This is the financial exchange with the very Armstrong and sharks are down. You're exclusive look at business and financial news affecting your day your city your world. Stay informed and up today about economic and market trends plus get breaking business news and every day. And now the financial exchange with the Barry Armstrong and chuck Exxon. Oil prices are on the rise and you should anticipate that gasoline prices will follow and home heating oil prices will also be on the increase. We'll have the answer as to why prices are on the rise and how long those prices will remain elevated what does the future. Of automobile mechanic with the advent of electric cars are we going to need automobile can mechanic to talk about that then how is Amazon. Depressing the rate of inflation hi everybody it's very truck with you here on a Tuesday morning a very busy first hour of the show. No story more important though. Then the elevated price of oil in this caught investors in this caught consumers by surprise last night. Yes certainly did in this is one of the biggest pipelines in Europe. Closing for us some repairs year. For a matter of weeks this is something that's going to be restored in the span of a couple days they can't even tell us. How severe the the problems are it's a it's a cracked pipeline. In Scotland. That transports. Oil from the North Sea correct yet it transports almost half a million barrels of crude a day see you talking about hat and a half percent. Of the world's energy supply flows through this one pipeline. And so it's a big chunk coming out of the market and what that's had the effect of doing. Is bumping up Brent crude prices overnight. They're down a little bit today after their starting to set allowed a little bit here. But obviously. This is somewhat of a surprise Brent crude prior to was this. This announcement had been in the 6263. Dollar range bumping up north of sixty fives about a three and a half percent bump on this news here. And it could stalemated for. You know the next couple weeks as they tried to get this pipeline. Sixty quality that challenge that the United Kingdom faces is they were relying on this half a million barrels the data with their consumption is that. That's it you know. But when you look at UK consumption and guess the biggest UK consumption both guest before it take a look at it and guests. Were twenty. We're an eighteen. Eighteen million on an against the UKB sick. Five. Barrels per day from the gets two million barrels okay. But he thinks and win now I'm gonna guess one point five can you go. And you go oh correct yes scorer and be right partner for acts of great attackers are right. With the rate of one point five million barrels day so it's a third and consumption yeah. So now Great Britain your the United Kingdom the only place they can get that oil to replace it is through West Africa. What you might all of this isn't going just to the UK now it's it's going to you know continental Europe as well but yet they're gonna have to be paying you know an awful lot in order to you know get supplies and not only that the currently. Has to get it from West Africa to the UK's two weeks. Yeah so it's it's going to be BO expensive heading into the the Christmas season in the UK for gas the sleeve got that solid and it already is plain and I think. With the obvious question from a listener and saying to myself well Campbell who cares that's just the British people. Well the fact of the matter is it puts a crew on global supply because all the sudden that North Sea production goes down by a 500000 barrels a day and you might say welts 500000 barrels relative to a hundred million per day. That's a lot EU when you take it off and it's unexpected. That's a lot of boiled them offline. On the other thing is just the the the domino effect you have terrorists all the sense in Europe says OK we need to start pulling more from Africa all of a sudden those resource that were being sent elsewhere. Now someone else is saying gee now we've got a shortage because we are expecting a ship coming over into the US from there we can try and we can charge more. In so it just creates this cascading effect where you see. Prices for all kinds of oil rise because of this in the short term that the spread is huge track if you look at the spread between Brent and WT ought. To wind a little bit recently laity in the UIQ wasn't long ago when that spread was two bucks no there now what's the spread eight bucks about 77 dollar spread that's. How was last time we saw spread. Pro about a year and a half ago now that a lot dep in awhile probably eighteen months now if if with we went back a bit will be somewhere in that ballpark. The name of the pipeline that it is fracture is the forties pipe just violates the spell to sleep sounds the forties pipeline. And this is unexpected it's an and I think the reason there having difficulty predicting how long. It's gonna be off line is they don't know how bad the damages. Know they knows that it was so bad they knew we have to shut it down immediately get it they have to go in NAFTA inspecting Eads. This is going to be could be anywhere from 48 weeks before they finally get this putt on back up. Talking about a different topic and that would be automobile mechanics. For the longest time. We've my family week we had our car service at a place called bringing these automotive in midfield Massachusetts and you take your car and easy drop off the night before. And then you pick it up the day later. In and adding he needed done with news inspection. At new breaks her. And it needed done that was just a you do it he went two year ought neighborhood. Automobile mechanic you guys used to talk to you Lisa Carson do you have to take him back to the deal with Chavez highly encouraged a dealership because it is a lease. But you don't have to. Can't confirm. So would you date for loyalty ain't ready to EG team all take out for an oil change it I mean I usually take it to the dealership by I've done that before it like a local gas stations like that would have valued chart would be ready take your credit really goes a dealer. The I was just shocked at how many people. Work in this sector 750000. Work is huge in the US automobile repair industry. And you see yourself who will who cares well. Internal combustion cars is that tried to explain these guys in the past. They have a lot of moving parts. And tremendous amount of me it's rated like how often do you take your current formula changed 5000 miles. No about scent I usually go 7000 some 500 seat electric cars there are no changes no oil changes you don't have breaks if you will you. You think your birdies yet we don't replace your brick path to remedial. You don't know offline because when your. Driving an electric car when your breaking your re generating net powers that would doesn't you'd you'd. Like you'd have to drive an electric car for 5000 miles between. Sharon that the it's that seems dubious I don't know from a four I by the you don't need an oil change but breaks where the same whether the car's electric or not. Look at. Look at anyway. The eat the the reason I bring this up he has. The mechanics the thing I would be concerned about hears it should be bolts maintenance schedule rotate your tires every seven to 500 miles we don't need to take in the camp that. Air filters every 22500. Miles coolant washed every 150000. Miles that's it. That that's the service on a ship be bull. It's. In the big thing is just all those little things all the news you know 35 dollar oil changes that you lose out on. And what I see you know obviously if your mechanic you probably sit near known. Oh boy I hope Billick I hope that this is a slow transition because you can see your business being eaten away but what I see here. Is a potential opportunity because you have an awful lot of people who wore a skilled and trade yeah. We know that we have a shortage of construction workers. We know that electric boats trying to hire a whole bunch people now. If you're sitting there saying gee I'm on an auto mechanic and I'm worried about you know what happens if we go towards more electric vehicles. I sit there and say. What are the projections if they might be 10% of vehicles sold in the United States in twenty years indicate the numbers are. When I look at what they're projecting for electric vehicle sales are very modest it's it's