Stay informed and up today about economic and market trends plus get breaking business news and every day. And now the financial exchange with the Barry Armstrong and chuck Exxon. It appears as if we have a deal made on the tax. Front I'm not sure of all the details I don't think the senators Charles sure all the details yet but we'll talk about it. We do know that Disney has seemingly entered into an agreement to acquire box we'll talk about that. And then finally for some absurd reason we're gonna have a conversation regarding Star Wars and I didn't know the name. Of the newest movie it's the last jet die. It probably. Knowledge go to left on again a very different areas so that folded up on the interwebs. On America Online. Well but I do my research you got G our authors. Anyway let's start off with the text hi everybody it's very chuck and chalker whatever in his. And worked on getting worse our names I I might be mentally you know it is it's it's Christmas and I'm excited about some good food and yeah that's. Like an viewed as one day I did my first day back yesterday echo. I'll let you know later remind me I could how much needing to be done today to make up for that I had is affable well. In a burrito. The burritos. Overeating I have to bully me in a burrito bowl although this kinda disgusting but still no possible no burritos and trying to lose weight is leftover pizza and Reggie should encouragement that you see that's the worst thing you can do Herrera holidays lose what I'm trying. I'm proud of my goals to test he was much as possible. New. It's I'm I'm in the zone. Let's get back to taxes yes. We we received word at it was just after we wrapped up yesterday maybe a little bit afternoon. That house and senate Republicans appear to be nearing a deal. On a bill that would be able to get their conference committee and passed both the house and the senate. We don't know the full details of this were expected to get those details in the next couple days but the basics. As far as what we've seen. Is that the top individual tax rate would come down to 37%. From today's level of 39 point 62 to two point 6% tax cut and they must Israelis making north of 500000 a year then authors say that offsets a little bit of the fact that they're gonna lose their property tax deduction does. A lot of the people that own those holes with twenty and 30000 dollar. Property tax bills aren't the ones that are making half a 1000002 million times in a year do we need to offset. Why because they are rich in a large lots of political donations and they control congress well that's our we offsetting an odd do we need to. Well that's hold. So late if if you're looking for money that you could use another things that's that's an easy one where I sit there and say look why are we cutting that tax rate by 2% if we have two point 62 point 6% if we're not cutting middle class tax season. The second thing that we're seeing corporate tax rate is going to be 21% not the twenty that we were initially look that so slightly higher number there and again I look at this and say look. If we want to get back corporate tax rate to twenty and keep that top rate where it isn't cut the corporate tax twenty and like that the math works in order to do that. So. I think that looking at this overall. I see this more is tax modification and tax reform. The on the personal Saturn on the corporate side you both. The mortgage deduction. Is gonna go to set it mortgage deductions gonna come down a little bit I think that's a good thing I don't think you need a million dollars and deductible you know interest or principal that's deductible that was the compromise though that'd previously been at 500000. And they in the senate bill yes it boosted that I think in the house bills he had been the senate bill was a million house bills 500 that's a compromise that read in between there. I think overall you know that the prospects of this going through based on the deal that we saw yesterday. Probably somewhere in the 7580%. Range sum up from about Sonia 65 to seven he's still at these yesterday posted this Susan Collins is opposed to know if she just said I do not like the reduction in the top individual rate which is your voice. Co workers and for no hurricane might die may have you seen pictures of McCain won and remember Rand Paul's out. Right I know it may be seen pictures of McCain know I'd look it up its ugly he's really look at tough. It's you that there's there's some questions as to whether or not this ends of getting through still I think that you have this this evening at seven eighths to 70% still. No I think I think it's a little higher I think it's between 75 and 80% of this goes through next week. As if it doesn't go through next week it's not going in. Yeah disease in jones' and rate and it still won't be in before the end of the year. I'm expecting him to probably take office somewhere that these guys are going home next Friday wonder even if they're supposed to at least in mind as they still have to work at a budget deal. They can't go home there's no budget deal. Merry Christmas everybody here like Jerry here's the thing we had a two week extension of the budget so you're sitting there saying okay and now is so. You know you you've got some some dominos that still have to fall in order to get everything done before that. Tucker's pretty excited because the new Star Wars movie is coming in go to night. What the boys with a mile 730 show his might chart says it doesn't open until tomorrow don't. You lots alive any spoilers are alt sport and no spoiler on another show us totally last Jett died from. Realism and and the and just the one that came out a year ago a Star Wars story cost 200 million today. The first Star Wars movie came out in 1977. Cups. To make eleven million bucks and Sarah 1511. Million dollars for the first and even if you inflated it. It would be about 46 and yet he adjusted it right over him out of the cost of movie production is complain but I guess ice I'm sort I'm sure the qualities that it. 423. Million dollars. What do make of the box office the last one down the last are talking wrote one are we talking episode seven. No lobster episode seven was worldwide lose two billion. The force awakens straight as the episode seven yeah and star war story only grows to billion. Globally. Half a billion that was broke one never wrote on was it. A billion it's a big franchise deal is he's won my guess is this'll do probably somewhere in the range 2.4 to 2.5 billion. You can really do why do you say that your duties reviews stronger so I think that the fact that the last one was good. Is go his was the right tomatoes. Let me look at up our societies because I looked up the rotten tomatoes on the first Star Wars whose 93. On the very first ones. Us. Yes of that the fact the last one was good I think bodes well for the franchise is the previously back in the early two thousands they release the prequel switch were just. Absolute utter garbage and it kind of take the franchise. And so I think the fact that hey maybe they've gotten some people back on board at this point potentially bodes well for them being able to draw on this one so you talked about a forty year French here. Yeah yeah I mean if it'd been dormant for about 25 years though until they did this preschools and those pre equals were. All lake we talk about some of the worst movies ever made. It's only those are right up the sort of force awakens got a 93% rotten tomatoes and so far the last Chad I which is coming out tonight. Is 95% market I have 95% nobody seemed. They screen nice screen this green or this is the data are all that's certainly critics who think it's only like 2030 people watch it on they've had a pro got a hundred yeah reviews on the area it's it's a lot. So in 95%. Yet they were screening and on Tuesday night it's it's gonna do a big numbers so the force awakens which came out two years ago the opening week. 44. So weekends he would museum pulling this up right now like never get there. CA you guys are both publicity 247. Million dollars now you guys are both going to see this I'm not seeing it opening weekend when he the 28. By waiting so long I was slowly getting tickets after. I I have no interest at all like. It's just fun doing it for a near what I like you know what I watched last night