Stay informed and up today about economic and market trends plus get breaking business news every day. And now the financial exchange with the Barry Armstrong and chuck Exxon. Is Amazon coming to Boston we don't know the answer that but you know that they are expanding their operations in Austin. British Petroleum profiting. Well there's profits are up 71%. As a result of increased oil prices. And then finally we'll have a conversation about Anna this has it in the news once again hi everybody it's Barry and John Moody with you here on a Tuesday morning where. We have an announcement an official announcement. Amazon has announced a major expansion in Boston yet this is one that was a widely expected and rumored. But it is now official 2000 high tech jobs will be coming to seaports square. They'll be developing Alexa activated technology cloud computing robotics. 430000. Square foot building in seaports where will be home. They'll have that under wraps the whole building. In security will be tight as a lot of secrets no question about that this is or a lot of their kind of high tech bringing stuff will be done. We should point out and Amazon's a very big company and they do a lot of jobs one of these other real technology oriented jobs highly paid. These loans are highly paid now of the 50000. And eventually could come somewhere. Not all of those will be the highest paid and to be honest with the Amazon does not pay nearly as much as Google and FaceBook does top to bottom. But these jobs will be high paid jobs. And it is this vindication of the Amazon will be coming here is their headquarters. Whole other separate issue but boy things are looking pretty good quality it also have an option on the space right next door to do another 2000 employees. It's Friday the you know there. They're keeping their options open a lot of people are the opinion on that because of this announcement means we are not getting too. I am almost in that camp because it looks like there's all kinds of good news coming out here for Boston. We talk about 2000 jobs here 2000 jobs there were we talking about a much bigger need for Amazon then. And my big issue is I just wonder if this housing market. Can he handle a company of this size coming to town to what extent this is gonna create a crisis in terms of rental housing which is already a problem remembered and the cost of living apart as 85000 dollar your job somewhat remote side by got to come the Boston. The thing to remember is the jobs don't all come overnight that they're making a big deal about this 2000 job location purity have 12100 jobs right they're just moving them from Kendall Square. Or to the seaport. So it's really a net gain of 800 OK and then if they do the building next door could be a couple thousand. You're erecting Boston has the advantage for this type of job if you're recruiting (%expletive) out of him like T. Where wears it more likely go they're gonna wanna go to Seattle. Maybe but probably okay oh of these 2000 jobs but for the 50000 jobs and I'm not sure you need MIT kids in how much are they paying enough to attract. MIT kids seeking to get out of the 30000 job that the gonna be getting it does not pay as much you think that they're not even in the ballpark of Google or FaceBook so. Every and is putting their warehouse just disease are going to be it's not going to be warehouse and talk about headquartered jobs that do not involve positions like this. I mean you're going to be talking obviously a 1002003000. Highly paid very highly paid jobs what you get in a dig deeper into that I think you're not that's are we talking about super high paying jobs. In a very high cost of living area however the one thing we have going forces are competition. If it works it's so Washington DC is worse now Austin, Texas is not an tax yeah I'd I'd doubt that. And how they've been the rumors they well having in the rumors but Tucker think about it here again you're trying to recruit. You try to go east yet you're you're trying to go east idol Steven going to Texas I don't see them even go to Virginia I didn't know this but. Virginia. Has. A policy. Where gay couples are not allowed to get merry. And as Els one of his big issues he he needed billions of dollars that the game bear claws. I don't see it I think Virginia take them off the list well so then you talk about Maryland vs Boston anyway and DC. Only about DC on a room talker. Well that that's reduced the Northern Virginia which is really effectively DC yeah it's they're not going to Virginia what you say that the candidates both Bada which is a pretty good betting site that. Is very good at this. They put northern Virginian number one followed by Austin number two in Boston number three Atlanta four and they say. Toronto was gaining popular Toronto has very highly educated. Citizen yet to state city it's of huge city yup and it's a beautiful city there education system if you look. And the high school graduate. Out of Ontario mean you compare them they're gonna compare with kids come and Massachusetts Connecticut and Vermont. They're very well educated public school system in in Canada. Is very strong particularly. In Toronto and then they have. Huge university system right around this so they are very. Strong Hong competitor don't put trial they'll take off the list just because it's a candidate in look I know the eastern argument about Amazon bought. If I'm Jeff basis. And I have a chance to go to push to an education Austin is an education city. Pretty much everybody there is a college graduate. Austin yes. It's well it's where the university of texas' everybody good schools and and it is it is culturally. Not what you think about moving to Texas it is much more common in Cambridge Massachusetts. It's as far as education goes I would put it number one. Per capita when you do with the entire city because the whole city ultra Boston over all come because Boston has fixed oh watched those poor people Boston is working class Austin is a almost homogeneous. Highly educated college town from. And the cost of living is very low and going out there downtown has been revitalized. And again if I'm talking about the pace of the 3000 highest paid people talk about the the 50000 to forty I got its make and 75 grand a year he can live better in your theory in Austin, Texas three times better. Audits and I and I know I I know that it's not a sexy is Boston Washington DC but his luck or report what about it went also also leave the state tax free you know what about Atlanta. Another great choice which route which again level lower cost of living I don't consider it meant to education wise to be either Boston or Boston but. Lower cost of living and pitcher in the east. Now we'll see you know time will tell we're probably gonna know sometime this summer but the oddsmakers say Boston is in the top story. So I'm pulling for boss I and a well a lot of people are are a little there's a lot of people of Austin that are post. Take it to your point too much traffic driving around the city of Boston is just a nightmare. EEV they're gonna have to make massive transformations tour public's public transportation. We have ignored the housing crisis for many years would it not be ironic. If that is what causes Amazon to say you know what. Boston was our first choice but there's nowhere to put the people. They can get they can get around. The house until you just open up land to make the permit memory where's the win okay without that that's it everybody are better they get that 180 acre site burger. Servers in literate there are no problem or just Roman emperor. And all city and 180 acres snobs owning is only made the proper forum one networks and their is that a major problem. British Petroleum. You know me a lot of us have been griping Tucker myself included been griping. Absolutely griping about the high price of gasoline but I will tell you talker. I own shares of BP if so unhappy about it but I know I decided a book at the super. Stocks trading at 44 dollars a share my dividend on BP I is point five point 3% but based on what I paid for it did and my dividend seven or 8% based paid for guess is picking up lunch today mr. Actually I don't PP tunes via we'll take a little dance here first quarter production was up three point seven million barrels per day. Up 6% a year or so you know BC BP C Boston golf BP is really meant to get here because they're they're doing more production. And they're getting more per barrels to a lot better than excellent gaelic yeah I noticed that. Exxon