going to be a slow transition this is not going to be over night this is not going to be as quick as the driver was revolution. That is going to be a separate track if that happens more quickly. This the transition over to electric vehicles can be dependent on batteries that's that's the big thing but I. I'll tell you this I think we are within. Two years of major battery breakers artsy and battery battery breakthroughs in and you talk about driver scar technology that's gonna be on the road in two years. What are the body shops where it would if you're working in a collision sent. We January find another job. Like I start looking policy resonate but go you know go you know to trade school and become a you know a and HVAC technician regulate. Find something else there's our but accidents are going to be on the decline there are other things that you can do with your skills if you are an auto mechanic again you go become an HVAC technician a pipe fit like there's things that you can do that are a natural transition. If you are you know an auto body repairman. Watch out you know a cute that is a transition that will happen more. Quickly somebody who follows the automobile sector says suggesting. That two thirds of the nation's auto technicians will fall victim to the electric and hybrid down revolution. It's a mass die out any issues it's because that need these cars don't require the same kind of maintenance. I was just curious. About where our listeners bring their cars for maintenance do you bring your car to a neighborhood mechanic. Where do you bring it to a dealership. I used to bring my cars to. The neighborhood of mechanic in my wife still does SCSI drives a Honda CRV. To switch when he went to the hybrids. You know TV that you don't take him. Yeah I guess it was so late when you do like if you need new tires or something like that we take it to the dealer you'll we'd take it just like a tire place and the need a used to nine Mitt local mechanic who take it down. But you you know these these electric cars. They just simply don't need service work and and that it's gotta be tough on the dealers. Think about your. Lilja beat date to shabby dealers are really crazy about selling the ball in the volt because they don't get any service work well in this is the thing when I think it was GM came out and said we expect you know that we can generate you know multiples of revenue on these new vehicles that are self driving and so forced. Messier can generate the revenue they're gonna lose all surface work right the and that's where they make them on right economic in my selling card to make their moneys say this servicing car. Do you bring your car to a neighborhood mechanic or do you take it to the dealership that is our poll question today. You can go to financial exchange showed dot com to participate in the poll thus far 60% of our audience. Uses their neighborhood mechanic what are the problems that neighborhood mechanics that they'll. Is getting the manuals. Associated with auto repairs you know if you take it to. And the Subaru dealership and they plug back Korean. To a computer and it tells them what's wrong with the car yup and then they go about repairing. Where you're local mechanic may not have the manual may not have that same computer needed to sort of us that super so. It's a it's a challenge for the neighborhood. Mechanics coming up we're gonna talk about Hoover and how they. Mistakenly. Charged one of their passengers over 4141000. Dollars. For a five mile drive and is not a fact. They refused to reverse the charge at least initially they did that's our next story Hoover coming up from the financial exchange radio network. Barry and Joakim the latest every day beginning at ten only here on the financial exchange radio network. Dollars for a five mile ride across Toronto. I editor much I I couldn't resist the story guy Tim Reid were sought but he said. Susan Sontag and we have to we have to talk about this I mean I know Wilbur has. How does it work the they have different types of pricing. Based on how busy being sorry if it's. Yea it its search pricing effectively what it does is if they notice a lot of activity they know that they need more drivers in order to cover that activities and what they activity meaning. Passengers requesting. Yes. So if they have a lot of people who want to take a ride they know they need to get more drivers and system and so what they do was they raise the prices that those drivers charge. In order to incentivized drivers onto the rooms to pick up those passengers so the theory being. And not a ride it might normally cost you if if you win it three in the afternoon. It might cost you ten dollars. But it. How but how much does it serves like what's the most you've ever seen it searched on big nights like if you're talking New Year's and fourth of July and stuff like that I've seen surged up to five and six times the normal price hold. Yeah. That's a lot. Oh yeah you gotta be by for more than a tactic of territory would be better uptick in attacks in new bear I've had situations where I was better off getting a hotel. Knocked out not didn't undo years when he found a hotel or for ninety boxes oppose taking a 150 dollar and were married yeah. So that they they're charging him because he get away with it but what happened in this case I mean how could they possibly charge some but he 141000 dollars. For five Ry well yes and it it was actually 181000 Canadian dollars which is like 48 dollars US guess it it's it's about six dollars in the US but. Know that they they somehow something got messed up on this and they just applied some kind of ridiculous surged to it by mistake and so the person got charged 181000 dollars 181518. And fifty cents because you know they need that fifty cents on the surge. What's interesting over initially insisted that the bill was legitimate and that that's how much description of cost and and finally. They came back with proof there was a twenty minute arrives twenty minute trip like you charged me a thousand dollars a minute. That's just like that doesn't make any sense there. And who were finally back down and said yup we we've we've fixed it and credited via the V debate giving guy a free rider today charger that I'm sure they've arrested charts of something. Hope to get a free wonderfully if they got a tip that treatment bill 24 very 181000 dollar edged up 20% on. Because they send you that option would only after the they give you. I would call suggested tip amounts yeah usually they give you take 12510. Other graphic of the amounts they give and I normally for short try to get to furlong when I get five from him. Just dead as. It was a curious story to see come across a weird one. Holiday shoppers with Smartphones. Can retrieve instant price comparisons. That may bargain hunting easier. And the Federal Reserve's job much tougher. So we're talking now about how technology. Is. But I wouldn't say it's causing disinflation but it is really keeping a cap on inflation. It is simply because you have the ability if you're on your phone and you're saying gee I really wanna get that TV for my family for this year and you say. While looking on best buy it's 400 Amman wal mart's 375 and on Amazon is 39. I'm gonna go by the one from Wal-Mart and so what this is doing the ability to comparison shop easily and look at mr. Tucker does occasionally or he's hanging out there and sometimes on Saddam Hussein Chia really need to get something from mom or dad. And all of a sudden he's sitting there in in the span of a minute you can comparison shop between three to five to. For stores is there one application you can use to shop on those that you just mentioned three stores would say it best buy Wal-Mart in hands. So is there one. Website that'll do the shopping for you or do you have to manually ago. To each web site in order or San electric kayak out shopping yet yet and I certainly you have heard happens that I I feel pressure that story yet that there are few of them the one that's been the most people most familiar with just Google shopping. Where you go to goalie type in a product that you want in it'll show you prices from. All the different retail fuel it's weird right I went to look at the guys that I've ever heard of the Google match. You know that it yes I was like a wider us out Wi-Fi modem is on them it's Wi-Fi and allows you to expand the