was. Something on the History Channel. In now is a news. Was the name of the guys shot Martin Luther King. Oh yeah whole documentary on him time wise that name so. It shows that what's happening in my brain I watched it last night. That's the kind of stuff like I like to watch. I always tell our ring doctor James are right now I was get him confused with what John Wilkes Booth I I like to watch that kind of stuff that's based in reality not Star Wars which is. 100% fiction. But maybe on the odd ball are you planning to see Star Wars the last Jeddah that is the name of the movie that was supposed to be our poll question. Questions supposed to be do you like star now like this the checkered it's a better gauge of the box office thank you. Ann and my guess is right now please two thirds of the people are not planning to see the question. And I my guesses our audience. And tends to be educated. In somewhat sophisticated like I can't imagine that there are gonna go watch Star Wars so only dumb people of OC Star Wars as our president and they are about to get destroyed on the island I it was like entertainment I was. But Jose team that was that entertaining like the top movie franchise of all time but like what about it is I've seen anything. Any of the movies a gamble Leo get a C one and Daniel understand. It's fallen that you'd acted like pain sound strategy soundtracks tunnel model I'd be willing to pay me to watch ten minutes once nothing. Nothing can do you should do it out of play to review the do to have the desired C one of the most influential movies of all time. There really is a boy it's 305050. You you're gonna gets lost in this I have zero interest in the last jet. And our poll question you go to our website as you know financial exchange showed up 781 my 77 year old mother asked my sister's takers he Star Wars so. Now yet Charlie. Again this I like that where you cooler when you go to watch regular what I don't go to learn that's the point of going I don't wanna learn it the other to watch the idiot box of one alert. There. I do to 800 bucks like I wanted to get that out of my Alley and watch this disease you watch a lot of television turns into new. An and so why. As they think some of the crap that's an audience watched. Who says that were watching it. You're you're watching you go to Star Wars at an age that's credits its cycle grants to two hours every two years he's gonna watch the documentary on Robert Oppenheimer and little law yeah that's that's rolling it says it was very interesting to see how he was railroad that's entertaining. It was EU released. But I happen to. The late in the accused him of being Communist you know also screwed over Han Solo. Screw over etc. I I don't think I'm got a raw deal. They talk about that in a second segment today you guys always shot first garrido are on you're trying to get distracted I don't know if you guys are aware that's a but. There are instances when your buying prescription drugs. People with insurance. Rightly got Medicare in the Medigap coverages. The end up paying more for their prescription drugs that people without insurance this is completely illogical. And we're gonna get to the bottom of it will be joined by Charles orange Stein from pro public. To talk about how senior citizens are getting screwed in terms of their purchase price for prescription drugs. Berrian just kept the latest every day beginning at ten only here on the financial exchange radio network. Get the most comprehensive weekly economic updates from CNBC senior contributor for Larry Kudlow every Friday at 1045. Only here on the financial exchange radio network. I didn't made a mistake I'm telling you some people. Are paying more some senior citizens are paying more for their prescription drugs in the go to CDS in the local drugstore. And they have insurance then it as opposed to people who don't have insurance and we're joined now. By Charles horn Stein from pro public that to talk about how this could possibly be happening I Charles. So I read your article who's a AV was posted at CNBC that. Why how does this happen where a senior citizen goes to get a prescription filled. And it cost them more than somebody who does not have insurance. But actually not just senior citizens if any rupture. Little post it mostly to acting scene. Now it it impacting everybody with which by the insurance but it urged seniors on Medicare or people employer churned out. What happens is that insurance companies and pharmacy benefit managers which are at the middleman network with Pam and negotiate. Drugs in bulk so they're a negotiate crisis for a batch of which include a lot of different trucks and a whole. Arm they get a good deal but first some of those drugs. They don't pass sister really get a good deal with you go to buy it at the pharmacy. And you're going to pay more than you would hey if you used. A discount but that and in some cases it's a couple dollars but in some cases you know talking at ten dollars street. Yeah and and you pointed out some of those in your example. Now is it a rare occurrence or you make is that one and 2000 how how often does this happen. We torture an expert to debate and analysis that it he was doing estimated that at about wanting a 21 intent. That's tennis. That's about 400 million prescriptions a year. Beat the it sounds like somebody's getting get out in majors I in in listening to reading the story I said to myself well. Either CBS is making a lot of money here war UnitedHealth to make animal autumn so it it it seemed like somebody's getting away with. Well the way in which drugs are placed in this country so pay and it's hard to know who was actually making more money on this case. Sometimes pharmacies tell us they lose money selling prescriptions and so they need restrictions where they make money in order to balance those out and so they sort of viewed that as part of a natural ebb and flow of the wave that drugs upright but if you're a consumer and you happen to take a drug you can tell us where this happened to IBM might simply earlier this year there was a drug that. The wife needed that. To our insurance through it paid 95 dollars and I went out audit found. A coupon for destruct and it cost just 50000 dollars right so. They can we have really good insurance at and so. The idea that that. Looking in the view a lot of money it as we talk to people that they that they ask is why it life insurance. And I get a better price about it and actually paying more for the drug. Africa 8000 dollars a year for the insurer. So. You know people are gonna drop their insurance. Hey at least I'm not gonna drop mine and I take it right so if you're in that situation Charles. In somebody's listening what are the web sites that we should be going to like how do we do you do would what do we do to shop more efficiently. And make sure that work is like some of the dollar amounts are 3040 dollars among the people are hurting my shopping. That's right so you know one option is to go to a site like good our act another as we can help. There are other states to like what was mad. Pulse warehouse there's a number of these sites and then when we talk to independent pharmacists made that you know oftentimes you just have to ask it and the and it's armistice. If if you could save money by paying cash and they will they you don't even need a coupon to do that that they can just. How you got that. Be darn it if it's. It's a good story and I'm and I'm glad you wrote it but I gotta tell you the vast majority of people are gonna walk through those steps that we just described. But it could have how much you're spending on prescription drugs if you take one prescription drug that you pay an oxymoron for you may decide that it's actually not worth your time and you. To go price shopping but remember that. Senior citizens or we began a conversation and they take a number of different drugs that cost a lot of money there on a fixed income and if they can say news. You know 4050 bucks a month. And that adds up to real money and so we're not talking about it if we keep an. They Charles thank you very rich retirement and really appreciate your writing the story is I think it's an impact people that are listened to show to thank you trapped. Charles Lawrence Stein from pro public I mean that. I don't know why am incensed. By that story