This is the financial exchange with the very Armstrong and chunks of you're exclusive look at business and financial news affecting your day your city your world. Stay informed and up today about economic and market trends plus get breaking business news every day. And now the financial exchange with the Barry Armstrong and chuck Exxon. That's ahead workable way to end the week. Yeah yeah. A little late getting started here today. For. Still making sure that we have all bit ready to go for today chuck is not a Mike Armstrong we have Matt run in the board met what's your last name I don't know find no way. Our yes Matt arias we have Matt arias were on the board Tucker Silva out for the day. Mats can do a bang up job though we know and we we got jobs report today Mike and I think that's probably the best place to start. Just because it's it's one of the most watched. Economic indicators that we get just about every month in this one. When I take a look at what we what we saw from this. It would is. I don't know disappointing the right word but underwhelming I think is kind of the sense that I get from it just not a great reportable. I was gonna say that on its own it wasn't. Terribly out of the ordinary but when you follow it with one that we had in March which was also a pretty significant disappointment again not. Run for the hills bad but it just not good. That's united two months and around. Of not great reports dated just I don't. One yea if the stock market perspective vis your baby happy year B is that you know inflation isn't really a big concern but. Knowledge gained. Well let's let's dig into what this actually showed a 164000. Jobs created. After a 135000. In March the two months combined less than the 300 point 4000 we saw in February or so has not been a great two months here. We are looking for about a 190000. Jobs created didn't get it on top of that. We had 4101000. People drop out of the labor force of the participation rate went down by point one cents. Unemployment ends up at three point nine largely because there's people dropped out of the labor forums. And wage growth was pretty muted as well wasn't like you saw this you know bang up wage number where you sit elegy you know it's it's such a tight labor market wage are going up no hand over fist. They were up point 2% for the month so again pundits were point six. It's seems to me that the number of new jobs created is low because there don't seem to be enough skilled workers to fill those jobs are and is ready to hire workers I think there's no wonder higher but. What do you expect that to come with a raise in wages. Or at least not a drop in the participation rate you would in any here's. Why I do wonder if this report is capturing all of the data accurately aka. You drive up and down the Mass Pike you go up and down 84 you go up and down 89 in New Hampshire wherever you are New England. And you see these fast food restaurants that are higher. And outside just about every single one it says. Entry level workers thirteen to fifteen an hour fourteen to sixteen and our there's no and it's paying minimum wage anymore and that's a shift in the last. Twelve to eighteen months and so. I won't get an SE looked at their house to be wage growth that's happening there so part of me wonders. This data is meant to measure overall wages in in today's population. You've got a lot of baby boomers that are retiring and those boomers might have been making 75000 dollars a year and their jobs are being filled by someone making 40000. Doesn't look like wage inflation. But we know that wages for entry level grads or 5% year over year. And so even though you have an expense of worker dropping out in a cheaper worker coming in should still may have wage growth that's happening. Just based on kind of a more apples to apples comparison which this report doesn't give us. No it does not and yeah I think you know an interesting area to look at will be hey let's take a look at the you know lowest core tile in comers and see where those wages are going because that to me that's that's the big number that's a big important number because when the lowest core tile people earning more money. That's when the economy start truly heating up. And so this at least if if you take a look at what this does choose the projection for rate hikes previously he go back to yesterday. The expectation there's about a 40% chance that we're gonna have four total hikes at the end of this year about a 40% chance we're gonna have three total hikes. Today. We're down to a 36% chance that there's four total hikes in the market saying at. This report means that things are a little bit more muted. Maybe the Fed doesn't need to raise as quickly as we were anticipated and had some pretty dovish remarks by the Fed the other day to you did gated city combine that here. And I think that probably plays into this somewhat as far as what we're seeing but overall if my great upon greeting out this jobs report. See cost as currency to boss notes. Okay were were were treading water were a little above average but were not really getting to the point where where we're seeing what we want to see you're so little bit disappointing on that perspective I think I don't see how you get to 4% GDP width this sort of employment situation. You got no workers in and and by the way the other thing that we are seeing now narrowing is what we call the employment to population ratio for that age 25 to 54. That's now to 79 point 2% which is only half a percent below the peak that we saw in 2007. So to you tonight that ratio against him. Aged workers aged 25 to 5479. Semi nine point 2% of them are employed and that's the highest we've seen since 07. That is only half percent fall below the 07. You're CNN narrow nowadays there's not as many people out there and so. The situation you have all this money flowing around and and companies can't find anyone higher yet they've raised wages if someone that they may not reason enough even if they brazen more there's just no people there there. What do you do with the money okay we're gonna give buybacks organ you know raise dividends like I don't know what else companies can do because there's not really any one to hire right now open. It's. This might be the most challenging hiring environment in the last 25 years. Yeah I mean you speak to anyone that was hiring people back in the late ninety's and they're still doing so today I've heard of people draw. The pretty L a lot of pretty significant comparisons and if that is the case and that's a long term case and that's not use it's not a good indication. Point. So let's we'll keep and I and the apple let's go and talk a little bit about the other big news moving markets and that's the the trade talks that are going on. Over in China right now between the US delegation. And the Chinese. In this I think it's something that we were were looking for a statement today on on whether or not there's progress being. Correcting we've been waiting. To my knowledge Newton is teams are our party in the air on the way back home so it sounds like this first round as you start to wrap up. It's not going to be an easy conversation you know and going into this thinking that there's going to be some big bilateral agreement that it's reached in the a's first rounds. But something would be nice if we don't hear anything today that's to me pretty concerned do we know what the US is asking for. They're asking for a significant reduction in the 200 billion dollar. Budget in balance if you will trade imbalance and I don't know I guess if you're trying to be broad and easily understood that's a good starting point to throw out there as hey this is our overall objective. But to me. That is a naturally economic occurring forcing me to be specific about what you're trying to do here is just trying to you know fix the trade imbalance will. There's a number of factors that contribute to go after the real root causes like the Chinese Government being involved in technology businesses. Yeah that if if you simply say look we don't want you to have such a big trade surplus the easy answers will look. Americans don't buy as much stuff and don't buy as much staff from child like that's not a Dem problem that's an us problem right if if were buying too much from China. That's that's an us problem like we can stop that on our own if we really want to we've chosen not to because it's cheaper to buy John and so lake. That's right like I don't like the messaging Acadia you can easily make the message hate China stop subsidizing. Your country's phone business and end this company's Ralph on businesses in