Wi-Fi to all corners of your house yeah so if you have a big house of got a similar setup and would you use I use Euro EE RO OK. Well supposedly. Google mash is the newest and best system eaten by. But I looked at buying it directly from Google and then I looked at the price on Amazon is cheaper to buy from Amazon and Amazon and Google are competitors at a case. I was buying one of my. When my fair winners won in Alexa. And I you know the Amazon Alexis Kurdistan and found the best price on best buy. Briefly yes so I bought it on that because Amazon it was going to be like 99 dollars best buy I was seventeen I was like. Well Sony really go in there. It it really does today. To comparison shop yet and it's it's easy to do now so like the old days we'd drive to Wal-Mart right. He's look and see with a priceless. In and you drive to best buy duty beating go to best buy used to go to Circuit City either out of business but you you know you know physically drive. To the stores to check on the pricing or you'd look through the newspaper you'd look in the newspapers even with the best pricing. And then he'd get the story they didn't have. You know now right. Now it's easy he used in you can usually Lakewood as it December 12. So if you want it to your point you'd buyout as some technology may want to by the Google mash were talking about you could buy that today and it's still going to be there time for course. Well and the other thing is the ability now to see what's in stock at stores you know what again when I was buying my leaf blower the other week. I looked at home people and I said look we don't have this in stock now what I do I ordered on Amazon's added in stock and. And coupled these very next day now. When we come back we're gonna talk about individual investors if you're buy stocks individually as a human. Mike Armstrong is with this now for Wall Street watch Mike let's start with a big name in Boeing some good news for shareholders there. Yeah could be good news for the stock that's nearly double those last twelve months they are increasing their quarterly dividend by 20% or ulcer replacing existing share buyback program with the new eighteen billion dollar authorization for share repurchases. Stocks up an additional dollars and fourteen cents today or nearly 3%. On the other side we have Mattel looking like they're guiding towards a weaker end of year and potentially some continued problems in the future. Yeah he's yeah this is a company that has just really continue to struggle to adapt to a you know retail environment that is less and less focused on brick and mortar retailers. You know what they're seeing it all their key partners. You know stores like Wal-Mart store is you know brick and mortar retailers cross country artist taking down inventories is they're not seeing as much foot traffic and they have in the past. And that's intact and Mattel's bottom line and they're also. Expecting him mid to high single digit percentage drops there. Total gross sales between seventeen. So just continued tough news for Mattel stock is down another fifty cents Europe or 3% of the is that. Good thank you Mike as Mike Armstrong with Wall Street watch automobile technology is changing. And it's becoming apparent that there's going to be. Less work done on automobiles especially as they gravitate towards schooling electric in terms of the type of engine. That they have. Our question is do you bring your car to a neighborhood mechanic or do you bring it to the dealership. Surprisingly. The the poll results thus far are about 5050 in terms of where people are taking their cars. I was popular registered in the neighborhood mechanic has its in I find it very inconvenient. To team to a deal of interest in what way. Well because if you take it make it recently enacted to the dealership. They have to drive you to work in and use the call you call them and you say OK I need to get back to the the dealership picked up my car. It's just takes a lot of time. It's what he's doing on weekend. Letting have to wait rate you sit around waiting. There and if you go for Iran or something like elegance and I usually do is all you either go for like a bike rider run Wal-Mart cars in there and yeah a lot of these dealerships will offer you variety or loner even through a lot of girls night loner out yet yeah it'll owner that's good that. You know where I take my car indeed they don't give deal. And that's. It that's why we use the neighborhood commute you know the wife and I can fall my wife over to the view through mechanic you drop it off and then they'll call the next game saying we need to do this this this in this okay do it. Yeah and pick it up that night epidemics such idiots it's right in town as opposed to. Into the dealership witches fifteen miles away and I always had dealers close as well so for me it's not. It's not as big a deal with them just depends on logistics. So individual investors are going to face a steeper. Tax bill under the senate proposal this is a real stinker of of component. For the tax bill especially for those of you. Who are individual investors and a lot of people that are going to be negatively impacted by this truck. Are people who buy stocks and people who are older and may have bought their stocks are inherited their stocks 2030 years ago. I'll go beyond it being you know something that isn't good for a lot of people out of step further it's it's a stupid proposal. But it is to build a boat that doesn't mean it's not stupid now so here's the thing we're trying to simplify the tax code right. So instead what we do is we decide if you or an individual. If you wanna go and sell shares of your Stockton. Right now you have the ability to choose which packs a lot you sell on what that means if you're not familiar with that. Is that let's say that you bought a hundred shares of GE back in 1980 and a hundred shares in 1990. You could choose which one of those hundred shares you want to sell you that 1980 share or there's 1990 shares thereby making a decision based on the tax ramifications exactly to figure out which one you paid more for him and that way you have less of a capital gain in you can sell those. What the tax bill proposes here. Is that the this is the senate bill says. No if you're an individual investor you can't choose which locks you want to selling more you have to sell the first ones regardless and they're letting the funds. Keep the old mutual funds and ETFs don't have to applaud this so this is a case this we're in real stinker where the individual is getting screwed. And the the investment managers say that now they have a new marketing graphic they say hey now we can choose where your taxes are going to be you know taken. And so because of that it's favoring these phone companies and any it complicates the tax code. It is a slap in the face to individual investors especially older. Individual rights that is the person who spend you know fifty years at UPS and had you know bunch of is you know compensation in company stock. That person is going to end up getting whacked by this the person who spent forty years at Boeing. In owns a whole bunch of bone stock or whole bunch of GD stock is gonna get whacked by the. That's not a good deal it's not a good component and unity should coal in and tell your. You're your illustrious pol political leaders that you don't like this part of the deal. I must be a little slow 'cause yesterday we talked about this Verizon deal with the NFL. And I've read this story couple times and I still don't fully understand what Verizon paid the NFL two billion dollars or what are they getting in exchange for the two billion dollars they're getting the availability to broadcast these games on their mobile platforms as well as on Yahoo! Yahoo! Sports and another mobile platforms well. And so. And Eric to pay for Yahoo! Yahoo! for. If your fury Verizon subscriber you left pay for any of us well it said today it here's what I didn't understand. Verizon will make national games on Monday Thursday and Sunday nights in addition to the playoffs and Sunday afternoon games from users' home market available on its apps or Smart well for Smartphones. Regardless. Of the customer's mobile carrier even. So if I'm a I'm AT&T. But I have Yahoo! I make anybody get Yahoo! dip song gonna be able to watch. The NFL. On Yahoo! on my AT&T yes. So why would the why would he do