but I mean well. Think I just think if it's IB. He wouldn't say it but. You feel like people are screwed you like would you pay for your insurance and treaty comes at a page talking you know pain for Richard and not exactly a Malcolm's my I think it's about a 160 bucks a month so that's for you in the life and I know that's just me. And that's coming out your pitch OK you're paying a 160 bucks a month. And you would think that okay well I paid that I'm gonna get a discount on my drugs that my prescription drugs well not necessarily. I'd. Like I pity you know I pay more Wimbledon and merry keep in mind I mean it's it's it's no different from any other business the insurance companies are negotiating with drug companies everyone out there now in order to try to figure out how they can get their cost down as far as possible in some situations. That results and it being more expensive when you actually using your insurance to do it's you know it strikes me is we're gonna screw this. When he's not looking. You know in and because I think the vast majority of people in the Czech idle chat with you I'd I'd take a Staten. Error every day rate and I have to go get a feel it and shop at my doctor gave me this prescription centers CDS just assume it's. Don't like oh political officer Bauman had to hear your question and so if if that's the case that would you be OK with paying more insurance premiums to have those things covered. I paid a fortune in insurance whether it is by neighbor who's uninsured what's getting the drugs cheaper than me who are paying like thousands of dollars it seems to me like you wanna have you taken needed to. Said you are right there you can't have everything if we wanted everything the price to be even higher ones which have another poll question now. Now our poll question today is are you planning to see Star Wars the last agenda I will give you the latest results to our poll question. When we return to the financial exchange again. Time for Wall Street watching Michael Armstrong joins us now to look at a couple big stocks that are moving today Mike let's talk first about Express Scripts what we see here. Yeah well that had been of that extremely volatile year others will be a concern there for awhile about Amazon disrupting their business. They have seen some pretty good gains over the last you know three months or so in that they announces more recent or current quarter guidance as well as the 2018 guys about consent estimates. Stocks out about a dollar right now one point 7% on the news. You're one also in the news today. This company is down 219%. That's not a good day. No and if you take a look at their you know last one year than it down close to 60%. Last year risk partners as we continue to talk about brick and mortar retailers that are struggling. That quarterly profit this quarter of about nine cents per share which is two cents below estimates that revenue actually beat forecasts. But they guided lower for Q4 and that's you know that's scary news or go home basically their dad or this that Leo mentioned that you know they had them. November momentum that's really been stating in December and that's. Got investors spooked like you mentioned the stock is down about a dollar and eighty cents which Asia after the stock is over 30% to close to 30% of the. Good thank you very much Mike we appreciate it. Michael Armstrong with Wall Street watcher you're one by the way they're sales have been completely flat. For the last three years that's actually pretty good. Now when your opening more stores well you know on the same store basis they're struggling. Disney. Is seemingly has reached a deal to acquire 21 century fox. Spock shares are only up 3% this news I thought the purchase price was forty bucks a share. It's it's going to be. Also some stock going from Disney over that way so that's why you're not seeing a further bond here. And most of these assets that they're buying. Are on the film in franchise side of things but that their bye in the sports team. It's a smaller piece it is yes to a sports are just not that big piece in the broad scheme of things from box. But the biggest things that Disney is buying it is is the entertainment assets there the sports are definitely a chunk of it. But when you look at it the sports probably work out somewhere in the ballpark brown 25 to 30% of this deal. When it's all sentinel that doesn't include fox sports and slight and mobile World Series broadcaster and don't bash is a regional sports networks are in a house now correct so it it doesn't sound bullish regional network. There that's under stale one little thing that happens here guys is. Disney now gains control of who. That's bit. Would see Ed need to take a look just to see what percentage they'll have when it's all said and done on this and he you know they still have some other stockholders in the deal but. I was trying to figure out. You know egg I've I've been long critical of Disney because of their lack of a platform. For world to compete with Netflix and if they in fact gained control of Hulu. Well that puts them in the catbird seat because between fox and between Disney. The amount of current content that they control is enormous is that who share going over in this is that confirmed yet. Idea saw Bob tiger being interviewed so we edit it it is is a sign there that we they don't have to launch their own streaming service they can say. Hey we're gonna use Hulu to compete. And they can take you what are the things that win by is they can take a lot of stuff away from Netflix and I think people. As as not these people are about Star Wars if you can't watch it on Netflix right and you wanna watch the return of the jet arrived for the 84 time. The mile pushing going to be able to get it will be on who. I think it depends what Disney does from a cost structure. Near that that's going to be the biggest thing is. Keep in mind if Disney if if all they have is their stuff and nothing else is still a lot of content they're missing out and while they got their of the partners Comcast is a partner in that. You're showing that they put it on who yeah. Patently how do you know they're going to do that. Well that that's what tiger was Tom noticed this the most valuable content Disney owns. They wanna put on their own platform so that there's nowhere else that you can get in they get a 100% of the rest eSATA pretty dead center and starting his own streaming sir I think that's where they're going I'm not sure. Be busy this morning when he was interviewed. He's asked the reported Hulu as you know it is losing one billion dollars a year. So if he's taking controlling interest of that I think he's gonna wanna make it profitable in any hurry or he could decide to kill. Well I don't think you will need to hell and started when it is losing my and a lot what's the point blazers got 20/20. Five million subscribers. So he'll start an alternative where you'll all that and like we SE that and businessmen hours already talked about. I just today in his interview this morning news on CNBC. And he did not. Reference talking about killing the girl I I I look at this and I think Disney wants to own everything I don't think they want 60% of and I think they want to own everything my parent I wouldn't be surprised if they kill off who will use one here another rumor. Oh god Calvin Johnson to Hulu. Calvin Johnson the patriots are still happen enough. ESPN and buying NASA. Why. Why would they do that because nests and is a gold. Yet these guys are stars and while John while Regina Canada big money he could use and he could he could sell at the peak. Soul why would you spent just by all the networks. While wide nasty old a lot of party Tucker yeah out of the regional sports networks are owned either by ESPN or Disney boredom what are or. Fox we're always we're about yes. This same type thing that did the Red Sox are and it messes Nazis yes but I heard that rumor this morning ESPN. Two by NASA. And I just don't see I just don't know what's the value was if he grabbed the team as well. Need a long term contract with the team when you buy capitalizes then you raise the price presumably you don't like to Bruins game. Just in and hockey at the siesta it's that and how at emirates ot I just I I take a don'ts the I don't see the upside to John Henry and selling out