This is the financial exchange with the very Armstrong in chunks of you're exclusive look at business and financial news affecting your day your city your world. Stay informed and up today about economic and market trends plus get breaking business news every day. And now the financial exchange with the Barry Armstrong and chuck Exxon. Please think about Pittsburgh just a moment. Netflix has more than 100 million subscribers. Globally. And they just announced that they are investing in additional sixteen billion dollars in contents. The Netflix market value is greater than. Fox CBS. And Viacom hi everybody it's very and chuck with you here on a Tuesday and Netflix is our lead story. I'll tell you this company has become a juggernaut. And surpassing in market cap. You know three old traditional companies have been around for. Seventy years Netflix is what twenty years old. Just about maybe not even twenty years now but Netflix as you mention now with the market cap of around 73 billion dollars compared to CBS just as an example. We're just market cap of about 49 billion dollars and you know it's it's interesting when you look at this CBS right now does annual revenue of about thirteen Billiton now OK so you take a look at across the spectrum forty years ago CBS to about fourteen billion dollars in revenues to CBS has declining revenue right OK they've declined by about 8% overall and that's with football in the last four years exactly. Netflix on the other hand currently does about nine billion dollars a year in revenue in four years ago they would do about four point three so they've dealt of their revenue over the span. Of the last four years and that's why despite only having about 60% of the revenue of CVS or CBS rather their valued more than twice as much okay. And so the big thing that you've seen from them is they have shown at an ability to continue to grow their subscriber base at an increasing level. And that's on a global basis though leader domestically they're still growing domestically but. I would think they're reaching greatly dear I think there were fifty million domestically so they're pretty close saturated in the when you say he had that that they're getting close to that level right now I'd say they. They may have another five to ten million subscribers they could eke out over the next two to three years. But it's not going to be something you're never gonna have a hundred billion domestic subscribers just because you share these. We know he could do if they were Smart and I hate to get this idea of what they could say well. Where it is right now you can have five subscribers on their Mac explains yes. You'd say okay we're gonna take the five plane down with three. There you have the two plan you'd take this evening it's a Hayward take it would raise your price written to planned down to one. So you're effectively raise my price than I can't well and we know your second watch an upstairs and downstairs that straight you know so what and you might say OK while an upgrade to a larger user platform I see you or they give you made news recently unit single user w.s or triple user. Package he's. Thing like that where it's just look you pay you know you know for one year and against cut out they haven't set up right now we pay eight bucks for one user you pay ten for two and you pay twelve for three for five run it and what the deal and we think that's less than three dollars a person I could see them raising cost up on the top top 11 or just reducing the number of users that's an either. Fairly painless way to do it. It's it's tough though we if you do that is then someone says well look I've got you know six people in my family who are using this -- after buying other subscription that doubles the cost yeah I think it's easier for them to just say look we're taking after twelve dollars to fifteen and I still think that's good price. We all like I it's it's an eternity is our fact I put that out on my FaceBook page. This morning and I asked usage you know would you stick with Netflix if they increase subscribers. That by the way. Is. Our poll question today would you stick with Netflix if they increased subscription cost by one dollar. And participate in the poll by going to financial exchange show dot com I voted and I voted yeah I I would pay the extra dollar Tucker Silva. Your big Netflix and is our fans know. Extra buck. At a personal what plane behalf I have wherever the basic one of those sets was that a. It was a 799% of my guess cheapest one yeah I always want TV yes 799 Coca. Yes so you want more dollar jets are gonna kill link via so you'd pay it. My eyebrows server is America really guitarist got raises eyebrow I do Elliott and and legendary amber has checked do you have I've got the middle plan is on subsidizing my parents are paying the back for college that way. And so wait on ten bucks a month and get a 120 bucks a year I'm almost. Some square. Yeah I I would pay an extra dollars while I would. Realistically I see the value Netflix being somewhere up to around 1213 bucks from me yet forgot past twelve dollars from me amount. Really well you know shadow I'd I'd be curious to see how the poll comes and now Heidi because I think they have. Tremendous pricing are no people. Djokovic that's all walked. They say. The eighty. Yup they doled it make it canceled their cable. They all they have as a parent rabbit ears and it might wanna my voice to that he uses my Netflix plan and he doesn't have a cable he's got an US and international he's he's a he's a butcher. But he's like do we ease he just he's gone off the optic cable. Death it's I think you're gonna continue to see more and more people go in that direction Netflix does have some pricing. Can baseball afford to spend sixteen billion it's about six billion a year. Yeah they can do so. They're spending if you figure at six billion a year works at the number customers' ever announced right around hundred mile to the spending about sixty bucks customer wouldn't customers paying them about a 120 so when I look kinda overall they're in their gross margins are somewhere around 50%. We take a look at just some of their quarterly data here yes so there they're gross margin when you factor in some of the other costs they have there they're gross margins around 35%. You know their net margins they're not high I mean you talk in. Broad scheme of things varies based on the month but the net margins generally between five and 10% so. They're pretty consistent they're pretty stable there that they can afford to do that they're not losing money yet this is the thing you have to like they're not lose money in their continuing to grow subscriber. You know Jim the odds of park on my FaceBook page said with Disney walking the way I see Netflix has a lower value target charge more for less service. How big a deal is that. He ate the the loss of Disney. To Netflix and and we don't even know if Disney will stick with it they they might relent and give it give them some of the I think Disney's just. To bargain now these debts that's kind of my view on it and think Disney wants to become a technology company. You know how much does it matter for someone like myself I don't care movies come and go one Netflix to me what what do you think talker. If Disney's Al yeah album out and I think that's a big factor you don't all right do well because a lot of your subscription I wouldn't I wouldn't cancel it if I had small kids I would consider that that's a good point. I mean there's a ton of kids options out there from all the Disney flex out there and and mr. not to mention their negotiating Star Wars as well. Right yeah I mean I guess I just how many times do you know what Star Wars like whatever the new one does I know there's one on Netflix are now that the senior. Cheryl Crowley on my FaceBook page right to have both Amazon and Netflix are there now it's a real good value I'm thinking of getting rid of Comcast for TV do and using it just for Wi-Fi join us now. That I added. Mark Snyder says he would pay more for inquiry for the last two months. I tell you the predominately I'm I'm just going through my FaceBook page here. But there's a few that say no. But that I would say we can tally it up at the end. If it looks about 80% which by the way is they're very similar to our coal right people are part to serving in our poll. And you know would pay the extra buck 83% of the people so participating in the penalty I'd pay an extra buck. No I wouldn't not the end of the world now I think it it's largely get a depend. On their ability to continue to develop content beat remember every month. They are building their library and more and more of their content becomes