving. Technology. That is that these special about and determine could roll out with a in the oil market that will allow more Altman. Although another debate. And about technology and not being. So special about I mean why anybody that the beat and beat and you must. A pretty pretty complicated about my Butler and number among them that I'm the most. Is when will we talk about the value mentioned the brand in particular. Is there any value to a company acquiring. You'll on mosque and putting him put the putting him on there I'll leadership team. That's very interesting again you know who is somebody who might want to think about it and Coke is more equal partner in the media. And they cut the black bat an inspirational leadership. Somewhat well maybe they urgently need another crack it's called product and you know. When it comes to uncle Omar critique of that but you know what we're almost on what that would otherwise I think oh mark mark Mike in the life. Now as you mentioned this is and you nearly fifty billion dollar company at this point and you know as expensive as it significantly larger auto makers. But there wouldn't seem to be any bars decent down in that 25 billion you've heard rumors that people could be interstate if if the stock fell 50% from here. That you're that look I mean we talked although although it you're a brilliant but in the the future of current or immobility of that would have been knocked in the U. You might think of Google about why modern. By a global technology that they don't and factory. There won't sell it at all the other comic book and I got a cult that it would it would be appealing. Regrets weapon another mother and the people that beat. I don't know about it more intriguing possibility is the Chinese. On. The and do you think solely to Korea in China but I have a much more than throwing dot I. Why if thinking about the current quote a mean. And then I believe I the only AA and in of the big Chinese sort of warmed. Noted what the Chinese censors throughout. The other big on the firm as well they have like it and ride and I have. Like shared bikes so there's the good times leaked as which has the models that it would not. But I think the least likely acquired. Should become like there was much talk to the comic who would buy some. Points in the pot but I think now in the most of the big comic there are plans for electric vehicle but there let me that required what. Very good Simon thank you for the time we appreciated a border are here Simon right from the economist talking about test. In my opinion. Of all those companies you're talking about who could be eventually acquiring Tesla in him I'd say apple is number one button in two would be Google. Both high tech companies itself cutting edge. I I think Ilan mosque could help apple immeasurable. I don't think Google would just because it doesn't fit their MO as far as how they tend to treat their technology Google typically. Operates a lot more like IBM did and then look we just want you to use our platform we don't want actually make anything that's have beaten up or worse apple wants to own everything and end so I think Apple's a better fit there. The company that you have to ask about at this point is Amazon. Mean you know that there one that you have to ask about when you think about who you can have Amazon home meal in your home in the you can have the same system in your car okay. Like I think they they could be a dark horse in this one as well especially needs them. Apple or Amazon I'd say up Sony's neither of neither of them need them that's the thing. Like if you if you look at apple and for all the talk about oh apple can't do this out of the 215 billion dollars in revenue graduate tonight's biggest company in the world they're not going anywhere Amazon does about a 150 billion in revenue year growing at 2530%. Neither company needs them. Here's the thing Jeff Bezos and is more comfortable operating companies with low margins. And Tim Cook will be. Makes sense I still like I put my money on apple but it might take a long time before actually cars. The Dow's recovering today folks the Dow is up a 124. Points. Oil is trading at 6735. To 12170. Dollar benchmark that we are quite nervous about. Coming up we're going to be talking about the runup in home prices. Is it sustainable I know those of you who want to own your own home you love the runup but can continue that's next on the finances. Like just on FaceBook and follow us on Twitter. Time now for Wall Street watch a look at the market's performance so far today until Berrian joke right here on the financial exchange radio network. Markets up today chuck does a hundred. 48 points any thoughts on what's moving today is no. If needed the GDP was a little bit down ADP. Jobs report was not great to mean I'm I'm trying to figure out why we're also in positive. It seems to be in general just a little bit of a relief rally more the things that sold off most yesterday if you look at what's up the most today its energy and financials the two worst performing sectors from yesterday so looks like it's just a relief rally just tape you know we might have oversold and overshot our skis a little bit. Let's get things back to while where they should be I don't think it's any any kind of meaningful change here. Our friend Max from 71 text in saying. I would prefer Amazon Tesla imagine ordering a model three all the options and then having it delivered no dealers you know. Very few people have favorable comments as a relates to the auto buying process we're dealing with dealerships Noah. I I think the auto industries in for a rude awakening and I mean car dealerships 'cause it's just torture in Oregon a car it's unpleasant especially if you're trading vehicle yet. It's the worst is big. Thing though is the the manufacturers all want dealers is takes all the risk off there you know they say look will sell to the deal in the name that it's not our inventory anymore not our problem and you guys deal with actually getting it to the end user but from our reputation standpoint. A bad deal there are a lot of them. You know have an unpleasant experience when you bought this but I'll write you you you walked in and you feel. Like your being taken advantage. He's just but it it has survived its its current thousand dollars how how are you ever gonna feel good about. You know like that process the time involved like. It's kind of like going to the dentist no matter what they duty there you still come out being like I don't wanna do that again and menacing like dentists are bad people just being at the dentist is fawn lake it's off. Dentists also isn't it four plus hours. No surprise it depends on the way little surprising poll only 46% of our listeners getting more than twelve night before promote Social Security. Be hired. Now now. Over 5050 what do I know I can give no preconceived