like you give you think that screeners where the value is you may need to capital for something else. He's an old coach leave itself open wheel that's the thing lightly total wants to sell teams like to be sellable once you can generate more value. Maybe maybe I just I just I have a hard time items like job to bring rumor TI sought on FaceBook so it's got to be true dog yeah okay. Hey this I think it's. I. You know I told GE was moving to Boston that was done amends Elden lesson here up route. Don't forget during the month of December. I have evidence that Nolan meals are deadbeats. What are we got. 274000. More. People went into delinquency extreme delinquency under student loan payments and those are baby boomers are we know. Because baby boomers went to college forty years ago and then went back to college ten years ago and we suspect these two I I suspect the vast majority in this tent 274008. There's not been. As I imagine it's mostly millennial spy on and so the total number of by Americans that are now in default on their student loans in is now just under five million Americans and then. And so picky about the ramifications. Though. Personally which perspective that person if you're a default on your student loans right eager to buy car. What woody and pay for interest and I can get whacked on you going to be paying 1213 14%. And you say yourself by the by how's your not going to be able to their visual what you eat and let me just days four point six million. And and I don't I hear you're right I don't know the ages of these people it probably predominately what your younger kids and it is under 35 if it probably is predominantly them if you look at you know a lot of the people who have taken these out it is largely younger kids but it also was a lot of people in their forties and fifties who may have gone back to school. Ten years ago and got hosed by one of these for profit colleges you like DC and I thought a lot of us were forgiven more than not. So here's something interesting VI Department of Education is pretty much halted that program this year they've received over 27000. Applications for forgiveness through that program for elect Corinthian colleges and all the schools. They have rejected two. And taken no action on the additional ones so there's 27000 people arsonists and what are you doing. Well at any rate here the numbers. Four point six million. It that hadn't made a payment and over a year where so they are screwing their credit. Eighty increased by 274000. In the latest quarter. And the total amount that is defaulted on. Is 84 billion. But in the total not a student loans and use one point three trillion one point three trillion when you look at the total number of borrowers and actually pulling up some stats right now is to go a little bit deeper. There's 42 million borrowers in total. And so about five million or are in default at this point you talk senator 13% thirteen are in default right now. As you go down 20 this is this fascinating so sixteen point six million borrowers are repaying them as we speak. Three point six million have a formal deferment. Two point six million are in forbearance and deferment let's just go back to that that means you've gone back to school perhaps you're serving in the military exactly something like that where you've effectively said look I can't pay this off right now and in the government or whoever's loading the money says okay that's no yet are your serving the military so we're not gonna make it two point six million are in forbearance which is a step for the full effect of him. As you we mentioned just shy of five million are in default Cyril yet like seven or eight million that are. Never and he paid and one point four million or any grace period which I don't know exactly what that means at this point to. Beyond that there are eleven million borrowers who are paying funds back there in a ten year repayment plan. There are about three million that are in an income based repayment plan. And let's see where if we can figure out where mostly you don't have pages on I'm I'm I'm digging through trying to see if I can get to ages here's the other thing I would remind you folks if you're not paying student loans. When you finally. Get to the finish line you think I'm gonna retire and collect Social Security they have to get out your Social Security so I do have about 40% of all the student loan debt out there is for graduate and professional degrees and predominately. It looks like those vote those. Loans get paid back track because those. You know if you're gonna med school you come out near Macon 300 granite schools small piece met schools only 5% of all graduate degrees is about law. I'll lost 4%. The biggest chunks are master of education so teachers now and pay their loans back. Master of Science is 18% there MBAs or about 11% in Master of Arts is 8% and I'm trying to see if I can find ages at every step aside from rage pretty much. But I've not yet dug up aid show me will be in the that legally right. We're talking about. Gifting assets can you explain Todd the differences. Between gifting assets away from an IRS perspective. Vs gifting assets away from Medicaid. Perspective this is a great question because two things one the amount you can give away for and I RS purposes is 141000. Today and com 2018 the news is it's gone up to 151000. Seems to go up about every three or four years to kind of make up by a thousand north eagle eyes so. There will be 151000. You can give away. And what that means from an IRS perspective is that you. Do not need to file a gift tax return and you do not need to Pena gift taxes and you will not use up any of your gift tax exclusion. It is an out right freed. 151000. Dollars to. Anybody you want to give it to do I need to clear as the recipient that's a question out and yet they you know mom gives their son. 101000 dollars and then that subtle call me settlement on gave me via a 101000 dollars to have to declare that anywhere from you know absolutely nothing for the recipient and most importantly nothing for the gipper. However the difference is for Medicaid purposes. It will be a disqualifying transfer. It doesn't matter that it's not taxable for the IRS if you think you can give away 151000 dollars and protect it from the nursing home without creating a five year waiting period. You are incorrect. Folks it's important to learn how to properly if you're assets you don't run afoul of the Internal Revenue Service or Medicaid. Call Cushing and all and at 8668485699. The financial exchange with Berrian chuck is alive on FaceBook and YouTube every morning beginning at ten this is the financial exchange radio network. So talkers go to CE. Star Wars the last jet like tonight I'm never gonna see it and trucks going in a couple weeks are you me or are you planning. To see Star Wars the last Jenna that's our poll question today financial exchange showed dot com surprisingly 40% of your wounds it. I'm shocked by this surprise you think that's lower high pay is very I I thought the number would be like in 1520% would please. You know how many people saw about the the last the previous one back in now 2015. And no it somewhere in the ballpark run ninety million people in the Los. Look at maybe I missed about an idea I just. No interest. Anyway it couple people text that they went to see it and walked out after only ten minutes so that's fine illicit. They could add to that they've paid they could've seen this why I told you I would go to C getting used yet to pay me. No. And I don't. If I'm not go. Right on net neutrality track he the FCC's gonna vote. To beat today yes and neutrality what does this mean to me and what does it mean to our listeners because I don't I I don't want people don't understand what has this is well. Yet net neutrality that the basics of it are that under a net neutral system. The Internet service providers ISPs so Comcast Verizon AT&T. Whoever used rcn any any of those companies would have to treat every piece of data the saint. Which means that regardless of where it's coming from the after charged the same way and they have to treat the exact same way and understand that when you move away from net neutrality is or their voting to do moving away from its what is likely going to be voted on today. It allows ISPs. To discriminate on