Netflix contact that they don't have to repay 40 to pay for one. So exact and and that's the biggest thing is they continue to build that library of their own content. And it's gonna get to a point where you know it's it's not right now but it could be 57 years from now than there are also starting to build up the you know there of their movie. Lineup as well you know working on an error an auto projects. I I think there's some real value there if they start saying look we're going to instead of paying 1012 dollars ticket to go win two studios now. We're going to put this movie out on Netflix for the first two months you pay five dollars and you can see this movie you know what to add as many people as you won't watch as many times you want. And they can get some extra revenue from I think let's talk on the movie chains majority haven't bagged your daughter. I'll tell you that that business is very very difficult right now you are a movie theater chain. It is a Hoff puck for most American crap movies and our industry stops only twelve different commercials before mine you know the movie and and trying to get me to buy like twenty dollar popcorn they get a drive there to paint a parking area like if you can get it at home. Mean people like beef it's easy. We built these nice homes that's or elect spent her time in the promise there are very few movie experiences right now where the theater. Is taken full advantage of like Dunkirk won exactly easy Dunkirk and IMAX Neeson then you're like that's why go to a movie theater to experience don't you see you know Spiderman two and it's like. All right I've seen this a late what what's what's the point that there's so little bit takes advantage of what a movie Peter can give you. And I think that if movie producers took advantage of that more and maybe get more people go Indians in into theaters but otherwise yes I'm sitting there and I'm like OK do I really need to see. You know movie X in in the theater because I've got to seventies TV home. You know they up next we're going to be talking about drug stores RD vulnerable. To an attack. By Amazon. You know if you take a look if it during the break Miller to take a look at Dick's Sporting Goods if stock is down 18%. And they just had terrible. Sales results that they reported this morning so where it talked about whether or not Amazon can do to the drug business the drugstore business with they've done to many other retailers like JC Penney Macy's the list goes on and on business. That's next from our insurer match dot com studios. Amazon could probably Concord drugstores to that's the headline first story written by Megan McCardell from. Bloomberg and she's good enough to join us now on the financial exchange I am Megan are you. I'm aren't good so to better understand. This whole concept. What is a pharmacy benefit management the EP BM business does that really what it sounds like Amazon's own after. Well clearly there are paying now. You know the fact is they're they're not in the early it has in the popular than yours there. Men. Right now it was like they hire them and people look at it they're there. And yet there that put me here and they're they've been taught okay compartment. I. We don't know what it. That they are pushing happily hand and physical health content there is they're trying to construct country store and if I am bumpers though it may be that there are gonna go after he. Ground for. How our money is there how much money is in that sector if they were net take a portion say they took all the cashier's out of the whole foods stores and converted that to pharmacy. How much money's in that business. There's an enormous and billions and billions dollars. They're not op. Our players there are reasons as am Obama probably going to be comma kind of kick but it physical I don't from the way that you're even okay. Got 400 or that the bigger and better. Nowhere near a majority of the National Guard equipment at the pretty small Welker on match. And similarly. Yamon bundling and but it will pay it and buying Amman. Likely they would. In order to get not helpful and much the way to pick out what all and but there statement as significant as if it I think the mail order is. Likely be more significant however. They are obviously eight and a one stop shop for people who. What everything from television. News dot. And thank god you got to yes there is third party. Management and I'd benefit. Armed armed. Now nonprescription covering every month for people who have chronic diseases. Thought a lot. The country and they would ultimately it is important. But Magen AD I think about regulated businesses and I can't think of one that's much more regulated than health care. There are nuclear power plants if that's true yeah it's TJ. Helped out here is an. It is you know murdered in battle in the top five. Finance the one yup. It is there is back you'd. Vote your comedy you know out you have all of my arm and therefore it is articulate those and start. And it ultimately at the provider rate is the big arm in order already have a relationship uttered they have a relationships with drug companies are a part. I on Amazon hasn't worn out right and ultimately you can hire the people that musical that Beijing. Spend time getting whatever approval they needed at a federal level. They have board. Whether any kind. Big startup cost we're getting into the business so what that is the barrier and there air circulation whether they want to get into that. Ultimately I don't see. Any meaningful barrier and getting in if it decides they want. I think about proximity though I remember taken my kid to the doctor's office with a near infection and then on the way home we'd stop often pick up the prescription and you know is like me a miracle near the ear infection would go away overnight. He can't wait for some of these things he's solid you can wait for Amazon to deliver and 48 hours. Air tip of the you're you're you're. Like their product beer career rapid action. Larry. You need to paying me temporary and killer Geithner is used book electorate I think music not. Eric I am I don't wanna wait there are now. You remember that that's actually not. I can't even in fact an enormous governor standing here is what most of us. It does it make the most of our experience pharmaceutical let them because we've we've targeted intermittently knee jerk and don't ever. How many the I eat it or not but apparently the art of the cart product mission and not clear what our what our urgent diabetes or. The business partner a lot of cash. And it. Totally contestant put on me I'd ever go off maybe it was struck a thing out but in general you know what are by pressure a couple of months of life. And those that actually you know the most lucrative and deadliest president and the that's what I'm about. End the you know only they can bring down prices right has a that's what they've done to compete it is. And that's a benefit to the consumer BOZ you might not like you know he Rite Aid shareholder. But it has a from a consumer perspective that's a lot saving five bucks a month. And you know all but I think department and it is unlikely it would have their big career advantage or you read them in the number. Wanted to required. You've got people at Wal-Mart has done and isn't that great art art airport caller Eric ball. And there are a lot of that on Ballmer. Did have a bigger I'll mention our current. And then if you look at. Happening in the practice of industry you know. You'd seen over the past decade and politics and theatre and most departments the people and undoubtedly go. And get their arms 113. Year war arms. Armitage and so you know those people their big top a lot of yup Amazon have more yep they have got allies in which. He is though it was just McNamee talked about that we'll hear about. And people coming and because they're Mallard art that upon by embargo could pick a big ensure that. Really good. It picked up at. There probably. And now and they're they're good at humor but it is yeah that's why not as well I think. You might ears is. The other public. You Christ I'm just because there is some competition in the states where they have or elaborate. What that would you expect a big sort of convenient that's different. The people who aren't you using an I'm. Looking out there and other. They are out there whatever out there aren't a part of that. Very good Megan great work on the article we appreciate your time thank you. Air Megan McCardell Bloomberg. But he had tucked in his idea and that business. Do it right they're definitely spending a lot of time and money trying to figure out if they can do right now. It is difficult business to get into and any