has diversified and their their production was not up as much as expected. So acts as having some growing pains here they've reached a point where profitability is real challenging BP is a pure play here though. And despite the ongoing fuel spill payouts which still are a lot of money. BP earned 2.5 eight billion dollars could do better than expected good news for a BP and partners for us to Cheryl the stocks on. Forty cents last amateur. And a lot of that Barry is because the stock has run up in anticipated that he knew this. It's done better because well is gone and it's it's done while in concert with that is trading right at year highs so. It's not the good old days like before a month up and for the last year it's now turning its your mind. CNBC is reporting that the trump administration has have found a new way to crack down on legal. Wheat and in this case the agency has tightened its lending rules to prohibit banks from using SBA backed loans. To finance and business as direct interaction with the marijuana industry says the problem. That is going to complicate. A lot of matters for a lot of these fledgling companies that need access to capital. In a business that really doesn't have that much track record. That needs that start up capital so this is a major obstacle. Sure it is a if you talk to people in this in this industry. The the one company unfamiliar with intimately familiar. They've raised about forty million dollars in there in there in Massachusetts. Biggest expense they have lose their growth facility because inhabit their own growth facility right in the three stores. And it's all private equity money. There there's so much. Private equity and hedge fund money chasing mr. Allen they don't need a day at the moment because where these companies ran into trouble. Is they'll say well remember we talked to the mayor polio and he was very happy to have candidates companies. You know come in and transformed those buildings those landlords can't get a mortgage. On that building. Even before with the drug administration's. We couldn't get a mortgage on the building. If they took care of this company facility campus companies are deficit problem will get. Private equity at 14%. And we'll build it ourselves in their common and he needs the and the impact it's having on tax revenues in on the economy. Mean Colorado won at first it's coming out of the recession. Except there's now pushed back in of all places Colorado where you at which is not much fun haven't everybody stone will pick I mean that via confidential survey was done recently by the state and they found out that 70%. Of coloradans who use marijuana admitted that they went out and drove. While they were under the influence. What's I think even more troubling 21%. Of the population. Believe that people are better drivers when their stoned. Then when they're not 21%. Think you are better off driving stoned. I think there's cultural battle going on here but he is it's still popular. In cholera could they vote to repeal if you think they can get the votes there is an effort to repeal would end that effort is more popular I don't think it would succeed but it would get a lot more votes than would have a year. The nationally the numbers have really. Gone in favor of legalizing it and it is 64%. Of adults America in 64%. Of Americans according to Gallup fee for federal legalization including jail on a majority of Republicans. Again it comes at libertarian issue. And this is a difficult issue because those of us who support libertarian views on Wednesday night that you and I both a concur with crime I've voted libertarian many times but at the same time libertarians believe that your rights do and the tip of my notes that a libertarian would also argue that your rights should be substantially curtailed on roads that you share with me. That's where this becomes an issue I don't think anybody ran well a lot of people would not so opposed. Your right to smoke pot okay. We're becomes a problem is when 70% of coloradans who used the stuff admit that they then throw them. Then we realize there is no way to detect in impaired driver. When using this particular substance that technology does not exist then on top of that one out of five people who were driving stoned. Are of the opinion that they are better drivers because they're stoned. This is moving beyond literature. This is going down to I don't I'm on the road and I don't want you to kill me just like in a way to punch in the nose. Well back in the day you know under her breath liars as background alcohol also I think that technology can be invented in terms of Canada some in detecting that absolutely absolutely it actually doesn't exist it's just very expensive it's like 400 bucks to do test. All new area I mean after they've got to be federally illegal and I'm for that they need to do that. Do you think candidates should be legalized on a federal level we know in Massachusetts they voted in favor of it. We know in Maine people voted in favor of legalizing. Cannibals do you think it should be legalized under federal you can text us if you like or text number 63566. But we do have that as our poll question. Unaffiliated hi everybody it's Barry Armstrong and Jake two Lian we're talking about a program called Z rent. Now this is specifically. Designed for those of you who weren't landlords and used to collector checks with paper checks are gosh maybe still do. Will zero rent allows you to collect checks electronically. Jail is hoping he could spend a little bit of time explaining how Z rat works and why it's a big advantage for landlords. Absolutely vary so we we develops he rained two out of me to Holdren the else because right now. You know with the landlord when you're getting rain checks. It's low it's unpredictable. You're missing envelope the great line mostly waiting human neck get all the rent until the tenth or fifteenth of the month furthermore if your landlord on vacation in your renting your notebooks you know to what he does is it really teach bill. It makes the rent electronic payments and allows for roomy cheering for multiple roommates and apartments that's great if you're renting out to college student salute. It's predictable it comes at the same time every month and it's all on me. So the landlords who have been using assisting huge time savings and ointment you are you still giving the first six months free for landlords the first six months or free and then in addition to that. The financial exchange for Barry and chuck is alive on FaceBook and YouTube every morning beginning at ten. This is the financial exchange radio network yeah. 61%. Of our audience thinks it can of this should be legalized on a federal level that's according to a poll which is taking place. It by mutual exchange showed dot com I think that time and I'm surprises that I think Tucker that number will come out weighed down. During the course of that. I agree. Nursing schools are rejecting thousands of applicants. In the middle of a nursing shortage. We we are going to have. A dramatic nursing shortage in about another five years 'cause a lot of the current nurses John are retiring there retiring and we need more of them and so it's a dual problem. We're gonna meet about one million more nurses and just the next four years. We already have a nursing shortage it's going to get worse. The problem here is. The nursing schools already filled up now so we need a lot more nurses. A lot of people wanna become nurses. So it's not even a matter so why don't resources. That respond to the laws of supply and demand a figure amount I'd call yeah. Great idea beautiful campus great city. Why didn't they disabled rather than closing the school and selling it to UMass when we convert our school when they do this ten years ago. And converted exclusively to a nursing school. Great idea and this is a matter of you know trying to match the needs. Of society now with the educational since the long term mean is there like we're gonna have a a need for nurses for the next five years aware of the need for nurses for the next fifty years yet and you know its own wanting to say we need computer programmers will redo but maybe ten years or that we won't know. People are still gonna get sick people are still gonna go to the hospital. People gonna still require nurses so you're at this is this is a long term need. We see the population growth we we see that that the baby boom generation is gonna be followed by an even larger millennial generation are. As a whole Lotta people