the data and choose what they want to send and at what speed and at what cost doesn't seem fair. The argument is that it creates more opportunities. For. I ASPs effectively to come up with innovative ways to deliver content that's the argument for because it they can say okay. Were knocked in a charge for this content so will allow it to come through at a lower cost. The counterpoint tonight is that okay the counterpoint to. Is that they could also go to Netflix and say. We're gonna charge you an arm and a leg in order to deliver your content right. And Netflix could pass those costs through and then Comcast could come out and say well Netflix is costing you more so one or use our own service instead that's gonna cost you nothing now. And that's the problem in and here's why it's a problem like most Americans and don't have access to multiple ISPs. Right and I think he should I tell you she get what you pay for Eric he has ever done this but I have. And that is I've tested the speed. Of my Internet service and what I've noticed news. Bills they'll bill me for a hundred megs to right and then I'll test it in their only give me fifty. The number of people who have two or more broadband options at greater than 25 megabit per second which is pretty much what you need to stream a couple different things in your house at the same time receive your kids because they're watches stuff on their phones and the number of people have multiple options at bats. 22%. Now. Which means that 78% of people have either one or no options at that speed. And so that's the problem if if we said hey everyone's got three to five different options would be say okay great if if Comcast wants to discriminate. I can go over to AT&T because I know that they'll provide me exactly what I need so how do you think his votes gonna kinda. I think net neutrality is going to be repealed. Meaning that we can get spurred yes and to be the big thing that I like to point out as it. Anyway I say that I mean when I'm watching my documentary. On Amazon prime. They might say well Amazon prime didn't pay me bribe Verizon as I get different rise up. Amazon prime goods or Verizon it's saving Amazon prime EU pay S a bribe or we're gonna put the screws to Armstrong is watching documentaries it. In the bigs being. To mention on this is all of the eyes -- say no we don't wanna do that you guys are just you two years has just talking we would never do something like that that's not true they do it all the time why are they spending all this money. In favor of repealing net neutrality right. It's not because it's good for the customer then when his when if any of these companies done what is in your best interest voluntarily. And so I think that this is potentially entering in. To an area where we are going to see. Dramatically restricted content restricted services and I think it's very dangerous as far as. Some of the potential for us to either not be able C content that we want. Or something along those on 781 says would be ops to be of the government controls the content know the ups is that no one doubts. I can't make this any more clear in net neutrality no one restricts the continent's all treated equally. So 781 it doesn't work that the government controls what you see it's treated as a utility the same way your phone calls are the government doesn't say you can't call your cause. They treat every call equaled. The market is in rally mode and I would assume that it's based on the assumption that tax reform will pass when look past. My prediction would be late next week right now the Dow is up 41 points and the NASDAQ up 24 points when we come back. Will be talking about opening your problems in the financial impact from the financial secretive. All of the reviews I sensitive opens tomorrow but Tucker's go and see it saw a note opens tonight hi everybody it's very shocked and talker today in the emirate there. Nine and it's a busy day it's yet another busy day. Mergers have been. It is I mean this is one of the biggest media mergers of all time. With fox effectively selling a lot of its studio last it's over to Disney in eight in Disney. Really gaining control of you know where they want to be going in the future which is away from cable and away from ESPN which has been hemorrhaging subscribers. In more towards the production of original contents. Where they don't have to be paying big rights fees and so forth where they own the content they own the licenses in there are able to say okay. Now we've got something that we can sell ourselves instead. Of having to go out and buy com. Re going to be interesting to see how this unfolds and also be interesting to see how James Murdoch shakes out in this he's going. To the new company Disney Bob Iger has agreed to stay on. Through 20/20 one which. I admire him at his age and I'm somewhat surprised that he sticker he'll be sent to be seventy is a point that yeah that's. I mean happy retirement and he's retiring seven environment but maybe just lets you need some guys yes some people dislike stay in the game they do you and god bless them. Anyway that's that's the the Big Three stories in. Tucker will give us a review of Star Wars to more full spoilers and okay. He says he wouldn't do not to get out. Josh Brown truck is very yet to be various I'm a little on edge for the next couple weeks now I I can see that again I'm probably not going to be using the Internet hole I wouldn't go nearest T-Mobile premises promises to end the baloney from television the music that exact word. And they're coming out in 2018 with some kind of television platform you actually talked about this yesterday to Eric Tucker and dale and we now we have a few more details. Yet they they're buying a service called layer three which is a streaming video start up and they are anticipating. Bill to me and setting up a service that is really go to target cord cutters probably something similar to YouTube TV year DirecTV now or PlayStation view one of those stripped down bundles. That you could stream over the top and cut a lot of cost down in the process. To be wrenching to see how that is the issue so media. Is going through that tremendous transformation. Of what his eyes it's it would be it's it's it. Fairly scary time to own any kind of media company isn't it and even even into like if you look at Netflix you say. OK so they're here now but is the landscape still gonna be the same five years from now and it. You know that's a company that's proven that they can adapt and see where the pucks going I mean. I remember. Tucker what wasn't that Netflix decided they were gonna kill often spin off there disk service that like five or six years ago I guess some are not ball per RC 2012. People lost their minds peoples and all I can't believe you're doing this why would I only wanna streamed it. Once dvds like that they they saw the I give Reed Hastings a lot of credit because he said this is going to die and he put all of his eggs in the streaming basket and it was entirely to 2011 by the way yes or six years ago almost seven now. And you know at the time people like I remember that people were justly. In losing their minds as they did it a different name twister all caught. And moved to act faster yeah well it's late but it's proven to be the best thing they've ever done. And so I give Reed Hastings the CEO of Netflix ton of credit because. He had a good company there and he kind of put it all on the line to say hey this is where everything's going and he has just been paid off in spades for that decision. Haile I tell a story about a young woman from laments her Massachusetts her name's Julia would pose. And she overdosed on OP it's last year she was rushed to a hospital in one mr. masters suits. And her aunt tells us that she was treated and released within ninety minutes that's how long it takes a US FD at the nor can continue to recover then. Days later. Mr. opposes Julia riposte. Died from her next hurdles. It's a pretty common story and fortunately Charlie Baker to his credit is trying to. Force people into involuntary. Recap and EEI and I don't know what the answers I'm not an expert in chemical dependency. But what I can tell you news. Record numbers of our young people are dying from OP only addiction. And by the the only thing I kids think of as a possible solution is. Forced rehab