thing mail order related to. A pharmacy has two issues the first is are you getting what you're supposed to begin in because if you don't there's significant turnaround arrest and the other one is look. Are they going to be able to turn things around quickly enough to sometimes you need that product that day. Trivia is next from our insurer match dot com studio. Time now for Wall Street watch a look at the market's performance so far today but I do Berrian joke right here on the financial exchange radio network. Michael Armstrong joins us now we will get to a few big earnings reports out this morning Mike good morning. Or chapter we read bill let's let's start with TJX Europe coming out pretty decent numbers actually. They gave yet so there earnings. Pretty much met expectations 85 cents share or yes they've forced cents a share. There's sales are up nearly half a billion dollars vs last year or so big move since last year same source sales were up 3%. Ought to hold good earnings report today adjusted full year guidance a little bit the stock. In it's reacting positively but not Barry. It's as you know. Pretty negative sentiment about the retail sector the stocks up the dollar five cents about one point 5% on the. Don't know if Home Depot they're down not 3% but I thought some of the the top line numbers look pretty good for the. BA you know that is just the recurring story. Fantastic just isn't good enough in the retail sectors have first couple Eagles beat. Earnings earnings of 225 per share pursuant to twenty expectation they'd beat on revenue they've beat them saints are stale and they've raised their full year forecast just. Truly a fantastic earnings report in the stock is down. 83 and a half percent five dollars and two cents I think it's really just the story. In the retail sector if you are not absolutely hit the ball out of the park and then investors are not going to want to buy stock. Well tilts. Pretty pretty tough quarter data did not. Horrible but pretty rough. So they earned fifty cent a share which is about a month expectations the real issue that they've missed on revenue. Think source sales were actually up so sales look these in the earnings are right but if you're missing on revenues investors are spooked stock down nearly 13% today six dollars and thirteen cents. Other full year guidance little bit below what the market anticipating as well that's the real drag on the stock today. Good Mike thanks for the time. To Mike Armstrong with Wall Street watch time for true he had Donnie Wahlberg. Which one is Donnie will. The damn blue bloods. Blades that you don't show night by wife like the guy doesn't have as much mark yet okay. You reason not New Kids On The Block as well. Which you love and prepared and your favorite Animal Planet Adele is my. Guy Honeywell or turns forty years old this week will be asking trivia questions about the chain of restaurants all owned by the wall berg Brothers and having Brothers. Four are there for it was a four. Yes. Anyway there were the I guess they're known as the wall borders is it that and the other good change they're good they August 20 minutes away from the Pentagon shake check yes it's about system into the credit and five guys don't know. Simple five guys the better than shake shack by year's notice is about the science to sign the rules when you're will release arbor rankings next week. But a murder Donald's come and Bernard are never entered a power McDonald's going to be somewhere big men talk about that last idea. Where did the first Walt Burger's restaurant open. I don't know never been to 168680. Is our text number first looser with the correct answer wins would be when it's different today as. Yet today we are giving away I've pulled up actually. We're gonna whale two passes to the dealt technologies championship at TPC Boston that's nice what formerly used to be the Deutsche Bank. That's been turned down. Okay and right you like golf that that's what you gonna win. We're did the first ball burger restaurant open again the tax number here is 68680. I also believe that mark in donny's a mother still works at the first restaurant Nokia and yeah I think just a late and I have a little fun and Epperson. It was fun going workers. We kind of funny you know you're just doing the do you ticket fired you know but you can and can you get it I don't think guys gonna fires mom now Roca. They don't forget pot. Leader bank has a new brand new. Thirty month FDIC insured CD at one point 75%. Annual percentage yield. Good any leader bank branch open an account or you can call toll free 877. 6917900. Check that out I looked at that on the online deceive anybody had a battery confinement. It's thirty month FDIC. Insured CD. APY a one point 75% that's pretty darn good PS me anyway. Leader bank dot com or call toll free 8776917. B 900. Costco. Has to pay Tiffany. More than nineteen million dollars for selling counterfeit ring Zach how does how does Costco. Let's not like that happen. I don't know it's it's a major Reid bill I've read the thing it's a sleazy thing in my. It's a sleazy thing that they do it. Yep pretty much what they were doing is they were using eight Tiffany as what they they claimed they were using it as a term to describe a rings setting. They war they were trying to say they were selling Tiffany rings when really they wore two would did you guys buy your rings it to not know. No I don't Brett I don't get executive Brian Todd is on. I'd endemic cost I don't know I went through local jeweler who drove him yes and with me. Nice it is pretty sleazy in the third I don't know it's nineteen millions of drop in the bucket to a company like Costco. Yeah it's I mean it can just a bad law if it's just a bad look it's like looked like no once it's there it is like oh yeah I was with from getting it Tiffany ring it just means of getting them that setting no like you think you're getting a ring and that little blue box that adds like 500%. To the cost of whatever it is I think you're getting a bargain. Right eagle home he added Eleanor did you have a Tiffany box to where it would write that's on say it's like when. Report this like I do wonder like how this got brought to their attention like did someone think they were buying it Tiffany ring and then like their wife was like. This is it ever been to Mexico and you'll see that the knock off. Tiffany stuff but the knock off an outsider knock off coach and everything like that idea Scotland yeah. And it move on on General Electric shares down 1% today down what. More than 20% on year to date basis we just got news that Warren Buffett dumped out of the stock yep and effectively. They previously held about ten point six million shares of G eaten they are selling all their shares are red they have sold them as of the end of June. According to a regulatory filing. That we received yesterday. And so Buffett had put a ball is running a. He dumps out of GE. But he kept his Bank of America and he kept his Goldman Sachs. Yeah I think you read anything into that how so. And he did I like my opinion for GE. Is lessened. I don't own it but it like I look at that nice tape way it's kind of bad look for GE in terms of their future it is get a guy like Warren Buffett to Europe where Buffett doesn't sell socks that often sold IBM yup you know when he sell Saab then. When he buys something I pay a lot of attention and we sell something I pay a lot of attention you know I and I said to myself gee if he's selling GE Y rabbi yet. It definitely is not a good look and it's not that the Buffett's always rate knowledge and I go with the one that I think when I look at I look at a little bit curiously now is Wells Fargo and that's the company that Buffett has a long relationship with the zone that company for the last forty years from now and that's sold that he he hasn't and I think it's just because of how long that relationship is but I wouldn't be surprised of behind the scenes and he's been pretty active saying. Didn't we get our act together otherwise I'm out. Yeah easy indeed the word is that he was responsible for the first CEO being fired I wonder how he's doing about this. The Newt probably a short leash by the way Warren Buffett. Loading up on a few more shares of General Motors. Yeah picking up a little bit of GM did you know that death just a little bit so. You know he continues to diversify and adds new positions here but out of GE at this point by the way Jeff Immelt is going to stay on the trump. Panel amid the Charlottesville term yeah he's staying three other CEOs pulled out yesterday's. B Merck's CEO of the under armour CEO. As well us who was the third one. Can tell tell me has settled Kenneth Frazier Merck. Brian