thought. Home values have been rising for six straight year person in the games have been accelerating over the last two years. Are we got a text yesterday from a listener in Derry New Hampshire. And he said he got an email from. Read it and seeing that the dairy New Hampshire marketed gonna fifteen feet and use fifteen point 6% over the past twelve so. I still get occasional emails from lake red being in Trulia and zillow about my Condo that I sold last year Nokia apparently I should have held out. Why because they're saying it could mean late. 15% more this year than last year. That was in the city is in Somerville yeah. Like how. The just logic tells used it. You can't defy gravity in perpetuity now and you know when I look at housing markets. And you said some of those up. 15%. They were saying that Summers. Again this is according to to read the nightly in to a quality our house tell you what the Boston market according to Kay Schiller which pretty good source. Was up five point 8% Atlanta it was a six point two. And we know what wage growth is wage growth is what to 3%. Yeah an and that can't continue forever there's there's two ways that you can continue to increase home prices if wages are matching number one as you can borrow warns people less money down. Not not a good thing to see and mask number two is you change the terms of the loan to make you know to again figure out ways you can borrow more again not not good. And the number three way is beat you know you could actually earn more we're not seeing that happening so it's I expect kind of look at the whole thing and say. I don't think the bottom falls out of the housing market is I think there's enough demand to support neo. Put the question is how much higher can you go in and in a lot of these areas I I don't know how much more robust you can get. Here's something that should make all of us nervous as a relates to real state. First time homebuyers are dropping out of the real estate market altogether. Sales to first time homebuyers dropped 2%. India in the first quarter of 2018. When compared with the first quarter of 2017. There is nothing more port if you talk to anybody in rural state with the talking to a broker and realtor appraiser mortgage person. There's nothing more important to the underpinnings. Of the real state market and first time homebuyers. They're critical. But see. I look at that and that's one of the things that in the long run makes me feel that there is a huge. Did that there's not a huge downside risk is did you do what all these fires that they're saying you we have been able to get into place. You know let's zero you you're thinking news. That we're not gonna see a collapse in real state that I use and I would agree is a he the cost of credit is still fairly reasonable and their underwriting loans that you're not getting deadbeats buying homes are pretty neat nick when you talk to a mortgage banker. And I've got friends who work in that profession. It and just go refinance your own house it's an arduous prospects while it is in I think that the big thing that I continue to come back to is if you look at the runup in 220072000. Radio prior to that whole area. You had things that were just completely decouple from reality you had people again you had people applying for loans they had no business getting you know. It was no income verification OS verification 110% of the home value. Yes or underrated no problem we can sell at all so you're not concerned about collapse of state I think you could see it dip. But I don't think there's impala the stock market. You then I guess you look at the stock car we've had correction ribbon at a really good correction since 2011 if you look at the Case Shiller Index coming out of really that the market peaked in 06 and okay. The decline that we saw was about 25%. Nationwide in home prices in that. 2010 yeah. And I'm of the opinion looked if you saw a 5% pullback in home prices jump on you you know all these people went in to Tucker if if all of a sudden you woke up tomorrow. And home press were 5% cheaper you do little dancing go buy one. Ehrlich probability that the the problem is for young people from what I'm hearing. Or log on to legal exchange show dot com you know truck most of our. Our audience lives in an urban or sub urban area in New England made that that's the vast majority of our listeners. We talk about housing the housing shortages in rural America. Is causing even more problems the big in rural America there's no new construction. And a lot of corporations would like to be in rural America because it's a lower wage. But there haven't difficulty because they wanna open a factory in I don't know Nebraska or Idaho or Iowa. And son of a gun. They can't because there's no housing for the workers. Yet in in 2016 there were 71000 single family homes that were built in rural areas represented about 10% of all new single family homes that were built and that was down from 14%. In 2010. So you're just not seeing homes being built in these areas. And the problem is kind of a chicken and egg issue if you don't have homes were workers moving to companies can hire them and move away from those areas. But if you don't have companies there no one wants to move there anyways cease their basic team like how we incentivized people. To get here and we talked I think it was a few weeks ago about some towns in parts of Ohio and Kansas. That were you know offering saying look we will pay for you to come here yes because we need to get beer you'll need workers these areas. And so you're starting to see towns you know finally chasing after individuals instead of just after companies to wonder. That's the right thing to do is where the government gets involved in. Subsidizing the cost of house is that who you talk about and they likely there. You know granting bonds are issuing bonds for that 10 that was what they were doing on this is or nobody the the U if you look at some of the examples. That I read in the Wall Street Journal article Nebraska issued seven million dollars to rural communities are just not sure that you want the government involved. He is that he is supply and demand. Where the prices so high. Where a private developer comes in and develops that plot because it can make good profit. But what if they don't know that that's and that's where we in that that that's exactly where we are down I just think that. You're you're not seeing any movement otherwise does it make sense to buy a house. Given the the pricing you know we talked about the Heidi. Cost of purchasing a home in the lack of inventory. Are you better off renting. Beat the but that the problem that I hear from people they're renting is the landlords are jacked up for it's I talked to a young lady get a day in New Hampshire and she said her landlord. Who recently bought how she's living raise the rent 500 