and incarceration so you take a young woman like the issues 24 years old. You taker and you ordering two. Some kind of a boot camp. Where they educate her extensively. On drug addiction Reich is I think in order to be successful in beating chemical dependency whether it's alcoholism or drug addiction. Very similar. I think it requires a tremendous amount of education so you understand what the ramifications are are you continuing to use drugs. And then maybe to have them do some kind of work elect physical labor. And and and they don't get paid its incarceration mutiny go to. They go to jail. But right now whatever it is we're doing now truck seems to be failing mr. There's a there's a great book by Michael massing its title the fix from solving the nation's drug problem you know and what massing does is he pretty much goes and goes through a number of drug treatment centers in New York City and pretty much follows. A lot of the people who work there in order to figure out OK what works and what doesn't. The single biggest problem in. Getting people off the cycle of addiction is finding a treatment center for them to go to and so. I I I like the idea that were sent okay when someone comes into a hospital that's opportunity first to get them into the system and get the help. There's a lack of treatment centers there is a lack of available beds there's a lack of available space for people. And and every the logic behind the lack of space is it's expensive. It's it it's not cheap. And it is something that also is Steve it it requires a lot of manpower you know these you you look at people who go into these addiction treatment senators. They're not sitting there suppan on my ties enjoying themselves like they are in the throws. Of withdrawal and in many times. You know we're screaming out and that's for the first 72 to 96 and that's what this is talking about is hey how'd we get people into the system for that in order. To deal with them during that period when their most most at risk which is that three to four day period after. I don't think you have enough available beds it's expensive to deal that it's more expensive to not put. I I agree but. This is the system that we have today. Doesn't have enough for a minute and her view you have to expand the treatment system and I think it is money that will be well spent I think it will save thousands and thousands of lives to do so now. But we half to spend the money otherwise you're simply not going to have the beds and treatment centers available now. Then Saturday. It's an ever growing problem in and there's no end in side. Five financial choices that will haunt you or money for life in the hunt hunt put your money for life yeah that's the when make sure got the title rate. Number one on the list would be sitting on the markets sideline. It that is a problem especially since 2008 there's a lot of people chucked it. I've met. Over the years who sold all their stocks when the market crashed in 2000 neater in the first quarter of 2009 and they swore they would never go back to the markets one. And the other thing you worry about is also people jumping into the wrong markets I I have so many friends were plowing money into bitcoin now because they say elegance it's just going up it's. And I sit there and get burned in the they're gonna say a lot of game game was rigged you know it eat exactly so. It's again people come in looking for that short term you know us not stock that they can make money on. The key in the market. It is being in there for the long term in the short term and I think anything can happen in the market go down 5% to market go back up 6% the next day. You have to do it for the long term ups and and the problem is we don't see enough people with money in the market only 18% of adults between eighteen and 25 have money in the market. You put that ten bucks a week and all this and the end of the year you've got 500 box that can cover you if you get a flat tire if you need a new law you know window or something like that. It's able to keep you away from that you know debt spiral where it's you just think for accruing interest charges and so forth it's incredibly important even just to get a small. As financial extreme show dot com while you're there fire of the media player and watch the show while you work. This case the financial exchange radio network. Soon. Yeah. The can. Didn't. A lot of chatter about Amazon's potential entry into while the pharmacy fielder anywhere else in health care and joining us now. Talk about Amazon's prospects in that industry is how Hudson from the economist. Hal thanks for coming on. Sure. While doing well let's let's talk first of regain any further clarity as to where Amazon may actually make inroads are people still guessing here. I'm afraid it is still bullish speculation that we are there any idea why. And why am I wanna go to him. And we still haven't had any official announcement. So talk with they would at quarter Thanksgiving but that's not. So mostly it's just been got sort credit. What what is the biggest reason why they want to get into this industry. So I haven't been. Big core strength is that the mystic. I am not occur or act that Turkey. There are technical it robot. In learning. Brad Carter the most. There. Are such that it. Star Simon is at work is that there were eight earned much different small. And they're very expensive. It the perfect caught. Selling or it won't work. And in away from it but it generally not until it starts in the quick reminder that they've already been on the screen struck. What are the biggest barriers to them getting in is it regulatory or something else. We had the surgery or that you wouldn't finished one but couldn't hurt you or just compete. You don't enter it mentioned that it bothered any. It was 10. In my recordings of the net. The ticket buyer probably is that. While jerks like a great product to put into the but it just were actually there curriculums getting some there's things like a stack. Captured of which are. One but what about glaciers are. And its ability actually need a hole. They need in the cold chain or so and there's a certain. It. It. So a lot on. What actually went there with a partner can. Help one of the. Weston's that I also have his Amazon recently completed an acquisition of whole foods and I'm wondering if that fits into the strategy as far as potentially using those physical locations to become distribution centers akin to traditional pharmacies. Is that something that's possible as well. Definite possibility that something a lot of people have been went into. I think that the network bulk storage into Democrat on the ground and you know people are cutting it going to a physical place the Erica on. Is it went back. Only open so biggest problem while another one of the problem is. Trying to go to that. For the most part consumers who don't don't. Eat or buy insurance insurers aren't they hope this quote I am. Pharmacy benefit managers at that and neck. That people selling the drug thanked the Dirk so there is an accountant with insurers. And buying votes that haven't helped with. In order to sell trucks in America can be children they would need to come aren't an amateur typical error on our. Been speculated. Looking at tell what this means for Amazon in the future. Is this a business that would you know continue their string of pay businesses that maybe are profitable or does this would have the ability to generate profits right away. Oh well. Security and all. Content heightened valuable product. In the structure I think what. It is a near Atlantic there that are older cars that. And it kind of it it's to cut the cord. I'm in a make or break but also they were a couple or more trust in place. At. You know that you're going to be over and go and do drugs they're corporate and personal and an eight. In America and Coakley can finally. Americans agree and Kirk and that's that's just between in terms of where it that you respect. All right very good how thank you for the time. And thoughts and from the economist talking about Amazon in their potential entry into the pharmaceutical business in a problem with the whole foods ID and you mentioned that before. There's 500 not even 500 whole foods stores and CBS has 101000. If you do delivery don't necessarily need as many you know it is