this issue of the debt deficit will correct itself. But saying hey we just wanted to go after this this big dollar amount that. Maybe that's just the public PR marketing piece of it and you know underneath the hood they're really getting into the key issues that they have a China but. He can't go after the effect yet to go after the cost. Another story that is in the news today former Volkswagen. CEO Marten winter corn. Is being charged with fraud over the diesel emissions scandal from September of 2015. And this is something we've we've we've talked at the time that the Justice Department was saying that they were going to go a little bit heavier after white collar or a crime and things like that. This is the first sign that you may actually. Cease and teeth to us again this was a spry in this story had gone pretty quiet. I haven't heard much in the last six months last six plus months you've really had not heard anything about this story. This really adds fuel to the firing you can assume what one German German generally doesn't extradited citizens to that said the likelihood of him appearing in the US court is pretty low. But. If the US is charging presumably they're gonna share I've been to Germany in Germany in Germany might turn to this guy and interests that you think this is potentially political bargaining chip. For what did the trade negotiations with the EU. Perhaps I mean you have maybe I mean maybe I'm just cynical on this but I yeah I mean I suppose it could be although. I don't feel like the German government to protect to the hesitant about charging him either so I'm not sure where that relief leverage comes from although Coca clearly you have the US administration been pretty vocal about this. And hanging over their heads so I guess potentially but. You know what when this initial news hit I kind of expected that Volkswagen really beat Portland from them and you haven't seen that yet but this could lead to. The further charges that we end up saying let's take a break here and when we come back we'll be talking about how many small businesses. The financial exchange for Barry and chuck is alive on FaceBook and YouTube every morning beginning at ten and this is the financial exchange radio network. Well we're now heading into the one time of year where people actually care about horse racing. To get Kentucky Derby. Kicking off tomorrow and there's a it looks like we are sleeve to to have 21 different horses. That are running in this year's edition this is the 144. Running of the morning talk derby. And we've got you know the favorite based on the odds appear to be not justify going off at the regal one of we've got Mendelsohn going off at 521 in Magnum movie it's 621. And then you won't shots right now look like for rains buyer at 51 lone sailor fifty to one. Where bonds who at 51 and still regarded 51 combatant and balances and also. Those odds. So our poll question of the day because I mean this is a financial shown if you can't talk about Kentucky Derby odds on financial what's the point in having one. What's your favorite Kentucky horse he's Kentucky Derby horse name not who he think he's gonna win. But what's your favorite horse name that if any of the ones in the dirt what you guys have well when you've picked out. Lone sailor from. Lone sailor Matt I liked the grunt Kwan but he pulled out of the race has only sold out of that cell count I don't know I know he's old enough for better contract I don't know any of the other ones and I'm gonna go with in terms of I think my favor and go with my boy Jack. That's that that I think is my favorite name out of this. You guys have any predictions for reasons it's gonna win this thing. Now I do follow horse racing and no one followed and were only like just look at the odds and gas Niemi can might put some money on the fifty to one just you know do it easily reach the program before hand in you know don't you know his father was a modern so force than it. You either Nelson now I don't indulge. So I am actually I tried to place a bet on this this week I failed. And to fail I so I am at the Kentucky Derby website they let you go and they say look you can go on line and sign in place that's and so forth and I put my information and told me it was a real person and that I couldn't bad. So that's always a downer when you thought so I real I took that for anyone that didn't know chuck is just a prerecorded acts I got up. Yeah with the robots have taken over a lot sooner than guys I realize actually but so I I took that as a sign that I shouldn't bet anything on this and so I'd rather than you know say oh Michael we find another way I just gave up. I said this is a sign I'm not to do this I'm not gonna lose you know my two dollars and I was gonna put in. Let's bail on this but it over to financial exchange show dot com and vote on your favorite. Kentucky Derby horse named the choice that we ever lone sailor my boy Jack enticed Magnum and a other if you want to. Other one of the names of the hours no other. Other would be great name out there very creative. And and the winner in this one is other picnic at the trip I imagine if I ever own a horse will never forget that it's it's going to be named other. It just in order to was satisfied that. That situation Amazon announcing that they have more than a million US small businesses on their site. Yeah I guess he can't see it as easily as when you knew shop other places but a lot of things you buy on Amazon.com art and up. Being from pretty small businesses I've just never really. Look at that side do you ever sold anything on Amazon. And like a book I got nothing to sell now IINS in the cell there but yet they say they have over a million small businesses that are on their merchants platform. They said that California has the most with more than a 175000. Just from the state of California New York with more than 81000. In Florida north of 75000. And Amazon's that'd based discount on the guideline of having seven point five million dollars or less in annual revenue. Do you wonder in a situation like this how long a company like Etsy can survive and am convinced dockers they've hit. All time highs right now pretty much there is stocks. Let's see the first trading prices had back in fifteen was 2758. DR. Up now close to thirty bucks a share but I look at that and say you know. At he's got to be one of the key targets for this Amazon and small business you know they they might be but it's he's profitable yeah. They are continuing to grow and I think they've also they've carved out a niche where people know if they go on Etsy they get a high quality. Usually handmade goods and I think is there's value to that and in a world where any in an economy where I think it's often difficult to figure out who to trust via. I think people generally generally looked antsy and say look I can trust what I'm getting there. Wears on Amazon one of the big problems they still have they've yet to address is the counterfeiting yeah. They don't. And I think some people look at Amazon in particular merchants and say. I don't want to be there because of the counterfeit engineer and so I think that at C you know it's he's never going to be ams they're never going to be a 700 billion dollar company. But their company that I think his is carved out a niche based on the reputation quality. And putting good product on the table. That I think gives them a leg up in their battle to Amazon despite the small side. Pretty impressive turner an army to collect our company 52 week low of ten bucks and their two cents there up at nearly thirty dollars sharing. The other headline from CNBC says after the run to 3% it looks like ten year treasury. Has topped out and so we take a look at where the a ten year US treasury is right now to two point 94%. This thing might still have a little bit of room to run I know and we got a very calm mud jobs report that says say there's not a lot of inflation and so force. But it's I just IE if you look it's it's not based on data and I deserve all the criticism for not base in the Sunday but I. It feels like there's something calming inflation wise here so why. I'm much I'm not sure Jack and if we have seen a different I know it's only two than two months. And I know there's a lot of other factors going on here but it. I'm not really sure that 3% rate gets any higher until we really start to see some wage growth and I'm just seen it. No you you're you're not seeing the wage growth there's there's no doubt about that. You know you're you're you're not seeing it as robustly as you would think in this situation. I don't know the reason for that. I don't