who need care and gonna gets. Plus we we we know that we're gonna have a need for nurses and again we're gonna have one million more is our need for the next four years you know the the good thing to remember. News date we we've got exactly the opposite of what it should be the average salary of a nurse practitioner. Is 97000. Bucks a year that's that's their base pay 97000 bucks a year where the professors make 78000. Year. So why the heck are you gonna become a professor your your successful nurse at Mass. General and Brigham Yale where. And you're gonna take a pay cut to go and teach I don't think so yet and as a nurse practitioner there's all kinds upside because increasingly. They are becoming primary care doctors might doctor is a is a nurse practitioner yeah primary care doctor and she's fantastic. And I just think about what the potential for terrorism she's young what her future's going to be it's be fantastic net fee and they started to teach radar she's if she's. A PA or nurse practitioner she's making a 160 grand a year yeah. She gonna teach while witchy. In Italy and and that's the the that's the part you know the colleges need to wise and right knee it would year's state school or private institution. See a lot of these private colleges trucks talked about it in the past are gonna go. By the wayside because they don't respond. To market demand rapidly enough. This is something yeah fortunately. It's too late for mount Ida. But they could've done this 510 years ago right. And being a thriving institution. The schools are turning away yet qualified applicants who can they pay full price this may change because this is such a sea change. And involves a profession that we know he's here to stay. I think you see more colleges expand their nursing programs. Time now for Wall Street watch a look at the market's performance so far today but I don't Berrian jug right here on the financial exchange radio network. It is time for Wall Street watch joining us now Mike Armstrong might kind of a rough and tumble start to Wall Street today you talk about tapestry. And under armour what do they haven't gone. Yes so. Both retail coming tapestry the former coach they'd count codes that Kate Spade is well and day gossip pretty rough sales numbers. Contact sales were down 12% and 9%. Respectively. A basically just production delays. And all sorts of really she's the then margins improved a little bit. Nonetheless the stock is down nearly seven bucks over 12% this. And as far as under armor again there is is it a challenging retail environment for them I know Nike obviously is tough competitor. Yeah it is drivers in a lot of pressure of the last few years they have had a couple of you good quarters. But they report basically break even quarter. For the first of this year and analysts have been expecting you know fair bit. More their revenue is okay. International seas we do well but nonetheless the stock down close to 3% on. Yeah I'll ever be is in the news what's going on with every. So Abby had previously announced that they're going to be doing stock got tender offer on their shares about seven and a half billion dollars they're buying and purchasing back. They finally announced the details and they've purchasing back that amount between 99 and it's fourteen dollars a share. On Monday's stock closed about 9655. And based on this news that. About six dollars right now six and a half percent. Are written down by 241 right now Mike but they're probably not as bad a day is it looks and those PS and nowhere near as far down and and and the nasdaq's actually apps are kind of a mixed thing. They stay still in the thick of earnings season and if we continue to see this. Concern in the market that even though we're seeing record breaking earnings that question is how much better can they get that. And you grow. Is peak earnings the issue that is that is the great debate right now Mike Armstrong thank you very much that report. Tucker 61% of our audience thinks that candidates should be legalized on federal debt amend that camp as well. The financial exchange showed up out of a couple good Texas two and seven says. If they legalize it your auto insurance rates should be significantly. Higher if your putts fine. Find what appeared alcohol drinker. Same thing right there it when they already have you get a DWY yeah the culture and now you're you're look in that insurance rates that will knock your socks too that really is the issue though I mean at that at the end of the day with your pot user were not mean you're sharing the road with other people one that's that the problem is ever he's in favor of her at 61% of our listeners or favorite it. Until their son or grandchild gets hit by stoned driver and then detonate and they you know. Then they'll be his back she doesn't deserted boost drivers out there are sorts of differences differences the boos drivers we have a way of cracking down on that if I if I suspect in the area and that's a cabbie guide news you know you need to have some sort of a THE testing mechanism right drivers on the road and you can really. Sense if somebody's driving under the influence because of the car reeks to high hell but you can't prove it. Sure and it has created smoke outside the car and then give and take a president and he can't he could never tell I guess culturally the thing that concerns me is that one out of five of those people believe that by smoking their better drivers I don't know. I would suspect that if we pulled over a bunch of drunk drivers. That one out of five would not say drinking makes me a better driver I just think to some culture better dancer. Russia that are lover if. Yeah well that's the bread and if you heard everything. Three generals doing your style under draconian at the youth they if you are. That's a good point there gonna you ever been to a wedding. Now you have a lot of people think they're good dancer and they're not or some of us might actually debts because of the center for all we for the some confusion as it relates to home equity loans can use still deduct. The interest payment on home equity line of credit or on a home equity loan let's talk about because it's not black and white. This is confusing at first we thought no you can't do what guess what you still can deduct interest on home equity loans pence we use it if it's to improve your property or. Is this to Barry if it's to improve your vacation home. If you're and if you're doing it to invest in improving your property or properties. It is deductible. So that's good news is a lot of people do use it to. You'll get a new roof to Bridget do is use it he can't deducted using it to pay tuition. Using it to by boat using it by car those are non deductible and if you think about it. It's bringing this in line with what it was intended to before might be better for in terms of behavior partly due we might look back at this law change twenty years from now. Kind of like we do with credit card interest member right here you know are old enough to remember. Back in the eighties he used to be able to deduct the interest on your car alone get in on your credit cards right they eliminated that actually I don't think our behavior change affected. I didn't change as much its July utterly changed at all not any good it may have gotten worse even though it was non deductible what this does is it really brings home equity loans back to what they were intended for right. To improve your home equity. Right to do about improvements in your house sort of novel approach I know what debates about it. Because it just people will be actually they're being less underwater homes because of somebody spends a hundred grand on the home equity lines credit. The and he used to improve our whole grateful that home that he. Are you thinking about transferring your whole your children in order to protect it from the nursing I'll. Did you know that if you do you put it at risk for your children's creditors including future divorces. This is very Armstrong do you really want to write a check to your former son or daughter in law just the buyback your own home. Not only does transferring the property your home at risk but it can also create a huge capital gains tax when they go to sell. Right now the federal capital gains tax rate can be as high as 23 point 8%. And that's in addition to your state taxes or better way east new rules state that can protect it from the nursing home. Got scammed by hackers and had to pay 101000. Dollar. Bribe effective they paid 101000 