dollars a month that's. That's crazy of 500 are big hike and ran down my 125 bucks a year. Now so like that is insane 500 bucks. Thank chuck the you know evidently the new landlord felt they understood the real estate market better and you know what they doctorate. People had no choice it. It really depends on the area that your enemy and I still have buddies down in you know living in a couple towns down in the south. It in they're paying nothing for rent so disputed their outside Nashville they're paying 600 dollars a month for a bail one bedroom you know say you. Look at places like Boston you wanna rent a place in the city of Boston were in the city of New York. You're talking to 3000 bucks a month. Per person. Well and in part of the problem also was that a lot of the surrounding towns have very limited apartment the bill bill because they don't wanna build any NC Sununu go on dealing what do why do I mean there's there's not a lot of options how much do you think foreign buyers are influencing the Boston Austin market unity go to school and beat you there's a lot of foreign kids. If there's terror high end. They come in and buy condos for the kids they enforce the high end market though the other. They're they're not buying places Alston now an up buying place in Brighton they're they're buying new construction new UC you know one Dalton street that's going up there. They'll say look I'll invest five million dollars dial up my kid you know lived there when he goes to school you know. If I I've seek like you go to some of these buildings like the high end buildings men and you've got you know people were in there you know 40s50s and sixties that are you know doing well and so forth. Annual Selig these eighteen year old kids there are nearly. The heck are you doing here in any seem drive out in the miles a rod in your life then oh for the money it's one of dogs. Hey coming up. Joined by Todd let's keep from the law firm crushing in goal and we're talking about something that sounds pretty basic but how should you all your real state. Todd if you're real estate is in a nominee realty trust. Is that going to be protected from the nursing home and also will it avoid probate when you die out most miss understood. Trust I think in the trust world there's not even a trust it and nominee relationship nominee realized its trust. I know but it's not. What I mean by that is. When you put your property into a nominee realty trust folks please go look at who the schedule beneficiaries are that you listed a separate piece of paper attached it fits that children and you gave way to the children you don't even know anymore you'd realize you gave it away because it takes effect immediately not your death. What's the difference and many people think that that doesn't take effect till your death. More importantly it fits. If it was like my wife and I in the schedule beneficiaries as my wife and while that we didn't do one thing right back in mind game and my wife's name so to your light and point it would even aboard so why is it being done. Because lots of times people might go to maybe real estate attorney and anything can help the trust and throat in a realty trust. We used realty trust it's just important. That the schedule of beneficiaries. Is another estate planning trust revolt cobol or read earlier remarkable correct or not a person not your kids not yourself. Couple text messages here that I think we need to address that anyone writes Berry who makes more than sixteen dollars for power everyone is struggling. I would disagree I I a lot of people are making a lot more. And sixteen dollars an hour. You have to have skill if you're working at McDonald's in an unskilled capacity probably not making one's sixteen arbiter if you're an electrician or plumber your registered nurse. If your computer programmer if your doctor lawyer. If you're an accountant I'd say you're making a lot more than sixteen dollars an hour unskilled workers typically don't get paid. That is also pretty they're. Emblematic of what we're talking better leave you've got this Barbell in American where it's there's a lot of people making less than fifteen bucks an hour. To bunch of people make and get north of 3040 there's not a whole lot of people that are making yet just 20/20 five bucks an hour anymore and a lot of those manufacturing jobs that paid yet I just eat just that that middle class job is hollowed out now it's either it's it is very much they haven't have not society. 603 asks very I'm 21 years old and I'm saving money to buy my first Holman a few years. Should I be worried about my first house losing a lot of value when the housing market drops. You know the one thing that I would advice all you young people about as a relates to your house. Don't look at your house talker and chock. As an investment. It is a hole is where you gonna raise your family and have lots and lots of kids it's gonna we're being where you grow old but he should not be viewed as G. Yeah easy zillow is greatest tool as it is. And I think dangerous also you have because people look at and say gee honey our house went up and I you buy a 5% last year who cares you got to live somewhere in right you should look at your house as a whole. Don't look at it as an investment. Because I think you'll be disappointed I tell you if you investment invest in the stock mark the sit typically stock returns are a lot better than counter. The way I tend to look at it is if I can buy a place that is either cheaper with the same price as me going out and renting a place. What is am I gonna get the exact right price from and I. Harris it's I don't know Abbott is that BCI think you're being shortsighted there why I need a place to live Utley and take eject the approach that you talked about. But there's an advantage to owning vs renting. Renting the problem with renting is you don't control your own destiny. So if you said. GI can rent for 300 dollars a month less than the cost of owning and there's a lot less headaches I'd still Sadie yep you'll be cold. To your landlord and can raise your rent by 500 bucks a month. He could but they don't have to you know it's again that the there's balances each wake is. I look at the fact that OK I just had to replace you know pump in air compressor you know he's gonna happen forever. But those things you don't have to deal with in the rental mark when your ten you know so. When you factor in overall the cost and we talked about this the cost of owning a home it's not just that mortgage payment that you make it's not just the property taxes. It's Haiti when something breaks you're on the hook not only in a figure out how to fix that you got a paper fixing it also will fix yourself. Either way got to pay for fixing an idea that there's some things that I can't fix myself just because I wouldn't trust myself to be able to if Smart you know if