Chris sandwich from Intel Kevin plank from under our take a look at under armour Stockton about the way they're getting crushed. And you know I think it's important that we talked about why. They step down. You know it first of all may just have been personal opinion or they may just say hey I don't like. I don't like the the president and I don't like what he stands for and I don't like the way he handled the Charlottesville. Situation. But beyond that beyond that though those are the that those are the that's the low hanging fruit. I think you have to look at it you walk into work on Monday or on Sunday you start getting emails from customers. You do your immunity get customers that are saying look you know wire used you know on a council was someone. Who did not come out right away and denounce these Nazi groups and you know it's. It's it's something that. I access your customer base for a near you and have a very vocal customer base so if your company like under armor right thing about under. Right who's their market while an extra territorial does and you look at what they're trying to do now on how they're trying to grow their overall business in the trying to get into a lot of these colleges where they say look we don't want these new. We want to be the team the the brand that is sponsoring the UNC basketball team I can happen is Michael Jordan but you know the brand that sponsoring the Indiana football team. And so when you go wind those situations and someone's as well look what while you you know hanging out over here. It raises some real. Questions let's not only that Nady then so yeah customers are going to be one issue stockholders right yet an email from Warren Buffett. Or get an email from George Soros street and email from Carl Icahn right and he they say hey. You know either you. Get off the council right or not only are we not gonna buy anymore of your stock we're gonna sell five million shares on Tuesday and we're gonna try to get as a proxy fight to get you out as the Seattle have you fired up is so. They're battling stockholders. And then I'll wonder how many emails these guys got for mentally I wouldn't be surprised if you see a couple more gone by the end of the week employees. Oh yeah they have you're you're working for big what percentage of the country's minority and thirty. Depending on which statistically depending on how you wanna try to measured anywhere from thirty to 40% and so the red meat it's eight seed and only 20% of your workforce is minority yeah. And you start getting emails from your employees right. They just beat these guys are under. A lot of pressure and these are the first three guys VV you had Elon Musk who stepped down to. And you had another CEO. As Travis client going to collect he didn't dwell in didn't end well for him but I think people we knew when you look at the CEO stepping down. And you may look at it admiring earlier you may look at it critically. I think you have to understand the pressures that they are under customers stockholders employees. As. Put an end there looking at a cost benefit analysis they're saying look I need to do what is best form my business in doing so if they don't think that they are getting enough out of sitting on this council and then it's not worth the cost to stay there and stockholders I hate to say it out of the street they come first rate. This bid they will just because they're the ones who can vote you out that there are those the ones are right your paycheck what it what's what matters the end of the day. Right up next what the answer to our trivia question and we'll have an interview with Tracy rainy act. From Zacks we are talking about two stocks next from our insurer match dot com studios. It is now time for stock talk and Tracy react from Zacks is with us to talk about looks like couple of weight loss stocks and Tracy thanks for joining us. Aren't Tracey let's start first with the Weight Watchers is a company. That as of today's trading around 48 dollars a share. If you go back a couple years the picture wasn't that pretty for Weight Watchers this is a stock that around this time between fifteen was only four dollars a share. Is there's still upside. Yes possibly it went from about acting as that a couple of years ago into the growth. Picture now unity avenue CEOs they still have over as their spokesperson and she's still at 10% shareholder. And they've really turned it around they've adopted he's social media they have a real strong in two Rampage at. And that is pulling in east subscribers it wasn't. Rather remarkable that they thought 20% subscriber increase in the last quarter because this is not the diet he's been an. Most people though easily make our resolutions and all of that around the New Year's that they at the big diet decent for all of these kind of company you. And so it's when you look at the at 20% subscriber growth just in the middle of summer. But their message is now resonating. And you know this year have been crazy that is one of the Canadian tax on the street this year. It's up over 200% prettier now and a lot of people think it's done you know too far too quickly hasn't really had many pulled back. Now trading at almost thirty times with its forward PE. Tell you definitely have to be at growth. Type of investors can get into this one and add a lot of people are cautioning because they had the big short load it's on the 3830 to 40% of the shares are in the short a lot of them are getting squeezed. You might want to wait for a pullback here but I do you like the story. If he if you're looking for something that is the growth names. In the week. Lot of Theriot and this is definitely one that you should. Two under. How much of this is due to Oprah being the face of this franchise at this point is are you are you still betting on Oprah when you're buying the stock. You don't know one really knows because a lot of people bet against her when she made. Big by of the shares and an extension is going to be a spokesperson. A lot of brand expert said that she was basically old old news and updates with going to be able to worker magic can get people in there. So it's unclear whether about it. Her or that changes the company is me. We kind of its product and meetings and the things that they're doing to connect to customers again back to the upper hand. Orthopedic company and did is that really clear and especially his basement like this. Quarter when they got it fixed subscriber growth but that wasn't the time when her ad where appearing on TV like they were around January 1 and in January. If it's not really clear that her or she just gave them the initial boost and now the company is kind of up and running at her name. Berger wrote Tracy thank you very much for joining us today we appreciate it. Tracy react from Zacks talking about Weight Watchers with a ticker WTW. McGee the obesity problem is probably contributing factor. Andy you look at. You know eat any stats that I've looked at earth as a relates to obesity. It's like this rocket ship upward over the last 3040 years we've just become a very overweight society. Yet if you go back to 11960. In 1962. And according to the national. Well I don't know exactly what study this is fun. The prevalence of obesity in America among adults aged twenty to 74 was around ten point 7% what is it now it is currently about 36%. And the projections are that if we continue this pace we're gonna be around 50% by twenty. They're now. May I mean that's it and I think what happens is people say gee you know got diabetes and a heart problems. You've got young mothers that are trying to have kids that are at least you try haven't acted when you're obese it's it's just. The health related issues associated with obesity may be made he's just catching on to me it made peace a society saying hey I'll try. Weight Watchers all tried Newt you know what it would rather at what are the big ones out there Weight Watchers say is kind of like you Wilbur and Nutrisystem talker that's all enough. Yeah and part of it the other thing you have to remember is kitty Craig as as bad as it's usual and a gifted stated we lecture thing is as bad as it seems around here. Were actually pretty good health compared to the rest the country that you don't go into like Louisiana Mississippi Alabama and and you've got obesity rates nor the 50% on accounts texas' Denton Texas. Pretty much the entire. South east is pretty bad aside from Florida Florida's not awful. But the rest the southeast is is really bad when it comes to obesity. Mark it is mixed today the Dow is up five points but the nasdaq's off to. And oil is trading down 32 cents per barrel gold is down fourteen dollars an ounce and 1276. Weird