know if it's a flaw in our calculations I don't know what it necessarily is but. We're just not seeing it in those headline government numbers the way you'd expect to and I think as long as that is the case I do think the ten year treasury probably isn't pretty. Pretty good spot right now yeah you know you're you're kind of content saying OK just shy of 3%. If you do see this see if you do see wage growth ticked up in any meaningful fashion if all of a sudden you're back to back months of you know point 4%. Look out the Kaczynski you know again I I think that this thing could get its. This thing get pretty ugly in a hurry as far as how quickly that rate can rise. And I just think it's something that you know investors need to be aware of is that. Who were kind of maintaining this 3%. Ten year treasury even west does the you know fairly calm wage growth right now if it picks up at all. Yeah there's room to run on the. It has been a pretty quick climb to remember back in July 16 we're probably down one point four yeah one point 36. He sees mortgage rates. You know news current mortgage rate thirty year mortgage average I think is four point 58%. Compared to. Couple years ago you were beaten. Down below three and a half so it lets not forget the they have climbed a lot from where they were just hesitating to say they're gonna go a lot higher than this right now. We're gonna take a little bit of a break here and when we come back we got Wall Street watching also talking about why you should invest in a fraudulent business break here on the financial exchange radio network. Like there's something. Show breaking business news news hole. Right here on the financial exchange radio network. Time now for Wall Street watch a look at the market's performance so far today but I don't Berrian jug right here on the financial exchange radio network. It's up for Wall Street watch here and Mike let's start first with that we could shake shack is that right correct they have reported earnings they're notes and adjusted fifteen cents per share. Consensus and it was about half that today exceed revenue estimates and raised their outlook right now the stock opened only 9% is currently up over 22%. This news investors like in this. Also had pandora reporting which. Clearly has been struggling over the years as they face increased competition but. There earnings and revenue did beat the street's forecasts they saw the number you listeners. Listener hours exceeding forecasts as well. And a small decline in revenue. So it's it's interesting you are seeing declines in ad revenue but nonetheless. Some users picking up stock is up. My stocks up 19%. Still up 30% for the year insurance he sighed moving a little bit this morning again definitely still on top spot ways to go to make up lost ground. Start a little bit about their nose they're nose was the blood testing company founded by Elizabeth Holmes that turned out to be well. Not worth anything to publish a blood testing coming out there this. They said that they were going to be able to do all these diagnostic text tests with just one drop of blood with a little pinprick instead of having two well you know draw vials of blood for different tests. And then it turned out that they were actually just conducting these tests on standard equipment because the stuff they built didn't actually work correct and was completely fraudulent and useless. And so what we found now. Is that an awful lot of people lost an awful lot of money here. Oh and kind of happen to a nicer group folks. The there's there's not a whole lot of pity go to around here you're talking about big billionaire families that lost lot of money but bets to vause. Was recently announced they'd been announced in the past that her family invested a fair bit of money but we finally got the details. That failing had invested over about a hundred million dollars yeah. There are no she had the Sam. The Sam Walton family. Had invested. A fair bit. The Mexican tycoon Carlos Slim. A lot of big big investors and I think that's what happened here if you if you read about this story. You initially had a small group of investors. But it was some big big names and then what happened is you know the next round of funding. Everyone said well. I mean if this guys in here then what Reeve we don't need to double check their work they are ready you know they are clearly did the research on this and double check the fact that technology does some than. So if they say it works and we're gonna jump in here for a few hundred million bucks into. Doesn't seem like there's a whole lot to do deals going on that there those areas that those seem to be two words that didn't quite make it the rule will. You know into action unfortunately in this case so my question is what is Elizabeth Holmes still speaking on behalf of this company. I I don't know how she can even come out with a straight face and say the debts. This that that there's anything positive about this company I mean cheat me effectively she's not but even the fact that she says she's the one that's announcing that it is laying off the last 125 employees in closing doors by June. And something else to make these announced any coaching goes from here prison I don't know. After that usual go to prison for. She's she's not to be able to raise money effort and nowhere fast believe that she cannot serve as the CEO publicly traded company for a long time I think that was one of the SEC's judgments youngster so it's. Nowhere fast. Yes she is she's BC's barred from being an officer or director of public company for ten years and quite frankly don't think anyone would even earned run in that role. At this point anyway. Activision Blizzard the yard and the biggest video game maker just one of like the top two. Yep you got Demi got take to an interactive. You get electronic arts and trying to think who else is out there in that space and it causes and a three big ones says it's I guess still on a bit once. No no I'm numb I'm gonna pass on that but that Activision Blizzard coming out and saying hey I would actually got some pretty decent things going on to despite a hick up during trading yesterday where their earnings results were. Mistakenly mistakenly released ahead of time. They're bouncing back up today about sixty bucks a share up a few percentage point. It's yet let's that's let's dive into that mistake a little because it's pretty big ones to Dow Jones. They basically the companies all report earnings to these you know media companies and then there's an embargo on the data going out entail a set time. And Dow Jones not only did they released the data ahead of time but they released a lot of the wrong data to and they released earnings from prior years and really screwed the day up. I believe it's trading was halted on the stock and I'm not. Evidently they halted trading on this and what's what's interesting actually so one of the things and and again this is. It's nerdy I know box. It's making an awful lot of money for these guys so. These guys Activision Blizzard they have launched and OK and you can debate whether or not should be called. But they watched. And they have a total poor prize money 3.5 million dollars this year there's twelve different teams by the way. Okay in this league nine in the US won in South Korea won in the UK and one in China. And this is something to watch because of the book is much as I wanna rip on these people say all other nerds couple of law. It's one of the fastest growing areas Ian. Really in just about any industry out there this. It's something that you have to pay ten I do because I think there's going to be a whole and of growth. Via a U cannot ignore this I mean. It's it I really disagree a lot of different pieces of this you know we had in my here in Boston doing and I mean I'm not shocked I mean a lot of NCAA. We've got a big college town so I feel like that it attracts a lot of younger people that would be inches so that MIT students in all these all these guys are doing. I feel like we should go over the roster for the other Boston uprising which is the you know that's the that that is the Boston entry in the over a lot like the name. And so well. We have do you want you what their real names or the alias is that they play by if I have all of these different pieces here aliases at the gonna make the payments OK so. And they all of numbers by the way too which is great also. So in in let's go just in in numerical order. So we have young Jane know from South Korea plays and the alias gam suit he's the number one player on the team in the his position is tank. I don't know what that means