that there's one I certainly adds on that plot. All city it's going to be different ads than what you would see on the broadcast isn't this another incentive to cut your cable package. Potential G yeah could you could just say wind is going to use my Internet service and Yahoo!. It's one less reason is one of the reasons you might keep your cable. We don't need cable for NFL games anyways thanks to you live you live in a rural area you do you can move in my placing Connecticut. EU can't be additional towers nearby so good tennis they'll work it does. It does potentially give views you know something that can allow you to cut the cord the big thing that Verizon's trying to build and is an advertising platform that's. That's why they bought a well that's why they bought Yahoo! and and turn them into oaks which is the dumbest name for company. In in a longtime friend but they they bought those because they want to turn into an advertising platform and lot of money. Yet it's gonna be about 500 million dollars a year and what's interesting out of these pay what is the NFL get paid for their TV rights. That's Tucker but it's somewhere in the ballpark of a couple billion a year I want assess this is a big chunk of change. EM two I'm trying to think of how big yesterday and bell. Amazon does and Amazon have some gains that they pay for seven billion it was 27 and nearly a year three billion dollars a year all three Billy. So yes is six. Six of that size. Intimate mobile devices so. The will get the pew when watching this one people on the go war you know there. And on the couch in a catch out another game something like that they booted up on their eye pattern there cell phone program as a radio and make it. That's fine. If you can't see a football game and your old best candidate on the radio that's what offices but I like I couldn't. It would be a treat to watch hockey. Wouldn't yup you can still watch the game. It's the attacker it's too small little. You fall UNC I haven't yet you've never watched any video your phone in select movie they took some sort of I don't want to move Medicare ought to. Take this big screen the foot the the football witnessed a number of us. In a script at all it's it's HD can it looks good. It must be because they paid two billion dollars yet. It's they're paying again 500 million dollars a year for these rights. On mobile platforms as well as on the Yahoo! platforms so. You know eat it is this is where things are trending in what I'm curious to see. Is what the next rights deal for the broadcast football games looks like news that that's on the decline at that number that number I think you come down. Once it's got a right days he's got 15% well here's the thing though as much is NFL ratings during the regular season or down and the Super Bowl stills the biggest draw in the country. Never did he sell the Super Bowl separately isn't that like you know he would on the super Bono. Well no it gives you are all packed their packages so they won they bundle it just so that you have to carry the regular season games that's it's it's kinda like so it's always fox CBS that as a super. I know rotates between fox CBS ABC and NBC although all four of the broadcasters. ABC to. ESPN has Monday night they picked up ABC because it's all under the same Disney and grow tax term extension pointer to phones now have amazing HT projectors which is very trip that's the other thing. You start to see it's especially you can do what you need project doctor Paul and get caught bonds on some phones that allow you to set your phone as a projector on the wall. Give them the outcome. Some some of the phones are seeing come out as standard wood didn't he say active hooked my phone up to my TV to Tucker. And I yeah I'm pretty sure Lleyton any apple phone. And I think iPhone is a normal person goals at. Yeah you just mirror image to your TV pretty much does that require accord now. No but he said the picture quality listens to it. It's it's not seeing it eat it tends to have a little bit a starter occasionally and so it's it's not great for sports if your mirroring something like that. And but I'm. I'm curious to see what this new NFL deal looks like with the broadcast networks is that comes up in 20/20 two so we got four years until that's up. They're gonna have to negotiate with a couple years in advance so I could see watching a football game on my laptop. That's pretty good sized screen. Yeah I mean I just I did I. I would I like the big screen personally yeah because otherwise I do too it's the one thing that gets you close to being at the game you say OK I don't need to go to games I got my sixty inch screen and an uncomfortable there's. If I've got to watch on a six inch screen for me it's it it's it doesn't get there there's all kids who only to lose notes spend time looking at their formal down that's what this is director that's for the target it's it's not you and me. World and a. Up next we will be joined by Galileo. Russell from seeking alpha. Talking about Tesla wonder fees long or short I don't know the answer to that. Everybody it's very Armstrong and I'm joined by estate planning attorney Todd what ski from the law firm Cushing in dole and we're talking about. Gifting assets can you explain Todd the differences. Between gifting assets away from an IRS perspective. Verses gifting assets away from Medicaid. Perspective this is a great question because two things one the amount you can give away for and I RS purposes is 141000. Today and com 2018 the news is it's gone up to 151000. Seems to go up about every three or four years yeah it's got to make up by a thousand an eagle eyes so. There will be 151000. You can give away in what that means from an IRS perspective is that you. Do not need to finally get tax return and you do not need to Pena gift taxes and you will not used up any of your gift tax exclusion. It is an out right freed. 151000. Dollars to anybody you want to give it to you like it clear as the recipient that's a question out and yesterday you know. Mom gives their son. 101000 dollars and then that's on call me settlement on gave me a 101000 dollars to have to declare that anywhere from you know absolutely nothing for the recipient and most importantly nothing for the gipper. However the differences for Medicaid purposes. It will be gate is qualifying transfer. It doesn't matter that it's not taxable for the IRS if you think you can give away 151000 dollars and protect it from the nursing home without creating a five year waiting period. You are incorrect. Folks it's important to learn how to properly if your assets you don't run afoul of the Internal Revenue Service or Medicaid. Call Cushing handle an 8668485699. Yeah I think are talking about Tesla here today what are your thoughts on a bullish or bearish at this point. There able. All in the company for about five years now I'm a shareholder update in the electric vehicle. I think it would be imprint in the speed and that you are not been an incredible yup that there are bullish on the company. Does anything worry you about the space potentially becoming more crowded with other entrance over the next couple years especially of more competitive price points. Just kind of a record of having a really Big Apple products in destructive company you know I remember my years ago collectors were calling off the line that they're eat it was back. It wasn't that known within about a model that it was that knowing them by electric cart here and there are now we in this inflection point in our automotive market. Where every auto makers realizing that they need to start building electric cars built and eat it has pledged on what the future look like. I think that it kind of a consequence of any instructors are gonna get rep what needed calm and it really is you know kind of validated at but the that the market. Vessel's path to profitability one of the big questions that a lot of folks have is this is a company with the huge burn rate as far as cash goes. And at some point they need to get to profitability not because. It more more for just being able to not have to go out and fund raise every six months. Builder kind of like growing as fast as possible mode and that sort of they're taking an Amazon app approach which is. Vision this year hole. Oh and grow do. You know. They only have the model at an act right now the rolling out the model