they could fit into your investment portfolio Chaka wanted to talk about the different types of municipal bonds because I think that's a good starting base for this conversation. Yeah and in general there are two major types of municipal bonds there what we called general obligation bonds GOs and then we also have revenue bonds general obligation bonds tend to be a little bit more stable is they're not dependent on any one type of revenue coming from a state or city but rather their backed by what we call the full faith and credit of that municipality. All right so are there are ones that are more preferable to others currently Q1 would what would you consider one type of municipal bond. To be safer than another general obligation bonds tend to be because they can pull revenues from any stream coming in in order paid. Those bonds revenue bonds on the other hands are typically coming from one source and airports revenue sports teams revenue something like that. And because of that they tend to be a little bit more unstable but he can also get higher yields on revenue bonds that's the trade off the case. Ari folks there's a lot that goes into the process. I've become fascinated by this whole concept of Netflix. You know this is a company that's I don't know twenty years older so they started off Easter. Hit dvds the little red envelopes you remember those days yes those little red envelopes you get it would be. You get to at a time and then what she wants to meet send him back in this and he the next two on your list and that's how they would you know go back and forth. And remember every one. Kind of lost their mind when that would say they were gonna get rid of that service you know about seven or eight years ago that not that long actually only about five or six. And then here we are today. I don't know anyone misses or Q would get my next Netflix dvds next what they're bigger than the eerie look at them from a market cap perspective they're bigger than fox CBS and Viacom. And amazing company and I everybody it's Berrian truck with you here you know they only have 23500 employees. Serie. And how much revenue of seventeen billion they're gonna do about ten billion dollars in revenue this year in okay. But they only have 3500 employees by comparison. CBS does about fourteen billion dollars in revenue but CBS in terms of number of employees and sport and operate now. To an odd that you see Netflix revenue is gonna probably go up by like 20% per year because they're now get named in global expansion. The you look at them globally they're grown like oh yeah they're they're continuing to to really grow internationally at this point. I'm still pulling up the number of employees perceive via the UN do that I have put out our poll question because this is really matters you know stereo CBS has about 191000 employees and CBS has six times the employees. But they're revenue is not even double Netflix at this point in its decline and Naomi chunk of who's right. A CBS does yup along with Disney. Fox and by common someone else might be Viacom now. And you they're dollar late edition story our question today are poll question is would you stick with Netflix if they increased subscriptions by one dollar per month not a lot to do. It penny which package you have now he sits three packages that you can choose from what are those three they've got their basic one which is 799 a month and that gives you one user to time they've got their standard which is 999 a month ninety G two and the they've got their plus which is 1199 a month and gives you five users of the top item on the two plan and occasionally I'm not able to use because my parents and wife for on and so I am strong vision or not amount. Ian did change your past like physically and it is channeled pastor. Let's not trying to hit anyone you know make restaurant just expressed or I don't get what I would anymore you just. I don't know if I can't see your email I don't know idea and you don't look at our Jesse's got to have I might be over a barrel here. And UAE would you pay an extra buck 77 point 7% of you say yes you would 22% say no our. Website address we can participate in our poll. Is financial exchange showed dot com financial exchange showed up con to participate in our poll question would you stick with Netflix if they rate eased their subscription costs by a dollar a month. Taxi business it Logan getting hurt since Hoover and lift began picking up fares down 10%. Yet dampers 10% here and in particular the share. Of these right hailing services. That they're grabbing in the market and has continued to increase right now in February 12 point 5% of all passengers arriving at Logan. Left the airport with one of these two companies in July that number's up eighteen point 4% they're continuing to get. A bigger stake as they kind of build a beach head out Logan why point why is it. Cheaper is it today it more convenient to what's what's the driving force why would eat get off a plane. Why would you use Hoover list as opposed to tax. Its price cheaper it's more convenient. And it is a better product and better service business traveler style they use it and I don't travel purposes that they get what they like the receipt process. Meaning it you know the receipts are built into your app. Parties easier to file your expense report halftime what you get to a Dick Cabot silicon paying with credit and the guy kind of growls you know you know it's does that wanna pay the extra feet and wanna have a report is incumbent. I get that but it's like look like it's its 2017 here right. Now we're gonna pay with a credit card deal with the now but I did business has changed. You know the see the taxi owners where they complain about. Is you know might cost you. Know hundred bucks to get out to from Logan Airport out to your house yup. In an maneuver yup he to get taxis in 120 up and taxi drivers don't have any option in the bear flexibility. Is airfares are dictated. Where's Hoover's or not. Rumors are dictated. The law they dictated by who Burke which intentionally undercuts the tag yes CU over nose over in left no with the taxes and charges. And so. They look at it and they sailed trucks flying in from LA. And he's landing at in if he wants to get a ride home to his town would be 120 yards and attacks him charged what fifteen in an. And look at I feel bad for a lot of the people that. You know bought these medallions thinking that they were chance for them to own a business that was gonna be sustainable for the long run. I think that it was unfair the way that the city dealt with them moving things so quickly around and allowing these companies to come in. But the fact is. Taxi driver demand that it taxi drivers were the only gig in town and they could've used that as a position say look readable the best product possible we're gonna give you everything that you want him instead what they do they sat on their hands and they got laughed and there's in as no one's fault of their own that they did not adapt. Los Angeles is testing pavement treatment they can drop street temperatures. By twelve degrees and that actually imagine they'd be if they're trying it in LA I think they'd be turned something like this in Vegas and Phoenix Phoenix. It's a it's a surface that's called dark top. And it is a seal coating that helps to reduce the amount of sunlight. Does absorbed by the payment at the pavement. And so they've tested it out in a couple parking lots at this point. And the starting Q tests down on roads now just to see how does it hold up when you have cars moving over its speed. How often we have to replace it just cracked as it you know maintain its effectiveness. So the start to test this out right now and the big thing is but you're walking around one of these cities right now. How many times have you been outside you say gee you know I'd I don't wanna go beyond walking on the pavement a million degrees all the heat just radiating up book you can lower temperatures by twelve degrees by doing something like this or is Costas that line. I guess since I don't think you'd see in the northeast origin busy it's. It's a problem heats up problem in the summer. Please tell like Simon with. And the other thing is I don't know how well this holds up with the cost winters we have you know if you imagine if you plows and stuff going over it might not last very long right. Frontier Airlines. They just started landing TF green they did they they had their first flight landed TF green on Monday morning. The initial water cannon salute from a couple fire trucks I was like Watson that's kind of cool and they're going to be offering eight nonstop destinations from green. And soon you're going to