that if you have Stanislav Dan along from Russia. Who plays under the alias mistakes in his number two his position is DPS. OC number two Lucas Meissner from Canada who while plays under the alias notes. That the best alias on yours probably striker who plays under number seven. And that is Nam Joo Kwan from South Korea who was a DPS and he's my favorite player. You know America far away so I mean door guys going back to not ignoring this there are. A number of US universities that are giving in suitably scholarships. For video editors like oh it's amazing. It's it's an incredible shift and really unsure what to make of it I think it's silly. If my school was giving scholarships based on that I would now be donating to its. But it's clearly something new that we have to pay it. You know what I don't like about a lot of these team names. Is that they have these it's is the ones that are coral names so as an example the San Francisco shocked they would you say a lot of shock now lake. I like teams that are actually look where the bulldogs on the Bulldog you know Rhett Butler can't beat the Los Angeles valley rate among valiant. The heck do what you would that I get it just doesn't make any sense so worked on the names a little bit but yet they they got twelve teams in two divisions and it's it's getting to be big time believe it or not I know that a lot of view listening think that this is a joke. This is it to put this in perspective. There was a deal signed. For the rights to broadcast this on twitch which is this online platform to distribute video games. In the deal for two years was worth at least ninety million dollars. So we're talking real money like. This is big money at night I can't say this strongly enough I know what sounds dumb to say that video games are there are getting to this point. It's big money. I wonder I am trying to. Looked up the rights to broadcast certain different being athletic events like I've I know it goes much for much when like the PGA tour when effort went like that. Big bowling event of the year ago mr. goes for I don't know but will dig get up let's take a break right now and when we come back and be joined by Brad clap now from wall plea. Are we talking about. Todd if you are real estate is in a nominee realty trust. Is that going to be protected from the nursing home and also will it avoid probate when you die out most miss understood. Trust I think in the trust world it's not even a trust it and nom and the relationship nominee realizes trust I know but it's not. What I mean by that is. When you put your property into a nominee realty trust folks please go look at who the schedule beneficiaries are that you listed to separate piece of paper attached it fits that children and you gave way to the children you don't even know anymore you'd realize you gave it away because it takes effect immediately not your death which is the difference. And many people think that that doesn't take effect till your death. More importantly if it's. If it was like my wife and I and the schedule beneficiaries as my wife and yeah well that we didn't wondering what's right back in mind game and my wife's name so to your lighting and point it would even aboard probing so why is it being done so. Because lots of times people like auto maybe real estate attorney and they think can help the trust and throat in a realty trust. We use realty trust it's just important. That the schedule of beneficiaries. Is another estate planning trust revolt cobol or read earlier remarkable correct or not a person not your kids not yourself. Break here on the financial exchange radio network. Well we're heading into the busy summer restaurant season for mostly New England area and joining us from wall plea to discuss the speed of their local restaurants for the state of Massachusetts Brad. Plopped out. That's coming on rats or talk to me I'd. It was a little bit surprised by this report tell me what is the busiest month and some of the busiest holiday Easter after local restaurants around here. You know or actually entering the the busiest time of the entire year for restaurants and after he's been so out of five days last year that were spot built it bought warcraft the restaurant. For them I think go to Ohio we can including the number one day of the year which one thing at a mile and Mother's Day so. It's really time to make air restaurant locally in the upbeat bit we were surprised by the refining your including the fact I think a mile or eight year. It's actually the right week they're being nationally but in ineptitude it's really rule the day better than being Patrick's day about our date New Year's Eve the ball above. You know if these stats hold true across the country every day are these four may holidays really. In a big restaurant days and other parts of country is there something specific going on here in Massachusetts that I'm not quite understanding. Yeah there are in good in my out in general we found it better if we expect it's been nationally. Cinco De Mayo if the thirty the bat they have altered our state that year it over the balance paper that would do expect to be higher the hotter bat and bat day. And network say we think that it on Friday last there was happy to be able restaurant this year we expect the it's going to be at the park Saturday which is eating you better vehicle restaurants fail yet Mother's Day nationally by far the number one if he years so. In general we've analyzed you know. Billions of transactions in the prop under about the businesses restaurants in the country. We are Berry little. Great from the even now it probable he Alley restaurant built like a bigger bump in the week and not much that kind of changes that mothers if the point you to step in. Four out of Cutler or go to our restaurant after their period that it's your mother that's definitely not shipped to her behavior that day. And so do restaurants really need compared to be making a whole lot of their annual revenue in this one month that may have what do what portion of these allies restaurant revenues coming just from. Summer sales I guess in particular and you specifically may sales in general. Japanese else. On an annual bait we don't like it here anyway so most. I individual they don't now more than about a half percent. Including Mother's Day or indicate that after he bit. Think go to my house so you don't want to look if we if we whip on this day it's over brought in most cases we either to Africa weekend it's better than and beat there. However if you just look at is that what it take on that day. I think go to bio last year people that dollar more for a bit and they almost one more visitors on that date average day. And it revenue double on that day so if you're looking perch on the arms we got we wanna maximize America. They didn't vote on it. But they're very similar story. 68% increase in the ticket buyer that you were spending like one dollar or hurt a bit. And is in a lot more transactions while they're so. You know you get it up for what if candidates are that the spew rhetoric on the beat the drop where but if not in the world they're what more we hear an eight year. Not for you you are to bring in the ago. You know there's a few under there are terribly surprised right you know July 4 not Gray's restaurant Thanksgiving Day and I agree for restaurants a lot of people at home having cook out Soria big Thanksgiving meal. But the Super Bowl Super Bowl is bring in pretty. Abysmal. Abysmal numbers and the restaurants. Yet restraining Aaron you know it and one of the things that we expected are out there are ample we took the lead in or not the space and back. Lack here are black leader and now there are even better. Cities where they haven't thought about by and he get that lit. Partner fails they'll be a year ago when the secret one or you'd get pretty thick lipped and are dropped on people albeit in the back people acting in a part. After the game there were so Britain this past year it would Beckett opted that people are sick partner Scott Philadelphia. But it further reference built we hear suspect people have parties on the order he haven't from there out of their. Interest and eventually well again thanks coming on discussing a big month for restaurants. Your masters from a man nationwide as Brad pop up from wall with us coming on. It. Pretty you know I was surprised that may would be the biggest month to get Mother's Day. I guess you. And I sell man peoples and finally feel like you're so mean miserable the entire way donor all winter you're fought like it's finally warm out you say. Gee wouldn't be nice if you know we went