if don't give some advice. Don't try to do electrical I don't do gas electrical or any pulling it and fix toilets. He fixed a fixed oil as a brilliant affixed to I don't go any any further than that you know if it's past my elbow not doing. So there is a problem withdraw birth control pacts that were issued. But the Roth conversions a little bit of a mystery for some folks are Mike what are we talking about when we talk about. Roth IRA conversion yes so unlike the traditional 401K or IRA where you receive a tax deduction for putting money into an IRA. The Roth IRA you put regular dollars in you don't receive induction but any of the growth is completely tax free number of advantages there there's no required and distribution and can be uses they're really good source of tax free income later in retirement. When you convert in higher to a Roth IRA which are doing is you're taking money out of that traditional account. Putting it into the rock paying the taxes upfront. In order should never pay the taxes on the growth down. So this is a case where you actually voluntarily decide to pay the tax usually with the idea that you're going to be in a lower tax rate rather rather a higher tax rate later on. And so this gives the ability to not pay taxes higher rate later. Absolutely correct so oftentimes people do it in a year which there and lower tax bracket intentionally. But I'd be very careful about when you do it. Folks Roth conversions they can be a little bit Dicey just trying to navigate the different tax brackets and so forth. And so are strong advisory group has put together. A great free guide to give you all the info you need on the raw retiree conversions. And just about every household in America as an apple device in their home or talk about apple what they will in fact be doing is a business plan going forward bros gonna talk about. Vitamins you effectively wasting your money and then. Whatever happened at NASCAR race high everybody's buried truck with you here it's a Wednesday morning in. Apple I guess is kinda telegraphing with their business plans are going forward. Yeah I mean that they always have a big gut developer event that starts right around this time a year the worldwide development conference and starts next week the keynote is on June force. And so people always you know take a look and say OK what what is apple guiding towards. You know with with what their you know unveiling during. This conference and couple big things that are going to be coming at you do have some new software new version of I'll Wes and new Mac operating system now in really it's not so much that you have that new system but hey what what's inside of it that potentially says. You know where they're going. And what you have here is potentially a lot more Smart whom integration a lot more apple pay integration and things along those lines let's talk about the Smart home because that. Seems to be. A stumbling and they often. Now it's there's there's no other way to put a price to products you know three to five times more than their competitors that doesn't do was much. You can get away with that in some places you can't like it's it just doesn't have the functionalities that you need. You're referring to Alexa I assume is Alexa elected verses the home pond yeah is he the is Alexa have the lead over him Google Google Google home district it's no no one's entirely sure which one has more most people think that Alexi is the leader in the clubhouse but the Google is closing the gap as far as sales down. Probably forum everybody else's. You know Amazon's got 100 million users. Worldwide. Subscribers they have Apple's got a 150 million now. You know city just made bad product that the it's it's not even that they made a bad product that made about product and then priced too high near you but even scenery rate at which is not. Their home product that's their car device raiders I look at it is it that's for use in the car Aussie Siri call but that's me. 99% as time went by doing this here again I mean all my life series not really a cart thing. That's like and are like yeah I mean that you. I mean I could use here now diss it though are not used to Syria stupid senator's release a Lexus Martin's old beside him close election are you Smart than series. She probably saw someone's and a speaker just answered that yeah but I just. I don't know what the really did enough with Syria as well it's you know they they kind of brought it out for the first time what was it like maybe 45. Years ago bell look it up somewhere in the area so it just seems like they have not made enough progress. Go through they were there was the first one there actually like it was rare for apple they were the first one there. 2011 in and they and it's a seven years in they just never if they didn't move forward enough on the new iterations so that's that's been a problem for them. Hardware wise new York new iPhone coming out maybe some new Macs but nothing that did somebody round with a phone now and nothing earth shattering with the new phones the phones. Big talk is that either this year or next year most likely this year they gonna move to these what are called OLED screens these alleged screens. And the big difference there it's a completely different type of screen manufacturing process so LCDs stance for liquid crystal display it's a fancy way of saying. Okay we've got some will be a crystals and here we shine a backlight through it and based on how they turn it produces different cultures. The downside to those is because using a back like he can't get true blacks you also can't. Get the resolution you can with OLED screens. Oh let's greens he's OLEDs. Instead of having a back like each pixel illuminates on its own and so the nice thing if you're watching a movie or something like that. Where you have you know what a dark scene. The blocks are true blacks gives you more contrast to gives you more depth that gives you better pictures out way. The downside to them so far has been the cost there really expensive to make no one's great at making them to be honest one of the things that I find interesting. You know while when all of the TV manufacturers start coming out these curved screens a few years ago I you know why they started coming out with those. It wasn't because it was a better viewing experience. It was because they couldn't figure out how to make O led panels and a straight lines they had to make him curve someway. And that was easy they just that only will this make it curve towards people in BO uniform manner but they couldn't make. Flat ones that's why they actually built those curved screens in the first subject real quick. Going back to Syria chuck Tony Dorsett Apple's always usually the second and they do a better right yes Serbs get more data first with this Syrian they did worse and I think it's ams on this matter it's