be able to go to Denver Orlando. Fort Myers Miami New Orleans Charlotte and Raleigh Durham. By next spring so eight locations that frontiers and be flying to from TF green here. And another new airline now getting in there tinkering had a little bit of trouble the last few years they seem to be right the ship and turning things around they brought in that new director. From New Orleans seems to be doing a good job ultimately about. I don't know who these people are. But recent the polling yeah. Showed that many households don't appear convinced that there's a problem with our current tax system. About half of the people polled actually feel that their tax bill is fair or even to a pool you. And if you feel you bills too low so you or more right no one stops you the US government always allows you send check to them. They they never they never turn them back pretty reputable sources scalpers yet. Gallup did this poll and it at I think that part of this just speaks to. Americans lack of financial education because anyone who looks at the system knows that it doesn't work the way it's supposed to it's too complicated to time consuming and it doesn't have the effects that we want. And make case pay taxes a lot of cases might be too high a guy. But 'cause of that you know you look at this and I say look we're we're simply not educating people well enough on how the tax system works right now you know and where it creates near some real. Bottlenecks and things I think the bigger thing that came out of pole was and I told mr. Kudlow and and others. That if they don't do personal tax would have to do personal and if they don't give the bulk of the money like 90% of it to the middle class. The it's not gonna work you people are going to be upset about it. Meet people want a middle class tax cut they want 90% of the money to go there right now. Is socket 9% don't know pots and indeed they wanna be successful they wanna. And it would be with. With the polling shows folks. Is where are all we did our own internal poll which is not terribly scientific but our own internal polls showed that. Eighty or 90% of you wanted personal tax reform done before corporate tax reform. And Gallup is getting the same. Respond to people be in I've heard the arguments about doing corporate and I've talked you know we talked to cut the about it every Friday and he says no I got to do corporate first latte light. You do corporate first and you don't give a big tax cut to the middle class people are going to be variants. Well in the thing that I heard it I told. Is you know people say oh William the corporate person encircle back now from the political capital we have you can only go that well so many times and so when you would have shot you get one shot to do this and so you have to pick and choose. You you better go after that personal side or. Do you do with the same time. They like I'd be OK with that that rate but you've got to give the bulk of the money to the guidance make an eighty grand a year you can't give it to the guys make it 300 grand a year. The bulk of the tax savings have to go to the 80000 dollar per. Otherwise it's not going to be popular you know by if the 80000 are turner says while big book by got an extra ten bucks a week and a paycheck that. That's happened for you you know part of the reason why the corporate side is easier for them to deal with one dollar match. Now at a corporate tax only brings in about 9% of the overall revenue for the country and personal income tax brings in 42%. Okay the other another 40% is brought in from muscle security and Medicare taxes. And then you've got you know some excise taxes that bring in a bit the corporate tax only makes up. 9% so it's easy get the dollars to bow. It's there is a crisis as a relates to rural America's childbirth. He be shocked at the mortality rate of women who are having children in rural America that is our next topic we will be joined. By Betsy McKay from the Wall Street Journal to talk about that very topic for march or match dot com studios. Even without health care or tax reform the markets are surgeon get the latest info on the sectors that are winning and those that aren't. We're joined by Betsy McKay for a conversation regarding child grows. America. Become very dangerous in recent years I've Betsy welcome to the show. So help us understand why. It's become more dangerous to have a baby in rural America. Well in mechanically other statistics leave town or that it is important because. A lot riskier compared with with urban areas since 2000. So took a maternal mortality rate. In in the country's most rural areas the race for the two women dying. A pregnancy could public related complications either during their pregnancies there for a period of time afterward. The 64% higher in early areas and then the largest US cities in 2015. And most striking thing is that and 2000 and before that. At the rate in the cities to hire you know in inner cities so so there's been her first full. We found this. You know we've been doing a series. I'm pearl America and we have a lot of beef switch overs. It. In economics ability and so forth earlier is now have a problem. That urban areas is that. Help me understand is it because. People in rural areas are less healthy or is it because there's less resources in these rural areas. It's both it's you know that the confluence of factors. At kind of worsening of the gulf. And shrinking resources so so one thing is that most rural hospitals. Don't have. We're called high risk pregnancy specialists mom who can handle. Sudden complications. And I can't stress that enough for me. So people say will rural hospitals has never head. Cardiologist Stiller ever had specialist but. But it's become. But more than any lead now people in rural areas. Our sticker. I'd celebrate that obesity. Rates of obesity at major risk factor for pregnancy complications. I'm doctor hired in rural and urban areas the other important thing. Is that many rural hospitals. Has come eliminated. Labor delivery services they're not in the birthing business anymore and general hospital and that felt it closed entirely. So they're these let me turn it rates and are they supposed to go to have their kids. Well good question. Long distances mean. Police found that. We we analyzed. PMS statins haven't nearly 500 hospitals around the country has stopped. I think nursing services. In the past ten years so women are going on to just have babies in the Al west. Yes summer going for hours. Are more. You know in in the eastern part of the country at distances are less but it would inherently very you know he can't get a cart drive two hours to the hospital. Yeah I was gonna ask news so I I look at the map on the Wall Street Journal and I saw a lot of the deserts as you refer to them in the midwest but what about New England is it was hard to make that out on the map I'm guessing. Northern New Hampshire northern Maine must be a world they like a maternity desert I would think. Yes I mean you know wind up north there there are a couple of hospitals that do. Labor and delivery. But the issue is that if you have a major publication that he could create Clancy. If you go. Some other type of complications. They meaning we could may need to get cute too higher level of care and they may need to do it quickly that's not a with these these to your height helped southern New England. It's pretty much okay. I'm doing that good example of how it can be heard a little bit hard to look at the map because Iran often they're a lot of dots. I'm in urban areas it's really consolidation. Hot hospital systems to hospital system by the public hospitals because they eat you know. They element and I can have birthing services and hospital but my upper part. In northern New England that's where you'd have to come travels. Travel further and it's particularly an issue again for women who is complications. Right right knee and you pointed out. Obesity but I'm guessing alcoholism. And drug addiction also AEA scene is that it contributing factor. Well obesity isn't really a significant problem that one a BG Lance said to me everything at its intent to try to hit by obesity because the major. The largest cause of death in this country. Our cardiovascular disease is now a pregnant women. They're related to cardiovascular health which has affected by obesity also. You know even at labor delivery obesity the risk deliveries are harder. More women obese equipment at these sections which have their own risks. My agent also a major factor and that's less tied to obesity but that obesity is really that the major one. They still you know drug addiction as you know is a huge problem in rural areas. The evidence