to that place that has like agreed outdoor seating area who going to be great just you get outside and go somewhere so we're not sitting at home anymore like we have been for the last formal yeah or just you know and get ready for cigarette in my Allen. I think I think that makes it makes a lot of sense from that perspective there so I mean like I can tell you I don't go out to dinner a whole lot. I've been out a couple times in the last week has just been so it's like it and handling it's just an ice now like look at this like we finally made it to the reason why we all of the New England you know it's. Stop some talk us through the six months of the reasons that we don't like to live in but I want talk about this story from the the Wall Street Journal. With regards to was the former CEO of Ticketmaster. And in what he's trying to do in order to. Almost replaced tickets because I find it fascinating. Deal. Is so this is you know. I like any story that wants to try and disrupt to get master's business model because in you know they are the closest thing to a monopoly that we have in this entire country. They hold about 80% of the ticketing market. It's just. Obscene anyway that buys tickets knows how frustrating it is to paid them. On you know unbelievable amount of service charges and things like that. So is the former CEO that served as CEO for four years heavily is stirring up his own company's calling it rival in trying to disrupt the industry. Do a lot of interest in things I don't know that it makes a big dent. Why not. Well how do you you know he is Tom doing some pretty interest in technology solution that protects. That is where its interest yeah. I do what what he's talking about his moving beyond. Basic beyond tickets effectively to the point where. They use facial recognition software in order to just let you go in saying okay we know that we know who you are and you've bought a ticket in great you're going to be able. To go win. The the concern on that front is obviously the Big Brother style you know surveillance potentially. My counterpoint to that is look when you go to sporting event they already know who he wore a second you're walking they. That they're not surprised when Michael Armstrong shows up chair they are at a basketball game but at any other sporting event you know it's it's not a concern for him. I just I think that this also allows for what they wanna do is build a little bit more data as far as. You know who typically goes to these events and things like that I think that it's it's. Eight it's an area that's ripe for competition the question is a mean to Ticketmaster. I don't know how they've been able to get to the size they have without. Antitrust concern MX and mindful and without anti trust I just. Hey he's Tom that's an interesting technology facial recognition is interesting. But how do you break these contracts that Ticketmaster they seem to have such a firm grasp on the industry I think that is the biggest problem is is Ticketmaster is so entrenched. That you do wonder if someone coming in with a better business model. Is enough to actually disrupt I would switch did just about anything if there was competition to Ticketmaster but there's just no. It is there any worse feeling in the world than when you go to try to buy tickets to events and you get that Ticketmaster waiting room saying only. It's busy right now but just wait longer and you tickets will be and then all of a sudden it goes oh year your event sold out. You don't get any tickets. You know we thought you were the first one in there it's. Worst you went in at 10 note 10 o'clock on the dot Brit when they told me too when you couldn't get anything. The Roth conversions a little bit of a mystery for some folks are Mike what are we talking about when we talk about. Roth IRA conversion yes so unlike the traditional 401K or IRA where you receive a tax deduction for putting money into an IRA. The Roth IRA you put regular dollars and you don't receive induction but any of the growth is completely tax free number of advantages there there's no required and distribution and can be uses are really good source of tax free income later in retirement. When you convert in higher to a Roth IRA which are doing is you're taking money out of that traditional account. Putting it into the rock paying the taxes upfront. In order should never pay the taxes on the growth down there. So this is a case where you actually voluntarily decide to pay the tax usually with the idea that you're going to be in a lower tax Prater rather rather a higher tax rate later on. And so this gives the ability to not pay taxes diary later. Absolutely correct so oftentimes people do it in a year which there and lower tax bracket intentionally. But you got to be very careful about when you do it. Folks Roth conversions they can be a little bit Dicey just trying to navigate to different tax brackets and so forth. And so our strong advisory group has put together. A great free guide to give you all the info you need on Roth higher rate conversions. People dropping out of the labor force overall. Not great news on that front. But then you take go to the marketing say gee the Dow's up 200 points the S and p.'s at eighteen NASDAQ is up 81. Who cares about jobs report markets move and upper right traders like a weekend. Alitalia. Chuck not a Mike Armstrong Matt areas here and let's talk Michael little bit about apple is apple just hit the as a new all time high. Just north of a 183. Dollars a share and actually got up to 18365. Largely on the news that Berkshire Hathaway. Bought 75 million shares of apple during the first quarter they now own. Almost 250 million shares of Apple Stock at this point hosts half both close to 5% of the outstanding shares yesterday you put this in perspective. And at this points. They own about 4647. Billion dollars worth of Apple's stock. It's a big chunk that big bat. It's a big chunk pretty much in Buffett you know he was talking this morning he said look I don't care many phones they sell this quarter I think disagreed business for the next ten to twenty years. But you know it's kind of how it looks every business that he buys into year. But this company now worth 920. Billion dollars. Pretty incredible 928. Billion. Dollars. You know we're not without our critiques of the company radio we've been talking for a long time about how we're waiting for apple to diversify out of its iPhone sales but you know what they're starting to. And last I am now without critiques of the company I have I am. And that's why earnings report different I am I am putting a one year moratorium on any criticism about and cut. Just cut just a bit more about that like this every time that I think that something's going wrong there it's not now. It's not it's it's that simple iPhone ten sales. Front himself with the best efforts of the Hendrick so BA yet they've yeah they've sold more iPhone tens and any other phone during that same period aired their services revenue has I think increased twenty some odd percent Stan. Pretty tough critique this cup so it. I'm not gonna say a single bad thing about apple until May fourth of baht 20:19 OK I am going to build a list of the negative things that I want to say in the immediate check that list at the end of the year in some how many of them actually were problems how many of them weren't. But it's I just up and giving up on criticizing apple because. They just they they print money in the last this the company that five years ago was worth a 16070. Billion dollars. They have gone up okay more than three and a half times since then. It like that they have more than tripled. In if you compare that to the S&P 500 by the way I think this is probably good. Good exercise so in the last five years Apple Stock is more than tripled. During that same time the S&P 500 is up 60%. They have outperformed the S&P 500 by 280%. I met somebody the other a few weeks into the biggest company in the air I have met somebody a few weeks ago who has a 690000. Dollar gain on. On apple. And he's been on one share got a 7000 dollar position. It's it's it's knots and it's just it's nuts at this point so the big news coming out today again Berkshire Hathaway bought 75 million Apple's shares. In the first quarter. Don't know if they're going to be adding to that this quarter but. In this stock is up by an additional. It's the three and a quarter percent today just shy of its all time high now one ED 262. Great story here. Regarding would you love to see a great story regarding the kindness of stranger hit if so there was this Brinks truck. That was that was driving down the