dollars in bitcoin in Iraq in ransom in ransom and you know the sad reality is that this happens quite frequently. And the recommendation. By many people including oftentimes law enforcement is. Go ahead and pay the ransom he's been he's that it's a lot easier in here's what's really amazing. Bitcoin has become the currency for underground transactions so I don't we talked about we've had people murder you using right Dick going to use your payment and is one of the arguments against bitcoin. Is it has become the currency for people who are shady operators has a lot of other applications to what happened in laments. I mean it sounds like these hackers got in basically shut them down it happened in other big cities to litigate this isn't the first Atlanta. There entire computer system was down for six days in mark because Packers and they also had paid extortion and this could happen to you. And it happens frequently happens to a lot of individuals is now happening to municipalities. It's happening to airports now and what happens is you there's a quote unquote. Legitimate operation. Of people is like a whole industry of people who were hacking now and all oversees all over allegedly allegedly right. But they operate probably sing her way legitimate businesses operate they have customer service operations. They will have a person you contact. They will take care of your issue and you know what if they Hackett do you. And you said the with the point. They will call you back to make sure mr. Armstrong are you happy with your computer now that in my wife we we just wanna check back to make sure everything's okay they acted doer Yahoo!. Or mail account. And there are quite polite but they did and it extortion and she refused to pay. Well what they've if you get upper count is and it's a major inconvenience when you lose an email gala that the big problem for many people keeping their account is important and what they're doing is they're coming up with a ransom. That's modest enough now. To make it worthwhile to pay. It's in this case is 101000 dollars which is a lot for limits for let mr. it's it's as a lot of money but the priority while you notice a municipality. But that's cheaper than reprogramming. Its much cheaper than that but if they hack into your account and they're gonna want like 399 dollars. And you're gonna call the cops and they're gonna say. You know what. I hate doing this is send them the darn 39 terrible at at at and here's a bit we'll take care of it. Your program your your computer will work beautifully and I think just yet it is sad that it misses become an industry. And it's become acceptable behavior of law enforcement telling you. EF BI says he's going to be payment. And if I wonder who's in on it don't they like singers if they'll say well it's a Chinese. You know. But they and it does everyone hate it it is a Chinese what I hope that you stop it right I mean it again it locates the Russians look at look at the Russians let's themselves and Americans to do well that's my point Carter the I don't think anybody really knows that they don't know because it's in cyberspace on whoever it is yeah. And when you do know they don't get. But I heroes do it is all these he these ransom where companies write the these these companies right right you gotta buy Norton antivirus right if I'd of their villains don't you know we kid about that but there's a lot of people who speculate on that day here they they know what the growth of their industry news they need more ransom note that they need more tax if you don't need hacking and you don't need anti virus software to know Byron idea right by McAfee you know attack and I doubt about it for a if it's they are coming up. This is going to be huge thing because. Apple reports after the closing bell today and that's right big numbers they're stock right now if you're an opera apple shareholder and I am it's up a couple bucks. Where are we talking about. Todd if you're real state is in a nominee realty trust. Is that going to be protected from the nursing home and also will it avoid probate when you die out most miss understood. Trust I think in the trust world it's not even trust the phenomenon the relationship nominee reassess its trust I know but it's not. What I mean by that is. When you put your property into a nominee realty trust folks please go look at who the schedule beneficiaries are that you listed to separate piece of paper attached if it's the children and you gave way to the children you don't even know anymore you'd realize you gave it away because it takes effect immediately not your death which is the difference and many people think that that doesn't take effect till your death. More importantly if it's. If it was like my wife and I in the schedule beneficiaries as my wife and yeah well that we didn't wondering what's right back in my name and my wife's name so to your light and point it would even aboard probing so why is it being done so. Because lots of times people like Ottawa and maybe real estate attorney and they think can help the trust in the throat and a realty trust. Now we used realty trust it's just important. That the schedule of beneficiaries. Is another estate planning trust revolt cobol or read earlier remarkable correct they're not a person not your kids not yourself. Semiconductors are the brains of many of our most popular devices out there in stock talked. We're gonna look at a pure play semiconductor company that that might make a good investment Mark Cuban firms seeking alpha joins us mark thanks for joining us. There has to go out. Real good mark now let's talk about Taiwan semiconductor. Dara. They're a big manufacturer for Apple's so I imagine their community paying pretty close to attention to today's apple earnings report. Well the matter back they reported their earnings for the first quarter couple weeks ago. And that kicked up so a lot of negativity. Well. There was an article on Bloomberg that that ended a very negative portrait of get them. Future earnings growth as well. Related debt back to fears about iPhone app. That GSM has an exclusive arrangement with apple for the very latest iPhone and iPad processors so. I would imagine that's a pretty good litmus test as to how well apple devices are doing right. Well. Yes and no if apple is their biggest customer but they're they certainly don't count for the majority of yet. And and in any case here and earnings report is actually pretty good. They had. Well point 7%. Revenue growth in the first order. And they were predicting about 11%. For the second quarter. So I I really don't think it was justified to infer from their guidance. That things were looking bad for apple because they're they're growing up. So what do you make of this particular company Taiwan semiconductor symbol TSM. Is a symbolic yourself. All the it's definitely biased as far as I'm concerned. They're they're the clear leader in what it called silicon foundries. They just only do manufacturing or other apple semiconductor company. Apple really can be considered. A sample and conductor company. And there there they have. Leadership in what called semiconductor processes. You know Intel recently announced that there and nanometer that is going to be delayed yet again it like that there. Dirtier wrote that it going to be the only. Meanwhile companies like get them are moving forward what they call their seven and which is already in production and they're going to be using it for apple. Next generation iPhone though Doby and now. Where I think about risks though I think about Qualcomm and think about how you know they were on top of the world and everyone had to go to call com. In all the sudden everything kind of changed a little bit. Do you wonder that maybe Taiwan semiconductor may have too much of its business in this one particular company if apple decides that wanna go to Intel or someone else. Because some serious issues. Well. At least for that you know. There there may be concerned thereafter I mean Big Apple this very important customer or them they worked very hard to get out of business and apple. Recently committed well actually it was let we let your apple committed to be using. Get them exclusively. They had been sharing their business with they happen. Yeah just say it is the Samsung I use them as well. And Samsung used Vietnam yeah. I know Samsung has their own boundary is now scalpel was using and done for them their processors. Up until roughly flat here. What Intel's problem I think they've been delayed two or