is a little. It still kind of being booked at a with an exact ties are between a drug addiction and content. Maternal mortality clearly there's they can be affect on the infant. Very good bet well Betsy I appreciate your time and thanks for joining us today. Betsy McKay and McKay. From the Wall Street Journal and they've been doing a series about. The the divergence of American society you look back in the back a hundred years ago. More people lived on farms and in rural areas and it didn't live in the cities you know days it's changed the it really started changing in the twenties and that's when the city east took off. An and became the dominant part of American population yet in any particular. You know part of it is also the decline in the number of people who need to be farming just because your technological advances. Have gotten new animated that much you know easier rate for us to off form at this point. You know you don't need as many people to get the same amount of produce. And so because of that you've seen it decline in the number of people out there and unfortunately. The care that's required out there and in some of these situations such as you know when you're giving birth and just isn't up to the standard that's true that's required to Tucker give an update. Forests as a relates to OJ Simpson in the sale of his white bronco we talked about this last week we all putting in. Bets or wagers if you will that would itself. Yes so the episode on pod stars aired last night and looks like they could even come to an agreement signed a series. Ask for one point three million mom ants they passed. So there are predictions of push the what when you say they passed that they not let it on the show is no nos on the show doing big roll out and do the guys selling your pastor did the pawnshop pass. Out of pocket pod sharp pass of the guys have set it on economic and be able to go for less than one point three pretty much sums of like now. Well it million sale mean to be worth more when OJ dies. They say video adds ten pounds. But don't tell Berrian charge in the financial exchanges alive every day on FaceBook and YouTube and this is the financial exchange radio network. I. How many wall burger restaurants are located in New England that's our trivia question for you are tech's number is 68680. And the price that we're giving away our for a pair of passes to the pro am. It's a golf tournament that is being held on Thursday August 31. Do we know where it where that is struck it's at TPC Boston in Norton that's a great take. Anyway if you wanna win those tickets simply be first to text your answer to us how many wall burger restaurants are located in New England. And again tech's number here is 68060. So how would you feel about your car. Being made out of wood or material comprised from. I was a little confused when I first saw this you know I'd. No I often wonder would have been nice to drive around a car made out of Coker maple Biden you know figured it was impractical what they're actually talking about here. Or what they call cellulose nano fibers. And effectively it's it's a very fine would poll. That has a wait just 15 of steel but can be up to five times stronger based on how to put together. Even though it might be. A long way from being commercially viable to something that could potentially compete with carbon fiber for a strong. And low weights material to be used. But it is very expensive to do right now but there are a lot of companies that are looking into this just because as we talk about improving fuel economy you're trying to make cars later with batteries in them up eight you try to cut weight anyway you can answer this is a potential technology. They can help to get the way to the cars down but it's probably. Five to ten years away Euronext and it might not ever make it to mainstream vehicle. US tax change proposals anger builders. Real estate agents and charities why. The knock them to get to you deductions and you won't well they make I'll tell you I would I warranty yeah I told you guys this last week the U. There's a lot of the tax code that we have today. Is that a lot of special interests that are taken into consideration. And anybody who lives on the coast and pays a high amount of property taxes. Would be hurt by what work seeing coming out of Washington in terms of tax legislation because property taxes would not be deductible. Let's talk about how you can see this effect so. If you go to the coast right now let's say that you're taking a look at properties. In hang on in you know in you know coastal towns and so forth up. Six and things like that if you don't look acts. The amount they have pain flood insurance as an example OK it's a significant amount of money what you see there is the property values little bit lower because people have to be able to afford to pay those insurance premiums which can be high rate would and when he which can be here credibly high 102030000. Dollars a year. The thought here is similar is that look if you can't deduct your property taxes all of these towns they currently have high home values might be hit. You know 510%. Just because people are gonna be able to duck them anymore. And so when they're building their budgets they say look at all of the live here but I can't by police for 800000 any money to buy it for 750. And so what happens builders can't make as much money real estate agents can't make as much money. Doesn't mean it's a bad thing you'd kind of again you artificially changing the system because you were allowing these deductions and it's pain in these industries are gonna get hurt and it's painful for a period of time it is it's it it would take probably. 23 years for everything to shake out. If he'd be longer that you don't and I think yeah okay Israel state turns oversold. In any about the apnea you buy a house. And I think the average time that people stay in house is so much seminary you about eight years now yeah that is OK so. You eat fear it I think it's gonna take two full cycles of that before that is fully baked into the pricing is people are also. You'd be very resistant to selling their property there's so why pay the 800 that this thing I'm not gonna sell for 600 yeah update. I agree. You know we -- going to have very realistic impacts on. The housing market and on and other industries as well so I think these industries are right to be concern. But that doesn't mean it's not the right thing to do. I've talked to you a lot about our friends at the insurer matching agency in May exist to make sure that your assets are protected if you're like many of my listeners who have Holman one or two cars. Might not approve the tax break for Foxconn we got an answer to that last night. We are part of the answer at least it was a the the Republican controlled assembly is there. Their jobs and economy committee voted eight to five along party lines to send the bill to the full assembly. They're gonna start taking this up on Thursday so a couple days now they'll start debate on this some and it appears that they're going to. It does move them one step closer to passing this three billion dollar tax break in the state of Wisconsin. But it remains to be seen whether or not they're going to get this thing completely across the finish line. But it's a little bit closer today than it was before lot of welfare for corporation it is three billion dollars is a Tallinn. Of money how many jobs. They're bureau thirteen thousand. That's you know the thing that too much out well in indict me for those of you been around the block a few times they promised these things that they're always deliver. No not ever companies like Amazon in terms of jobs where they say we're gonna 500 jobs and EF 2000. Lot of times it's the opposite great Lotta times they say yeah we're gonna have 3000 jobs more construction in the community. And then all of a sudden down the road it's well we don't necessarily have as many positions as we first I hope they're Smart enough to build in some contingencies. I hope that I hope that there are some very strong contingencies on the how long does jobs stay in the state what what kind of wages have to be. You know I think you have to be pretty aggressive in terms of policing a deal this big because if three billion dollars is not a small chunk of change especially first state like Wisconsin. Well in you have to provide services. Pretty still you're gonna have an influx and then you start to provide service by roads schools in the whole bit healthcare now. It's I mean again those things are free so when you take three billion off the table here to big chunk it's I mean. I'm a little amazed they're talking about the that is a huge