road is Brinks trucks are known to do you know big armored truck in everything. And where was this Mike you know in Indianapolis this just outside Indianapolis and this this Brinks truck. It. The back door swung open by mistake the guy forgot to lock it or block failed there. You know the Italian job was going on there Ben Affleck from the town was going after this thing I don't know what was happening. But so the back door this truck. We'll open. And it started dumping bags of cash on the highway 600000 dollars in cash according to estimates from Indiana State troopers. So what do people do. Exactly what you'd think they do they started gravity of the cash although ever grabbed the cash trove will let it it you're gonna say they turned it right into the police knew though that they started this sort of our. The great quote and this is from someone who was. Who was you know streaming video of this happening. Says quote one of those bank trucks just dropped all this money and people just came out here. Rick this is just too classic and apparently. This this most of somehow spread on social media because apparently the people who live next to this. Started jumping fences over into the towards the highway in order to grab the cast off the highway go back home. Well I've family from Indiana if you're listening I hope you hope you didn't miss out on this big event yesterday. Pretty exciting stuff. Did did did they know like what they do lake is this can if this is one of those great philosophical questions philosophical moral questions if they Brinks truck blows open on the highway and spill 600000 dollars. Is it theft if you pick up twenty dollars yes. From who would have some dollar bills like fly into your window right what it what if the bill makes its way into your yard gap is it's still that's your own property that's the fast. Of how who'd you turn that into you can't say did you lose a dollar bill in my backyard and has no one did. That make sure I'd I'd. I don't know what you do now seen a number of traffic cams answers definitely there's been pretty hesitant to go just stop carpet and few thousand bucks for extra we're gonna find out this whole thing was staged in under the money was real it is gonna turn out to be says it is fighting corporation are mentally how can you imagine it's not going to be as staying it's gonna be some psychological experiment at Harvard was running on late you know the character of people or something like that to give people their credit you know there's it's pretty tough to. Katie a brink's home security track you when you find out hundred dollar bill on the side of the road thank and I hope some locally to restore. Or at least that's what comes to mind when you see a lot the back Brinks truck count like. Blocked it probably just came from you know BankAmerica. Or block the trial. Yeah Bob yeah I mean some as in fired. But yes so we're apparently all this up money blew out on the highway and then surprised people picked it up. Twitter said it found a a password bug in that you should changes I change my Twitter password immediately after this. Yeah so and we talk about the stories all the time but did basically. Twitter is. Found that it had a bug or storing passwords and they weren't. Basic protected from people stealing and Syria get turner can't go change passer because it's pretty much public information. Which is probably the least of the concerning public information about your purse is about you personally that is out there on the Internet for people to grab what what's amazing. Is just that they think this is kind of one of those basic things that you think. Every big tech company needs to do like oh yeah your password should be encrypted and not available to anyone read they just don't work available so. Not not great from Twitter. But Agassi as you put this in the broad scheme of things this is not the worst thing that's happened from a privacy for right to the last year. I'm glad that it is Twitter and non Bank of America or fidelity right. You know that's that's the good news here Twitter lost their passwords fidelity bank America did NC and out. No the worst thing that happens is everyone knows you know what you're now saying privately about everyone else that you're saying publicly on Twitter anyways so who cares true Republican at the DMZ now. Who is in UDM's man. We're gonna take breaking her when we come back Ian share from us CNET is going to be talking. It into is going to be a standalone app or is it going to be integrated just into the FaceBook interface as it is today. It's going to be hurt they you know it every went they indeed it if we knew we don't know what court. I'm I'd be you know what we stop the greens aren't everything would bet there will be opt in and yet like other eat it if they look. It'll be MP that the and it showed that that part of your base of experience. I'm important thing being made clear with edit it and it's not going to show you your friends there that I bet and it's only going to connect you with other people who have opted. So they'd be right it pretty you know their credit he could but he died self contained in. What's the timeline on this. I wrote the act. We went and you know the whole thing that the ride that a lot of people. At any given out one EB but is it dating or even though fourteen years ago when it started being adequately the that it there. Oh. All we know that it probably and I'm I'm I'm tired and the companies being very careful. Bull and analytic that he has made them make you know double check a lot of work make sure that there. Keeping everything that they've been a pain. One of the things are bad or bad or is he a big screen out that things like eat that. That they built it with credit he purity. There trying to make sure that they go there. Now all of these other dating apps whether you're talking Tinder and neo I don't even know what they are because I'm married and have a bin on one of these but. All these other apps they they use Facebook's API and a lot of cases to pull the data and connect you with your friends and then friends of friends from FaceBook. How much does this hurt those businesses potentially. Yet there that the directly one of the a topic that going around that about it right now I the idea that made. It's been very much you're right the company acting under that broke. And now it earned it and created editor I'd rather. Oh man I'm dot right. Rot them when he. Accurate and may I. Wanna speak clearly making a bet that. They would likely offer free. He's going to be able roll over like the patient and that they're pretty out of them that I you know when you are would be able to be here. Looking at the of the potential target market for them is there any particular niche that they're going after I know there's there's a lot of these niche dating sites that have popped up in recent years or is this going to be more. Broad based. So. It made a very rugby. In being kind. You know Iraq the firm morally. Or there are ample. There it there in BP and obviously use it here or there or get an open relationship that's Martin struggle you know being. And I really and and usual. I think they'd be going after the active. What you would call again lacked a bit error relate. And there are going to be in the debt being changed. And what they're probably be back if they make it being dead is valuable and it would and a lot of it. Argued Ian thank you very much for the time we appreciate it today. In share from CNET talking about Facebook's dating out. I feel so disconnected from this world at this point. Bit like I I don't know if this is going to be successful and I am I have no idea here's the I mean here's a good hand take a look at that some match group ticker symbol and TCH. IAC. Yeah I AC interactive corps owns a whole lot of those different dating web sites like ten there senator. So match group. Is trading at 47 and twelve cents on Monday down now to 3520. IAC. Was trading at 162 on Monday currently down at 13150s. So. Whether or not they make a big dance I think they could. And we'll see you know they've been losing a lot of the younger audience. A lot more Facebook's growth has been coming from a racing is going to be a senior dating app could be I mean very well may be. Enters. Mike was an Olympic cooling in some housing markets right now and these are some mayors that had been pretty hot recently and I think it has some people wondering. And we've reached a peak housing in parts of the country this. He had a deal might be surprised if you're out they're looking for home right now or does seem pretty unaffordable but. Hey