keep my CBS is only starting to do delivery at the moment that he gets a photo I don't know if they've missed the boat like. Again delivery prescriptions is still very small you know business it's like two to 5% of all prescriptions because it's funny people still like to go to the drugs are they don't and so I do think. That Amazon might not need the same footprint that CBS has because they have this delivery infrastructure that's in place of email we need thousands sources oppose 101000. See that target bought that. Delivery company called shipped I did that's Smart acquisition part. Target leapfrogging. Over Wal-Mart is Wal-Mart still does not have. You know where you can it would targets gonna do is they're gonna delivery growth deliver groceries same day. And that you guys don't appreciate it now you will when you have children and you work until 7 o'clock at night vision from all I'd appreciate it you can use it now. I don't feel like on out of something so it's cold out right he obviously it was brutal nobody should be. The target it would be paved in papers so I 500 million somewhere in that ballpark due. He I I like the acquisition how biggest target as a grocery store. Their data that would be you know we don't see them around here that much that you're down south the big. I just I don't have I don't have any data I don't know how big and a Wal-Mart is obviously huge there you know and what it looks like targets going to be doing it's going to be 99 dollars a year. And that half of their stores offer same day delivery by net. Summer you know. So I like it like as a cut from a consumer standpoint. We've talked about stop in shops people answer yes you can't get that same day. You go one day if you try that you go on that morning different gaps not terribly friendly. And your game if you run in the morning you might get delivered the next great. It. Looks like this is not going to be exclusive target stores now so that the service shipped via. Currently has partnership with Costco Croat republics and HEB and nurtured AGB years. But it caused us huge it looks like this is going to be continuing those partnerships not moving and exclusively to a target partners around. Does it say I look at that acquisition and I said good for you target because it gave them. You do right by criticism of Wal-Mart economy continues to be the failure to have. Store delivery in the local communities say something like 80% of the population of our country. Lives within 1020 miles of Wal-Mart now and and that's something they should've done this ten years ago nation gotten into the deliveries they they could have owned this market. And they haven't. And and now you've got target leapfrogging over the dip potential. Dow's up five points when we come back they talk about what you should do with your stocks. Cricket dot com for more information everybody it's Barry Armstrong and I'm joined by estate planning attorney Todd what's key from the law firm of Cushing in Dolan. We're talking about. Gifting assets can you explain Todd the differences. Between gifting assets away from an IRS perspective. Vs gifting assets away from Medicaid. Perspective this is a great question because two things one the amount you can give away for an IRS purposes is 141000. Today and come 2018 the news is it's gone up to 151000. Seems to go up about every three or four years. Gotta make up by a thousand or eagle eyes so. It'll be 151000. You can give away and what that means from an IRS perspective is that you. Do not need to file a gift tax return and you do not need to pay any gift taxes and you will not use up any of your gift tax exclusion. It is an out right freed. 151000. Dollars to. Anybody you want to give it to do I need to clear as the recipient that's a question out and yesterday you know mom gives their son. 101000 dollars and then that subtle call me settlement on gave me the a 101000 dollars to have to declare that anywhere you know absolutely nothing for the recipient and most importantly nothing for the giver. However the difference is for Medicaid purposes. It will be gate is qualifying transfer. It doesn't matter that it's not taxable for the IRS if you think you can give away 151000 dollars and protect it from the nursing home without creating a five year waiting period. You are incorrect. Folks it's important to learn how to properly get your assets you don't run afoul of the Internal Revenue Service or Medicaid. Call Cushing and all an ID 668485699. Is going to see the last jet I which opens tonight the latest Star Wars movie. But gentlemen only 42% of our audience is planning to go see the last Jetta which frankly is more than I thought they. You think that's. A high number yeah that don't dealer no amount they'll turn on par. Well with the number he said ninety million people in elect wants to yes about it about a quarter a little more and acquire about 30% of all US citizens went to see it. Last time so I'm still in the majority. Majority won't notice mine and we talk about US citizens like there's a whole bunch three year old that. Forgone any new piece there's also the whole bunch of new nine year old who aren't don't any movies. Why it was from an idea what times they're not mobile. Sometimes. Are they on. What to do with your stocks. If the tax plan includes and it's going to. A first in first out in you need to pay tensions post as the tax plan. At the earliest will probably pass. I'm gonna say there you are missing December 22. So that there's there's a -- the way they have the votes scheduled Monday Tuesday Thursday now OK so that would be to stay on schedule that would be December 21 yeah. So you'll have me if ease of pay attention this. It you're gonna have maybe seven or eight trading days. To act on what were about to tell you this is for individual investors who own individual stocks. What you can do now if you own individual stocks in an after tax accounts are just basic brokerage account. If you can choose the tax laws that you wanna sell so if you bought very valuable aspect of being an individual investor yes so it's let's go and take a look let's take a look at Boeing stock as an example trust because this is one that's got a long track record and we can use a pretty good numbers here. So let's say that you bought bone stock back in 1963. When it was trading at 58 cents a share and split adjusted numbers. Likewise you might have also bought some stock back Ian. 1996 and was 53 dollars share. If you wanted to today you could say I am gonna sell their shares from 96 because my cost basis hired my tax burden will be lower if myself and what this will require if you are required to use first in first Al. Counting you can choose to sell this from 96 instead you got to go back to 1963. New and sellable lower cost basis meaning you trigger more taxation. So the long and the short of track is. The the the tax law is going to hurt individual investors that own individual stocks yes right and adult law. Folks is gonna go into effect on January 1. A 2018 at least that's what we are supposing right now based on the information we have. These laws are gonna change on January 1 and 22 so. If you have a broker you should be having a conversation with your advisor about those stocks if you're doing it yourself. You're gonna have the body things to take terrorists. This is one of those things that bothers me because it directly impacts individuals and they've exempted fund companies from the so it pretty much they are trying to win sent you can go in by mutual funds. In order and to avoid this hedge funds to. That's posted its more mutually gave him again it's I look at this end. I don't know the little guys get hurt just that you can pay for you know other states like event at the east you can be carried interest but you make and has to fight well. Politically this is going to be something that. Sponsors a lot of aspects of this tax bill. That are going to be haunting to Republicans running for office next year I don't know if it's going to be a positive for the many team I mean it's very unpopular. It's you look at some as you dig through the specific Asian part of it is because people don't fully understand because I don't. I give to degrade it may be a C plus and I will tell you. It's better than where we are now but I do I do believe that. The when they're