three times a mean they were kind of. Yeah I I would certainly hit it exactly what perplexed and Mike Berry you know there's there's a lot of I think. There's take overall and that. Until having problems with yield on the process and so they don't wanna go forward in the mass production because they're gonna get. Clobbered in terms of profitability. Bet bet the the main stream. They. I think it more complicated than that I think they're holding back because at least in terms of peace he product that there until architect of that there's. They don't have any competition. Were aboard pan there. Indeed. Processors are all being out on. Global foundries fourteen nanometer. I can still think they don't have any reason. To go to the more expensive and then. Until he indeed. And it would be probably isn't an eventful year so I think they're they're trying to a came in there that might hear. Could this be a takeover candidate at some point. You just Zambia. I don't know there appeared to cubic OK other Tippett. I don't think anyone could fall. Now reasonably not not even apple to take your own business and have an all under one time. I don't think yeah if people have mentioned that I don't think apple really want to go there because. There there happy just focusing on design semiconductors. And and designing devices to go into the. And they do a pretty good job negotiating their own terms too big print it out. Others there's a lot of a lot of concern right now about iPhone and having beat the the potential to. And we will look into that the next hour for sure Mark Cuban from seeking alpha thanks so much of joining a symbol TSM appreciate. 200 billion dollar company big company today eight and your right to apple wouldn't wanna buy them because they beat them up so much margin actually I do you have heard from apple in terms of their margins if they will be back it's very and John Moody right here on the financial extra. The Roth conversions a little bit of a mystery for some folks are Mike what are we talking about when we talk about. Roth IRA conversion yes so unlike the traditional 401K or IRA where you receive a tax deduction for putting money into an IRA. The Roth IRA you put regular dollars in you don't receive induction but any of the growth is completely tax free number of advantages there there's no required and distribution and can be uses they're really good source of tax free income later in retirement. When you convert in higher to a Roth IRA which are doing is you're taking money out of that traditional account. Putting it into the rock paying the taxes upfront. In order should never pay the taxes on the growth down. This is a case where you actually voluntarily decide to pay the tax usually with the idea that you're going to be in a lower tax rate rather rather a higher tax rate later on. And so this gives the ability to not pay taxes higher rate later. Absolutely correct so oftentimes people do it in a year which there and lower tax bracket intentionally. But I'd be very careful about when you do it. Folks Roth conversions they can be a little bit Dicey just trying to navigate the different tax brackets and so forth. This is the financial exchange with the Barry Armstrong and chunks of you're exclusive look at business and financial news affecting your day your city your world stay. Informed and up today about economic and market trends plus get breaking business news every day. And now the financial exchange with the very Armstrong and chuck Exxon. Big question today is. Will the Federal Reserve get much more aggressive with their interest rate policy and raise rates for a talk about that. Ross gonna take another look at the T-Mobile. Sprint merger. Why that could be devastating for some consumers. And then finally we're going to talk about with the trump administration. Is doing to crack. Down on legal Canada hi everybody it's very John Moody with you here on eight Tuesday. And I'm wondering you know Dow's down way almost 300 point yes where it's related to this rule over. About the Federal Reserve does that's all it is is it the there all of a sudden they're gonna raise rates three time seasons and every cell every stock we ever had. Well this is a concern right now in the markets increasingly concerned that interest rates are going higher. And may be higher than people thought. There's now an increasing. Comfort level with the idea of four. Interest rate hikes this year alone. I think three is in the bag and there's some debate I think has by a third or 40% chance of war increases this year. And you combine the inflation pressures that are building in the economy higher consumer producer price readings. A talk about rising oil prices which are causing a problem for both consumers and input cost for businesses. There's a lot of issues here. That are raising concern on top of the fact that. Increasingly people are thinking this is the year for peak earnings there was no no one questions that this year he's gonna be greater now. I would caution this though burial and not on that point it probably used peak earnings of per talk about earnings growth because were when Ashton or adding on the bump temporarily one year of the tax cuts. Which is permanent. Won't provide growth beyond this year in terms of the big bump and that's so so this year is going to be huge number. When I see peak earnings and it all the in the fall off the clip and go into recession and it could also mean. That next year in the year after only a B eight to 10% let's go back to the conversation about interest for the the big fear. Is the Fed's gonna raise interest rates and they're gonna why with the Fed raised interest rates that the logic you here. Out of most media sources well if you raise rates that'll slow down the economy I think that's just the opposite. If you raise rates all the sudden I'm gonna make more money on my money market and and make more money on my ball on an enemy more money on my CD set I think raising rates but as a fuel to the fire I think that Ed has it bass backwards let's talk that out I think their money the might be used to buying a sports car he can use to get a CD right that slows the economy. And I'll eat the I just think that the problem is when you sign is the interest on my CD to pay the paint and other sports car. Nobody leave it if you talk to if you talk to a Federal Reserve economist. And and yes that and say look is really is interest rate that policy the best way to manage the economy it's absolutely no policy. Is the best way to manage account the recent economies. Taking offerings. Is deregulation and tax cuts right so if the economy got too hot moves let's say you've got to. 45%. GDP growth and you have inflation running 67%. Raising rates is the wrong tool we should do in that instance is raise taxes not rates and that is the they that is a much better instrument. For having an immediate impact on the economy. What better time to raise taxes than when the economy's really strong what does Obama do during his tenure regular at eight years of 0% interest rates. Look at our economy it's. Our economy is atrocious real Obama will also the lowest taxes in history. Not during the Obama got her feelings about Jesus went. Dirt in these second term he raise taxes on rich people who have make all the money and he raise the capital gains tax rate from fifteen to 20%. And he didn't lower the corporate rate the reason that one of the big reasons the economy sports. You know to smoking. Is corporate rates or shall rated eight days and it's as just being baked into the economy I think they're using. You know they're using a screw driver pounded and eat eat eat with they're trying to do with that policy. I think when you look back on it it's going to be just exactly the opposite of what's gonna work. I think it's a lot of talk about nothing because I think there would the impact of 1% rate or two and a half percent rate held on overnight funds is basically nothing no wind changed a living matters that ten year rate. The ten you rate matters a lot in the Fed doesn't dictate that threat that is marketed by the market which is discounting things like. How much inflation do we expect her to call it when the fight if the tenure rate gets to four and a half 5%. Call them we got a problem. Absolutely and I know that when that happens I can and we can all get nervous yet and in the be read out to 290. In if it stays in this neighborhood mom and Fed Funds is instead of you know one point 75% 2.5 percent. I just don't see how that affects any