three Egypt and bailed semi truck that roadster sports car they have a pickup truck in the war. Just don't mean more products were done that very early innings of the half a group story. That I'm expecting them to lose money from here on out the next couple years. But they're going to continue to grow and you really quickly before becoming profitable but I think they're billing groat now it. Does does this business model Galileo does give you any any pause when it when you see. You know the potential for a financial downturn out there if they have to fund raising that environment. Either they have to dilute shareholder significantly or they might not be able to foundries. Great point and it. I think we we lost Galileo there but. Type about talk you Barry's got it a point that's that's my biggest concern it's not that that the cars are good in that that the market isn't there. It's that with the cash burn rate they have what they have to fund raise in the market takes a dip. They might not be able to get out. System capital many now you know like I've heard all the arguments against Tesla and I've looked at the numbers are my best friend as the best that Tesla bear. He's actually short the stock he's got a large short on his grizzly bear yes ease ease. He's got a large short position against Tesla. And he swears it's gonna go he eastern and out of business but you don't like that aren't stock is up seven box today you know it's it's. And he gave got a brand. They've got a new innovative CEO. And you know we we can sit here and talk about all their problems. But there's a lot of Smart money keeps flowing into the night could say the same thing and guess about bitcoin did it doesn't tilt doesn't. Well I know they know it but you know. I just remember the conversations. Ever wish to talk about Amazon lol what are you gonna turn a profit well look at them only it was never had the burn rate that these guys do know and anywhere and you are going through three billion dollars over six months you know the difference here is the margins unity Darian a labor intensive in the competition. Yeah Amazon has never had a true competitor. Yeah right there's LA tennis now I am just a start to face person Chevy Volt yeah it's a darn good car the bowl is going to be the best selling EV this year probably. You know it's a it might be better than the vault is the Nissan leaf and or if you look at the new one but you can buy twenty team. Nissan leaf that'll do 150 miles on charge and it's cheaper than the bull. Yeah and it looks better believe there are other sales of struggled the last couple months they're making that transition to the new model. Want a bit like for me I I would 150 miles would be the minimum. That I would buy an all electric car for you because of the type of driving EV sales this year by the way are gonna be somewhere around a 190000. Units in the US that's up from 158 last year so it's about a 20% increase year over year. It's still a tiny fraction of the overall mark and by 1% more than 1% two and a half or about one quarter percent of the overall US market. But you figure eventually you know you continue to see that kind of growth this is going to become something that is more and more common over the next three to five years. What I would suggest to use that as people buy electric cars they tend to stay with. Like I would never go back to an internal combustion car now that it had electric birdie that I'm hooked on it to heroin. Not like that Tucker I don't know at all the Dow's up a 115 points in nasdaq's up two. In the S&P 500 is up for pledge to give you an update on the price of oil is moving rapidly. Now the big coins trading at 171099. Dollars and cooling big question is bitcoin. There is no legal frequent because the old Dick calling the old picked clothing I was on the Twitter last night. And trading at 171099. Dollars and the question is who the heck but is buying we're gonna tell you the answer that. Eric talked about why there are not enough Holmes. For millennia rules to buy talker so this field pinch. And then credit cards you're going to be a major change announced a major change we use your credit card going forward. Hi everybody it's buried truck with you here. On a Tuesday morning. And sediment on 171099. Dollars per point. And showing no signs of weakness. No and in years and seen some of these peripheral coins out picking up as well fear him up about 36% in the last week in light going up 263%. In the past how many are there. Other hundreds that the three biggest at this point bitcoin theory human like and in there all. Fictitious like air they'll they LA doing nothing when it's all said and I can drive people piling into these literally just because they are going up not with any intention of using them or anything like that but just because they're going up in what's going to happen at some point is there's going to be a big enough dip the people start to get spooked and lose their money. And we're really starts to have an impact were people borrowed money in order to buy these things slow the DC that most of the purchasing. Is coming out of Asia South Korea that sent a lot of the money flow. Is out of South Korea a good chunk is but there's I mean there's been a ton of activity in the US like coin base has been down up and down which is the biggest be corn exchange been down up and down all week who. Near there haven't all kinds of problems processing transactions. They have halted is the area and like point buys and sells today because they can't process that right now. It's we're getting acting close to just peek insanity. Here I was talking to a person yesterday. Who's involved in a political campaign. And we're talking about how they wanted to open up a bitcoin account so they can accept donations. For her candidate. Through that does that legal and I've no idea these wanted to know how to bide calling in how to process is so explained how to do that. But really it just eat it it's becoming. 88 the rare does a day go by Edward doesn't become part of the conversation if you go to dinner or somebody. And you're happen to be in the financial business I can promise you you're gonna get peppered with questions about the quake hit it's it's being talked about out. In the hockey rinks is being talked about on the soccer feet on the Italian and the other night. We're worried about just restaurant came up a conversation now day it's. I don't know me and I've I'm not sure how will end all I can tell you is. One of the things it's got people little bit spooked as a securities regulator by the name of Joseph Borg. Said that people are borrowing money to getting on their action they're going so far is they're taking out mortgages. In order to bide equity lines credit cards things like that in and this is usually where you get to the point where you're near the peak of bubble. When when. You know what's different about this bubble coach Hughes most notable is that that that the that the that the notes. It would start saying it's different this time well it's not different this time it is different here's a here's how it's different. Most bubbles. That is the gate the Smart money the big institutional money hedge funds the private equity firms the big investment companies like Merrill. Morgan and fidelity and vanguard. The air the early entrants and they bid it up and then at the very end all the suckers all the sheep the individual investors pile into that trade. And the trade is we have it this just the opposite. You know all the investors in bitcoin have been mom and pop it's it's it's these. If it's Asia the money's coming that it's not say where it's coming from China. India. A lot of Russian money in South Korea that's that's where the the it's not it it's ironically. It's not. Johnny Smith from what I have New Haven, Connecticut X. Did you missing who the institutions are in this case because of the way the bitcoin is structured it's it it's not set up for traditional big money investment right right and so. The institutional investors arts. Your hedge funds and so forced him to the people bought all the mining equipment that the people who bought all of the equipment are going to be going no back B a five years ago when no one even knew what that term meant. You get to this point now what's to say that all the big guys don't get together and say we're gonna squash this damn near