really unusual to see apple take that approach normally that it. The iPhone wasn't the first Smartphone Blackberry excellent isn't that the criticism and I think it's a valid criticism of tin cup. You know Steve Jobs would never have allowed to happen. Tim Cook is not a innovative product he's a supply chain and that's why you you kind of wonder about the long term. Apple you know yes Warren Buffett took a big position and that. Are they gonna be that innovative company ever again I don't know the answer. Know that I mean in what date they tried to was dual while the Joni on who's the be it director of design for the news the when he came up with a lot of the lines for the original iPhone in in the but they they they just don't have someone whose innovative from the perspective of Steve Jobs always like to use the line look. We U we're gonna make you want something that you didn't know you need right Gillick and he did it and he did like a meat and think about it. He held up the iPod in all of this and every one needed. And it would it in no one could touch the Smartphone. Smartphone this ground before him I had one before apple there it's irksome that in your ears and part of the issue though is we've kind of seen this whole transformation of computing we had mainframes back in the seventies then you went to the PC and I kind of everything back on mainframes but you accessed access it through the cloud on your personal device. What's the next iteration I. I don't know where you go from there to be honest but they need someone to figure that out and say. They were gonna move beyond mobile and into. If no one's cracked the wearable Conan. And you we've heard about this promise of where bulls and those that I don't know I want it's not there yet in someone has to do is either a different form factor a different way that you communicate with I don't know what it is but someone has to say. We're looking at this wrong. And figure it out Steve Jobs would. I don't know who can now. Tucker you take vitamins. I take. Vitamin. What's that when do. I think it's what you get from the sun. Now the that's a two by anorexia I found but there's a study done and we talked about this in the past. Basically. The vast majority of vitamins that we take in Yahoo! takes a lot of vitamins women they like my wife. Get to the regular supply of vitamins and I tell her it's a waste of money yet shown are articles to that effect. And yet she still treatments. Yep pretty much joy statements no no right Tucker your way statement yes we ought to cheese does that count not the no vitamins G Simon's face. Not a it's a study that was done by the journal of the American. College of Cardiology it was led by a so Smart he Mike's a UT. Community university feel that they pretty much found that most of these supplements didn't really do a whole lot in the big reason why. Is if you read just about any book on food eaten. It says that it's not so much the specific nutrients that you get but the way they interact in the way that you know your ear about lifestyle plays in that as well and you can't just say okay for balanced diet and eat eat my calcium eat my vitamin. Look how or what actually is you know leading you to make those choices how do you decide you know what you're going to do. That plays a huge role in actually give giving you a balanced diet and get you the nutrients that you need you can't just say oh I need this and take vitamins or. You know we've would be. It it doesn't work apparently there were you may there's a couple that actually do help you. Folic classic and B vitamins with folic acid. May reduce the risk of cardiovascular. Disease and stroke deaths according to the study. Niacin a form of vitamin B three and acts I anti oxidant meanwhile were associated with a higher risk of death by any cause albeit a very small increase. So I don't know the I I remember talking about vitamins being a waste of money five years ago ten years ago twenty years ago yet. Lot of money being made so on vitamins general. On don't need a lot of processed food and if you have something for me one date something different the next new typically be OK now. How much some rough content in different. How much do you pay until you're found deal once I keep telling to you know trying to deal on avocados the sweetness and it's talker is I was so excited death share. Five for five dollars that's insane as a whole foods are known. Up Roche Brothers Pope looked later this hole I got to Rutgers 59 cents it Shaw's five for five dollars 59 cents data Super Bowl. Why would you relocate your company to the US Virgin Islands we're gonna talk to women who did that her name is Claire stark he. She's the president of a company called thin track and she joins us now on the financial exchange I Claire welcome to the show. So can you tell us what kind of company used in track. Sure it's an international agribusiness consulting. Firm and we do work with the US agency for international development and the world bank of up to other donor agencies. Hoping very small farmers in developing countries were there. Okay so Ed and when did you move your company to the United States Virgin Islands in which islander you want. We are on can't comment that. That being moved thirteen years ago. Wow and how's it been being in the Caribbean running company. Expect Corey two could. My office overlooks the ocean. We've been able to find great staff here. A lot of them from the university of the first time on we have specialist count our special project. Pictures. There are good Internet capabilities on saint Thomas. Which is critical for our work because we worked globally but be all of them here and our children all of that are good in the dependent schools here we have a are difficult to leave that. Or anyplace you. And quantity US territory. Error US bank q.s lawyers q.s accounting firms which gives us the decree it cost about as actual contractors. Well I would think that is important because there are a lot of violence. That Barbados comes to mind that try to recruit. You know financial companies and investment companies to go to Barbados or to the British Virgin Islands for that matter. Why it was the US so important to your company hey wait what was it about being in the United States that was critical to your decision making process. Well first of all again should tracked. Is it's the we worked petrol contractors so we're independent company that we work off some time should the US got. So we want to be able to operate out of the US territory. The other thing is. Officially we want it to be very close to the US game plan that happens then he. Frequent. American Airlines I mean as in all our all that any airline it is possible surfacing where we were acts. Be able to get to the US and very quick. And we wanted to be able to purchase property that we want to be able to do that