certain. There we get excited about it because of the implied in the Fed. Raising rates is that the rest of the curve will move in concert with it. That's what that's not what has happened in the last ten years as the Fed kept raising rates comparable rates on the long term team right. So it's confusing thing but I think the markets are doing the concern policy is more important than it. Tax policy. Business deregulation is far more important than what the Federal Reserve trade policy is more important that and when they mess up. The private marketplace will speak that's when your 4% will commitments they know what you guys have messed up. We demand to be paid if we don't lend you money for ten years after markets aren't saying that yet so. I think is not a lot of noise right now concern and fear for the future and concern that maybe this is as good as it speaking abilities. T-Mobile and sprint we talked about this yesterday announced that their number that was on Sunday night I believe. And now the your playing oddsmakers say what do you think the chances of this merger actually going through 5050 may be a little bit less than 5050 nothing I. I can make an argument for either science and their bull compelling I'll tell you weigh what what's your feeling I think it's more than 5050 and I'll tell you why the guy John ledger. Great he. Keeps the best salesman in America I wanna hire him as my salesman I mean the guy's amazing yeah he's Smart and his argument news. That a competitive strong. Number three yup can help build out the cost of five G might say what's this five G. Why did you critical but they would it is it's huge you must have its technology its national security. We're talking about 100. Times the speed of four G we're talking about the backbone. Of this autonomous world that we talk about. That's a five G world. Right now China is ahead of us China is ahead of us on five G. And this is a huge issue and they have to have a cousin and all the population is in the big cities and as our as is ours becoming. And spread can't afford to do the upgrade cost is huge with ledger saying is you combined sprint and T-Mobile. We will be adapting it to ugly duckling so Dimitri get. You know they're both saddled with. Really high levels of debt what T-Mobile is making a lot of money experts having a difficulty and the one thing that will lot of synergies six billion synergies. And remember what they have in common they have been the leaders. In bringing great competitive packages that saved consumer right money in this for the argument against was like why do we wanna get rid of one of the companies that totally is helping the consumer because T everything eighteenth tee and wise they've done to cut their prices and age is important illusion they're getting sued for collusion. They've only done because T-Mobile and sprint in the first place so the argument against this mergers why sectors. You don't Verizon you and AT&T and any eighties they need their guests and went. It's a tough sector that that would what T-Mobile saying what letters saying is that we're looking at lower prices for consumers and better service. It's a tough one. How would you how would you vote in this. I think he goes through and I think goes through largely on the shoulders to electorate he dies then perhaps it's okay. The guy and he's by the way he is the CEO of the combined company. Remember the Softbank CEO and Softbank is the major old buddies with trump. To date true. I went and Jack walked out of trump tower yet has all it was an even inaugurated he couldn't throw anywhere near. Outside of Dallas was a lot with the elements spent a lot of times that's right that's I think that politics is. And ledger makes a compelling argument. I saw a number of his interview yesterday makes a compelling argument to happen it's on and give it you go 5050. I'll go 5540. Okay maybe even 6040 don't underestimate the other is a strong argument against this and the argument against that news T-Mobile was already in the process of building out five G they've already said they can do it no problem. And manager's office and saying now we really cute it's this disparate and our side too and remember it's T-Mobile sprint that it brought more data. It in all of this unlimited pricing so it's going to be a tough the government run. Small Business Administration is cracking down on companies that loan money or do business with other candidates companies that we give you an example. If you run. A garden center and you sell fertilizer. Two candidates company you'll be jeopardizing. Your SBA loans in your SP lines of credit. That's being done by the federal government that trump administration's cracking down on. In an effort to crack down on legal weed in states like Maine and in states like Massachusetts where it is legal. Our question today is and it's a poll question and I've been really quite surprised by the results sparked our poll question today. Is do you think candidates should be legalized on a federal level. Last time I checked shocker it was 61%. Notes that a 56%. 56% of our audience. Thinks that it should be known nationally I think we discovered it. 64%. Of Americans think it should be legalized. All on national never seen it a stat that privately. Right maybe even in Massachusetts when it passed. It was a couple of years ago when it passed on that ballot initiative there's an high fifties though it was not really it was a little fifties it bear its. It got through under the skin of its new you'll note you know what. In it did not pass by strong measures to date the polling talker you're right. The polling leading up to was very strong but he did not pass by a wide market products tournament. Appallingly not to yet the pulling a strong but he eat liquid people went into the voting. In the past 52 I think you know it was not terrible front anyway. 64%. Of Americans want it legalized on a federal level. Even the majority of Republicans which have traditionally been a post it. Right and it Jeff Sessions case in point. Ed and Ed said no we are in favor of recreational candidates. Do you think it should be legalized in Texas if you're with your response or text number 63566. We're the better way to vote is go to our website which is financial exchange showed dot com. When we return we're going to be talking about why viewers are ditching cable television and DirecTV. He represented his generation well death it's Tucker Tuesday Erica aren't we are sort of worry enough about what it is and you're out into your era. And McDonald's by the way had a better than expected earnings reports seven cents of their earnings beat was related to tax reform. Seven cents K okay that's a good way to put it perspective what is the name of the businessman. Who turned McDonald's into an international. Brand. Our text number 63566. This is our Don videos trivia. Contest. Eutectic text the correct answer to us if the first of course. You text the correct answer to us and you win a fifty dollar gift certificate. To my favorite restaurant my favorite restaurant earliest he's not. To boldly it's not mcdonalds my favorite restaurant is doubt if I if if he said to me where you go for dinner at about any. What what is the name of the businessman turned McDonald into an international. Brand evidently there was a Netflix movie made on this no idea. Speaking a movie who who who started. I I don't wanna know idol was offered to give away though Michael Keaton. 