threw five billion dollars that'd boom it's done. Seattle think it's going to be the big investors that squash it it will I think it's going to be Jerome Powell sending. Same thing and the Central Bank same thing the central banks are gonna say hold on here we're we're not so crazy about this and they're the big. Central banks could just say well we're gonna confiscate. It won't even be central banks what it'll be is the CBO we have just started that going futures and they did so with a 50% margin requirement. Which means that for every dollar he had been effectively have to have you know another dollar in in in reserve for. What's going to happen is there's going to be a 40% drop in big point one yeah. And the CBO Wii's gonna come out and say we we can't do with 50% margin requirement we got to go eighty problem. It's in all of a sudden it's gonna get whacked or you're gonna see you it's gonna be something along those lines in this is why I say. Be careful when it comes to understanding who makes the rules in the system because the biggest threat. Isn't necessarily someone coming in and saying I'm in across this it someone coming in who makes the rules and saying we we can't operate this way anymore we need to change the rules. I I think you're absolutely right in that is the future let's about the future of credit cards right now. And went out to dinner with my wife last night in the check comes a what do you do you leave the credit art right on the table and Nate did waiter takes it. They run it in and they bring it back in you sign it in and you can leave that you signed your credit partners. That's gonna change. Yeah of wood so what's going to be happening here is that Amex and MasterCard are no longer going to be requiring signatures. Four credit and debit card purchases are in April. I mean who looks at a signature if your waiter and like I felt like outages whenever. Adam and I don't think it's a nice. I'm happy. This it's one less step. That I guess I still have to calculate the tip. Well yeah hysteria it and you don't get that shipped. Part until the cracked this should they'll they'll change in the cancer probably just do that you know right when they bring it to you initially. But the the big reason wise with the the chips that are in the new cards and everything moving in that direction the chips are more security instincts are anyways. Signature before that you does that logic as to why we don't have to sign yet so will that be just in restaurants or will that be when I go to grocery store and be everywhere. What about the grocery store and asked my signature I literally just draw a single line of like Coca. Sometimes I just little look at those sometimes it just puts shapes on the edges to see what they do it don't do that triangle square in the in the that I go to great like that there's like PlayStation controls like we do here at night. Aussie guys haven't signed for a long time. I just knowing that if I'm a little fall leaves put random crap down like half the time the pin pad does even accept your signature the way it looks anyways are like you doing O line is so I don't have to sign the pin pad and now. Miami unless you have a data you just punching and and that's you know I'm all in its oh yeah. But I still see a lot of swipe cards. It's like please please click the card you go to my local hardware stores and on and I think that's up to the manufacturer. Or that degenerate as it or if someone does not move to the chips by next year all of the liability is on the store not on the credit card issue is that still the gas stations to trip yesterday. So they have to go they have until I think the following year. I think they have until twenty to 12090s that was it it was that the big probably yes it was the biggest place where you end up with fraud because of this gamers and stuff they get put in those machines. And those are required I believe it's like 2019. To convert not when he eighteen. But by the in the next year if your normal retailer and you haven't converted you bear the liability not the credit card issuer. Well the housing market has a tight supply. And it's creating a problem though let me provide you with the evidence to prove. That there's a shortage of homes available for purchase normally there's a six month supply of houses on the market. If if it's six months chuck that's what's called equilibrium to healthiest it's a healthy market it's a healthy market good for the buyers and it's good for the sellers. If it's under six months of inventory. Available for sale it's an unhealthy market for the buyers but it's a very healthy market for the sellers will today. There are three point nine months of supply. Available for sale on the market so we're about 30% below where we should be now you bought your first home first house session today. About it's six months ago just about exactly merit so. You were in a unique position because you were both a buyer and the seller. So on one hand you may have said boy inventories are tough when amount they're trying to buy yup but conversely. You were in a an envious position because you were selling a property you made a nice profit I got the one offer that I needed. Tucker on the other hand. Our other millennial place sometimes forget his name tie. He's in the position where. Your trying to buy your first house Yemeni different towns are you considering for your purchased the entire South Shore region and area 345. Towns. Now more than that law more than a dozen. A dozen yeah. On the suffer and a sounds down there north's short people weirdo. Anyway. Yes so does Jared like speeches like Utley gets heavily one out later there what I just think is that. But I've bought a house say I do. As I went oh yeah I mean are our top preferences marsh. Has me grow up there. I but you ought to be realistic in this housing market so when you go to look. Well how how. Mechanically how do you look you look on zillow zillow. Of realtors though it represented. Don't ever realtor. OK see you look on zillow and then would need to go to an open house there we know we haven't gone that far yet Bristol save for the down payment by our target to start the hunt is really. Spring. You know looking at the housing market we're not too optimistic that we're gonna get something in the spring arts and wanted to try. So you're looking at marks the right there session and that area yeah. How many houses. Are on the market in the price range you deter. And the price or injury determines not many many media under ten we here's the problem in little walk through. The reason in the logic peak time behind. The lack of inventory first of all my generation on the baby boom. And audible. It's it's it's that simple we like our house is like. I'd like the last we periodically the same moment that YE stain in that big old house we have Beagle five bedroom down rain farm house and new weighed more space between the way things that you guys won't move. Will you have to even when the boomers you move they downsized and they take the star home. Yeah yeah York city it's what they do and a lot of cases now. I mean we're seeing something some prices are houses in our price range where the boomers are moving out and downsizing but they'll pay more. Yeah that house sleet or offer more and they've got cash rained down on sent him there's so with the equity from the rules don't Wear out yeah. Tough. The the other problem nice that colonials are having. Is landlords will sell now. Back in 2008 and 2009 editor of the guys remember this that hedge funds are put together in private equity firms went out and they were blind. 