chunk of change. Which by the same people that are critical of Tesla for the tax breaks that Tesla gets right. Aren't given a tax break here are proponents of this corporate welfare navy. It one could argue that the states shouldn't be allowed to make special deals because what ends up happening is that. You use you. It is our eight it artificially. Distorts the we're where jobs and up and yet states stealing jobs from each other. You know people of Connecticut sure feel that way they've lost five's are up and they've lost GE GE and they've lost Aetna right and they are all saying hey. You know Pfizer moved to Cambridge. GE moved to Boston and they all got tax sweetheart don't. Yeah they did it's that there's a case to be made there I think. I'm hesitant to say it right now that I would be in favor of that completely but there's a case to be made that the states are just kind of penalty for me jar and it doesn't help it doesn't help anyone is the end of the day they don't get any of the revenue they just have to go attacks other people more later on I get it 61 at the money doesn't grow on trees they have to get it from somewhere and not get it from the company they're gonna get it from you. And they have to hire cops you have to have firefight right he's a basic services that you're required to provide mean. Deeper oil cuts are still on the table for Saudi Arabia they've got a problem that Saudi really everybody's pumping more oil. The compliance as a girl unbelievable is back down below 80% source. 25% of the people that said a 25% of the country's said all will will do these oil production cuts they're cheating. Yeah and so the saudis obviously you're the saudis are cheating you mentioned is quite a bit that they have an incentive to try to get prices up by the first half next year because they're gonna be IPO and their oil company which is pretty much the whole country. And so they have an incentive to say look. We want price to be upper and 6065 ideally we can get more for our company then. But it's. The other members of OPEC are not cooperating okay Libya raised its output 154000. Barrels they Nigerians are raised their production 34000 barrels day saudis production even on their own as you mentioned one of 30000 barrels a day. No one's fault in the agreement. Now they never do they never do it's it always comes for us it always comes back and well it is you know you get in the it would be nice to get oil prices down a little bit of mean. You know next month where we talked about home heating law. Note that Tommy here on the he would guarantee of gas among gas I'm on oil and you know that's up that's a big bill for those of you who heat your homes with with. That's what I'm here. That's here. Jana take a stake in blue apron I haven't looked at this current stock probably in a week. I don't know if it's moved 50%. No it's blue apron still five dollars and 45 cents a share. So it is still 50% off to get a bargain on blue apron shares right now but Janet partners taking 82% stake in the company here and I'm not entirely sure what they see it might just be they say hate so cheap that what are we have to lose and my answer behavior taking a 2% stake in there you've got twenty million dollars to lose so you know that's not nothing. But I think they'll invested three million bucks. For a shoe. That. Isiah didn't take a big it's a billion dollar companies I would imagine a 2% stake has to be. Growth says three million dollar state that does those numbers don't make sense now that they are they pay they made an investment news and I've. Kind of impressed I mean they're the ones that did the whole foods term right they they basically. Pushed Paul forces Celine out there are certainly involved I don't know how much juice they had in the boardroom with the idea these New Hampshire there. Yes it's it's interesting I mean again this is a company that isn't making money right now and I don't know failed path to profitability. But Jana might see something in the maybe they can sell off some of the parts about who knows so we at war with North Korea are we not like I try to. Figured we'd be into be attacked by North Korea. In all likelihood no Kim Jong-Il and saying am radio. That's what they always do you know. You know we've given them twenty billion dollars recently. Did we well we aren't just us but that's Japan. Gives involves money South Korea. South Korea gives North Korea more welfare. Then any other countries including China they're still very close ties between the South Korean people north cramped as yet you have a lot of fairways that were split up on the basis of that armistice sixty's yeah yankees still have fairways on either side of the border there that are sitting there saying. Look we've got cousins and aunts and uncles who were on the other side like the average people are still you know it's it's a very much it's a country has just been divided artificially here. So much immigration between two. I know very few which would apparently is going on now it's kind of fascinating. They're on her way to do it be shipped out there apparently is a huge black market video range between the two countries now sharing media back and forth and and the Internet I I don't know exactly I've been reading about it a little bit in the last stock couple weeks. But apparently this is like a huge thing that's popped up in the last five or six years where they're just all these videos that are being shared back and forth between the north and South Korean people. As an north Koreans Prodi don't have much an idea what's going on to. In terms of in its source tells a very close society we know so little because of how closed off that society is so it's it's so hard to tell what the average North Korean actually thinks just because. You can't get close enough. Thank you just you don't know it's you talked to anyone in the intelligence community and they say. It's the one place on earth that you have no idea what's going on. So we don't have spies there. It is incredibly hard to infiltrate and investors are taking on mortgage risk from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac so people are buying this debt again it's Boyd never. He couldn't get anybody to touch this eight years ago. No and and I think part of it is just you know in ten years ago. Even though we have seen. I think some degradation in the quality in the last year so it's nowhere near the depth that we saw back in the run up to the await financial crisis you still have much higher lending standards today. You still much more verification going on for assets and income on any of these loans on its not say that there with outraged because we saw back then. They're not with nothing is without risk. But I think it is a far superior pool that investors are pulling from today compared to what he saw back in the financial crisis. And. Gas stations are not the model for electric cars let's say the only model that works for charging electric cars. Is your home and he if you try to buy electricity. When you see if you see me charging stations when you guys go to public parking that is if via notices via prohibitively expensive. Israeli yet so if you're driving a pure electric car. When the Nissan leaf or Tesla. In Ugoh pulling to the Boston garden and you wanna park there in charge up during the game yeah you could do it the year to pay it prohibitively EU Barack buying gas. For your car goes out right and running on the electricity that you purchase how expensive is. More than double. To really for the convenience of using one of those charging stations so that model. And unless you can like I think what you'll see is. Landlords will have it insisted on by tenets of tenets of saying look we want it will read this 101000 feet space from him. You know we want X amount of parking spaces I guess one of my question electricity. Is how does this end up playing into you know we're talking about one of the first places for autonomous vehicles being long haul trucking and that's near the Elon Musk is trying to get into bill for his vehicles as well. What do you do with those is that they need to be able to refuel some hail the 83 that's a tough one and I I'm not. Sure I talked one time to T. Boone Pickens about that he said look electric cars might be. You know a thing of the future but trucks trucks he's a very skeptical to best interest in. Markets are open and we started off in positive territory heck the futures were up 40 points this morning about 630 but right now the Dow is down two points at 21991. Crude was down 26 cents a barrel. And gold is down twelve dollars and adults. Trucks not a talker so then very Armstrong from our insurer match dot com studios.