6356. Actually asked me what movie did you cius that a meeting go my way home from work. Odd that settlement eats I think you're still too scary to Jesus we did neo chips and no we will continue the fat you do it without them. Without them it's hard I know he's very very hard and you do the only person who goes to movies of two bodies to not eat. Which is admirable I'm I'm different in many. I've been told that an okay. This is I am waiting for the Barry Armstrong won't be done it so issues home late that the reason you're going. She just feet from home from work after scared I was actually stepped up. That two a quiet and I was not only to see avengers I think the only man and in America it was and wounding him and vendors. Speaking of watching things now. Viewers are ditching cable TV for streaming. Faster than anybody expected I don't blame EU look at your darned idea of cable Nigeria we. For everything is about 200 a month hold the it's by no equity of eighteen TDs and here we have like 45 TVs and it's not that much more per TV basis that is available bundle. For these phone Malia paper boxes to. Little boxes yeah and that's what I've actually catching the featured in used to be like a buck 99 for what they called an adapter will be adapter became a little bar BB blocks in now all the sub nets are just tickets 599. Substantive thought I'm speaking about any nine. Like three years ago you know Republican is who. Hulu because yeah and I two holes and won in Massachusetts. One in Connecticut wares and we know. And so I can pretty odd Internet in a Verizon in Massachusetts and have some. Company. Just terrible as the worst company on the planet he's Atlantic. Banners are. Anyway ID so we don't managers and yet who you know and they gave you tons of channels like forty yeah forty bucks and that we acting. Cancel cable in my Massachusetts home and I can cancel cable in my Connecticut. Well and I paid forty bucks you can cancel television. You're probably not gonna be canceling your Internet right I have to keep my Internet is that's that's where they really do get you dig out of model that bill. That's what they really do make a lot of money and what they've tried to do is they've tried to. The good news is they're trying to compete with that by pricing the TV service more competitively. Your first artsy in the Comcast and Verizon is offering much more attractive. Television deals now because that's where the big time competition is where the competition also is going to be John news. You've got different companies in each town competing for that Internet service right so if you're fortunate yet say Verizon and Comcast or you've got. Atlantic broadband and frontier those are my choices in Connecticut yeah he can play them off that easy to. But at the same time you wanna make sure you understand the quality of that Internet connection and how good it is right once beat Comcast big advantage and they are suffering. Losses of subscribers affect the story you make me in reference to. But viewers ditching cable TV for streaming. Comcast most recently lost 96000. Television subscribers. Charter and another minute when he 2220. Engines and we're not coming back what I wanna know it notice. Once those people walk out the door look at direct TV they lost a 188. Aisles of what's happening in satellite is amazing the satellite industry is dying a very rapid death as I say it's such a data technology it really is the visit to it just doesn't make sense however the one thing they're doing is DirecTV now. Which is a streaming service you know is extremely popular the problem is they only make like 15 as much money on that have you ever seen the commercials for Hughes satellite. Now that you can thank you if you live in rural areas that's your solution high speed Internet if that ever comes down in price their more competitive. That kills Verizon and AT&T so maybe that's why these stocks are down maybe. You know maybe user one of these other come satellite companies is gonna come out with a robust bring out the problem the speed and cost you up for that. Satellite Internet service that ever comes down becomes more reasonable or five G comes at a reasonable price yeah we don't wanna hold any peace talks. This thing it's such an area of the unknown and how we're gonna be getting our services in the future we really don't know for sure what we do know this there will be less expensive. Hey don't forget to participate in trivia. Who is the guy that took McDonald's international architects number 63566. Very are strong here and I'm joined by Todd let's keep from the law firm of Cushing in dole and we're talking about something that sounds pretty basic. But how do you how should you all your real estate Todd if you are real state is in a nominee realty trust. Is that going to be protected from the nursing home and also will it avoid probate when you die. Doubt most miss understood. Trust I think in the trust world it's not even a trounced the phenomenon the relationship nominee realizes trust I know but it's not. What I mean by that is. When you put your property into a nominee realty trust folks please go look at who the schedule beneficiaries are that you listed to separate piece of paper attached if it's the children and you gave way to the children duty but don't anymore you don't realize you gave it away because it takes effect immediately not your death which is the difference and many people think that that doesn't take effect till your death. More importantly if it's. If it was like my wife and I and the schedule beneficiaries as my wife and yeah well that we didn't wondering what's right back in my name and my wife's name so to your lighting and point it would even aboard probing so why is it being done so because lots of times people might go to I may be real estate attorney and they think can help of the trust in the throat in a realty trust. We used realty trust it's just important that the schedule of beneficiaries. Is another state planning trust revolt cobol or read earlier remarkable correct they're not a person not your kids not yourself. Please look that up if you got one of these you know it sounds pretty basic how should you'll your real state but he gets complex as you get older call Cushing handle and and receive their brand new guide. Here's a few things you should know about McDonald's the company was founded in 1940. The headquarters of McDonald's is in Chicago Illinois. Indeed 1955. Businessman Ray Kroc. Joined McDonald's as they franchised agent and proceeded to purchase the chain from the McDonald. Others he went on to turn the company into an internationally recognized. Him. Joshua firm Hampton Hampton New Hampshire nailed that congratulations you've won a fifty dollar gift card to down adios. The obvious is five locations in the Boston area including. The newest location in Braintree post your next special event adopting those visit www. W dot com for menu information and reservations. And that Netflix movie was called the founder. I am I'm Michael he'd start as a Ray Kroc and it was one of the more underrated films of the year last year we get it score from rotten tomatoes are. Let me look at a pro quick I know that she was nominated for an Oscar I believe for Golden Globe what was that in Netflix film like this week or did go through you know if it was in the theater first but I want to Netflix a relatively quick. 83%. To me it's been. Very good movie now. John did you use 529 plans to pay for your son's college education did not you know we did the old fashioned US savings bonds took it out of work and used to be tax free for college they were tax free for college and negative worked out pretty get a didn't get the compound return we'd like but you know it was completely safe and it worked out the key thing is putting money aside that's the key thing. And we did that for young age that worked out well but these new 529 plans. Are taking a good concept and really bringing it to a whole new level the new plan the new take on 529 is it's starting this year. You can use the money in the account. Tax free to pay the two which related expenses of K through twelve education. At public private or religious schools your choice yeah. So that's a change it's a big change was for college and we've out of unified organized that to pay for college which is great for. But now if you on the fence thinking he's wolf on the paper called does who knows what it's gonna go to college and guess what. It's go to K through twelve education or high school. Religious school you can use that now there is limit of 101000 per beneficiary per year they can pull out that you put me through twelve but. How much is parochial school. You know 1015. It might be right in the ball park street it will probably pay for most if not at all because. And you know you might decide you want us and to keep it private. You know sixth grade you you can have a paid for through your 429 what that would wealthy families will do is still. Front load the east if you make five years of deposits and one year so you've got it thanks for me I've got two grandchildren. Theoretically I could put 75000. Dollars for each of my granddaughters. In to a 529 plan right now. And the growth you get will be phenomenal well and that's what a lot of wealthy families do yeah he. Because it's a way once you make big gift to the 529 play it's out of your state so. You're getting 75000. Dollars growing tax for Eaton and it's also 75000 dollars that is extricated from your state. Sina in state death taxes and not paying federal taxes so. You'll see if you talk to you know