1002003000. Homes at a time yet. I still put together like a huge investment of like three billion dollars Tuesday opened by single family homes and start renting them out and they leveraged. And so they may have put together three billion but they border another three billion yup and they only these properties. And I talked to somebody who's one of the syndicators. They said well our return on. The initial investment is running anywhere from five to 7%. And we're seeing price appreciation and we anticipate continued price appreciation. Of five to 7%. It's a she said to me why would we sell what you why why would we sell at a par returns are somewhere between ten and 14% per year. We've got great positive cash flow were maintaining the debt. What why would we sell because it. Always is at eight. As I feel like this market is getting a little. Bubbly the real estate market every week every one and feels like they just don't think anything can go to mountain. And that's when things are most dangerous and it's not that I think there's any great calamity coming I don't think that you know everything's you know Smart too long in overseas. But. I think about it is there any market that people are saying oh why I I don't wanna buy that. They. Everyone is all in on everything we've got people borrow and buy a bit cold and let people borrow and buy houses people borrowing to buy stocks. It it has that feel that the individual investors starting get caught up in all of this is and that's usually not a good sign up. Here that we give you another issue that's facing the talkers of the world builders. You know when I was a kid and hey this is I went back passes the 1960s. You would see subdivision going in and nearby. Fifty to a hundred houses and I grew up in the suburbs of Toronto. But you'd like we're right we were the first owners. Of the house yet we've easily abused new construction yup and my mom and dad bought it for I think it was 191000 dollars. For this house. And but there were written there were thousands of new construction homes for sale up in the suburbs of Toronto. Well driver around any suburb in new England and tell me a subdivision where you see more than three or four houses going in construction is. A couple of New Hampshire that have gone and there's there there's a couple in New Hampshire how many houses doesn't. Oh no way you you seem like hundreds Allred is there's a couple of then there's a couple of other developments that have gone in. It was like the old Rockingham park is their big when it's going an up that way and I think. I some condos going in apartments I continue to see that let your mind and our town like that with the town I would have been. I use EU EC is a lot of knocked up so part of it I I'm one level I blame a lot of towns and their zoning boards for yup because there's so protective of their property values they're pretty much saying no we don't want any additional construction I agree. And that in I think that that's it's it's incredibly shortsighted because yea your property values gonna be up right now when you're not trying to sell but dissect every one of those baby boomers pass away and people are trying to unload those houses. There's going to be no market form is known can afford to buy. Yeah I think the track if you talk to build he's talked to guide its built houses. And you know the beatle wanna build a house that Tucker once about profit margins are lower the gay. It's still like I talked to one guy now maybe use exaggerating. But you know he said while good the realtors tell him that the demand is for small houses that are would sell for 350000. Dollars. He said why am I gonna build a house that I can sell for 350000. When it cost me 400. They soak the geek the costs are still upside down he says Irving cost or I east it all labor costs are on the the the regulations like in terms of the electronics. And smoke detectors and oh yes in ninety you have a pool in your house they forget about in terms regularly. Yeah we've week we've covered this I think about a year ago where. The cost of the permitting process for homes in the US has more than doubled in the last ten years it's gone from me like 25000 up over fifty. And that's that's right Tucker I think you don't see new construction when you're out looking. You don't eat there's no neighborhood that's going in regency hundred homes being constructive got it day veteran aide in your price for a you know you got to air zona. The EU you still see that even parts of forty seat now via new construct a one really put a thousand homes and take a lake in entirety of city pretty much and build it out and also in New England is just not happening now that it's not it's it's in you probably won't. The Dow was up a 122. Points when we come back. I talk about a story related to UPS. Leasing U haul trucks it's kind of funny. Ticket dot com for more information everybody it's Barry Armstrong and I'm joined by estate planning attorney Todd what's key from the law firm of Cushing in Dolan. We're talking about. Gifting assets can you explain Todd the differences. Between gifting assets away from an IRS perspective. Verses gifting assets away from Medicaid. Perspective this is a great question because two things one the amount you can give away for an IRS purposes is 141000. Today and com 2018 the news is it's gone up to 151000. Seems to go up about every three or four years yeah it's got to make up by a thousand north eagle eyes so. There will be 151000. You can give away. And what that means from an IRS perspective is that you. Do not need to file a gift tax return and you do not need to Pena gift taxes and you will not use up any of your gift tax exclusion. It is an out right freebie. 151000. Dollars to. Anybody you want to give it to do I need to clear as the recipient that's a question out and yesterday you know mom gives their son. 101000 dollars and then that subtle call me settlement on gave me via 101000 dollars to have to declare that anywhere you know absolutely nothing for the recipient and most importantly nothing for the giver. However the differences for Medicaid purposes. It will be gate is qualifying transfer. It doesn't matter that it's not taxable for the IRS if you think you can give away 151000 dollars and protect it from the nursing home without creating a five year waiting period. You are incorrect. Folks it's important to learn how to properly if you're assets you don't run afoul of the Internal Revenue Service or Medicaid. Call Cushing handle an ID 668485699. Good drivers for UPS and I'm guessing that drivers for FedEx and working 72 hours per week. I got an email from one of our friends in New Haven, Connecticut listening to us I would be what 960 WEL liability. His name's Jay and daddy said. He he sent us a picture. For UPS driver unloading boxes from U haul truck. Yeah and apparently he went and talked to was the driver there in the driver says its second year in a row the UPS has had built to to rent these U hauls in order to be able to make all their deliveries we think that is they just didn't. EP I think they want the overhead throughout the rest the year. And these trucks are not as well equipped as a regular UPS that they don't want the overhead for twelve months if you're gonna have all these additional trucks on the road you wanna have to maintain an and so forth verb you know twelve months is most on used to be sitting. I wondered if it was perhaps a lack of landing and it means if there's some of that it is I don't think so he basically they they build this into the business model you you don't want the overheads a lot cheaper for you to rent do you all think about if you only need it gives you you figure what six weeks well first of all sir you hall gives us some kind of flee disk then you know that you did they're not renting one truck and paying forty dollars a day. City needed for six weeks they say okay for pain near 25 bucks today for that U haul them over you know 42 days you sit there and saying okay. Were pains somewhere in the ballpark of you know 1112100 bucks for the year in order rent this thing for that six weeks. If you to buy a vehicle that does that UPS trucks cost what do you think probably 70000. All all that and more to more. So the you know the the thing that occurs to use. Imagine you're trying to move in you need to rent one of the Easter block right yeah. There woody do. Where it is partly because they give it to we're going to be nights I'll thank you click. You don't want to have your lease expire on December 15 fortunately most people don't move in December writes it's probably the quiet this month of the year for real estate transaction user excellent. So this list was yet Netflix published a press release the the most out of that the most in washoe which leads you think maybe they're just push and he's up maybe these the shows that no one's watched in the wanna get people hooked on them. Consortium resource maybe they've spent an awful lot of money on these shows and saying hey we need little return on our best because when I first saw this headline I was like oh number one has to be stranger things and was name on the list