through that mortgage company's US banks. Opal extra personal and professional resent it made the most apt. Okay now in in terms of transportation. We do go to Miami to get to Samir international destinations is that the drug. Go to Miami to get tests now. A plant used to and a half hours away by plane so we can go to Miami can't get anywhere we need to we have project be it protects a lot America act. Africa and in Asia. Actually I can also go right up for the Puerto Rico which is when he played at for example I can get to Columbia in two hours. Also. So that the starting next Puerto Rico which is an international flight critical to could keep your. Puerto Rico I think all that ought to. In new York at that is a four hour flight I can get anywhere in the world immediately and it's seat of plastic that to keep it. So transportation doesn't seem to be a problem or at all recruiting workers if you wanted to recruit we mentioned IT. Right if you wanna to recruit a computer programmer. Human resources person or chief legal counsel. Any challenges finding workers. We have not had any count just by workers again because there's a university of divergent straight year so we've been able to. We we ire almost explicitly. College graduate we've been able to use that as it recovered ground. Also there are a lot of were hurting perch islanders order -- about workers who would like to return should be aware graduate schools all over the united. It states or at in order a full fledged experienced business people. Coup after a decade or two would like to return passes tank top and so we've also recorded turning perch on the other bank and. It's a great day for to be able to retain about our state site staff because they offered up. Opportunity is coming down here. For a first step and that has kept a very well Kirk. I would think it would be you know you say do an employee whoa how'd you like to work in the Virgin Islands for five years. Most of them don't turn aspect. No I wouldn't think anything he can you speak to the tax advantages at all is it. Is it better from a tax perspective to be in the Virgin Islands as opposed to say Florida or Massachusetts or Connecticut. Sure they're they're very good tax advantages. There is it's 2% cap holidays. If it's actor kept it in QB. EPA program. And there are a whole lot. A long list of tax benefits and advantages to actually operating I would US urged not to take US territory. It's recognized obviously by the fire but there are advantages here. In terms that I pay your petrol taxes. And instant. What to how many employees do you have clear in the Virgin Islands. In the search silently at 25 employees. Content worldwide we had 500 but most of them are contracted to work to patrol protects all of its. So it sounds to me and I after thirteen years your pretty pleased with the decision you made to relocate your business to saint Thomas in the united states virgin out. Where extremely pleased. That we've decided to do that we have been able to repay me. Many employees with. As a result of that up. Couple of the things that have come down from the state state state your first several years and that they've gone to upper overseas offices in a lot of people. Consistently pot a cup back. And the app hired primarily. Out of this office over the years on urgent islanders two at that can't aspect. That's great Claire thank you for your time and congratulations on your success. That's Claire stark he she's the president of contract talk about a change in quality life. The use your run your company and get our work before 5 o'clock in the union and the united go to play golf for you go to the beach where the winters are a little nicer down a lot there's no it's just. NASCAR racing. I I have you guys either view in big NASCAR fans number at any point you. And got into a NASCAR race I view it a day job in laden yeah I went back in the summer of 07 the ones who line. It was I was in college and it seemed like great please do what college kids do which is Neil watched a lot of things drink beer yeah so it seemed like good fit form and I'd I'd like down there new phenomenon it and I think that's goes back to the 1990s. When that eloquently ninety's early 2000 something like that but. NASCAR's an average of trouble over the last decade it's pouring. I think if both there's a couple problems number one I think it's it's not a good made for TV product okay. There's a big difference in watching a cargo 200 miles an hour on TV which is the that you can't really tell is longing to you know long lenses in the can't really tell off fast cars moving. When you see these things in person in here than in person. Different piece is it okay but it's it's not great for TV in the other thing is you'll get our attention spans change. There's not many people wanna watch cargo at all for two hours you know it's it's just I think it's along with baseball I think that the fact that we moved more streaming in short little 152 Twitter club. It's not built for that lake. It is especially they're trying to get rid of the crashes that people liked but that pursuit danger now you know that's it's kind of like cock fighting in hockey night they got rid of that people missed. It's you know this is the struggle that they open up all these new tracks and tried to have all these new races in places that. You know didn't have a strong historical background was NASCAR if backfired on them to. You wanna save money on your prescription drugs when we come back we're talked to you about what you should ask your pharmacist that's next. Berry are structured I'm joined by Todd let's keep from the law firm of Cushing in goal and we're talking about something that sounds pretty basic. But how do you how should you all your real state. Taught if you are real estate is in a nominee realty trust. Is that going to be protected from the nursing home and also will it avoid probate when you die. Doubt most miss understood. Trust I think in the trust world it's not even a trounced the then nominee he relationship nominee realizes trust I know but it's not. What I mean by that is. When you put your property into a nominee realty trust folks please go look at who the schedule beneficiaries are that you listed to separate piece of paper attached if it's the children and you gave way to the children beauty but don't anymore you'd realize you gave it away because it takes effect immediately not your death. What's the difference and many people think that that doesn't take effect till your death. More importantly if it's. If it was like my wife and I and the schedule beneficiaries as my wife and yeah well that we didn't do anything right back in mind game and my wife's name Sochi are lighter and point it would even aboard probing so why is it being done so because lots of times people might go to maybe real estate attorney and anything can help of