done it's better than where we are now simply because the corporate side. I'll agree with that but I don't think it's a bill. Now I I don't if I look at stuff like this and you know this is something that is going to impacts the cigarettes on it looks at Merrill report cards sleepless. You know as explosive and so here here's actually where I stand if you're looking at corporate side I say OK yeah I give it somewhere around to be on the individual side. The public it DD modeling it's it's not gonna really don't like. What what's a positive on the individual's life be like for the average person that guy is renting a house. Raise the the and gets a double the exemption that's pretty theory that that they're at a you retirees are gonna benefit from this large that has both retirees at least Michael about what they're trying to sell stocks. And marriage and look I'm trying to be throw a little bit of sunshine into its I don't get on the individual site the corporate side I think they did a nice job. I don't know individual sides and good. Precious metals aids christmastime what is it December 14 C you have eleven days really attendees to do your shopping. Sure right after Christmas and that rancher. That that's what I'm yep I'm a plan I think you'll be able to by mid January. My thought might earn batteries in them iPhone at a seven plus it's. The mean down fifteen months old murder and agony charts that thing. Yeah funny that always happens when a new phone for map out as a bit at it that the new software update. Jamie Dimon who's the CEO of JPMorgan Chase says that the tax cut will cause companies to buy back their old stock well. I look at that chuck Tennessee good. That means my sock should go up if they do yep if you if you are a holder of equities are going to be sent a good and we've already seen a couple of announcements recently you think they already baked in. That the tax cut don't threw him yes. How much of all of it 90% just about legacy of a couple percent more bomb but I think we're just about there so if you didn't yet daisy you think there's about 70% likelihood that gets through next to be up. If it didn't get through how much of correctional. Center and ten. That's it yeah but I think that that's what's actually that's where the market should. Finally settle it might go down further in the short term just as people panic sell just his. That's what people do them but in in the long term if you look like 36 months out I think you'd be seven to 10% lower in the market. Tucker we have a guest coming up. Drawn hall rate from Tripoli yeah he yeah we were talking about this here today about whether you should do regular gas or premium gaffes is theatres you know actually difference and you heard. Of but he yes studied it Tripoli has done what you don't put fuel the first what we did. Are all fueled created equally. They're not there is a difference and our quality of fuel there in the cult talked here you'll the second or was she used premium fuel the car that does it requires are integral benefit. And the quick answer to that is no in this is the third one premium fuel air car worse as premium recommended. As opposed to premium required. Let's let's talk first about what kind of cars those might be what what cars would say premium recommend. I did well the one we looked at war as a Ford airport fifty with the eco boost. These six Internet Cadillac Escalade Mazda Miata out 83 Ford Mustang and Jeep renegade those little we tested. So we tested all those vehicles and what you find in terms of using one fuel vs the other. What we found was. Certainly there was an improvement. Average where power across the six cars was about one point 4%. The best increase we are in or power came to Ford F 150 it was about two point 1%. Fuel economy. Voted to limit half percent. Increase on average the best we saw was actually in the Cadillac Escalade it was up about 7%. The problem is she paid about twenty to 45%. More for premium many do for 87 knocked it. So it's 20% premium in the early getting a boost in performance of the on average maybe 34%. Something like that. Yeah on and on average in most cases if if you had something like Ford Mustang. 2.3 percent. Mile per gallon improvement and a 3.2 percent or power improvement yet you want all the horsepower at a out of their current Yankee group but the premium that premium and it. But are you really saving money. By using premium daughter all Ukraine Ukrainian or something you never really get take advantage. Wanna go back to the the second phase of this study that he did was which was does it benefit you know regular car that doesn't require this and any wake is. I know some people who say well give my car premium once a year just clean everything out and and make sure it's running well. Does that do anything. No daughter all what happens is. Premium fuel car that doesn't needed. Some cases can actually cause some issues. But in most cases what it doesn't really nothing at all note to use something called talked here you'll which is most of the major fuel manufactures. It could be shell would be more potent piece of code could be BP. They put an additional fuel additive. All across. There are playing great so whether it's 8789. Or 93. You get an additional. Additive it helps keep the fuel system clean. You might pay a slight premium for the in the ridges there to better that we did some long term testing that showed using gasoline belt that attitude. Verses the gasoline with that. It was a deposit build up inside the combustion chamber which could lead to knocking pain or credibility in lower fuel color. Do you see are there any differences really between the the gas that you get at the major premium brands like if I go to a gulf station person mobile or BP vs a shell. If there are all top tier fuel they have some proprietary differences. The reality of it is I drive. The ball 500 miles a week just on deck report to work. I driver right eighty different kind of terrorist. I try to put popular fuel and when I can. But I. I do somewhat shopped the price too so look you know shop shoppers to 33 this or autumn gold mine of our quarter taking yet supported by the Yasser. How much ethanol is in our guests. Right now right now where we're running about 10% out at all. Hasn't that been determined to do quite a bit damaged our our cars and especially our boats. Well yeah. If you if you own a boat. There that's a second issue but yet that the cars that we see today are pretty capable of running 10% ethanol without any real problems is the problem what boats it is. Boats that have fiberglass plastics alcohol is not a do it. Edited when it comes department lesser Mexicans to dissolve the fire from last yup I think alcohol does it's also were really good cleaner the capitals are really good cleaner. So there's a lot of slightly and just joke built up in the you'll take it washes away older cars. Cars bill you know. According to morning or more years ago but fuel system wasn't capable batting effort at all. But we have found overall the gasoline we use today in liquid capital it was they took methyl tertiary butyl Ito wrote MTV you know. It was put in as a clean air additive and that's what ethical does. A lot of people don't realize that. Getting gasoline and you still want to get a station road was using capital all the time rather than the and I'm TP heat because they thought it was a super edited in fact they were right. MTB did a really good job of keeping near clear that there are terrible drug and giving of not contaminating ground war so became. Became a real issue which is why we switch at all. We're starting the season stationed up in mean now they're actually selling at total free gasoline. Mostly to the boating community so it's it it is an issue. Most cars daughters are. All our cars not an issue. But when you start to push that percentage up over 15%. I AAA we have real concern about that if you're ever attempted piece you just focus says he 8585. It's actually 85% capital in less you have of flex fuel cars design user don't put it in New York are thinking you conceive. Fifty cents a gallon because it'll cause talks to pro. Very good John thank you very much for the time. Take care. John Paltrow plays hard doctor tuchman differences in the gas he couldn't I talked to the boating guys and it's a problem.