inventories tight and prices have risen significantly in the last several years to produce and be cooling big areas have seen some cooling San Antonio Austin Honolulu. Parts in New Jersey Wisconsin and California Texas. You're not seeing any New England area is on this list though. The text what's going downers are strange too meek as you know Austin and San Antonio have been so hot recently have you know Houston and Dallas have had a lot of growth as well. Denver I think what's interesting about the Denver area in Colorado in general. You go back ten years ago Colorado was thought of it was one of those affordable places O'Grady you know I can move there there's all this open space to thwart what can buy great house there. Colorado has become shockingly unaffordable in recent. Years yeah stated date not everywhere but in specific areas yeah I mean the Denver area the boulder very very expensive now. You know you will see I think there's still more room. For prices to go up here there's just so little inventory out on the markets now that I don't see how prices. Don't continued to increase the U wanna talk about a state where you are seeing a bunch of people leaving the state because I think largely the prices are just so high. California. Just continues see this net exists. As as far as you know people moving out of the state. At this point the estimates for 2016. They saw somewhere in the range of eight net. Of about 45000. People leave the state primarily people making less than 50000 dollars ears because they can't afford to live there. Yeah it's it's pretty interesting scenario it's gonna play out for California showed in the ten year period from 06 to sixteen. A net million people moved out of the state of California and you point out it's lower income workers. One is California gonna do to find bus drivers to find it fast food workers there's there's nobody that's going to be there to take those jobs. It's in. And in California right now what you have developing as this very. This split society than us eight try to get the sense it's almost a microcosm of what we're seeing in the United States where. You of these pockets where you've got San Francisco and the Bay Area and then you've got Los Angeles that are very wealthy and you know. Very well often in general. And then you go out to you know the the value and so forth and in some of these areas that are out towards the desert. And the level of properties is kind of shocking if you drive through it to be completely honest so I I don't know what they necessarily do. It to stem this because there's there's not a lot that you can't I mean did did the cost or high to begin with there the taxes are high it seats. It's not in affordable place to live by any measure now. Gorgeous but not before it's beautiful and the other things so I have a good buddy lives out in California went out to visit him once. And you know we're we're talking and he's like yeah you know I've I've got an early morning meeting but we can you know go to the beach after then hang in your dual serpent. I agree what times early morning meeting 1030. It. Excuse if you think 1030s and early morning meeting. What is going out this is why California is the way it is it is 1030 is thought of as Arriaga at this early meeting to deal with the and I can go surfing habits and don't worry that we can go surfing because days over the man don't worry about it it's gonna be all right. We're gonna take a break here we come back we're gonna dress the the critical problem for the the fast food restaurants these days. Bury our strong here and I'm joined by Todd let's keep from the law firm Cushing in dole and we're talking about something that sounds pretty basic. But how do you how should you hold your real estate tadic your real estate is in any nominee realty trust. Is that going to be protected from the nursing home and also will it avoid probate when you dot. GAAP most miss understood. Trust I think in the trust world it's not even a trust it and nom and the relationship nominee realize distrust I know but it's not. What I mean by that is. When you put your property into a nominee realty trust folks please go look at who the schedule beneficiaries are that you listed to separate piece of paper attached it fits the children and you gave way to the children. You don't even know anymore you'd realize you gave it away because it takes effect immediately not your death which is the difference and many people think that that doesn't take effect till your death. More importantly if it's. If it was like my wife and I and then the schedule beneficiaries as my wife and yeah well that we didn't do anything right back in mind game and my wife's name so to your lighting and point it would even aboard probing so why is it being done so because lots of times people like Ottawa maybe real estate attorney and they think can help the trust in the throat and a realty trust. Now we used realty trust it's just important that the schedule beneficiaries. Is another state planning trust revolt cobol or read error your remarkable correct or not a person not your kids not yourself please look that up if you've got one of these. You know it sounds pretty basic how should you own your real state but he gets complex as you get older call Cushing handle and and receive their brand new guide. Our trivia question last segment was in what year of the founding of snapshot takes place the answers 2011. Who at the ready answer might. Stephen from Newton had the first straight answer is when a fifty dollar gift cards and obvious obvious is five locations in the Boston area including their newest location in Braintree. Poster next special event of the obvious visit www. Obvious dot com for menu information and reservations. Michael was the the first job be different. Making photocopies in my father's office. Now what about you porn off Dunkin' Donuts. Serving. Aaliyah. I was a cashier's Stop & Shop. Problem is what wind here is no question when you get your first job like. 28. If fifteen. Matt the end of pressuring your high school I was bitten up I think I was fifteen to get you more permanent OK you know here you reopen. The problem is that you don't have as many teenage in the workforce right now it's really hurting a lot of these entry level jobs because those people who typically fill them. Yeah and my question is Britney gal. So I think there's two answers to this number one is snapshot. There that if there. They're using yet there they just hang out and doing new technology stuff in this not trying to sound as old as possible what I'm doing technology stuff. I think that part of it is technology is pulled kids away from doing things in the real world I think there's a real case to be made there. A big part those also. A lot of kids and their parents now view instead of getting a job during the summer on weekends. They do other things to continue their education they go to computer coding camps they go and take SAT prep courses they go into all these different things on the grieving getting. You intern ships in white collar jobs where they previously wouldn't have. Had access to those back you know twenty years ago yeah so I think those are kind of the big things that we're seeing now. But the problem is you just don't have as many kids in the labor force these days. As you did even as recently as ten years ago now. Rather than just take a look at these numbers in 2045%. Of people between sixteen and nineteen at a job today's thirty. A big big big drop off. I don't think that explains everything about the labor shortage in you know the fast food industry but. It's a big chunk those were minimum wage jobs that give it had no problem picking up during the summer. Don't in and look I just I remember when I first got mine I worked weekends at Stop & Shop and and I thought it was cool that I this money is spent and an 88 bucks an hour on Saturday and twelve on Sunday is mandatory overtime laws in Massachusetts. It was coming at the weekend with you know 10140 bucks and experts I was like I got all this money to do all kinds of things maybe I'll buy a house and you know obviously didn't work out like that but. It was. I thought it was one of the best things happen to me because I kind of learned. OK if I actually go and do work somewhere. I'm going to be able to go and then I things with the money that I was. If if you have a fifteen to eighteen year old kid right now and give us issues attacks that 63566. Are they working if not what are they doing for the summer curious very care system. What that general stats services. Wal-Mart apparently looks to be coasters