the trust in the throat in a realty trust. We used realty trust it's just important that the schedule beneficiaries. Is another state planning trust revolt cobol or read her bureau correct they're not a person not your kids not yourself. Please look that up if you've got one of these you know it sounds pretty basic how should you'll your real state but he gets complex as you get older call Cushing handle and and receive their brand new guide. Normally I am not willing to share insider trading information today is different we are about to share. Insider information was our listening audience 603 writes that. Avocados are 69. Cents each at all these this week. That and then our friend joke from 603 says I'll condos are 88 cents this week at Hanford. Maybe there's a glut that's and musical at just a little bit of insider a pricing information that I think you should be aware of speaking of insider pricing information Medicare drug costs I this. This kind of ticks me off this whole thing about drug costs and pharmacies in Medicare I mean some the system is broken and here's evidence. Yes so that the deal is that in a lot of off pharmacies the pharmacy has a contract. With different drug plans that contain quote gag orders. That prevent them from volunteering whether a drug may be cheaper if you pay cash or as opposed to your Medicare Coke is terrible. It's awful enemy you're talking about a fiduciary like. Your doctor right wing when you go to your doctor you expect that your doctors tell you what's in your best interest I kind of thought they may be a shame on me I thought we can expect the same out of our pharmacists that they would have some kind of you know oath that they had taken it says yeah we have to do what's in the best interest of our pace. Well I guess this gets it you know kind of how we deliver medicine in debts. The people who are responsible for health are responsible and anyway for a finance and there's differences in in what is you know better or worse in this case though. They simply can't give you the information on the cost unless you ask for which seems to make no sense of it and drive the cost up. It notes is not saying only you give me a different prescription it's OK and I pay less for this by paying cash as opposed to. Just paying you know using my Medicare card. I I don't understand. There is no reason so as other then in order to you know set fixed prices across the board let's help our listeners. They're going to this pharmacy today to pick up her prescription. Which today. Walk up to the pharmacy counter and say. Is it cheaper for me to use to pay cash is opposed to paying with Medicaid and when we say literally mean cash from notre credit card but you can't I pay less by paying for this myself as opposed to the Medicare will they get an honest answer yes they will the state the person behind that desk. Will not volunteer the protection no. Okay. So please do at least make that clear yet another reason why the American health care system is broken terrible. It's like it makes it it's one thing if you say OK you know the doctors recommending this procedure for me because he thinks it's better and oh man gonna do that even though it's more expensive yup it's another when you sit there's and I'm getting the exact same drug but you tell me go to the same place and justify asked for different price they may give it to me. What's. Night one of civic I look I I that's why I brought I pulled that stories and we have covered this today. Let's talk about online dating and sex trafficking power of the to intermingle I think of online dating and I've been out of the game for quite awhile I admit that they have online dating is being things like match dot com or Facebook's getting into two hours. Yeah that the big question is you know some of these dating web sites or apps. You can also be used in the various ways as vehicles for sex trafficking. Powell I think that part and on under me help help me understand that match dot com is used for sex traffic and I've never been on any of these late again I can't invade you and too long and I came of age before any of this was even you know big but. Effectively that the theory is that you could go on. And you could create a profile for someone that you're trafficking via and you know you some kind of code to indicate that they are all that's. Raping and they said the roses right yes so the Tucker the way it works in his if you were a prostitute on one of these web sites you would put up. That two roses which means that's 200 each rose is a hundred dollars. And so if you wanna sleep with that we eat that night Whitney's supposedly date. You have to provide it is too roses that 300 dollars three errors wrote rang out. And so pretty much there's a new law that was put in place called the assessed if Boston wants a whole Akron and that means a whole bunch of nonsense and but the issue is that it can hold web sites responsible. For content not that they posted but that the adjustable out without policing. I like. Here it it so the concern is that. This will shut down site bills that provide meaningful settling at backstage and they make some of the note but this is saying like something like match dot com which 99% of it could be completely on the up and up now they didn't police wonder if the threat is that they could be used that this law could be used to shut down the whole site. But is that a good thing there's an cause these companies to be more diligent in what they're allowing lenders like I think we would all agree now after the fact. That we wish FaceBook had been a little more built so how do you stay in front of the style. Like what if it goes from roses and all of a sudden it's you know if you have you know three elephants next you're all the settle for avocados you make. How do you stay ahead of what the Cody is that's the question okay. You know like I I don't know the answers in I think I just like this. I any move towards stopping Hugh prostitution and human trafficking tactics aside Italy. Is that good oh I agree an and to be honest I don't think a lot of these states would be shut down completely because again you find them well and in there's a difference between. What the laws on the books and how we tend to prosecute earnings when's the last time anyone ever got to rest for Jay walk. They didn't but if you you know in certain situations OK you can actually use it for when you need to. I see this has been the same thing hey if you start whack in these companies make that that's used FaceBook as an example. If they allow prostitution because there's a lot of prostitution faced boy in right now. The big thing is it if you go after them financially if charge of twenty grand every time they allow prost yes to solicit all of a sudden those ads are gonna stop. Because it is their cost of stopping it is less than the cost of the