business managers and and we offices. They do a lot of that kind of work and I don't think there's any income limitations on this no not with us which is interesting because you know with things like Roth and all that bright as our limitations but. This is a pretty good deal. John's been chomping at the bit to talk about that did to the that is the company I've never liked. And and I know you've got your figured I honestly your steps today. But here's here's my issue with that it. They how that thing looks like it's like twenty years old guy does it gives kids when the original but that's it no actually it's only about a year old okay. So you've got to put it got cars and have membership and I only have two via I went to the bathroom twice he's he would try to hit me try to get five point five per truck I I definitely get five every day and that's what 101000 savvy 101000 steps and we just in the so you've got bad a year ago. How much if you paid them since you've got. Nothing you see that the prize now as a small that is the problem and so fit in is trying to find a way to monetize this number one that works pretty well. It doesn't yet want the the issue very restrictive. It's it is I can put their mind that but it's making me get up and walk around as he prepares us differently usually have one she does not now. She doesn't I have I've tried to rocker into it but I think it's like to recharge something that shouldn't wanna do so take every three days. Yet to start with but then it's every two days and now it's now mine's about a year old it's pretty much every day since two recharges when USB port all that but. It's. Finally getting applications beyond the basic stuff like counting your steps now with this new application. They cut a deal with Google in collaboration with them. So that our doctors concede a more complete profile all of us by connecting the fit bid data. With electronic medical record I would like because technique. If that that it will initially your heart rate on this horrible but there are ones that do it and when I get my next I'm gonna get one that has the heart rate and I think there's even ones that measure blood pressure and in what about bullet sure they do that better. I don't know that the it has that there are devices that you measure a number of these items in there the plan is to eventually move it bit too. Monitoring each of these things that's that's really the future so why would Google partner with them as opposed to just taking. You know developing their own technology. You know I'm just thinking that got by him it's a hardware that's out there that I figure this millions of what it's like me that already have a fit bit you know so it's probably some matter just like we talk but why does an apple make their own semiconductors. In the stock is nothing I mean it's a billion dollar company by books. But you know at the same time what really isn't it's basically a hardware company for people with users its users that our health conscious and it was anybody who has won. There's health conscious reason you have one. Great easier trying to intercept the you find it helpful in terms of improving your help you find it helpful or is he provides kind of a minimal standard. That I need to make sure there were. If I tried to 101000 steps that doesn't make you healthy. But there are certain visual look at that she's only gets 7000 go for a lot of people go for a walk if so it's caught it. We wanna hear from you. Thanks Stuart Barry's 263566. And let us know what you think about the stories we discuss your team to the financial exchange radio network. FaceBook is being used as a platform to stand often times senior citizens out of their savings. Jack Nicklaus from the New York Times joins us now to talk to us about this scam Jack howry a and this couple examples if you wouldn't mind I read your article and is frankly little depressing. A vote. People being taken advantage of not by FaceBook but by other users. Who are scamming. Other users out of their savings. Right so believing gambler story is the gentleman named Gary burn mark who is day 67 year old retired four forklift driver and army veteran. I was at a Minneapolis and he perceived to message. Last November from an account to in posing as Mark Zuckerberg himself Facebook's chief executive. And the message said that carry it once a 150000 dollars in the face the blockers so. Gary believed it and he eight text with the account for awhile and first it was totally into it and 200 dollars and iTunes gift cards to claim the winnings and then. What he did that did request for money multiplied and by January it. It's tentative more than 15100 no dollars total then about a third of the Social Security checks over that time. To this error. They did it occur to you when you're interviewing him that you know some of this would fall on his own shall they be sounds kind of I adjective being mean spirited but it sounds like he was kind of dumb in in what he allowed to have happened there or by being beat in my being to march. I think it's fair to say that there's you know a certain level of personal responsibility. And folks to understand that that. You know these camps and and I can say from my experience going through. The ringer with a number of them you know I was messing with them it's pretty clear that these are not very believable that dared to speak in broken English veteran. At the same time you do have should understand that you know a lot of people who are being preyed upon are vulnerable for various reasons whether. You know they are year yeah yes it certainly is making as citizens low income folks who are desperate for the money. And are not familiar with the technology now that sort of thing would work. I reject that let me interrupt you there are inserted to bonded but. Why is FaceBook not responsible for this be an equally it's a FaceBook platform being used a guy ski said. I AM Mark Zuckerberg to scam this is my worst veteran out of the savings. I mean. Why isn't FaceBook being held responsible for these losses on the part of senior citizens and veterans. He had a good question I think it down because the big debate that's raging around Silicon Valley in I. That is the reason it's the main reason we decided to pursue this story because. For you know months now Mark Zuckerberg himself and been paid to executives have vowed to clean up. But I. But what we decide to do is just take a look at its progress and so I just looked up Mark Zuckerberg himself but he's looking down when he imploding of impostors. India I ended up finding you know just over a few days got 205 accounts impersonating Mark Zuckerberg in his chief deputy Cheryl emperor. On FaceBook and it's incident site. And at least 51 of those lower advertising is flat lottery scam. I don't understand is this like up to 20000 people at FaceBook who all they do is monitor the activity and get rid of this stuff. Why are impostor accounts in the name of marks up Zuckerberg and Sheryl or anybody else I want to be allowed to exist for more than 5050 minutes or half. It's it is very good question you know we. We asbestos paced ourselves then that quote we have from the FaceBook spokesman in our story Pete thought this quote thank you so much reporting that. You don't it's not easy even wanna get better and they did not. Have an answer as to why FaceBook and not part of these accounts whether they didn't didn't take them down. Including several that the public accounts that appear to exist more than eight years. Would what do you think the eventual resolution two days he does the government step in and regulate this because Facebook's a hospital like that they be better off self regulating. Then they would be waiting for congress to come down and give some laws and. I I I think it's. I mean which really tough to say I think already bursting. Paste of a move in the direction self regulation and trying to clean up its platforms. It's certainly its business interest because. I is facing consumer backlash. Over some of that stuff. And I think you know Maine executives. Don't really want to be a place from misinformation. That they leaders haven't. Stepped up to to solve many of these issues and and we know that congressman slowly and by in evidenced by that. Been hearing with Zuckerberg don't have a full understanding of some the issue that's at stake here so I think we're more likely to be. FaceBook stepped up been in critically capital platform if it doesn't pay hike it surpassed by another option but did I should pat.