solidifying. A a fifteen billion dollar deal for a majority stake in enough foot car which is an Indian e-commerce business yet been pretty. Highly publicized Amazon big competitor to Amazon in India. Wal mart's. Making sense they're making some gains there at sounds like Google also wants them get in on the deal is. For me is just hey we wonder if we can do you know. Pushing Amazon a little bit you get is Google's position on your. You know it's a good move for both Wal-Mart and Google I can see why it makes sense my big question is can they take anything they're doing in India and apply to the United States because that's the big market for. Yeah I don't know that there's necessarily a whole lot that they can glean from this bird you know using in the United States just as the Indian market is so different is ours. You know how it operates in buying habits and things like that. Place I think it's a key market for them to get into just because I growth there and Wal-Mart right now does. Have a true growth engine is it gives them the potential. Elected to work to build one alongside the car so I think it's big for them on that for. Yeah it's pretty inched and if you're a landlord a property manager I'm sure you've heard us talk about he ran down leader banks tremendous online rent collection program Mercedes tell you now about their brand new product called easy deposit this is another free program would streamline the opening of tenant security deposits accounts through totally digital experience. Member FDIC leader bank a step ahead. So I found this. This great article on the Wall Street Journal talking about. The biggest crowd funding campaigns of all time. Eight and what actually happened to the companies that raised all this money on. If these different crowd funding platforms whether it's go fund me year kick starter and all these things like that. You have all these different companies that you know raised in some cases multiple millions of dollars. And then no one really knows what happened to them in a lot of cases and so the biggest one that you have here. Was the pebble Smart watch and they raised north of twenty million dollars overeat 32 day period from 78000 people on kick starter. And not much came with a nail. They sold two million watches and that's pretty much it. Date the a lot of these words just poorly pour you know it's it's. You watch these videos of these inspiring ideas for companies in the case of public and they sold a little bit of their technology to fit bed and that it hasn't done anything with that at this point. But in this is not traditionally how companies. You know earn their money and get. Start up funding it because there's no way to do due diligence knowing your raising money on one of these web sites and he can't go look. At the technology behind this watch and say oh yeah they've actually done their act testing and oh. There their supply chain is gonna work in their meal that you produced this thing for less than the price that to try to sell it for. I will say one of these. Items here is actually pretty awesome it's called the coolest cooler and have you seen was also a failure but I've actually seen one in purse got I have a buddy you actually end of getting one's of the coolest cooler. It was designed pretty much be quote a portable party. And so it had a blender that was built into it. It had Bluetooth speakers and is it pretty much was you know built for the college kid who's looking to have a good time on the beach. And I saw one of these. In greater Blake I think the guy got like two years later than he was supposed to or something like that and the it didn't quite well in the blender was all raid but not great shocker. But I gotta say I was impressed just by the fat like it's a. IdeaPad slate and everything you need for beach parties right there yeah. And I it's been interesting that you when it when they changed the rules around these start up funding because this used to not be allowed. I don't know who. Sixteen maybe. Before that for some reason to get thirteen or fourteen and I'm not sure it's very used to be that you could not invest equity into these new start up companies. Move in unless you're of a special qualified investor with a lot of income a lot of assets and now they've opened the doors. The problem is I think you're also gonna see a lot more. Failed businesses that people stupidly invest money in and don't do their due diligence. And via shocker you don't need to money back. One of the other few companies that actually seem to be successful here was just date card based. Game called exploding kittens which isn't what it sounds like it it sounds awful. But it was you know kind of it looks like it's a game similar to. I don't know what I would compare it to necessarily. It can maybe like who know or something like that but. With kittens I'd I'd better exploding I don't quite know. But they actually say that they have seen 50%. Sales growth in each of the past three years and they're actually profitable this point so you do get some success stories that come out of this few and far between but there's a lot of noise and a lot of stuff that just ends up not working out. When it's all said and done. Also some news today coming out of Anheuser-Busch they have ordered 800. Get this hydrogen powered semi trucks from my Tesla is rival called ironically enough they cola which was test was first name Nikola Tesla. Yeah I mean it clearly there's demand for alternatively fueled semi trucks. And test was come out with some blueprint for an idea I don't know how much further nickel is. In front of Tesla but Tesla seems like they are aways away from having electric powered truck. Well I'll tell you I'm on semis. It's one area where hydrogen powered fuel cells could actually makes sense because the knock on batteries if you're trying to transport cargo was the batteries add weight. And that's weight that you can't been used for cargo. Was fuel cells you can obviously have to be much lighter and so doesn't chew up as much that gross vehicle weight you Maxine out right and so it gives you the ability. To fit as much or more cargo potentially so I think this is going to be interesting too was see how this battle plays out it might be a case where. For a long haul trucking hydrogen might end up being the fuel of choice whereas for commuter vehicles it could be electric vehicles in the future you might have different Irish times. And it just Tesla as long range shots at their designed to go 500 miles at the most wears these tides and sharks are talking about. On the high and up to 12100 miles to more than double the long haul. We're gonna take a break down when we come back polar Monica from CNN money's gonna join us. Or difficult the stock he climbed. If they can't give you back on track has been there from be beatable. If one of the worst four overs India. To yours. Looking at these companies I know that Nike's had a bunch of top executives. That have either had to leave you've been been forced out. Or voluntarily of left in the last six months it would seem to be there's some opportunity for both these companies to it to fill the shoes as far as. I say it remains to be seen. It may have overreacted a little bits and sites. They've they've got a big turnaround to go where they do I think. What's interesting is just seen how some of these brands are able to reinvent themselves over time. I'll give an example to converse brand and almost died out at one point it seemed like it was on its last legs and all of a sudden. You come back and you say okay they they've been able to reinvent themselves somewhat. In the last four to five years and and really did turn themselves around pretty significantly. It's it's been a a major change. Part of that has to do with the fact that. Do they ended up under the the Nike brand since 2003 and I think that's helped distribution and marketing and so forced. But it's it's been big for them to you know find a way to reinvent themselves you wonder you know with under armour. I think they have a reputation at a certain it's it to a certain extent of being. I think lower quality somewhere maybe that is looked a little bit lower quality to me and I wonder if that's something that hurts them potentially. It's again I think they have some work to do as far as figuring out what they want their niche to be just because I don't know if they. I don't know they really have anything that's overly unique it this. He had enough they've really founded. Rules the do Internet you know a lot of the all these other brands do really heavy international sales. Under armour is just the opposite.