fine. That the bigger question is was this due to competition. OK in that let's say that your small company that's starting up. You know a fair and not even if you can you don't have the resources to police is well you potentially in trenches some of the bigger companies restricts competition because you can't police this as well as bigger companies understood. Understood. Folks if you are aware and order property manager I'm sure that you've heard me talk about Z rental leader banks tremendous online red collection program I'm excited to tell you now. That a compliment I don't know awesome site and get the trying to figure would tell you that's going that was not a compliment and it's not. Tucker favorite airline. JetBlue jetBlue. Yeah it's time close track of it so I'm I'm American. But apparently it's a Canadian. I I I like American Airlines and American Airlines ranks fourth. The top. Airlines traditional lines are Alaska Air number one we don't have a lot of last year ago in this and almost no flights on the East Coast. Delta though we have a lot of delta and out of Boston they're they're number two. Air Canada number three. Never date don't fly them very often. American. It's is number four in united where you have to like you're way off that they that that's the United Airlines flight club. Comes in number five if we have to try to wail yeah clinic earlier to our parity don't believe the slowest bottom line if united just six. They're number five if I I don't I have yet and I don't like that and that's out of five out. Get their their bottom of the that's it there's not many Jeb lose nine in the top five notre considered a low cost airline which don't actually agree. Mount I don't group that I don't I like when I shop for flight and seat jet blue's being cheap errors at the top of the lowest in terms of prize I don't know what differentiates them because you don't want to channel that you know they have low cost them talkers if you wanna fly over they do a lot of overnight flight actually. You know what it is is a lot of these look in a little left to change probably as they roll up more than a first class notable cost would have first class. Howell it's okay so go run us through the low cost southwest is number one. JetBlue number two west jet number three Allegiant air number four in Frontier Airlines number five spirit doesn't make it on any of these it was probably because it's not fallen. And Tucker to your point southwest and jetBlue. Both have better ratings than any of the traditional care job as a semi number two his cell plus I really like American I like I don't think. You like though over at us like different there except if you end up on one of the old delta MD eighty eights are in the ninety's they're. Those old miserable planes to be on where that narrow and engines are all the way in the back in it. You know it just trying to get on an awful one of those awful what do you think costs more. There are four major sports leagues in North America they include front. The National Football League going through a lot of troubles of their own. The national basketball. League national basketball so associate in particular. Tourism task of attention and DL he got. Major League Baseball. And then of course you also have hockey and hockey. Has always been the stepchild do you include soccer I'd I don't include Major League soccer because it knows I'm a sucker still a local down as far as overall size of competition. But even the NHL. When you look at the TV contracts again that their dwarf other meager compared to a football basketball via even baseball yeah it's much better TV is baseball gets better but not. Much you think really well to a lot of it's the local. Hockey and he hockey is a sport where you're better off watching it in person guessing you wore on television. But I'll tell you what this finals between Washington in Vegas. Everybody wants to buy ticket to these things on his. I mean really if you think about and either way you end up with a great story coming out of this either you have Alex Ovechkin finally coming through and you know winning his first Stanley Cup after years of playoff disappointment yep or you've got near the first ever expansion team in any school in any sport in the United States winning. The championship in its first year right. With the budget passed off so what you have here. Is that tickets for the Stanley Cup finals are the most expensive ever recorded average cost. For a ticket on the secondary market is 19183. Dollars that's. Nuts if everything. Average cost I'm thinking Super Bowl the Super Bowls one game where is it could be as many as seven games. In the Stanley Cup finals in Super Bowl I think what we're talking 45000 per ticket. I'm pulled it up as we speak right now. You know to Google's being slow. So first Super Bowl 52. Home keep in mind that this was a little bit of a funky one just because of trying to remember what it was it was so that cheapest ones were about 2700. Averaging 43 urging yep 4300 so it's this is still have to have the price the Super Bowl. I'll tell you it's good for hockey I mean yeah I'll tell you the best thing for hockey is these are two markets. Washington is a big market and they are they they have a fan base in what they've been their for over twenty years. In Vegas. The biggest is just like. A fluid market and what a great way tell him off an inaugural season. For an expansion team I mean this team these guys are gonna own that city for the next twenty years whether they win or not they're gonna be legends in the city today. I'll keep my it's it's the first. Professional sports team in town you're gonna write NFL team there and a couple years but these guys were firm is that they were first and if it just a great job of just. Putting this team together in marketing rightwing mean. Everything that could go right for the has gone right general manager of the year coach of the year army the the they'll. They can pretty it just yet just to write down you're gonna go. I just I'm shocked and then they cavaliers in the Golden State Warriors nobody careless yawn. Now it nobody cares who is this the fourth time in a row it's gonna be terrible series all states and 141. You know. Now it's it's gonna be a terrible cedar since. But it's only 390 bucks to get to. Well that's that's to get in the door ups that's not the average cost of license. But its enemies still like it's it's just not. A it is not a marketable matchup at this point just gives. It's it's a third straight year rate boy and in in both these teams are kind of not as good as they once were you know the the warriors have had injury problems that Curry's been hurt about a couple other guys that have been hurt and Cleveland is just not good. They beat the Celtics and the Celtics shouldn't have even bidding competition and lost the two best players already true true.