you figure if you look at it like most binge watch shows it's probably stranger things house of cards. The new blood you know they are you to even I can understand though what's the one with Aziz ansari. I'll master master I know like I would figure something like that that's a quick watch you know I'm skeptical against these shows like 3% I've never even heard of. But don't tell Berrian Jardine the financial exchanges alive every day on FaceBook and YouTube this is the financial exchange radio network. The article caught my attention because it headlinenews sexual harassment cases. Show the ineffectiveness. Of going to human resources. One of the reporters on this story is truly pres well from the New York Times and she joins us today on the financial exchange. Juli welcome to the program. Hi happy bear we're glad to have you you know Julie. I went through this type of training back in the 1980s. And we were taught at the time. That if you had an issue like this right where woman came to you would say issues being sexually harassed. You would immediately go to the human resources department. And vein as the manager you're really out of that equation in human resources was to handle that case. Sounds like they haven't been doing it terribly effective job. It. Seem that way. A lot of very number of studies showed every year is that. Women who asked if you didn't call repeated it you agree or opted out. Something. How Alex. You know investigation and and in some cases have staged retaliatory. Actions sport reporting under UHR. Well there's a case in Boston to that effect as they did you mention Mintz Levin a woman who a female attorney who worked at Mintz Levin. Exactly. We see where it report they are reported to have her around and it kind of went after her and having to at all. Yeah did they fire her did she leave on her own pollution. Are. You why. It pressure. Now. Julie one of the things that I find disturbing here is that oftentimes people were told they'd jars the way to deal with these complaints but in reality. HR's often looking out for the best interest of the company not for that the person what what is the recommendation as far as what people should do. I think the recommendation that they'll say right is that I think that it your first course of action and I think it really does depend on. The title and or the culture of the company and the talent and culture of HR. What we're seeing so many of these cases. Yeah. Each art is there are more often perhaps Q and attacked the company can't. Top employees there's star performer. From. Situation. I think all. Yeah where. Here right is that now you know their role in these are investigation. Are being edict you're very. Yeah you're seeing a lot of action and that year to a year ago you would not let me. Is there anyone outside of a company that someone should look to report allegations to mean it is this the kind of thing that you take two police necessarily I just I don't know. Sure again I think if you're talking about all I absolutely would look better just last month. You're Gothenburg I think what we need to look at what went wire right look at start to get it EE ST ball and one other lawyer yet. If you don't have an individual by the cup the year gone by the company to not feel that there's been an actual hope it. Is follow up or Kirk played. That for many women it the next step. But the problem that Julie is it. It's it's got a tarnish your reputation within that company when you take that step. Absolutely. And it. That those things get out very quickly right. But it you're. Email you'll like. Your career happy being stymied or your work day that he got drafted in the air within that we interviewed at each yet he. I'm their workplace and higher. That's not a healthy situation. Europe kinda got off the plate where you're at the court a company. And you do take ethnic. How did this happen. Julie I mean in the 1980s. We all went through this training to sexual harassment in the sixties and seventies was rampant. And then in the eighties they started having big settlements and it cost people their jobs it cost the companies a lot of money. And I remember. You know we'd go to the convention an entire day would be dedicated to talking about sexual harassment in the workplace not to do it first of all and then second of all how to reported manage. You know I think. You know I it's hard to what the end there it is I think. I don't happen to know a lot and I think part of why we don't know much about it it. You know a settlement happens a lot faster easier or party to Kristi arbitration situation. Which don't get. Brought out to collided epic Wall Street. That's what happened the law. But when you have these are situations occur. The other the other situation where a lot of people in the chart is whether they are in power by the organization. You do exactly the right to the ethical thank you would investigation and I think you know. Companies are our profit earned that right if you're talking about. Hot you know our top performer. They're doing the math is in the calculation is a liability. That much bigger. For a minute and a billion. There are straighter portfolio manager whoever again right. How how prevalent. Are false claims Julie. Busy doing when you see. This much activity. EU EU ice as thick as just Alain and I said Russell plays. Because I can't imagine the scooping on a just with the education that's occurred during the last thirty years I'm shocked. And and minaret about the news the three guys with the NFL network. I mean the evidence their looks or wildwood but it do you ever see instances of false claims. I have personally at this point not the acting and I haven't followed the allegations. All the place that it up well I mean you know it yet you can't victory where a lot of the public and get beyond their age are. Walk it off the eagle. Or by the company that we have no idea. Bill Albania. Potentially. Alter beating. Allegations. Aren't made there. I think again we're. That's fascinating. Point and you know they're a lot of people that are out. But you you know is it you know what sort. Aren't so he and it. Who had an dispute. Sexual harassment by email in the workplace. Vehemently and die in these allegations and they've lost their jobs. They're there their reputations have been huge and unlike Circuit Court while they're given an op EQ to ban them now. In the court public opinion that there a couple of topics you'd. And it. It's devastating for that but you know that I cannot. You know where that truth is we're victory it you know art is used to achieve that. Yup naive you raise a lot of very good points in the article was terrific Juli thank you very much for your time we appreciate it. Julie Kress well New York Times and you know I'd I don't think. In the majority of cases that a woman would would make a false claim. But the you know I I've seen it not just with women I've seen it with kids. Making false claims against teachers for having done things inappropriately or the teacher did not do anything inappropriate. Yeah I mean you've seen the occasions they're the one that comes to mind. Most recently as the Duke Lacrosse case now. Thank you you know where you know those kids have their lives turned upside down and ruin their ears back coach he's at right now. Yeah so yeah it's certainly occurs sometimes but I think in general specially with what we've seen. In this round here. The vast majority tend to be accurate I mean what salad so many of these women have proof from lake pictures and videos that get sent to them it's like it it's what the heck is going down here in lake. It's it's it's just kinda unbelievable how many of these are an idiot completely true. We'll look at Anthony Weiner right. It it wasn't just one case the widows the tip of the iceberg and he's in jail. Don't know. I think is big east but it is just it's just like how many convert that I'm guys doing how many congressman do you think and congressman and senators and modem talks. Depends if they resign or actually go down you can see a lot of resignation sooners think. Many like me about. Stupid is as stupid as would do would would force them things and don't let that stupid is as stupid does correct the Dow's up a 128 points nasdaq's up six. And the S&P 500 is up seven points it's very sharp and Tucker signing off. From the financial exchange radio network.
